Nice staff and good prices on juice! They are however a little pricey on Falcon coils as a single dual coil is almost $8. Overall good place to go. Great rewards program as well.

The best shop in all of Louisville - out of the 30+ I’ve been to. Incredible selection of cannabis products, ejuice, vapes/disposables, and more. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. They’ve never steered me wrong with a recommendation. Beyond fair prices and great loyalty reward program. If you want the best, go to 723!

Great staff and huge selection of flavors

The people are friendly but i didnt like the fact that I go in and buy a starter kit that I was told was a great selection, then the very next week go in to buy coils for it and Im told they dont have those coils and havent been able to get them.This is pretty important information that would have been nice to know.It just felt shady to me. Also the little guy with the beanie has a bad attitude.when I say highest nicotine thats what I mean.do I need to tell you .6 for you to understand.. strike 2 with this place

Great selection and prices. Love the points system they have - got $10 off next purchase after my first time there! Guy helping us out was so friendly and knowledgeable and super kind. He explained things and gave suggestions and never tried to pressure us into buying things we didn’t want or upselling. He gave us some time to talk and make a decision while he helped another customer and then finished up with us. Made friendly conversation and talked about quitting smoking and switching to vaping to help ween off slowly and quit altogether (which I’ve done before). Had an overall really great experience. I plan on coming back in soon to use my $10 off. I love what I bought and have had no problems. I wish I could remember the name of the guy who helped us because he made it so much better and easier and it was a great deal for great quality.

Salesperson I interacted with wasnt very knowledgeable. Sold me the wrong coils. They sell the coils individually sealed like most places, so i walk out and try to change my coil and the one i was sold was too big. Immediately turn around and go back in the store and they refuse to take any of them back. Very poor customer service..

First visit and I will be back! Better selection of salts and juice than I have seen in other stores. Shop was clean, organized, and the young lady who helped me was polite and professional, offering suggestions only when prompted. Prices may be a slight bit more than others but worth the few extra bucks for the cleanliness and customer service.

My favorite vape store hands down. The juices they carry are made by vapor stock room which supplies all the 723 vape stores. They also carry juices made by other suppliers. They also carry delta 8 and kratom products, although e-juice being their specialty. I would like to see them add a better selection of current vape devices. Overall there’s bound to be something here that will become one of your favorite e-juices.

Nemo is very knowledgeable. Needed to find a starter kit for a 60+ year smoker that I know has been trying to quit. She tried the set he put together and looks like shes dumping the packs of smokes.

Very nice place, looks really classy, some might say cozy. Great service and huge variety of different liquid flavors, as well as hardware itself. All the way from tiny pods to cloud dispencing machines. On top of that, some prices are a real deal!

This is my FAVORITE vape shop! Theyre one of the only places that carries an actual selection of 12mg and their coils are reasonably priced.

Louisville has a robust Vapor Shop presence but the most welcome addition has been 723 Vapor. The staff is remarkable. They take their time with each and every customer and whether you are there several times a week or only occasionally, they make it a point to remember you and make you feel welcome.The juice lines- from their house line to the myriad of premium juices cover every flavor profile and price point, making them a perfect store for any vaper to find a juice that fits their taste and budget.And then theres the ambiance. The tasting bar is large and comfortable. Unlike many stores, the hardware and tasting bar are separate so you dont feel crowded or as if you are on top of someone whos checking out other products. If you want to stay and talk product or just hang out a bit, the couches are plush and comfy. It feels like you are walking into a friends living room and the staff reinforce that feeling.If you have a chance- check out the After Dark. This monthly event allows the customer to come and have a juice party. By allowing you to try prospective juices and vote on the newest line, it makes you feel like you are invested in and truly part of the 723 family.

I was stopping by from indianapolis and saw this shop online. The atmosphere was incredible and the service was impeccable. Go Josh for walking me through your huge juice selection with ease! If youre looking for a shop thats quality with quality people stop by here!

Its a pretty decent place and theyre prices are really good on there juices as well. The worker there was really nice and very eager to help you with whatever you needed. They were pretty well kept inside of the store as well as the outside which made me feel even more comfortable being there. They also have comfortable seating if u wanted to sit and stay awhile an just chat, relax an vape, an dont worry if your there a while an have to use the restroom they also have a clean restroom. There is also a tasting/sample bar for the juices there if you wanted to taste test the juices before you bought them to see if you actually like them or not. But there is a small fee which I think is ridiculous considering how much money your about to spend there. The only reason I rated them like this was becuz there really far away. There the only place that actually carries my partners juice she really likes now so she can only get it once in a blue moon becuz they are so far away and in the end of town that stays pretty busy.

723 had a wide selection of juices, the guys there knew their stuff for sure. I purchased the SMY GOD180 not too long ago and loved it. I had an issue with it, took it in and they got it fixed. Great staff, great prices highly recommend this store.

Definitely my favorite shop in town. I’m new to the game and the girl that helped took her time to help me pick out what I needed - at other places I was rushed into a purchase and not happy when I left. It’s also the cleanest and more high end store I’ve been to.

Some of the staff is great... one of them... not very nice. The juices I want always seem to be out of stock. If you ask for a pack of coils they don’t come in a box, they dump them out of a mason jar and for some reason i get a lot of bad ones here. They also occasionally give me the wrong ones. I learned to double check them all before I leave.

Pretty big juice bar with a wide variety of flavor profiles, and a nice selection of different atomizers, tanks and mods.Staff are usually pretty entertaining to hang around and they dont try to pile stuff into your order to drive the total upOnly complaint is it can be difficult to get out of the parking lot at certain times of day

Great vape shop. Have tons of choices and the staff is always really helpful except one female employee who sings the whole time she is helping you and only stops singing to give you short answers with an attitude like you are interrupting her. The only other issue is that the run out of things quite often.

I frequent the Louisville location on my lunch break from work everyday. Not only are the employees knowledgeable, but so friendly. I look forward to my visits and the after dark event held at the end of each month.I appreciate everything they have done to get me away from cigarettes.

This place was amazing a year ago, now with sub par juice lines and practically no hardware selection, I never go anymore. Plenty of other shops have a better selection and a more tasty juice selection. This place would be 1 star except the people in the store are friendly.

I loved the variety compared to most shops. I loved the rustic urbanite vibe as I walked in the shop. It seems like a random demographic the store is trying to sell to. It would do better business on Bardstown Rd or a Portland rip off hipster town.The main concern of mine was that I was not acknowledged or given the friendly attention by the staff that seemed too busy playing with their Nickleback pandora station while multitasking with their own Mods and hanging out with their friends (who all seemed like clones with more THC in their tanks than nicotine).I wanted to learn more about the company and different companies they endorse, but instead I felt like I could not be allotted the time to ask questions before dropping two hundred dollars before feeling less fulfilled than when I walked in.Diversify the staff please, and save on Labor hours (you dont need 8 employees working during off peak hours only to make the place feel like a college burnout frat party).

My go to vape shop. They have so much juice to choose from but they run out of my juice often. The guys that work there are very AWESOME and always willing to help you with anything you need.

You can only taste test your juices here you cant Vape them unlike others they do have some pretty good house flavors and are relatively cheaper then other places but I dont know if they have a point system

Ive shopped at more than 5 vape shops. This is a good one with a variety of juice and equipment. Only reason I didnt give a 5 is bc the last three times Ive been in theyve been out of the house juice I buy.

It looks nice in here. The lighting is dim and mood lighting. Its like a bar, but no alcohol. But I dont smoke so I dont know what their products taste like.
