Cloud 9 Smoke Shop 2

Been to this shop a handful of times. I always purchase the same product every time I go and have never had issues. I went in today and purchased two Mr Fog switches. The one time the staff member did not provide me with a receipt or remind me to try both products before leaving the store, one of the two products did not work. I figured I’d head right back up there to swap out the defective product but gave them a call first just to check. The staff member proceeded to call the owner and the owner denied refunding me or swapping out the defective product for a working one. The owner then proceeded to say it is my fault for not trying it before leaving. Technically speaking, that is true but is no way to treat reoccurring customers. Johnny, I hope it was worth making a few extra dollars and losing a loyal customer than it would have been to do the right thing.

This is an amazing family store. I bought an expired product and they did the right thing and worked with me to find a product that was not expired. Truly happy to see a family store taking care of their customers.

Terrible experience with the rude owner the first time I went in. Decided to give them another chance. So I drive across Louisville on my way home from work to make it there before they close at 9 pm. I get there and the metal door is pulled down and they closed early. See the timestamped photos in the review. Thanks for nothing Cloud 9. I guess you dont care if you have customers or not.

UPDATE: They have everything you would possibly need for vaping and smoking. After getting the whole get up from 4 rechargeable batteries and battery charger to juice it was over $100. Which I thought to be pricey. I have since been corrected. They dont give refunds so be sure you know what you want. I ended up not needing the charger but the understanding owner realized the packaging hadnt been opened, and allowed me to get my refund.

Stopped by today to make a purchase at 3:40pm and the store was closed even though the sign on the window (and Google) says open from 9 to 9. Wasted a trip from Indiana so obviously not pleased

Tried to charge me 4$ for papers that are 2.49 , Another visit to this place using card they charge more ! This place is greedy , also has a kid running around .Disappointed every visit .Selection on papers no good

Absolute best smoke shop in town & super conveniently located! Finally no longer do I have to go across town to get decent priced high quality pieces! The owner is amazing and knows me as a regular and is always kind and happy to see me! Makes me feel so welcome and like I’m home! I have countless pieces from this shop but one of my slush cups once fell a full story and remained intact! I was shocked! As I watched it tumble down the stairs I thought “rip” but alas it was as solid as ever! Super thick glass well made and just beautiful and nice!

So glad I found Cloud 9! Great shop, brightly-lit, easy parking. I was there after 7pm on a Tuesday and got immediate service.*Enormous* selection and the owner was very helpful. He offered to let me test any disposables before buying. I didnt, but everything worked perfectly. Will definitely be back!

There are a lot of disposable devices . My friend bought three and gave me one . After I smoked lala, I felt the flavors is great. Bright design with no burn smell at the end. Lala is my favorite brand.

I purchased a drag s pro and withing a week of purchase it was leaking to an extreme. Called shop, owner was unknowledgable, rude and didnt know his products. This is also the most expensive shop in Louisville. He offered no warranty or any assistance. Another shop gave me a new tank. Stay away from this shop!

If you want quality service and quality products then this is the store to go to!My boyfriend and I drive 30 mins out of our way just to come to this shop. The owner is always super nice and personable plus they knows the products so they can answer and question you may have.

Owner is very nice and not stuck up like other shops in the area. Great selection and lots of prices to fit in your budget. Doesnt try to upsell you for most expensive items either!

Best head shop in the east end

This place is a one man show and he is either unable or unwilling to keep the store open during advertised hours. I have wasted several trips there to find it locked and closed. I suggest he looks for help in keeping the store open and in the meantime you shop elsewhere.
