I hate to say it bc the staff are outstanding with customer service.. can’t stress that part enough. However, it does not justify charging more than double what other places charge for the same exact products. I was in awe of how much $$ I had been wasting, and felt like I needed to say. You can get TWO bottles of the same juice they sell there at Encore for $12 plus tax (for both!). Now think about how much you’ve been ripped off, coils are way cheaper too. If it was solely based on customer service, I would give 5 stars.. it’s a failure of business, not employees.

I recently moved back into the area and revisited a place I spent alot of time at earlier in life. Its easy to say I am not disappointed. The staff was very knowledgeable and insightful and the prices werent anything to be upset about. I would happily recommend Derbs to anyone looking to get into an alternative to smoking.

Outstanding guys working at this store. Had some “dumb” questions, and they were as helpful as could be. Never made me feel like the questions I asked were dumb. They asked about my juice preference, but were out of what’s tops in my rotation right now. However, based on my preference, they recommended 2 new juices to me. Both are fantastic.

You have money they will not let you leave without vapor in your lungs. They have a lot of juices. Ask Abt the vapoo jenie is is great for $40-55 bucks. Cant beat it 80wats even came with 2 coils 80w&40w,I like the 80 better flavor??

Love the delivery option. My car is currently out of commission, so I decided to use the delivery feature. Thank you Derb for always being the best and most importantly convenient vape shop there is!!!!! The poplar level location is by far my favorite shop to go to.

Went in not really knowing what I was looking for but the person working there was super helpful and knowledgeable. Walked out with exactly what I needed and a few weeks later still happy with my purchase. Love it!

LOVE this vape shop. Staff is amazing and personable. Very knowledgeable and ready to help with all your needs and if they don’t know they will find out for you. One of the best selections of flavors I’ve seen and a great inventory of equipment at super reasonable prices. They have a great ‘points program’ for repeat customers and I seriously can’t say enough about how awesome the staff is. Forever a Derb E guest.

I rarely give bad reviews and hate to give them..however when I approach a business I believe they should be flattered and humbled by a customers choice in choosing their establishment. I mean in no means do I believe I should be worshiped or butt kissed in any way...it more of a hope they show appreciation. Well this gentlemen was not at all. He was arrogant and spoken badly of other establishments and their choices of how they run their businesses. I am a nurse and the things he said were very...dare I say contradictory? Aside from that treating someone as if they are stupid and uneducated is basically a cover up for your insecurities and lack of knowledge. I will stick to my own place at least they welcome new customers and appreciate my business. This guys is rude, condescending and speaking badly of other businesses does nothing but make you look bad. Never bash other businesses to gain the business of another. Thats poor taste.. I do hope he takes these things into consideration for I do believe he could have a great friendly environment for people to do business..

The manager is very knowledgeable, shop is clean, any kind of juice for any kind of person with reliable ingredients (not that China ish), latest and greatest mods&tanks in stock. Unbeatable prices to top it off! Would recommend to any friend of mine.

Large selection of products, good customer incentives/rewards, and generally has good staff. Recommended.

Probably the best selection of e-liquid and vape supplies in the city. I do wish they carried a bit more in terms of pods/coils but I understand it doesnt always make sense to carry things that dont sell a ton. I use them for when I forget to make my monthly online orders before I run out.

Definitely one of the best e cig (as much as i hate that term) shops in the city. The staff is positively lovely and extremely knowledgeable. I am in there at least 3 times a month and I have never had a bad experience. If Im searching for a new flavor or a new set up, they are very patient and accommodating and there with great suggestions.

I love this place. Great juice selection and even better customer service. Extremely knowledge staff, very friendly and ready and willing to help with any issue. This is the only vape shop I go to. Nothing beats Derb for value, customer service and downright damn good business.

From the Dixie store to the Poplar Level store all the way out to E-Town Ive had nothing but good experiences with these people.The staff is friendly and helpful they offer free tasting in the whole store gives off a friendly vibe even the customers seem to be eager give any advice or tips for anyone that is looking into getting into vaping.This is without a doubt my go-to local shop.Much praise to Chris and Brad at the Poplar Level store, Im always greeted with a smile by the both of them and I always leave laughing.

The manager Brad was very helpfull this evening. He helped me transition into a smaller Smok brand unit and introduced me to the nicotine salt liquids. I appreciate his time. He obviously is a good employee for this company. Derb is lucky to have him

I pretty much refuse to shop anywhere else. The prices are extremely fair, sometimes a steal and the service I get when I go into this location is that of a 5 star hospitality establishment.Certainly a premier retailer for vape needs and Brad and Chris are who you want to see for sure, theyve always been the friendliest vape gurus and overall great people.

The employees are extremely helpful! Whether youre a seasoned vaper, or just looking to start, the staff will take care of you. The prices are the best in town by far! Never a long wait, and they even have a wall for you to sign if youve quitten smoking and turned to vaping. Really cool place!!

Great e liquid. Beats the hell out of vapor labs. But the one bad thing is the guy that was working the counter doesnt use any of the vape products. So he isnt very knowledgeable of the products

Cant tell you how happy i am. the super hot chick behind the counter, rachael, explained everything in easy detail to me, showed me how to work my new tank, recommended some great new flavors, tweaked my nicotine level for me, made me feel at ease, it was all good. LOVE my new nautilus mini tank with adjustable air holes and vertical coils. next upgrade will be a bigger battery so i can max out my new tank.

Friendly staff great juice I love there straw mellow and a new juice I recently tried called Betty is absolutely fantastic especially in my new matching Super Tank I end up going to Derby about once a week sometimes once every two weeks depending on how much stuff I buy when I go there

I was in the area building a new ACE hardware store. I broke the glass on my mod and this place was great. My husband usually changes out my coil, the glass if it breaks, ect. The gentlemen here installed my new glass and why I was there I bought a new coil which they installed also for me and I bought a bottle of juice to last me until I could get back to NC. They have a huge selection of juices and are great at helping to select a flavor. I would defiantly go back to these guys if I am ever back in Louisville Kentucky!

Angel is super amazing! I am new to vaping, bought a vape at another store and couldnt for the life of me figure out why I was burning coils so quickly. Angel offered help in getting a vape that works for me and is more fitting of my life style. She was super quirky and smiled and joked with me the whole way through the transaction. She also walked me the setup of my new vape and was super cool about letting me know the in and out of how to work it. Her co-worker was super friendly and nice and really knowledgeable in vapes also.

Got my first vapor and they have awesome people willing to tell you what you need to know when you have no idea what it is and whats the best...and they are patient with you until you understand matter how many questions you ask. I love it there.

This was by far the best vape shop in louisville. Brad and jaylen were awesome. Very helpful and knowledgeable. They fixed all my cape issues and explained everything in the process. And there was such a wide verity of juices. Will be the only vape shop I will be going to from now on. Very pleased

Probably the best E-cig store in Louisville. Comfortable atmosphere, knowledgeable staff and competitive prices. Their house-made e-juice is the bomb, especially Troys Secret Crack, an apple cinnamon blend with Tyrone Biggums crack-coated lips on the label. You cant miss it. I WANT SOME CRACK!

The employee on duty did not seem to want to stop watching TV to help.

Just recently quit smoking and visiting various Vape shops. The employees here are hands-down the most informative I have ever seen. Theyhappily answered all questions and concerns I had. Will always drive 1.5 hours away from home for all my vaping necessities!

Good juice but some stuff is a bit over priced in my opinion, and the tasting is in a vape you can barely taste the flavor of, and is clean. But overall its decent.
