Yeah, I won’t be back, as soon as I walked in the guy sitting on the couch in his socks, seemed very upset that I walked in the store and he had to get up from him comfy couch and help someone. Not Very professional and gross, nobody wants to see your white socks with dirty bottoms. Time:12:32pm 8/5/2023

Came in yesterday on my lunch break for a vape, Brandy had exceptional customer service and was able to talk to me about the different products they offered (also they have a cool little seating area where she had fallout 4 setup one of my favorites). Aside from being in a semi difficult spot to find nestled between roosters and another store front you can almost miss it but stop in and check out the inventory or maybe have a conversation and see what products fit your needs. They had everything from rda box mods to disposables like Mr fog with an extensive variety of flavors. Ill be back again. If not for another great conversation with brandy then at least another vape lol.

They have the best variety in vapes and liquids and an amazing selection in smoke shop items as well.

This vape shop is the absolute best. Super helpful staff and a very welcoming environment. Damien is the man, favorite vape shop 100%.PS who cares if they play games during downtime, what are they supposed to do, stock, clean and then stare at a wall for 7 hours?

Great experience! Staff was friendly, atmosphere was welcoming. Laurel, the associate that helped me, was thorough, and never made me feel rushed. I had lots of questions, and she answered all of them professionally and walked me through the entire process while I was in the store. She and the rest of the AltSmoke staff made it an enjoyable buying experience and I look forward to visiting again to try more flavors and purchase more vaping liquid! I have recommended AltSmoke to all my friends and family!

So Ive been faithful customer for a long while now. But went in today to purchase a new tank and wondered when AltSmoke became a bring your PC and HUGE monitor to work day?? Unless the store bought a computer to use over by the couch, which I doubt. Made me wonder when bringing in your home computer to work instead of working was okay? Seriously? Sure Id love to get paid to play on a computer all day. But if I did that Id be fired. So wrong in many ways. Someone should talk to that Jesse guy

Update. The owner reached out to explain the rewards program, spend $100 and get $10 off on your next visit. This is a nice little perk. Here is the issue and why I am dropping my 4 star review to 2 stars and never going back here again. I went and spent over $100 on coils and juices etc last month, so I go today to spend my $10 reward but guess what... IT EXPIRED!!!! You only have 30 days to use that $10 and cant use same day, I bought well over 30 days worth of supplies which I would imagine is standard practice to most people. I wasnt told about the expiration date either. What are people buying that costs over $100 but also has them back in the store within 4 weeks, honestly it must be the high prices. This place is dead to me, good luck at this point with such high prices and a useless rewards program. I kept 1 extra star on the review since the place is clean and in a good location, but I wont be back with the pricing and an anti-consumer style rewards system.Good people and good selection, I have spent alot of money here but I rarely come back because the pricing is higher than others in the area.

Havent been to AltSmoke in probably two years (honestly because prices with online companies are so darned cheap), but my boyfriend and I stopped in tonight because we were both out of juice we liked.The guy behind the counter (I cant remember his name, we were in around 8:30) was awesome! I told him I like lemon vapes and his first recommendation was what I ended up buying, and my boyfriend found something he loved as well.Prices were SO much cheaper than the last time I was there. Well be returning more often now that I know the prices are pretty comparable to what I buy online, and the service is as good as its always been.

Awesome shop, Great people and awesome liquids. The place has a relaxed feel to it, and it makes you want to talk and hang vs buy and leave.The juices they have are top notch and so is staff. They carry a lot of things other shops around wont. They are even having a coil class this weekend, I will be visiting here more, 5 starts Alt Smoke.

A great place to shop for all your vaping needs. They have a such a great selection you are sure to find something to love. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and the management is top-notch! I highly recommend!

First time customer tonight. The joint is clean / cool vibe. Quality merch at decent prices. The staff are friendly, no pressure... good attitudes! Talked with Brian for a 1/2 hour. He showed me around & we traded stories of life on tour... Dude plays an Engl amp so I knew he was legit. Walked out with a new really nice machine & some excellent juice! I will be back... Go there... Buy stuff!

Im completely new to vaping but the staff was awesome and didnt make me feel stupid or try to sell me expensive stuff I dont need. I love being able to try as many flavors as I want and not being pushed into making a purchase. Everything is very reasonably priced and I cant wait to get started. Will definitely be returning soon!

Kevin was fantastic, the store was clean and fun. My mom and I both upgraded while in there last week, I will definitely go back, I believe today even. They were a lot of help and would explain anything you needed to know. Fantastic place!

Awesome place, Being a High End Mod fanatic, I had been putting off buying Higher priced ELiquids, I ended up trying out all of the Five Pawns, Jamesons/Jacksons, The Standard, and Space Jam line of juices they offer. I was very impressed and ended up buying 3 bottles the same day. I brought the wife up today and she loved it as well. They have a great selection, Amazingly helpful and polite staff, and a good atmosphere for those who just want to hang out and talk vaping with others.

These guys are awesome, always super friendly and helpful. Y’all offended by video games are silly, would you rather they sit and stare at a wall during their downtime? Damien is the best, guava peach or gtfo

I am in love with this store. The bar has so many flavors to try so that you know that you get the right liquid for you. Also, you hand pick the different pieces of your e-cigarette to customize it to fit your personality. ADDITIONALLY, the worker sat down to give us a crash course in set-up and maintenance to ensure we get the best out of our new cigs! If I could give more stars I would!

I couldnt begin to give enough credit to the staff at AltSmoke…absolutely wonderful!! Being fairly new to the vaping world, I appreciate the time they took to ensure a great experience. There are so many flavors to choose from & they let you sample before you buy. I have finally found a brink & mortar shop for all my vaping needs!!

Horrible store. Im a former employee and this store is managed and run horribly. Ive never officially been fired but through hear-say and confirmation I am currently banned from the store? My job was up in the air at the beginning of the COVID-19 season and i never heard back from my general manager or any of my 3 bosses. Leading up to this I was forced to work unclocked hours because my bosses wouldnt allow overtime and demanded certain numbers out of our store, but would lack to supply us with inventory. Upon telling them over and over again, we need things to sell if you want us to sell things they decide to just leave me unanswered while their Louisville location suffers and they build a new store in Ohio for a former employee who ALREADY HURT THE REPUTATION OF LOUISVILLE ALTSMOKE. Do not shop here. Do not support the business of former criminals and entitled clowns.

Altsmoke is affordable clean, well stocked and the workers are polite. Brian in particular is a fantastic person with great knowledge and recommendations. The 10 dollar coupon per 100 is great but it is really unfortunate that the website and brick and mortar stores dont connect rewards etc. Also if you follow altsmoke Louisville on FB they post photos of stores that arent the one here and is misleading advertising, these two small issues hamper the experience somewhat and knock off a star★. Still the best Vape shop in Louisville way better than super corporate Avail who doesnt even want you in their stores for longer than 5 minutes.

When I went in to buy something about a year ago because I was in the area. none of the works seem to wanna help me or my girl friend. if I asked a question I got vague or one word responses. and the employees seem more annoyed that theyes had to leave their conversation with their friends sitting up front. so I left thats why you have no record of me being there since 2014. and I left a 5 star review the first time I was there because I did have a good experience then, I was also standing in the store.

I only went here cause I had a coupon to use. I came in on a Sunday morning. And well that was a mistake. I go in and they obviously didnt have the coil I needed since no place does. I then tried the liquids. A large selection but mostly eh in my mind. That all would have gotten a 4 star. It was knocked to 3 because the lady there was on something. During the entire time she called me dude. No. Definitely not my thing. Other people came in and she called them dude. I am casual but dude is to far for me. Oh well.

Overall unprofessional service. other shops have juice for cheaper and wont make comments about you while leaving the store. lowest of key creep vibes. i always felt like, someone was watching me. you ever seen the show You on netflix. those vibes. to summarize, overpriced juice with killer vibes.

Best experience I have had. Explained things in simple terms. Taught me about mods. Help me set up my mod before I left the store. No other store local that I have been to has been this cool.

FINALLY a great vape shop comes to the Ville! I really enjoyed my first visit to the store. It is super clean, great atmosphere with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Whether you are just starting out or into advanced stuff like mechanicals and RBAs, they have a great selection.Speaking of selections, they have a huge amount of juices, including gourmet ones from Five Pawns, Space Jam and Jamesons. There is a big juice bar right when you walk in where you can park yourself for as long as youd like and try any of the juices they offer.Definitely check these guys out, you wont regret it.

My husband and I love Altsmoke. We enjoy the atmosphere. The staff provided us with excellent service, and it finally got my husband to quit smoking. We enjoy the flavors and the hardware provided at Altsmoke. It has kinda become a hobby of sorts for me with all the choices and selections of products they offer.

These guys. Seriously. I cant even count the number of times Ive emailed a question and if they dont know off the top, they find out. I went in a few weeks ago looking for a new device, I left with exactly what I wanted. No pressure to buy anything I dont want. I left knowing how to use and adjust the device. And questions that came up later, I asked, and they answered. They are incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed. These guys are huge component of my quitting cigarettes.

This place is great, I went to a few shops in the are and the expertise of the staff here was fantastic. Everyone was very kind a courteous, they also have an amazing tasting bar and many many pieces of hardware to choose from. If you find yourself near an altsmoke and are a vaper def stop in.

Is my go-to location for e-juice but unfortunately has been in steady decline for several years now. The service seems less informed and consistency of product availability (hardware) have both been an issue for me.

This place rocks! Clean, friendly, and a great selection of devices and juice. I cannot recommend ALTSMOKE highly enough! Give them a shot because they put all other shops to shame.

One of the better vape shops in Louisville. Too many flavors to know where to start and has good selection of rebuildables and batteries. Beware of the couch, it will suck you in and before you know it you day is gone.

Just went by this place over by Roosters on Shelbyville Rd. Gotta say Ive never had better service and seen a nicer shop. Highly recommend these guys. Lounge atmosphere with hundreds of flavors. A+

Wide range of liquids and accessories. Very helpful and friendly staff. The bar has all the flavors out to try with no hassle. They even give you a checklist to keep track of what you like.

This store never has what you need in stock, and the only people that knew what they were talking about with the stuff are gone now. This place used to be great and got me into vaping, cant do it anymore.
