My sister referred me here after frequenting Vapor Lab for years. As someone who’s recently TRYING to stop smoking, I’m in there often with questions & love that you can get 0% nicotine vape juice. I’m so glad my sister shared her secret spot & Nick is extremely knowledgeable & friendly. I never feel pressured or anxious about my 100 questions. Cool dude, great place, & love they have a loyalty program too! Outer Loop is my favorite location!

This Vapor Lab location on outer loop is one of the best vape shops Ive been to in general. Being new to vaping and had just purchased a recent vape somewhere else that i didnt end up enjoying, i was nervous to make the same mistake again. They were very helpful and very friendly. They answered all my questions even if they might have been alittle small or alittle big. They didnt try to push anything on me or try to sell me the biggest badest thing and told me to think about making the purchase if I wasnt sure fully. Well the device and set up they sold me is awsome and dang near perfect for me. Another bonus to this store and other Vapor Lab locations is they offer a big variety of brands of vape juices but they also make their own in house juices. I got some of there juices several different flavors and they are so smooth and taste so good. They can make any flavor and adjust it to how you like it if you want more or less of something thats in it. Bottom line is dealing with big companys isnt always the best choice so shop local and shop family owned businesses when possible. In a case like this you wouldnt regret it.

Okay first off I will start off with why I gave them three stars. I went in to Vapor lab with a alien mod and a tobeco super tank running it at 45 Watts. I ended up buying a drag box and a Valyrian tank I was not told that they only made one coil for that tank and it has to run between 90 and 120 w. I paid $50 for a tank that I could not use Ill let them know that it got way too hot and I was not used to vaping at that high of a wattage. I feel that Rick should have paid a little more attention to my mod and my tank which he did he remembered the very first tank he ever sold me. I feel he should have tried to talk me down to at least the crown 3 just because the Valyrian is his favorite tank doesnt mean that it was right for me. So therefore out of 50 bucks and like I was saying its their responsibility to tell me that they only make one coil. I mean I was already buying the Drag Box they had one gun metal one left and it was in the display I think he knocked off like $7 I didnt even get the box that it should have came in but thats just petty stuff. Now as far as their products they carry a very big selection I like the fact that they sell just the mods and tanks separately you do not have to buy a kit and get a tank you do not want or need. They keep up with the most recent devices RDA, rdta, RTA Etc they also will make individual coils for you handmade you tell him what you want and he will hook it up for you. Thats good if you want to use an RDA but did not know a lot about building and the coils last at least a month if not longer. They have a decent selection in juices. Im not a big fan of there juice that they make in the store but that is just my opinion. But if you need a good mod tank RDA regular coils coils for a tank juice battery wraps I mean they have just about anything you could want. They are on the pricey side though but what vape shop isnt.

Changed my 5 star review. More than half the time I go there the in house juice mix is horrible. I get the same thing almost every time so it’s an issue with whom ever is mixing it. I recommend testing it in the parking lot before you leave. Too many times I feel like I wasted $50. I work 70 hours a week & don’t have time to simply return it in a timely manner.

Man... hats off to Dustin!!! I came in looking for a particular product that they didnt have but took the time to figure out why I was looking and the reason was because mine wasnt acting right. He took the time to take it apart and clean it and got it firing right up until I can find a new one. He offered some other products that could help me too. And did I mention this was at closing time. He didnt have to do that but he did. I will be sending everyone I know who vapes his way. Thank you!!!!

They were so helpful and knowledgeable about what I needed, and what they had to fit my needs. They also gave me some coupons for my next visit which was a plus. Very friendly inviting environment, non-judgmental at all. Im already a repeat customer. Ty.

The best place for everything E-Cig, by far!Ive been going here for years and have always had great experiences when I go in. Plus they have a pretty great rewards program in place!But the best thing about Vapor Lab, in my opinion, is the employees. Theyre always professional, helpful and oh so friendly! Friendly group. Much better than the other vapor labs. I avoided the chain for years because of my experience at the Hurstbourne location. The folks at Outer Loop have always treated me well, usually remember me even if its been a while since my last visit, and always go to extra lengths to make me want to return. Highly recommend.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. Very knowledgeable about the products too. The prices on their vape juice seem to be cheaper than Ive seen in other vape stores.

Vapor Lab was the first shop I went to back in February when I started getting into vaping that actually treated me like a person rather than a wad of money. They take the time to really help you and give 110% customer service. The staff is friendly, cordial, professional, and helpful always. The owners know how to make people feel like theyre getting a great experience. Ive been to other shops, but if I really want to know my satisfaction is of the utmost importance I will choose Vapor Lab over any other retailer.This business is my perfect model for how customer service is properly executed. Night crew is awesome and very friendly! Day crew... not so much.There is a big dude in the mornings that is kind of a jerk, not very friendly to customers as they walk in... acts like hes tired of his job or just doesnt like working with people in general.. I really dont like going in and seeing him, he tends to make me uncomfortable but thats the closest vapor lab to me and i do like the other employees they seem nice enough.

This place is my now go-to vape store. I went tonight for the first time. Did you know they make their own juice? Crazy. Anyway, I love sweet mango and they had an amazing one there. Problem is, I forgot my wallet. And had come all the way from almost Taylorsville, Ky. I told the lady Id be back and she says, hold up. And brings me out a complementary bottle of mango! Yeah, will be back, again and again. Also, they are so knowledgeable!

Good prices, honest and approachable employees. My go to for vaping needs. - Theyll custom mix flavors too, just ask. Only way Ive ever got a good strawberry mix.

Fat boy with the beard is a complete doushe. I have tried to spend my money at this store but they constantly drive my money elsewhere. I was told last visit I had a free 120ml coming next time after dropping 400 bucks. Went to get my free juice and was told only had 346 points instead of 350. Could have easily upsold me but was to thick to even care. Much better shop right up the street.

Great employee all are very Knowledgeable about the products and the liquidsThey make exactly what you want right there on the spot. They tell you if the liquid you want is too thin for the Vape you have or if it’s too thick. They can fix Just about anything Asking as it’s not completely shattered🤨 I don’t shop anywhere else I love these people.... they’re great!!!

These guys were amazing. The best customer service I have ever had from any where. I had a problem with my vape, and they knew exactly what it was and fixed it. Also have a small discount due to the lack of money I had at the time. Thank you guys so much! You just earned a regular!

These people take pride in what they do. They are friendly, inviting, professional, and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to vaping products. Their prices are competitive and they have some of the best juice in town. Plus, they have a very comfortable couch.

Not a good place at all! Did not feel comfortable in there! Staff was rude! They let you try your flavors first unlike Maxx but still wasnt professional. Dudes just sitting on a couch, watching tv, vaping. Hows that professional? Avail Vapor way better. Better devices and their liquid is premium E-liquid.

I absolutely love this place. They never pressure you to buy. They are always happy to explain how to use products in their store. They will be happy to help you with anything vapor related.

These are some of the most knowledgeable people youll ever meet. If you ever need anything they will do whatever they can to accommodate you. I normally frequent the Elizabethtown store, the Middletown store happens to be along the way today. A great experience at this location. I highly recommend Vap Lab.

More than once I’ve gotten a vape from vapor lab in general, i loveee the novos ! Butttt , this is the second time i go to this location & the lady with blondish? Brownish ? Hair & glasses was somewhat rude. I understand you have to ask for ID but just to have a very rude and blunt voice gives a bad vibe. The other women was nice & friendly, but regardless of the situation the other one made it uncomfortable & wasn’t really friendly when i tried to have a conversation. Not sure if that lady is just naturally like that, don’t want to assume either but that was the vibe i got from her. Just FYI be kindd !!

Visited for the 1st time today. Great experience. New to vamping. Rick took plenty of time to find out what would work best for me, testing samples. Everybody was great. Ill definitely be back.

Ive been visiting vapor lab from the day they opened and I got to watch an excellent business owner consistently re-invest in this store and stay current. The owner clearly has a passion for having the best business possible and really vapor lab is in a class of their own.Pros:Quality employeesCustom juice in varying bottle sizes and price (save money going large)Flash sales(if you dont miss em ;p)Best hours of all the vape shops(***** automatically for me)Rewards plan for free juice (not sure of the legality, may end eventually)Cons:Wish their hours were even better.(not really a con, see pros)Juice isnt the best in town, some of the premiums at other stores are amazing, but your getting taxd, and you have to deal with limited hours.

Dustin is an outstanding person. He helped me solve several problems with my Smok Novo. I was experiencing a faulty Novo since I bought it but I did not know it was faulty as I did not know what to expect with this technology and Dustin took the time to help me figure out what the problem was. Hes very intelligent and knowledgeable about this industry and not only did he find the problem but he helped fix the problem and did so quickly. I am now experiencing how this technology is supposed to work for the first time even though Ive been vaping since December.Kudos to Dustin!!!! Youve certainly made an enormous difference in my vaping experience. Thank you very very much!

Theres no vape store in KY that even comes close to matching Vapor Lab. If youre new they walk you through the whole process of quitting cigarettes with vaping, would try to oversell you more product than you need. Most shops have house juice and it absolutely disgusting. These guys have it down to a science. Consistent, clean, reliable. E juice. Its not the cheapest but is is competitively priced for the area. They carry solid reliable gear, again at fair prices for a retail store. Staff is knowledgeable and happy to spend as much time as you need to get you all sorted out at any skill level, thats why Ill be a Lab Rat for life!

Fiancé was given the wrong e-juice for some strange reason. Called and was told they would swap it out for the correct one. Always friendly and helpful.

Went here for the first time to get some juice. Asked one of the workers if they had a certain flavor, dude looks me in the face then goes back to texting on his phone without saying a word. Should of just left but I still bought some juice, its ok though cause they wont see another penny from me. Come to find oit that this douche is the storw manager, what a joke. Go here if you want to see how not to run a business.

Recently I decided to stop smoking cigarettes, but wanted to start vaping. I spent some time researching various batteries and clearomizers, then decided to go for it. I went to Vapor Lab and received excellent customer service. I feel horrible because I cannot remember the gentleman who helped me, but, he set me up with the battery I wanted and hooked me up with a nice clearomizer. He showed me over to the sample section, made a few recommendations, and let me try whatever I wanted until I found the juice for me. He also showed me how to set my system up and how to fill it up. I arrived having never done anything, and left feeling confident that I knew what I was doing. I will definitely be back to buy not only juices (bc they have some awesome flavors and the quality is excellent) but parts as well.

This is one of my local vape shops and I gotta say the company as a whole is incredible but the people here are awesome theyre super helpful and the environment is really chill.

Best vape shop in Louisville, by far! No others can compare to their prices or flavors! Never going to even think about going to another shop again! I havent smoked a cig in over a year, all thanks to the pros @ VaporLab, and their yummy flavors.

Didnt like this place at all, the customer service was extremely poor. The people were rude, had someone mix me some strawberry crack. I wanted an 80/20 vg level and he did it completely wrong. Will be keeping my business with 723 vapors

Completely willing to lie about the equipment they sale. Knowledge isnt their strong suit, they are also condesending if you challenge them. Still your #1 choice for when everywhere else is closed.

The guy that works tgere is a douchbag....not only that but there house juice totally sucks....they gave me a bottle that literly wasnt even shaken up it was just poured in a bottle and it taste like crap....i would recommend any other shop but this one...really sucks..hands down one of the worst vape shop experience ive ever had....👎❌
