This is a continuation of my updated review. I cannot say enough about the Staff, their knowledge of all their products but more importantly? They are willing to explain everything 2U re; vaping, device use and more very helpful information. Ian is the store manager and I now know my new Nautilus didnt have an issue- I wasnt using it properly. Everyone is awesome here. U are not rushed here, no matter how much time U may need to comprehend anything? They give it 2U. They also have full Spectrum CBD 4 sublingual use, CBD Isolates, CBD Balms, Creams, and Juice. U can sample the CBD E-juice, and the 1000mg Sublingual Full Spectrum CBD oil. Own house blends and different brands. 117 house blend flavors, and 50-60 National brands. Pool Table, Sectional, Restroom. Mon.- Th. 9am-9pm. Fri-9a-10p. Sat-10a-10p. Sun.-10a-9p. No disappointment here. Only Vape Shop Ill come 2. Check them out!!!!!

When they have a customer that will take a while cuz they need to fill their juice they should ask the next customer what they needed to see if it will b fast or not I waited for a vape for 20 min still didnt say anything to me about anything so I left . Very upset being this is the only place I can get this particular vape from.

Never thought the day would come where I would quit smoking and I didnt want to quit. Its been 2.5 months with no cigarettes and no cravings for them. This shop, the employees and vaping is absolutely the best. Employees are very knowledgeable and top notch customer service. Love this place

Not a dispensary despite the name. I only had 10 mins and they didnt have what I needed because they are NOT a dispensary. A waste of time. Plus they love cops. Ew.

Best vape shops I have ever visited. I was a smoker for about 18 years and with the help of vape n juices staff and a lot of will power ( i live with two smokers) I have almost gone a year without smoking. Friendly no pressure sales staff. If you want to quit smoking start here, you got this!!Just an update. I bought a house juice last week and it seemed to be to much flavor or something so i just brought it in to ask about it and they replaced it right away no questions asked. The customer service is top notch and thanks again guys and girls!

Haley was amazing and so was the staff, very good conversation and so helpful. I bought a clearance vape, tried it, and it didn’t taste great and they were awesome to replace it and agreed it was bad. The other clearance vapes I left with were 100% and they just provided great customer service! A++ definitely recommend!

I’ve been a customer of Vape N Juice from 2017 to 2019 (Loves Park location) before I moved and recently started shopping there again.I purchased a new vape there last week that was giving me headaches and must have been defective (used multiple coils and juices all with the same effect) I called a couple days ago and was told by someone I could return the vape for an exchange. When I purchased it I was also told I had 14 days to return. When I go there today some woman who claims she is a manager (later found out her name is Laura) basically accuses me of lying and saying that vapes cannot give people headaches and refused to do any sort of refund or even exchange, she even doubted that one of her employees would agree to one (which two verbally did at the time of purchase and over the phone later that week). As a customer I’ve never been talked down to like that by an employee of any business much less someone who claims to be a manager. After years of business with Vape N Juice I will NEVER shop there again and threw out my new vape and coils on the spot in front of her.I’m out over a hundred dollars for the defective vape but I am more than understanding if they don’t have a return policy, it’s how she speaks to customers that is appalling. If she were my employee and I found out she spoke to a customer like that I’d fire her on the spot.

This store is my main stop for most of what I need for vaping. They are always chill and super helpful. Diego is one of the guys I see the most there. He is an exceptional sales person and really fun to joke around with. I even watched him remain cool and professional with a couple that were being rude and disrespectful. Being a manager for about a decade in retail, I can tell you Diego checked all the boxes when handling those customers that just wanted to yell at someone and get their way. Excellent shop with excellent employees.

Diego is the most childish and rudest employee there. I have no idea how he became the “district manager”. Had a bad experience where he was very rude last week. I’ve been there since and the other employee that helped me told me Diego can get like that. Then I go in there today. I was very polite, he says “just so you know Jeremy reviewed the video and he ignored you”. I didn’t even mention what happened and he has to rudely bring it up. How in the world is this guy any type of manager. I spent too much money there to be treated like that. What a shame. If you do shop there do business with the guy with the beard and glasses……best businessman I dealt with there.

Well they dont listen to their customers very good. I went in there 4 days after buying a new vape (it was a display model) because I had been having issues with it hitting right. After taking 5 hits and messing around with it he handed it back to me and said it worked fine. Like I made it up or something. It still wasnt and now 10 days later it doesnt even work, not burning the juice right. So just be prepared for them to not honor their return policy with receipt if you have issues. I go to Marcos vapor now.

I love the cotton candy vapes. And theres is the best. The ijoy. Tells you exactly how much battery is left and juice. So there is no guessing.

Jacob, Joey and another gentleman (with Joey tonight) that work here are all high quality people that know their stuff. Im new to the area and this is now my go-to vape store. We had a minor mix-up where I left with a bottle of Peach instead of Wintergreen, but once I noticed it at home I called and they said theyd correct it. I drove back and they made it right for me and even took customer service to the next level.They have an incredible selection of flavors (that you can test!!) and mods plus great prices with a simple reward system for repeat customers. Im so glad I stopped here.For really real, yall... This place is the best!! They even have a lounge area with a free-to-play pool table!Thank you guys for being so awesome!!

My body started rejecting cigs, so I decided to try vaping. The reviews for this shop were great, so I went to see them. The reviews were right! The staff is very knowledgeable, and so so friendly. They got me completely set up, and I love everything! Its made my transition so much easier, and the withdrawals are very minimal. I love this place, and would give it, and the people, 10 stars if I could!

I thought I had bricked my mod after performing a firmware update but Diego gave me a last chance at hope with some advice to fix it and that worked awesome!!! He also offered me cost friendly alternatives had I not been able to fix my mod. The whole staff at the Loves Park location has always been extremely helpful and friendly. So friendly and very easy to talk to. The only vape shop I will be going to. Owner was in the building the first time I went when it was negative hell outside and he was very willing to talk to me and my significant other about different options as far as pod systems and juices. We were in there a solid hour the first time and they had no problem answering any and all questions.

Horrible service and experience. I stopped in there shortly before work to get a 250ml of juice. The guy told me he was out of 250ml bottles but would fill a 500ml halfway. I was running late for work and therefore quickly paid and left without checking the bottle. The guy filled the bottle barely a third of the way. I will never stop at this place again. I feel robbed. Disgusting.

This location and and company is full of well educated and very customer service friendly people. I always feel welcomed when I go to any of there stores. Great flavors, great mods and great place to hang out.

I normally dont write reviews but I feel this place deserves one. I am relatively knew to vaping and every single person there is beyond helpful but I would like out to do a personal shout out to the store manager IAN McLaughlin who has been beyond helpful and patient with me when I ask him numerous questions about how to use my new device(s) whether at the store or even when I get home. I see this has above and beyond PERSONAL SERVICE WITH GREAT ATTENTION to my (urgent in my opinion) needs and issues. Ian talks me through it every step of the way and gets me back up and running after I have screwed things up! SO PLEASE COME TO VAPE N JUICE IN LOVES PARK, YOU will NOT BE SORRY. Tell IAN I sent you! I am a return customer because of him and will always return.

These guys really do have great tasting juices compared to hit or miss gas station flavors. I had a problem dropping my vapes all the time, and these guys talked me into the Aegis Legend. Ive dropped it probably close to 20 times already including off a scaffold, and its still working perfectly. They could have easily talked me into something super expensive instead they found something that fitted what I needed perfectly. PS The Horizon Tech Falcon tanks with the mesh coils really are the truth.

Hands down my favorite place in the area to get my vaping stuff. They have a wall of flavors ranging from plain tobacco to lemon pound cake. To top it off they will work with you to find a great flavor for your mood. You can even mix/customize the flavors to fir whatever need you have.

These guys are phenomenal. I stopped smoking cigarettes and started vaping back in September 2017. I had tried to quit smoking before but had a mod with rebuild-able coils and didnt know what I was doing so it didnt last originally back in 2016. Then I discovered Vape N Juice LP. These guys are knowledgeable and dont mind helping people new to vaping which was a huge sigh of relief when I didnt know what I was doing. Went in to find a juice I’ve been looking for awhile now. Couldn’t find it they only had it in salt nic. Everytime I go in they I’d and my boyfriend forgot his. They wouldn’t let him vape or even tell me the other juice he suggested. I understand the rules just frustrating that he couldn’t even talk to me. I asked if there’s anywhere else they know that carries air factory mystery but he said in a cocky way that he only shops at vape and juice. This is why I don’t like this place and I’ll take my business to Marcos.
