I have bad knots in my shoulders and used to get massages frequently. This was by far one of the best massages Ive ever received! The therapist created a relaxing vibe and made me feel comfortable. Her pressure was perfect - she gave each area the same amount of attention, and was mindful of any areas with pain. She worked out my knots gently using hot towels, without digging into them. I would definitely recommend this spa to others, and am looking forward to trying out more of their services!

I was recommended the sauna treatment from a friend of mine. So I did it. I had no idea what to expect. I went for the sauna treatment, and it felt like I was in a sauna. I was provided exceptional service and made to feel comfortable. I couldnt tell if I shed any real weight off the one treatment, but I did leave feeling lighter and cleaner. I’ll book again, and recommend that any man or anybody looking for these services to book as well.

I had a wonderful experience! I booked a hot stone massage and left feeling brand new. I also added on the detox tea that was yummy and left me feeling more relaxed.

I feel INCREDIBLE today after my session with Liz last night! I wasn’t really sure last night after sweating but I noticed a huge difference today! Not only do I look slimmer but I also feel so much better, I’m actually obsessed!! Everything from start to finish with the hospitality and small touches. The atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing!
