My boyfriend and I stopped into this shop to pick up batteries today and ended up grabbing juice as well. The owner was very helpful to both of us. Definitely will be back to this store in the near future. Great prices. Great customer service. Great quality. Great selection. This place is great! Very friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and not to mention they have the best juice. I am very picky and the owners were very patient with me. These people are so friendly. They took the time to sit with me and teach me everything I should know. The variety of products they carry are top notch. They text me when my orders come in as well which is so nice. Great experience. The owner was super helpful and spent a lot of time explaining different options for us and helped us make a decision. We had no prior vaping knowledge and he made sure we were informed before making any purchases. The prices were very reasonable but the great customer service is what will keep us coming back.

Chris and Becca are the current owners of the shop and they are awesome. They are fun to talk to and a clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about vaping. Its not a huge shop but its clean. Definitely gonna be making this place one of my regulars even if it is a little out of my way.

If you are anywhere near Springfield or Summit and you dont stop in this place you are doing yourself a disservice. Its a great little shop. Really really nice prices. And its owned and operated by a super nice down to earth guy. Hes the reason I make it a point to get myself there anytime Im in the area

So I stopped in on a Friday morning... This was my second time walking into a vape shop. My first experience at one vape shop was horrible I felt uncomfortable and rushed. No info given just buy and go.. Than I saw reviews for wheelhouse so I went in... first the guy was so welcoming it was like walking into a friends house. I told the guy that I was inexperienced and needed help. He was beyond helpful and very informative on his products. What makes wheelhouse so good is that they provide good service and products. If its your first time or just need a good place for all your vape needs... Please I recommend going to wheelhouse I know my business will continue. Thanks again you guys are awesome!!!!

My wife and I have been going here for a while now. Great prices, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. If you spend a decent amount of money and stop in often they even give you discounts on items and free giveaways, who can complain about FREE stuff !!! The new owners are very nice down to earth people which gives the place a great atmosphere.

WheelHouse is a great place to get what you need. Very helpful with a great selection. Chris and becca are very knowledgeable on their products they have. Its been 4 days since I bought my last pack of cigarettes and I have been smoking for 23 years. They actually listen to what you have to say and what you need without trying to up sale you. I highly recommend on going there. As I told him after my first day there.... I will only shop WheelHouse vape.

Worst experience Ive had since Ive started vaping. Called the first time to ask about Atlantis 2 and Heracles 2 sub ohm coils. First time I was told that they had just sold out of all the Atlantis 2 coils they had. Ok, that happens, Ill just call back in a few days. Ive always supported local, Id rather do that then order online and now theres a place closer to me. I called back earlier tonight and felt like I was being rushed off the phone. The first time the call was stern and I didnt feel like I could look forward to being an appreciates customer. THIS time I felt outright insulted. I asked about the Atlantis 2 coils and was told theyre old, I havent carried them in over a year. I felt as if I was being spoken down to because I was was looking for something that, at this point, I have no idea if the shop ever carried.After this experience I would rather just order online then go local. I would advise anyone considering going here to tread carefully; if youre thinking youll be treated as a valued customer, then from what I have experienced youre in for a surprise. Im sorry it turned out this way, I was looking forward to a new local place since I cant get out to Somerville currently.

Had one of the best experiences for walking into a vape shop. Chris and his wife were very helpful and sweet, took the time to educate me on products. def would be telling other about this cute shop!

Rich was absolutely amazing and helped me with every question I had and let me try out so many different vapes and sizes to get the one I wanted and he knew so much so he knew exactly what I was talking about! Such a great place with so many options at amazing prices and he is always available and willing to help anyone who needs it!!!! I definetly will be back!

NOW CLOSEDVisited this past Sunday in the early afternoon. Owner was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable, easy to talk to. I told him what types of stuff I gravitate to (fruit and cream mixes, ANML Looper, etc.) and was given two great juices I hadnt tried before. One was a mango cream (more tolerable and less overwhelmingly sweet than Naked Amazing Mango), and a Blueberry, cereal, and cream juice that fit my tastes pretty well. We chatted about recent changes to laws on vaping in New Jersey and New York (my current state of residence), I picked up a pair of batteries, and left. Used my credit card for both purchases. I plan to visit again in the future.

Extremely happy with my vape. The owners were both extremely patient with me because I wasnt really sure what I wanted. Not only were they both extremely helpful but I will definitely return to buy juices in the future!

Owner is super friendly and nice. But I went in 2 weeks ago and they dont accept credit cards which is a huge problem for me as I dont carry any cash. They do have an ATM onsite but you can only probably take out 20 dollar bills and it might charge you a fee.

Talk about customer service. Chris and Becca were helpful, friendly, and interested in getting to know their customers. Their pricing is reasonable and they are super knowledgeable when it comes to their products. Recommended to everyone in the area and anyone traveling through.

Great place to vape but most important they will build you a RDA while you wait and teach you how to do it yourself they also have a lot of different juice and in my case they didnt have what I wanted so they got it the next day great service and prices I like the Goon RDA thanks

Not very welcoming at all. Asked about replacing a part on my vaporizer that cracked, was belittled for not knowing it was called a chamber. Ridiculous for such an empty store.
