I love this store! Best place for everything I need and super friendly staff. The prices were great too. I moved here 4 yrs ago (from California) where shops like this are on every corner and havent found anywhere with the selection of juices that I needed. Great selection of everything you could possibly need for vaping. I needed to excange an item and (the Asian kid from a previous review) was super helpful and so friendly

Workers wore aeesome, but got pods for vaper espresso, thought it was really odd the box was a different color than what I was used to and maybe they did update it Ive already gone through three of the four coils from when I got it today. I let each coil sit for a minimum of 15 to 30 minutes two coils dont register and the other two burnt out immediately.

Spend around $50 a week here and have been for months now, but tried to return a juice I had just purchased that morning that was brown and was told I couldn’t return it. When I asked to speak to a manager they told me he wasn’t there and that he only comes in when he wants to so no way to talk to him. When I asked again why they wouldn’t honor a product they sell I was told “it’s just juice” with an eye roll and smirk. Juice or not, it’s $20 that I’ve now wasted and definitely didn’t need an insult from the staff member in the process. Taking my business elsewhere now.

My husband and I stopped in to get new vapes. The man working, the owners brother, was super patient and very knowledgeable. We are somewhat beginner e-cig users and he helped educate us on the different types of vapes and pods. We both enjoyed the fact that we could test out some of the vape juices before buying. This was huge since the bottles are usually large and can be spendy without knowing if youll like the flavor. The shop was clean and well-organized. We will absolutely be returning here for our e-cig needs!

They are the most Knowledgeable staff any where in the Twin Cities. I go out of my way to stop here on my way home from work.Big selection of devices, tanks, juices, disposables and mods.

Employee that helped me was great, saved me a lot of stress. I shattered my tank and he cleaned out the surviving parts of my tank and helped me assemble with the new glass and even made sure my o rings were on perfectly. I was impressed with his professionalism as well as the lighthearted atmosphere of the location, and i will definitely return here if im ever in the area again

I have wasted over $100 now on disposables from here and I am done. I understand it’s more of a manufacturer thing but seriously it’s been 4 out of the last 5 for me and more before that. The most recent one had a working battery but tasted like it had zero nicotine. I don’t use them very often and I didn’t realize how bad it was until I used my friends that was the same nic level and it was a world of a difference. I have had expired juice in the past the had a date stamped on the bottom of the bottle that was over a year past sold by date. Other disposables I’ve had have died way prematurely as if they’d been used before. Not saying they had though. I know this stuff is inevitable but Lately it has been the norm. Like it’s been such a bad streak of luck for me. When I buy from online shops I have had much better experiences honestly and that has more shipping to deal with and they still turn out amazing and fresh be it disposables or cotton pods or juice. Take it or leave it but my advice: either be more careful and thoughtful on the suppliers you choose to do business with, or stop leaving your products on the shelves for so many years that they expire or start deteriorating.

Finally...a place that has MANY options to choose from, and you can even try them out...very sanitary and safely! I forgot the name of the fellow that assisted me this morning (sorry), but he was fantastic and VERY helpful! I think I will become their new regular customer. Give them a try...I highly recommend!

Out of the past 3 escobars I’ve bought from here, 1 of them died in one day, and the other ran out of juice in one day. I know for a fact I don’t finish them that quickly. Pretty frustrating considering they charge like $28 for them. They do have a cool rewards point system, and sometimes they give free stuff. I’ve gotten a free delta 8 cart from there recently. So not gonna give the 1 star, but yeah, pretty frustrating that I wasted $60 on those two disposables. Just for them to die in less than 24 hours.

The fellas in here very knowledgeable. I stopped in here for my husband to grab him some juice. In my opinion all this stuff is overpriced as is and Im a tightwad. But he cant vape enough it seems. Nonetheless you are very knowledgeable and very friendly and are always willing to help you find whatever youre looking for and then some. Yes I rewards program here which for every so much money you spend to get points and you can use it towards cash off your other purchases or whatever else. which is very nice especially in my case with my husband who spends hundreds of dollars a month on this stuff. One of the nicer more friendly places.

Friendly people that have helped me fix my vape before when I was a newbie and answer questions. The rewards program is actually useful; I get $10 off all of the time. Clean and organized and the bar for trying flavors is fun. I’ve been to both the Brooklyn park and maple grove locations and don’t go anywhere else now.

Always a giant plume of smoke. Ive purchased multiple tanks for my ecig and all were not as described by sales people. They also didnt have replacement parts. Should have informed me!!!They also are incredibly rude. If you dont want to be treated like you would by a cars sales person go to the other ecig store. They are honest and realistic about their products and advice. They also listen. Not this place.Never returning. Btw, your hours on weekends scream laziness.

I’ve been going to these guys for years. Always positive always good mood,always ready to help you out. No need to look around for E cigarettes juices or accessories. This is the place you want to go to!

Tyler and Derek are the greatest with customer service, super funny! Tyler helped out a lot with my mod that I got a couple days ago. Tyler and Derek definitely deserve a raise with their great attitude and hard work! I highly recommend this place out of everywhere.

First time in thier store the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. And explains how to use the products in detail. Anyone who vapes or new to vaping thistle store to go to.

This shop is a bit more expensive than others but mainly the staff here is disappointing.Early 20s Asian kid is a total douch canoe. Terrible manners.

Juice is good but I have a strong suspicion that the brand new LG 18650 batteries I bought are either fakes or rewraps. One has a huge dent on the negative side, brand new right out of the box. It has never even been put in my mod or on a charger, I noticed it right when I took it out. The labels dont even remotely match which really makes me think they are not authentic LG batteries. The one okay looking set I got is just weak overall. Never had a problem with this brand/style before when purchased elsewhere. Too sketched out about the batteries to bother returning for anything else... The employees were nice though and if I had not had this issue, I would have gone back. Maybe just stick to Samsung batteries?Edited to add: For reference, I purchased 4 sets of LG 18650 batteries, the brown ones, and only 1 set functions as I expected. I will consider returning them based off of the owners reply. Thank you.

Great place! Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Explained things in simple terms for me. And I explained the flavor j was looking for and they picked 1 out right away and it was perfect!

Best eCig shop in all of Minnesota. I have been to many many many ecig shops, and eCig market in Maple Grove will continue to get my business out of all of them. All of the staff is so so knowledgeable and helpful and FRIENDLY, I seriously look forward to running out of juice so I can make a visit to this shop. Seriously 10/10 don’t go anywhere else for your electronic cigarette needs.

Very helpful, very nice. Widest selection of fluid and ecig hardware in the area. Only place Ive been to where the staff had extensive knowledge and helpful answers to questions. Since I have found this shop I havent been to another.

This is a well managed vape shop. Huge selection of juice and the staff have a ton of knowledge about the products theyre selling. Ive been a regular for years and that wont change any time soon.

They lied to me and said they couldnt sell Mango Juul pods anymore and no one else could. I called a different ecig place in the same town and they said they had them and it wasnt illegal. This place is pretty clean and offers a lot. Just dont trust a place that lies to customers.

Best place to get ejuice from your treated like family not like a dollar. They have 3 places 1 in brooklyn park mn one in maple grove mn and a new one in blaine mn. Try one of these stores the guys there there will make you feel like family
