Great place , they offer military discount as well but had to wait over 30 minutes for the store manager to come with his code.Great vibes ,ambiance and the Girl working there was super nice especially dealing with rude patrons.

I love this shop!! All the workers I’ve dealt with are friendly and helpful :) they have a variety of stuff & are always willing to order new products for you too. I would recommend if you’re in the area to stop in!

Got a Pin and it leaked all over the pin. If you want something that hardly works and cost a lot go to this location. Staff was really rude and didn’t want to help they just stand around or hide in the back.

Constant turnover of staff makes it hard to ask questions about products. Unless you know what you want youll just get a ugh, I just started here and I dont know much about this stuff management needs to know how to train people they hire.

Every time I go there the people are always so friendly and helpful. They give me several options to choose from when recommending products.Its a 20-minute drive but Ill always come here over the one that is 5 minutes away. They have a great selection and try to keep their most popular products in stock.

INSANELY overpriced. Was looking for a vape which retails between 170 and its MSRP of 230. They wanted 300. Not only that but they wouldn’t tell me over the phone. So rude as well as overpriced rip off. Don’t shop here.

I just moved here from another state and was looking to replenish my ejuice. The younger guy that helped me today was awesome and helped me choose what I wanted as my regular brand isn’t available here. I definitely will keep making the drive to support this place from now on.

Staff are very helpful and pretty knowledgeable. Selection is broad and they carry some top-tier brands you wont find elsewhere in the city, to my knowledge. Prices are as good as you will find if you want to buy something in person.EDIT to add: I gave moderately glowing praise initially, but Ive been back since, and I think the young lady working here is on another level. Shes funny, kind, knowledgeable, interesting, and intuitive of how much help to offer or not offer at a given time. Its time for a raise for her (dark hair - Nina maybe? Let me just announce that thus is the best Tobacco shop in Maple grove, has so many products to choose from, and everytime I come in, something new shows up, so its nice to see that Im able to try new things. Store Is Frequently Dirty and Un-Stocked, The Workers Are Clueless and Pushy. Every Visit The Fat Lady Has Given Me The Incorrect Coils For My E-cig And Proceeds To Have An Attitude When I State That They Are Incorrect.

I am so glad this place opened down the street from me. It is clean, professional, the staff is down to earth and friendly. One of the owners likes to sit and play classical piano at times and is wonderful. Everytime I go there I enter with a smile and leave with a bigger one. Love this place!

It says you guys open at 9 but it’s been almost an hour and a half and still the door is locked and nobody is there or answers the phone. This has happened multiple times.

Decent rates and the staff Ive met have been largely solid, albeit not super knowledgeable. Theres some 🐟 too, but thats not uncommon.

Bought a battery from here, didn’t work. Brought it back the next day, and they said they would give me 10% off another battery. And I shop here ALL THE TIME, or DID.

Shoppers beware! This so called business doesnt stand behind the products they sell.... I bought a Loon Maxx yesterday, I opened it today and it did not work went to exchange it. Found out they dont do this. Here I come Plymouth tobacco.
