K SMOKE Maple Valley

Got a puff bar and it was burnt. I told the young guy that was working that and he said after the final sell there’s nothing that they can do even though the puff bar is supposed to have flavor so wasted $45.

The guy here is super cool. I came in looking for a new vape because I hate the one I have.he took his time to go through the different units and functions after I told him what I didn’t like about the vape I had currently.Its refreshing to have someone who cares enough about his customers to know the products he’s selling.I’ve been to several vape shops over the years and the experience is usually the same,if you have a question about the product they usually never know the answer or care to try and find out .I’m always satisfied whenever I leave K-Smoke in Maple Valley.They always have a pretty large selection of different types of vapes and many other items for your smoking needs. .needless to say I walked out with a pretty nice new vape for under $50

Best selection of cigars I’ve found around the area. The whole store isn’t dedicated to cigars but they are still kept well. The cashier (perhaps the owner) was also very friendly.

Super friendly owner that actually knows his product and helps his customers. With online shopping making it difficult for small local business to compete, K SMOKE doesnt gauge the prices as much as most small shops.Large variety of a few popular brands of juice, large inventory of mods, coils, and supplies, and plenty of selection for the green leafs.Definitely a good shop to support.

The man at the counter is friendly and helpful. He may be the owner or just work for the owner. I dont know, but he was helpful and had a store kinda full and he got everyone taken care of and was personable and friendly. This was my first time in this store. And I will be a returning customer.

I absolutely love the owner, he’s always super helpful! Im pretty hard on my vape so Im always needing parts and he has the juice that I use, which most places don’t. I drive out of my way to come here!

If they would EVER PICK UP THE PHONE! I would have not given you guys a 1 start.the phone picks up and then ring again till it gets a busy signal. What is the ponit of having a phone? And on your web site it says call if you have any questions. Well how can you if you dont have a working phone line. That is false advertising. Now if u could I will give you 0 stars but I cant Ive never had this issue before

I live down the street and called at 8:47 and asked if he would be open until 9:00pm (regular closing hours). Leave my house and pull up at exactly 9:01 and the entire store is closed up with lights off. I told him that we probably would not arrive until 9 and he said that was fine. Bad business and creepy vibes.

Have been coming here for years, I can’t say enough good things about this place. The owner is reliable, friendly, keeps everything as reasonable as he can. He has a customer for life!

Phrmacy record system merged with Rite Aids and to say “broken” is kind. Employees use record keeping system this a an excuse for poor performance. Dont go there.

Very rude. Doesnt say hi. Acts as if they are the only smoke shop around. Helped the customer that came after me.
