Ecig n Vape Does not accept Manufactures warrantyI purchased a Mag Kit from Ecig n Vape almost 6 weeks ago and my screen went outThe store told me after 30 days I would need to contact the manufacturerSo, I did just that they apologized and told me to go back to the store where I purchased it to receive a replacement for my broken Mod and they will issue a credit to the store. When I went back to Ecig n Vape in Maple Valley with all the documentation and communication from SMOK and they told they would not honor SMOK’S warrantee and basically wished me luck that is no way to treat a customer a broken product and now no recourse. So, if you’re thinking about buying that new Mod from this store I would think twice you may be out of luck like my selfGlenn Nelsen

The Owner gives great costumer service + the Staff. Unlike the foriegn owned stores if you buy a mod and it goes bad w/in 30days because it was defective you can return it get another 1!👍🙂

Great selection, knowledgeable and friendly staff and the owner pays the employees fair wages. This is the only place to go in Maple Valley for vape supplies.

This place is laid back when you first come in they are not annoying you about juices you should buy without asking or pushing product they are modest friendly people who enjoy helping you with any question vape related good prices always the first shop to stock up on all the new juices 10/10 would vape every single flavor on the shelfs

Great place if youre looking to an alternative to smoking, Ashley and Kyle have been awesome,had an issue with a purchase and was told come in for a full replacement! Very satisfied thanks you guys
