Elements Massage

My first experience with Elements Massage was wonderful. Very calm, soothing environment. Nice staff. Desire did my massage and was just fantastic. As a person with a lot of muscle issues and chronic pain, Im usually really scared when it comes to having anyone massage me. Desire was great and super knowledgeable about the chronic illnesses I have. She listened and applied pressure according to how I needed it. Such an nice person and a great experience. Im definitely going back for more!

Massage was incredible! I have had massages all around the country and finding a skilled, competent, and caring therapist is hard. Claire was perfect and now Ill be coming back regularly to work with her.

The location is clean, staff is very friendly, and all the therapists I have seen so far have been very professional and provided a good massage experience. Lisa (prenatal massage), Travis, and April (provides hot towels 👌) have all been great!

They are pushy with signing up for a monthly subscription and when I called to cancel less then 24hrs after getting it they said I need a 30 day notice and will be charged at least one month. There are better places.

All the staff are very attentive to my needs, respectful and courteous. My experience with Massage Elements in Maple Valley has been positive and the therapist I see most often is Leia who is fantastic! She is very professional and offers me many good suggestions for my trouble spots. This includes stretches, tips for tight muscles and devices which may eliminate stress on body parts such as my hand. She is also very friendly, which I appreciate very much! It makes me feel like Im visiting a friend who is interested in my wellbeing. I respect her professional expertise immensely! I have tried all the enhancements available: Aroma therapy, CBD, and Himalayan Salt Stones. The Himalayan Salt Stones is the one I have benefited most from, particularly on cold gray days. I have always found everything to be exceptionally clean, professional, and welcoming.

This place is deceitful and greedy. I started coming here 9 years ago and came regularly for a few years until I moved. In the beginning they said they were working on accepting insurance. I worked in insurance, so I know it doesn’t take years to accept insurance. They never worked on it. I’m willing to bet the reason they never got around to it was because the owner can make more money by not accepting insurance.Speaking of the owner, I’ve been told by a number of current and former staff that she is, in fact, greedy and money-hungry and that it’s a stressful place to work. Don’t support businesses who don’t take care of their employees or want to legitimately help people in the community (accepting insurance would be a start to help out those who aren’t wealthy enough to continually pay the ludicrously high prices as part of continual therapy to decrease pain).Lastly, my husband had a gift card for a 1 hour massage. He had the opportunity to increase the massage to 90 minutes (so 30 extra minutes). He was never informed of what the additional cost would be before accepting). When he came out of his massage, they took his gift card (that covered the 1 hour) and then told him he owed $107 for HALF AN HOUR!!! That is OUTRAGEOUS!! This place is a complete joke and utter disgrace to the community of hard-working Americans. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS GREEDY BUSINESS or support the owner who owns multiple vacation homes.

This place has been consistently going down hill for years now. Their prices are 50% higher than they were a few years ago and they try to pin you into a wellness plan to bring the prices to only slightly overpriced vs competition instead of ridiculously overpriced. It’s not like they offer anything that really sets them apart short of having slightly more availability as long as you are willing to get whatever rando is available. Management is obviously only in it for the money and cannot keep employees to save their lives. So don’t get too comfortable with a specific masseuse because they will likely be gone soon. I quit even trying to have a “regular masseuse” after the 5th one in a row quit. I recently tried to use a certificate my wife had purchased for a 60 minute session and booked a 90. Went to pay the difference and they informed me the 60 minute gift certificate was valued at $69 which is not even the price for a 60 minute massage. They charged me $107 for the additional 30 minutes which means they don’t even value the 60 gift card at half the value of a 90 minute massage. I didn’t even argue. As far as I’m concerned it was a termination fee because they will never get my business again. Also if you do chose to give these criminals your money make sure you tip your masseuse cash. Totally the type of place that would try and take a cut of the tips.

Cat is a skilled massage therapist who made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with every aspect of my massage.

The massage was good, but they advertised 60 minute massage. I didn’t get called into the room until 3-4 minutes after it was supposed to start and the masseuse ended the massage 5-6 minutes early. So it was really only 50 minutes.

Wonderful friendly front desk staff (Katlyn and Parker) and my LMP Liang was awesome!

From the start working with Mona to my massage therapist it was a great experience. The studio was in immaculate condition and well kept. My massage therapist Desiree took the time to make me feel comfortable before, during and after the massage and also gave me a few recommendation after the massage was complete. The only thing was they gave us an hour notice of cancelation when my wifes massage therapist called in sick. It wouldve been nice to get some comped on some level because of that.

It was my fist time getting a massage for stress. It was so nice. I felt 100% better. They answered all my questions and made my time a pleasant experience and I will be back.

Had an absolutely phenomenal prenatal massage with Arin yesterday. He was kind and respectful, the height of professionalism, and he managed to loosen up all the tension spots I’ve been struggling with lately. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

Had a massage with Zane. This is not just a massage but real body work, next level stuff! I can’t recommend him enough, he will transform you. We hold lots of stuff in our bodies, beyond tensions, and his work is top-notch to release it all!

I find they keep enough staff that specialize in deep tissue massage that I have no trouble making an appointment for my monthly massage. There are multiple skilled practitioners.

Check out the difference in my wrists, this has been on going since my appointment two weeks ago. The guy I went to here was rude, and I now have a wrist issues I haven’t been able to write, pick up heavy objects etc.

My experience was perfect! Charissa is a highly skilled massage therapist who is down to earth, makes you comfortable and really focused on problem areas. Will definitely be back next time im visiting from out of town!

I cannot give more than two stars as I have not been in to receive any message therapy. I called for an inquiry two weeks ago and possibly set up an appointment, but my call was never returned. I am willing to give an update if I ever do. I have no ill intentions on giving a poor evaluations to small local businesses. Maybe they are just too busy and not taking on new clients? Either way a return message would have better nice.

I had a pinch in my right shoulder blade for about three weeks, so I decided to treat myself and try getting a massage. Making that first appointment was best decision ever. After past experiences with other massage place, I was skeptical, but Elements is wonderful. No drama, just nice people and easy to understand whats going on. I cant say enough great things about Beth, she did an amazing job, very professional and very sweet. I didnt expect my pain to be fully gone after one massage, but the next day I woke up and there was no more pain in my right shoulder blade. I was so happy, a million thank yous to Beth and staff. Cant wait for my next appointment :)

I personally had an amazing experience! The two wonderful women at the front desk were patient and very helpful. My masseuse, Lucas, was exactly the same. He explained everything he was going to do and then did an amazing job! I will be returning monthly!

It pains me to leave such a low rating because our massage therapist Christina is the absolute BEST. She is kind, personable, and does wonderful work.However, the front desk staff is absolutely incompetent and we ended up cancelling our long time membership because we are so fed up with them giving us wrong information, incorrectly charging our credit card, and promising us one thing and going back on it later.The front desk staff regularly misinforms us about how many massages we have left to use and we end up being told we have credits and then get charged later.Once, we checked in and got brought to the waiting room, we are ALWAYS early for our appointments. We waited and waited, were 5+ minutes past our appointment times and suddenly we get a phone call from the front desk asking where we are because we are late for our appointment - WE WERE LITERALLY SITTING IN THEIR WAITING ROOM AND THEY HAD CHECKED US IN.After many many frustrating experiences, we finally decided to cancel our long time membership. They made it soooooo difficult! Again, we were given completely wrong information by the incompetent front desk staff. We called and asked about the process for cancelling, we were told we just needed to come in anytime and sign paperwork. We did. We specifically asked in person after we signed the paperwork if we would be charged again, she promised us no we would not have any more charges. Surprise, surprise, the very next month WE GET CHARGED AGAIN. We call and the person at the front said we needed to cancel by a certain date in order to not get charged. We specifically asked that when we cancelled and signed the paperwork and again we were told incorrect information so we had to have another month of charges. They didnt even try to make us feel better or even seemed sorry at all, they just said, oh well she gave you the wrong information.We were trying to use up the last of our credits. We had already cancelled and had one last massage to use. We had hoped to at least have a decent experience for our last time but of course not!!! After his previous massage, my husband booked his last 90 minute massage because that is what the front desk person told him he had available for credit. He went and had his massage this weekend only to see later that he was charged for a full 90 minute massage which we were told he had a full credit for. He then had to take time out of his busy work day to call them. They admit that the front desk person incorrectly charged him (shocker) but that he only had a credit for a 60 minute massage so they would charge him for the extra 30 minutes! The person who booked him SPECIFICALLY told him he had a 90 minute credit which was the only reason he booked a 90 minute. We are so absolutely frustrated and they never seem to be sorry for their mess ups or even care about all the inconveniences and miscommunication. We are done with Elements massage. Stay far away from this place, they do not care about their customers, not even long time customers like we were!

I have never had a bad massage here! Unfortunately, the really really good therapists are often booked out several weeks in advance, so I have seen a number of different ones. The lobby is tiny, but the receptionists are quick to get you checked in and ushered to the waiting room. This area is warm and quiet, with water, tea and coffee (pods) available. Overall this is a great little parlor with staff who take care in what they do.

Lucas was the perfect massage therapist for me. He understood that I have been under chiropractic care with the NUCCA method so knew how to be careful with my neck and head. He understood how tension builds over time when muscles are hurting. He understands the trend of poor posture with carrying ones head forward or geek posture. Ive fallen into that mainly because of being tall but with his help Im gaining my posture back, gaining range of motion and loosing pain. He is a third cog in my gear of chiropractic, physical therapy and Lucas.

Excellent and speedy service! My masseuse was very engaging and very nice. He listened to me regarding my focus areas and made sure to work those areas real well. He did apply a bit more pressure than I was expecting but he eased up as soon as I asked. Talking to him also helped make the time go by fast! Would highly recommend.

I love how easy it was to set up my appointment, and how friendly and welcoming the front desk staff was. The quiet room before you’re taken back is also a very nice touch. Stephanie M is amazing (as always!) and really knows how to get in there and work out whatever aches or pains you’re having, while also leaving you relaxed. I won’t go to anyone else!

This place is my happy place! I have never had a bad massage, and all the therapists are amazing.

Elements is one of the most welcoming environments I have ever been in, not just the most welcoming massage studio. The front desk staff is kind, and the therapists listen well, respect your wishes, and provide pain relief. I want to give a special shout out to April for all of her help in scheduling, and Ryan for the massage. Ryan is a very experienced (from what we talked about) deep tissue therapist and I cannot wait for the next appointment I get. This was such a treat!

My brother and Sister in law have me a gift card for a massage. Everything was amazing from the moment I walked in the door. The reception area was clean, smelled nice and the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable. The relaxation room is a wonderful progression towards the massage with all kinds of beverages. Then the amazing massage experience. I had just flown in from Tampa less than 12 hours earlier and this was exactly the calming beginning to what would have been an extremely stressful day. When I left I felt like I wanted to give everyone I passed a hug. I wish I could bottle that feeling and share it with everybody. When I move to Maple Valley in December I will be making massage there irregular habit. Thank you so much for showing me the benefits of Massage

Ive gone to Elements Massage twice now for a 90 minute session with two different therapists and each time has been a great experience. I never felt uncomfortable with the professionals and they do such wonderful work that leaves you feeling relaxed when you walk out. The therapists are attentive and want to ensure you have the best experience possible. For me an extra perk is a heated massage table! I think Ill have to start coming in monthly.

Update: they tried to call me and talk about the problems from my appointment, and the girl on the phone was laughing about my problem. Is this how you treat any problem with your clients? Really unprofessional. Show some compassion.Really easy and fast to set up my appointment via online. I had a deep tissue massage with a girl named Hua (pronounced WA). She worked the areas of my back that I needed done really hard. I told her several times to ease up. Strangely she nor the staff read the paper I filled out. I specifically said back and lower back along with inner thighs have severe cramping. At no point in time were my thighs ever touched. I may be back..but the pricing is expensive here even with discounts. Theres others out there for 49 dollars.

The office in Maple Valley has a very warm feeling about it. The front desk staff are always super friendly and are authentically happy to see me every Monday when I get my massages. Emily is by far is one of the best therapists I have ever had. Thank you everyone. :) Jason M

Lucas was so attentive to my needs, and focused on the areas that needed the most attention. He made sure the level of pressure was correct, and explained specific treatments with me when I asked. The massage was the best Ive ever had. Lucas made me feel comfortable and made my pain melt away.

Masseuse (Kelly) was excellent. Communicative, caring, great hands, and kind. Getting to do the check-in paperwork ahead of time made first visit really easy.

I had muscle in my back that was cramping and very painful. Lucas got in there like a pro and made all of my pain melt away. Very skilled masseuse. The next day I was totally healed with no pain in my back. Im going back in 2 weeks for a follow up with Lucas. Very happy with this spa.

She made me feel welcomed and comfortable when asking me how I felt and how much pressure used to massage. Thank you Luanne for a great experience. Great atmosphere, kind, helpful staff, great schedule flexibility

The therapist I saw (Kyle) was very personable, that is what I immediately liked about her. She was also very knowledgable and capable of explaining what was going on or why I was having pain in a way I could easily understand. Im an intelligent person so she didnt need to dumb it down too much, but didnt use too much technical language so we were really able to communicate about a plan for future massage.

Worst massage Ive ever had. It was rushed & just overall not good.

I would not come back.Paid for a 90 min massage he spend 75 of it on my back. Then i asked what time it was cause I lost track. I asked arent you going to do a full body massage. I marked it on the sheet.Then I asked about my feet. He said we wont talk about that. WTH!!! Thats not full body. And I asked him to not just knead but to stroke and slide he says everyone does it differently. I thought I was the customer. So the last 15 min was rushed. Never again will I got there. Ive been to other elements and never been treated like that. Now my back is having a negative stiff effect after him spending so much time on it.

Great team of therapists and always seems to have availability when needed without having to push out weeks at a time, staff has always been accommodating and willing to work with me on my individual preferences.

Receptionist are always nice and generous. Ive only tied Whitney as a therapist for deep tissue and lower back/sciatic problems. Been great, easy to converse with too which is always nice.

All the staff have always been very kind and professional. I’ve seen Lucas for a couple months now and he’s great. It’s so helpful that he gives you stretches and other tips to help maintain the work he’s done. Super happy I found this place!

This place is wonderful! The 90 minute salt stone massage was glorious! My neck and shoulders are generally so tight I get tension headaches, the tension literally melted away.

My massage therapist did an amazing job. Very difficult to find someone who can give consistent deep tissue therapy. I would definitely recommend her for deep tissue massage!
