Great customer service, got a wide selection of Vape juices, salt nicotine juices, devices and much more! Owner and employee always make sure to take care of their customers.

This is a great little shop, with very nice owners. They have a big variety of a ton of stuff. But their posted hours are unreliable. They sometimes open late, or someone is on lunch with the store locked up mid-day. I’ve come to rely on the shop just a little further down the road, by QFC. Their posted hours are legit, and the store is never locked during daytime.

I like the selection and the staff are friendly and helpful but they need to make their hours more reliable. The store is sometimes locked during random times throughout the day (usually around lunchtime) with no indication when they will be back.

Just when I thought I was never going to find vape shop within a twenty-mile radius that didnt suck, I finally came upon this oasis!Praise the gods, I walked into this place merely hoping to find a price on e-juice that wasnt and aggravated assault on my wallet and instead found many varieties and flavors and competitive pricing! Thats right, youll pay less here for more than anywhere in the area!! And youll get to shop awesome brands.

DO NOT COME HERE. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, prices are cheap but it’s for a reason. Lot of fake products. Bought a battery for a dab pen (510 thread “ooze” battery) and the charger stopped working the day I bought it. I go online to see about a warranty, only to find out my device DOESNT HAVE AN AUTHENTICATION CODE. Which means it’s fake. Went to exchange it and this older Indian fella refused because “No refunds or exchanges” lmao. What a joke.

Went in to get a new tank. Specifically said we needed tank that fit the coils that current tank has. Employee pointed at the selection of tanks. I guess he didn’t understand “coils” and said the tank would fit our battery. So bought 2 tanks. Got them home and wrong size of coils that we have at home, so husband took them back in to return. Employee says “no returns”.He didn’t give husband a receipt when we bought them yesterday. Not sure why he didn’t let us know that there are no returns. Will never do business with them ever again. The place we usually go to is in Auburn and have a 2 week return policy. Or I will just go online.

Kashif and Tole offer personal service. I had a hard time getting a product from other locations. I let them know and they order it for me personally. Where do you find that kind of service? Smoke and Vape in Maple Valley!

Been in a few times and was helped out greatly by Branden who always points me to the right product. Today however I went in to a guy Ive never seen, I showed him my battery which I use for cbd cartridges saying that it had leaked he responded surprisingly really rudely telling me to take it back where i got it. I than tried to explain how I just wanted a better battery to work with my cartridge that wouldnt make it leak, he told me mine was the best one which I know is baloney since actually sell better ones at my work, sadly we are out atm. I also know vape batteries work with my cartridge so Im shocked he didnt wanna offer me one of those?? Very disappointed ): still giving a decent score though for the past help, thanks Branden!

Good selection of juice if youre into mods and sub-ohm vaping, I always find a new menthol flavor when I go there. Theyre friendly but dont seem to know the product very well.

It was already difficult working around their loose store hours, but being yelled at for asking questions? Unacceptable. Selena serice was terrifying, and when called out, she used being a housewife as excuse.Kinda super offended by the whole ordeal.You cant use being a cigarette smoker as an excuse for lacking knowledge while working for a vape store.

I bought a vape from there a couple days ago and today I tried to exchange it because something was wrong with the vape and it wasnt working and that guy was really rude and told me no exchanges or returns Ive been a customer going there for about a year and and I reminded him of this and reminded him of all the money that I spent in the store and he still said no I will not be going back there what awful customer service and non appreciation for loyal customers what awful customer service

The owner is very helpful. With out a doubt its the best vape store in 4 corners. Itll be a thousand times better once the stupid vape juice ban is over and he has all the juice selection he had back. lol

This place had done good up to the point I opened a pink lemonade vape by bi mor and it was pitch black worse then the cola ice one is for that brand and I went in and showed him he made me open it and hit it and it was the worst tasting burnt coil I ever hit and literally laughed and told me to have a good day will not be coming back

This place has the greatest selection of vape accessories in the area. I love this place and the people that work here are amazing!! Best customer service ever.

Ill be honest I know exactly what I want when I come here so its always a quick in and out type deal, but the people working the counter are friendly enough and the prices are decent.

Will never shop here again they sell expired products and then refuse return And then forget how to speak EnglishBought a bottle of juice that expired 3yrs ago

Good customer service they also give you a 30day warranty on all mods you by👍🏻 No smoke shop I know of does that!

Didnt think too much of the place when I first went in but they were able to give me a glass at 2 my broken vape and it didnt fit but this time she was more willing to help me

Was not open on time. Open sign was flashing “open” but gate was closed and lights off. Waited 20 mins. Hire staff that are more punctual.

Im from out of town and $10 for one could is kinda crazy, but he did provide a trash can and paper towels for me to swap coils out...
