The rest I gifted to my family memerrs because almost all of my appointments were canceled like the one I have in the morning.DO NOT SIGN UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP.I REPEAT----DO. NOT. SIGN. UP. FOR. A. MEMBERSHIP.Trust me on this. I gifted more of my member credits than I actually used. And you cant cancel it until the 12th month. I tried to cancel it around April or May because it was IMPOSSIBLE to get an appointment. I live within 15-20 mins of multiple locations. No appointments except for weekdays between 10am-2pm. Hadnt had a Massage in a couple of years. Massage Envy at Windy Hill was a great choice to get my first massage in quite some time. I was greeted promptly by the friendly ladies at the front desk. They did a good job of letting me know what to expect. The guest membership representative Mecca did a wonderful job of helping me customize my massage. The massage was excellent. My therapist Kim had great pressure and gave me a very therapeutic deep massage. After my massage, Mecca explained to me the benefits of becoming a member and I joined up immediately. Great staff and a great environment. I highly recommend this location.
Late post, my appt was on 094/2020. It was my very first time there and I had a great experience. I had Don. He was a lot of fun. We share great stories and laughed a a lot through the massage and the massage itself was very good. It was a 90 minute massage and I had a knot in my back that Don worked on for a long time. I had times where I couldnt even sit up because of that knot in my back and I am so thankful for all the time that Don spent working that out. He was tipped well. He had such great energy and professionism, I will definitely be back!! THANKS DON!!!
I have a membership so try I to go once a month. The massages are good. You can request a particular masseuse if you choose once you find one you truly like. They also offer other skin care services such as facials. They book up quickly if your a last minute scheduler.
I have been a member since this place opened in (I think 2007). Dont judge this location for other Massage Envys. The owner here cares and it shows. I love the therapist who work there. For the most part they are all excellent. They listen to what you need and its not always just a relaxing massage. I sit a lot for my job. I am at the computer 10-12 hours a day sometimes. So my neck, arms, lower back, etc are a mess from lack of movement. They offer stretch and aromatherapy but they truly work through your issues with you. I dont think of massage as a luxury. It is a true healthy lifestyle. I would rather get a massage any day than take pills or have back surgery. My membership is the best gift I give myself. Happy relaxing! I recommend this location highly.
I’ve had amazing facials in the past but I can honestly say Tia is by far the best I’ve ever had. I am 77 yrs old and truly can attest to this
I dont know WHY I waited so long to do this....OMG!! It was absolutely the most relaxing thing Ive done for myself in a long time! From the time I walked in until the time I walked out, great service! This has to happen monthly, periodT!
Love the massage therapists at this location! The front desk staff is always incredibly kind and fun to socialize with. The massage staff is usually very kind and responsive when you detail the needs of the day. My company has a few ME subscriptions for staff members for our office locations (company perks) but the one on windy hill is by far my favorite.
I dont get massages very often. So I decided to go treat myself. It was my first time here at the Windy Hill location. Started off nice. Got in the room and ready for my massage when my masseuse forgot a tool for getting the hot stones out so she left me in the room mid massage. Finally, when I go to pay I get pretty much ambushed on why I am not getting a monthly membership. She kept at me for so long that the other receptionist and her customer looked at me. The lady at the front, I believe her name was Tamara Neal hounded me on what was holding me back on why I dont sign up for one of their deals. I literally had to head to the trash can which was by the front door in order for her to tell me goodbye. I get it, you want people to go for the membership but slow your role. This is how to lose customers. I wont be returning to any of the Massage Envy locations, sorry.
My massage was freaky.ot was a two hour massage and when he I dosed off he spent majority of the time massaging my toes with one hand I finally had to pull feet which seem to snap him out of it and he started to massage the rest of me. He only used one hand most of the time. At first kept wondering if I was over reacting but it really bothered me. I even asked him if something was wrong with my feet since he spent most of the time there. Not going back for a massage. My facial was wonderful
My husband and I had some time to spare so we walked in for a couples massage. They accommodated us immediately and worked on our troubled spots. We both feel so much better. They are great!
I scheduled an appointment because I’ve had ongoing back pain due to a car wreck. The front desk staff were very friendly and professional. Natasha was my masseuse. She was was knowledgeable and gave me a good massage. The reason I’m giving this company a 3 star review is because Natasha smelled like cigarettes and her nails were too long. I felt her nails scratching me as she massaged her neck, which was quite uncomfortable. Aside from that, it was a pretty ‘alright’ experience.
I gave 2 stars because the staff was friendly and the place was nice and clean. However my service was horrible. I had a 60 min full body massage and the lady did a 60 min back massage and now my back is killing me!! She was extremely firm and put all her weight on my back. She firmly rubbed and pushed my back for an hour!! Thats the only area she massaged and again I had a 60min FULL BODY massage. The center of my back is still sore 10hrs later!! This was the worse full body massage I ever had.
Great staff and customer service. Manager Tori is awesome!! Massages are best in 90+ minutes, 60 will just leave you wanting more, try a membership, you will be glad for the gift of relaxation! ! Member since they opened!! 2 hours is my monthly pleasure! Enjoy :-)
If I left this review on the day that I first tried to cancel my membership this review would have been a 4 Star review. But over two months later, two additional months of fees, the same discussion with 4 (very nice) people at the front desk, minus a promised call from the location manager, it’s dropped to a 2. Massages were ok, some good, others ok, but now that I’m established after a move to town, it was time to move on. It was a huge headache to cancel this membership. There were a couple mistakes on their end, which were never followed up on by the manager who I was promised would call or email to followup. Very poor business in their part. Unfortunately this is what I’ll remember from the membership whenever anyone asks.

I have a membership here going on 2 years. I love this location! Is very relaxing, the staff are great and very friendly customer service. I have also had facials here and they make my skin feel amazing! Im always pleased with the services I receive.
This company steals peoples money. Do not ever sign up for a membership and have to cancel due to medical issues. They keep charging your card until you get a doctors note. Once you get a doctors note to cancel they will not give you your money back. They will try to make you take any service they have available even when you originally got massage services. I hate that customer service dont matter anymore to companys that is obviously hard up. Since they have to steal peoples money. Luckily I am not less fortunate. I will consult my attorney in this matter because I disagree with them stealing my money.
BEWARE...THIS BUSINESS DOESNT CARE ABOUT ITS CUSTOMERS!!! I have been a member at this location for over 6 years and have loved my massages BUT when I called to let them know that I was violently ill and could not make my appointment in July, they would not work with me and insisted on charging me. I should have gone and thrown up all over their facility but I didnt because I do care about my fellow customers. After being treated like this, I asked them to cancel my contract. This was over 6 weeks ago and it is still not canceled and I have been charged for August. They have not sent me the cancel form that 3 employees have assured me they would send. I have asked for a manager to call twice and have not received a call back. I will show up in person later this week but BEWARE of their business practices!
Called this place as a last resort.. bc they have the lowest rating (I️ can see why now) I’ve been a member of this “spa” for over 6 months and zero issues. So my information is on file. But for some reason, only this location was requiring that I️ give my card information over the phone... ?!? That seems very sketchy. The young girl on the phone was not very knowledgeable of anything.. I️ had to ask everything at least 3 times to receive an answer. Can you blame me for not wanting to give my personal info. to her? She left to get a manager and came back and said she wasn’t able to come to the phone..?!? Again, either sketchy, or just the worst customer service ever. The massages at this place, in general, are kinda cheap.... I’m STUCK in the membership and can’t get out.Don’t join... there’s never any available time slots at the “decent” locations. And after the girl on the phone ended our conversation with a “whatever”...?!? I️ wouldn’t be caught dead at this location.
Read the fine print very carefully. There are all sorts of hidden costs, and a membership here is honestly not worth the money. At the end, they overcharged me and it was extremely difficult to cancel my membership. They hounded me for money and were very loathe to refund my account after I had been charged TWICE while my account was supposedly frozen. No wonder there is such a high turnover rate for the therapists, the management is extremely hard to work with!
While I had a great massage therapist at the Marietta Massage Envy, the companies practices are fraudulent and they go by all means to use your personal credit card information illegally and unethically. I have canceled my membership after they re-instated the time frame twice and they continue to charge my card without my permission. We are currently looking at taking legal action against the company for its unethical billing practices. It is a shame because I wouldve visited when I could to see the amazing Melissa, hands down a great massage therapist but this company and its practices cares nothing about fair business practices.
Let me start by saying the employee who helped me with my purchase was very friendly and I dont blame her for my bad experience at all. They had a special going on for $150 of giftcard purchases you receive a free facial however when I got to the store the location restricted it to $150 in retail merchandise which seemed kind of like a scam to get you in with a fake deal. I was going to go to a competitor, but I figured why waste a free voucher if Im already getting giftcards. Who is spending $150 on lotions at a massage chain in one visit anyway? I wont be buying gifts or getting massages from this chain again if they dont change. If youre going to offer benefits and coupons Massage Envy dont be so stingy, its tacky.
I called on Friday and was told i had a 90 minute massage with a provider. My CC was taken and the appointment was cofirmed. When i arrived i was told i was not on the schedule and i could only get a 60 minute massage. I am very dissappointed in this location. This is very poor cutomer service. They luckily had a provider that could do 60 minutes but if there was no open provider i would have wasted a whole morning because i planned around a 90 minute massage.
I have been using Massage Envy for almost 10 years. This location is exactly like any other location, nothing special. You go there, receptionist will greet you and sign you in, waiting room with water and tea, then you will be guided to you room for a massage. Simple and easy. Nothing fancy.
I have been a massage envy member for years and have visited 2 other locations monthly since ME re-opened. This is the only location that I have encountered that openly discriminates against health care workers, specifically those on the front lines. As an Emergency Medicine physician I take care of the most critically ill patients. Daily I wear extensive PPE, but ME therapist only get temperature checks. I’m more likely to get COVID from them than they are from me. The other locations have caveats the make exceptions for healthcare workers because they understand that we wear PPE. This location will simply kick you out.
Not a great facial for $90?!?! I havent been since Feb 16 so they wouldnt give me the intro pricing. You can get a MUCH better quality service for the same price elsewhere, no question. Will NEVER give this locating my business.
This was my first time ever coming to a Massage Envy! And the ladies at the Windy Hill location were awesome! They were able to help me and answer all my question and get me on my way with my membership! So happy I choose to come here!
I recently moved to the state and have been to 4 locations and this by far has been the best experience ever! Teanna at the front desk was warm and welcoming and my masseuse Dale was absolutely fantastic!!!!! He did such an amazing job!!! I will be back!!! 😊
I needed a massage so badly after having pain in my shoulder for a few days. I called and they got me right in. I had a great massage and my shoulder has felt so much better ever since! I ended up falling for the monthly membership which I couldn’t be more glad that I signed up for! It makes me get a massage and schedule some actual relaxation that I otherwise do not get. This location has some amazing staff. They are always helpful and knowledgeable. They have great massage therapists! They always make sure that you are offered a drink and the little waiting room is relaxing and cozy! I have yet to have a bad experience here!
The front desk staff was awesome: from the call to schedule my first appointment to checking me out. Jenn was PHENOMENAL. I dont think Ive had a better massage EVER.
I love this location! Every since I joined theyve been taking care of me in every sence of the word. My schedule is hectic but they always accommodate my needs. The staff is AWSOME! Whitney is the best!
Very strange. I called up and they said, 6pm slot is free. I drove down in 15 minutes, made my friend climb all the steps from their parking lot, and reached Envy at 5.50pm. The girl at reception simply said that all the slots are booked. Dont understand why they trouble customers like this...
Love their membership. Definitely worth it if you get two massages or more a month. They have couples massages as well. Products used is Murad for facials.

I love the massage envy franchise. The Windy Hill location is my favorite. They are always helpful and they know me as soon as I walk in. I don’t know how they do it.
The most poorly run location I have visited. I went once a month for several years, but the past few months have been a disaster trying to schedule an appointment then they call and cancel multiple times.I never worked so hard to be a customer.
