My husband and I recently visited Natural Body Spa for massages, and the experience was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and relaxed. Marcus and Liam were incredible therapists who truly know their craft. Their skillful techniques and attention to detail made our massages some of the best weve ever had. We left feeling rejuvenated and stress-free. We highly recommend Natural Body Spa and will definitely be returning!

I recently took my son to Natural Body Spa (Marietta GA location) for a teen facial, a service I hadnt heard of until I visited their website. It turned out to be an excellent first-time experience for him. Jordan, our aesthetician, was fantastic. She was thorough, explaining each step of the process to both of us, which made my son feel comfortable and informed. Additionally, Jordan took the time to write down the skincare routine and the products she used, ensuring we could continue the regimen at home. She even provided us with a few samples. We are very pleased with the service and would highly recommend this spa for anyone looking for a teen facial.

Initially booked two 90 minute deep tissue massages but was confirmed later for two 60 minute deep tissue massages. Called the day prior to the appointments and was told that the other slots were booked after I called initially. Basically, no apology or excuse for the miscommunication just nothing at all. Couldn’t cancel because I now fell into their 24 hour cancel policy window. So we went to the less than ideal time slots.Service wasn’t terrible but my girlfriend and I had two completely separate experiences. My therapist was a great guy but his skills were lacking. Asked for deep tissue and he assured me he would “bring it”. I had to consistently ask for deeper pressure but was always underwhelmed. My chief complaint was my shoulder and wrist/hand on the left. He worked on those areas for maybe 10 minutes and didn’t ask if that was enough for relief. The time being condensed had him rushing and basically it was a waste of a massage.After the massage my girlfriend and I had facials booked. My esthetician was great and informative and did a pore scrape prior to application of products. My girlfriend however got a completely different protocol but both of us paid for a signature facial. I guess the only positive for her was the massage she had was one of the best she’s gotten deep tissue wise.So where does this leave us. After spending 500 plus for services not properly rendered and customer service that was devoid of service, this is definitely a non recommend. I dislike when a place has a few wonderful associates but everything else is terrible. I should have known something was amiss considering they were the only spa within a 30 minute drive that had availability.Should I have advocated for us more? In hindsight I think so. To be honest I feel like complaining up wouldn’t have gone anywhere. In the future I will stick to more reputable locations for these services and just plan further in advance.

This spa was hands down one of the best ones I have been to. The front staff were friendly and responsive. I did the 90 min hot stone massage with Alice and added on a scalp massage. She was absolutely amazing. Alice was so friendly and she made sure you were comfortable and that she applied enough firm pressure. My shoulder muscles are always so tight. I left there feeling so relaxed and peaceful. Highly recommend coming here for a massage from Alice!

Great Signature massage experience with Alice at the West Cobb Natural Body Spa this morning! The entire office staff was pleasant and inviting. Alice did a great job working out my stress knots and applying strong (but too strong) pressure.My massage was long over due and much needed, I feel like myself again. Mediocre at best. I booked a 30 minute massage because I wanted to test the waters first as I try to find another massage therapist. I booked a Sunday appointment and was called to find out if I could come earlier or later to help out the therapists schedule. I typically wouldn’t have a problem changing, but I had something scheduled immediately before and after.I was turned off by that, but I had an open mind when I arrived for my appointment.I booked with Alice. I was taken to the “waiting room” when I checked in. She escorted me from the waiting room to the massage room at my appointment time, it was all the way in the back and told me to undress and lay on the table face down. The floor was cold and there was no step stool to help us vertically challenged ladies to get on the table. When she came back in the room she did not ask any questions regarding problem spots or anything, only when was my last massage.. she proceeded to put cool oil on my back and other areas as she barely did any rubbing. When she finished, she told me to get dressed and left the room. She never came back. I found my way back to the front of the spa, used the restroom and interestingly enough she was waiting for me outside the restroom with water. We walked to the check-out area and I asked what her name was just to confirm I hadn’t been shuffled to someone else’s schedule (and because she never introduced herself at any other point) and I was wondering if this was the same person so many reviewers gave kudos…Well, sadly I wasn’t impressed with this location or this therapist and I will not be returning because the experience just wasn’t worth it.

Had the best deep tissue massage from Janae. I’m so glad i booked the 90 minutes it was perfect. She was awesome and made sure to work on all the spots i mentioned. I will definitely be coming back to see her and recommending this place to my friends and family. 10/10.

My first experience with Natural Body Spa was excellent, to say the least. It’s been a number of years since my last massage anywhere, but I was finally able to put last year’s Father’s Day gift to use. Liam was awesome, and super professional. Definitely give the 90-min Cannabliss Massage a try - you will not regret it.

I really enjoyed my time there. I received a body scrub, massage and facial. Everyone was very nice and great atmosphere. I only gave a four and not a five because in the massage room there was a loud rattle from the AC/or coming from somewhere and it was hard to just relax and listen to the soothing music and the vents in the facial room and walls were extremely dirty. The vent was right about my head which isn’t pleasing at all. That room need a deep clean for sure.

My experience was just okay. The therapist did a good job on my back and shoulders. I did not like him dropping the cover on my face when I turned over on my back. Even though it was not the best massage Ive received, I did leave a tip.

Love this location in West Cobb! The staff is always friendly and helpful. My masseuse Is wonderful!! She assesses my needs and then takes excellent care of me. I leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend this spa!

My massage with Marcus today was amazing. He was clearly experienced and knew just what areas to concentrate on. Can’t recommend highly enough - one of the best massages I have ever had!

Ive been here a few times and always have a relaxing experience. Today I got my first dermaplane treatment with a facial. It was very relaxing, Victoria explained everything and Im looking forward to seeing the look and feel of my skin over the next few days. I always go here and a treat to myself, its so worth it.

This place is awesome. Thanks so much starting from the front entrance to my Therapist, my massage therapist was outstanding. He made me feel comfortable. Also made my muscles feel better. Please give them a try.

The massage overall was great. I did have 2 concerns. First being our appt was scheduled for 10am for a 90min couples massage. The Spa doesnt open until 10am. We got there at 930 but they said we couldnt come in til 955, so we went in. We had to wait in the waiting room til about 1005, they took us back to the room where we got ready, the massage started around 1015-1020 and ended promptly at 1130. So it wasn’t a full 90 min. Next is the covers and bed was cold. Usually the sheets atr heated but I was cold the whole time. The guy doing the massage was great though.

Wow! If you’re looking for a deep tissue guy who isn’t scared of applying the pressure, Liam is it!! The pain I had from exercise is gone. Highly recommend

Jodi is my current massage therapist and is extremely thorough and highly skilled !! I also really like their retail selections and skincare !

I was just at the location and didn’t have time to get into this on the way out as I had things to get to. However I just received probably the worst massage I’ve ever had and couldn’t locate a way to contact without calling and spending forever on the phone. The massage therapist seemed to be struggling to breathe and had extremely rough calloused hands. It wasn’t just uncomfortable but now I’m concerned about whether or not they were ill and the skin on my neck especially is inflamed and irritated from being scratched with callouses. I’ve been loyal to Natural Body as I’ve moved around metro Atlanta with the various locations and have never had an issue. This was totally unusual but also unacceptable.

As always NB is a great go to for facials and massage. This time was a facial and it did not disappoint. I was able to get in on short notice - thank goodness and the service was excellent not only a facial but also a derma-plane and extractions. Thank you NB and Minion for making it a great day!!.

Sadly disappointed 😞. I have not been to this Spa since Covid and it has definitely changed. I got the day and a half package. Total value $280 and that included a body scrub, massage, and facial. It was cold, no warm tea or wine was offered while I waited between services. My shower shoes were a size 4(Im a size 11) I had to carry my clothes and purse from room to room and while I waited. It wasnt special or memorable. The actual service was mediocre though they were nice, just seemed like they would rather be somewhere else.I see why the Asian ran spas are dominating this field. My experience was blah 😐 hate to say it because this franchise used to be a top notch spa.

I really enjoyed this place! I had a signature massage with Liam and he was fantastic! I suffer from migraines which in result causes a lot of pain in my neck and shoulder muscles. He did an amazing job getting rid of my tension and was very informative. I was able to relax have great conversation and left feeling refreshed. Will definitely be back!!

The massage was great! However, I paid for 1 hour and although, I arrived early my massage began about 5 minutes after the booked time and ended about 5-7 minutes before the original scheduled 1 hour time.Additionally, I feel that some upgrades are needed to the rooms. I walk in and instead of feeling relaxed it feels more like a cell. The decor is non-existent; its bland, boring, and cold (not temperature wise).

After suffering sever back trauma two years ago , I find the best pain management is massage therapy . Marcus was perfect in relaxing my muscles and releasing back and shoulder tension . Professional , knowledgeable and kind .

The experience was amazing. Marcus was very professional and made me so comfortable that I fell asleep and was snoring.My only complaints are once you get undressed there arent hooks/ hangers for your clothes/ items or even a table. Also I wish the had a bath mat or a small rug to stand on when changing, getting on and off table

This was the worse experience I have had with this type of service. I went for a brow service and as soon as she started, I immediately thought I had made a mistake coming to this establishment for this service. She did not know what she was doing. I could tell in her technique. I’ve gotten this service done elsewhere for many years. I thought I was playing it safe by just getting it “cleaned up”. My brows were a disaster! I looked in the mirror to see different arch types per brow and an obvious brow tgat had hair missing! I was pissed. I asked her what happened. She asked me if I wanted her to fix it! Of course not! Don’t do anything. While she was apologetic, my eyebrows are trash. I told the front desk person because she wanted to know how the service was. I showed her my brows and told her that I was not happy with the outcome. I will NEVER go to this place for ANY SERVICE. It was a last resort because I had already decided there was nothing to the massage and facial I had gotten there previously. They have inexperienced people working on clients and charging $$$ and they want a tip for what they are giving. I will keep looking for other places to get these services. Go at your own risk! They get 0 stars!

I had an accident some years ago and the doctor recommended massages for swelling. Well I had tried a few and none of them worked or they left me hurting more than relaxed that is until I found Mack at Natural Body spa. The entire staff is amazing especially the ladies in front. They are so accommodating and always very very pleasant. There is a spa closer, but the service and massage are well worth the drive!

I did my wax and massage on the same day. Victoria did my wax and she was very gentle. It was my first time and she helped me through the process. I have had a few massages here, and KellySanders did an amazing job. I would come here everyday if I could. Their customer service and attention to detail is amazing.

First time getting my eyelashes tinted! Victoria was wonderful and she talked me through it and how it worked. The atmosphere is very nice and i’ll definitely be back to try the other services provided!

My neck & shoulder have been hurting on the right side & real tight. I’ve been to 2 chiropractors & had physical therapy & nothing has helped. I decided to have the one hour CBD massage & man was it worth it! This is the second time I have had Michael as my massage therapist & he does a great job. Like he told me I’m in charge & I let him know how much pressure I am comfortable with. He has strong hands & really worked the areas that were sore without hurting me & got them to loosen up. When I left I felt sooo much better. I’m hoping I can start going once a month for a massage.

I scheduled appointments for massages and facials for the staff. Everyone was very happy with the service received and wants to do this again. I want to say Thank you to Minya for getting us all scheduled on the same day. She was professional and kept me updated.

I came in for a 1 hour massage and facial for my birthday. Facility was clean with nice aromas. Micheal the masseuse was friendly and funny and provided great service. When it was time for my facial, as I sat down the massage table collapsed and nearly injured my leg. Employee was able to reattach the chair and completed my facial. It also was a great experience. Dulce was knowledgeable and offered great recommendations for my skin needs. I was disappointed upon checking out when the cashier informed me that my gift card had depreciated because I didn’t redeem quick enough. Wow. I was only allowed to redeem my $150 gift card for $76. Just wow. My fiancée will never purchase a gift for me at this establishment again. Very disappointing.

Great experience today. My friend and I had a girl day, she and I had one hour massages with Jodi and Castro. It was wonderful! Highly recommend, we are already planning our next visit.

This was my first spa experience and my first professional massage so of course I have high expectations and high hopes for my first time. I booked the 60 minutes signature massage for just a basic massage for my first time. This spa and its staff exceeded my expectations. The facilities were clean and welcoming and they set a relaxing atmosphere the moment I walked into those beautiful wooden doors. Jodi was my massage therapist and took such great care of me. She asked me questions to help tailor my experience and really ensured I was comfortable throughout the session. I feel amazing and will absolutely be returning.

I got a 1.5 hr deep tissue massage. It was a good experience. The cons - The massage table was not particularly comfortable, especially for 1.5 hours. The masseur said that he wasn’t able (I gathered due to the Spa’s policy) provide a true clinical massage (with manipulation and stretching), which is what has been most effective for me. Pros - the facility was nice, the masseur was competent and professional.

My experience was wonderful! Both my massage therapist and my aesthetician listened carefully to my issues, and my massage and facial were EXACTLY what I needed. Massage therapist was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. Same for the young lady who did my facial, named Victoria. My skin is literally still glowing! Best facial I’ve ever had in the 30 years I’ve been getting them.

Very poor management. My appointment was 45 minutes late due to scheduling issues. When I left, the receptionist asked if I wanted a receipt and I’m glad I said yes because she overcharged me by $100. Then she didn’t know how to refund the difference so I was kept waiting another 10-15 minutes while she figured it out. I also asked about purchasing a package deal and she didn’t have a clue.But my facial by Ashley was great. Five stars for her!

Thorough and Attentive. Kelly asked me what I needed from the session and listened she listened to my answers. I have some areas that needed a more delicate touch and she took care of them perfectly (bad joints that dont quite move like they should). I went here on Saturday May 13, 2023 with my partner to get a gift for my mother. We walked in around 545pm and even though no one else was in the store, the associate (a young person with a medium complexion and locs/dreadlocks) DIDNT SPEAK AT ALL. I said, “Hello.” And she finally said “hey.” That was it. Not how are you? Have you been here before? Are you looking for anything in particular. Do you have an appt? Nothing. I felt like my mother would really like the store so I pressed on. We walked around smelling some of the candles, etc. My partner wondered if maybe she was standoffish because they were about to close so he asked if they were and we got another curt, “No, we close at 7.” So we had an hour at least. She had no warmth or personality at all for a small business. I love shopping small but it was off putting. Finally we found a few things and went to the register. The associate was behind a small piece of plexiglas but she didn’t make a move to come around and get the items to put in the prices, nothing. I had also gotten two lip balms. I asked her if the name matched the colors or if she knew that the names meant and she said, “No.” Okayyyyy. Then she couldn’t ring in one color so she asked me to slide the lip balm through a tiny hole in the plexiglas (she could have just come around but nope and she didn’t ask me to see the other items). So I slid them through. She tried to ring them up but it wasn’t working. She told her coworker who I guess told her to grab another balm or something. I didn’t get mine from the register but there were a few on the cash wrap. So she said “will you pass me one of those.” I grabbed one and slid it through (again, this is a small cash wrap, she could have walked around). And I told her that the other one I grabbed was in a different part of the store since the flavor I chose wasn’t on the cash wrap. Which she ignored. The coworker told her not to worry about what flavor and just ring it up after she struggled for a bit. So she did. THEN she’s going to ask me to put the lip balm that SHE HAD ME GRAB back on the cash wrap. She didn’t wait until we left to do that, she couldn’t get up and do her own “go backs” nothing! I would have waited until I had no customers to clean up my own cash wrap. I would have happily put back things for her if she was super busy and had a long line, but she’s the one who asked me to grab things off the cash wrap. And my partner and I were the only customers in the store. Super rude and off putting. The only good thing about this business was the items and the fact that her coworker (not her) wrapped our gift really beautifully. When my partner and I left the building, even he said, she was very rude and he’s way more laidback about customer service than I am! I would never tell a customer to put back items I told them to grab! I would say hello and make a customer feel welcomed when they are buying to sprays that are $23 and such! This store is pricy and yet the service did not fit the quality/price of the items. If I didn’t feel like my mother would love the items, I would have left in the first few minutes. The other associate seemed nice though. The products are really nice and the whole store atmosphere is beautiful!! But without a good customer service experience, I don’t feel comfortable in this store. Horrible experience overall.

Excellent, relaxing massage experience. I was skeptical due to a previous experience with a different massage therapist but this time was different. So glad i gave it another try. I would highly recommend Mack. He gave me an terrific massage.

It depends what youre going for. Overall not for me. I originally went for a scrub. Then I gave a five star review she did a great job. The spa looks nice and its clean. Then Ive gone back twice for the signature massage. Its not a good massage. I feel like theyre mostly just standing there pushing in a spot. I want an active back rub not pressure points. Ill have to find somewhere else for massages.

Booked a signature massage with Jodi…was required to wear a mask when face up (noted online, but assumed incorrectly that it was outdated information). Was asked twice if I wanted to upgrade (no, just decent pressure please). The “pressure” was akin to my child rubbing my back, even after asking for more pressure. And found out at checkout that gift certificates (which were paid for in full) expire by $2 each month after 1 year. I’ll be returning to my preferred massage location on the Marietta Square.

I went in for a 60 min deep tissue massage and Kelly was great! When I left I felt way better. I already booked my next appointment with her.

Every visit here has exceeded expectations. The front desk staff is friendly and so helpful. They make booking and signing in for appointments effortless. The spa is always clean and smells amazing. Their cleaning standard and precautions to keep guests safe give me piece of mind at every appointment. Therapists Michael and Jodi are wonderful. My friend and I always book appointments at the same time for a fun afternoon and we are always able to be booked on the day that works for us. Natural body spa west cobb is great for anyone looking for a great place to relax.

My mother and I received gift cards from a dear friend to enjoy 90 minute massages. They were booking three weeks out. So finally the day came, we went and got top notch service from Castro and Stephan. When we presented our gift cards at check out, only one if them had been activated at the point of sale and had a zero balance.The manager was called and made it clear that she did not have time to deal with us and asked us to pay until we could present proof of purchase rather than doing the investigation herself. Then she left the store.That left me in the awkward position of having to contact the gift giver and asking him to text me a copy of the receipt, which thankfully, he was able to do.In short, the service providers get As. The store manager gets a C-. She was not helpful or apologetic.P.S. My mother had a $10 credit remaing on the card after the transaction was complete. She purchased a $10 candy bar which was one of the least expensive things in the store, she got it home and it was stale and tasted like the essential oils that they are constantly diffusing throughout the store.

I love this spa, it’s the only one I’ll go to anymore. Registration is easy, everyone is professional as well as kind and welcoming, and I always leave feeling relaxed and taken care of. Thank you, Jodi, for an excellent massage this week! Can’t wait to come back.

The absolute OPPOSITE of awesome... TOTAL waste of money. (Service plus tip - $135)I decided to get a facial for the sole purpose of minor extractions of a few small white bumps that arent going away despite a dedicated facial regimen using higher-end products. Not only did the aesthetician fail to extract ANY of these, she also neglected to remove my eye makeup (mascara and brow pencil) before proceeding with the facial. Seriously??? Gross.Less than 24hours later I developed a stye inside the lower lid of one eye. That is NOT a coincidence!!!

Was checked in promptly! Was there for two services and I felt like both my aesthetician and my masseuse were very thorough and thoughtful! I wish I could go every week! Definitely recommend.

After reading a lot of reviews I was skeptical as to how this experience was going to be. I will say, it surpassed my expectations, it was great. I had Jordan, who was just amazing. I got an express facial and I added on dermaplaning. The facial was relaxing as well as the dermaplaning. The spa is decorated modern and soothing. It has a very natural feel to it. Everything was clean, and I loved the bathrooms. My skin feels great, and I’ll definitely be coming here again to see Jordan.

Vacationing here in Georgia, so I booked an appointment for a much needed massage. I found Natural Body Spa on Google. I decided to give them a try so I called and they were able to get me in the next day. All of the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. When you first walk in, they have a shop for all things beauty and wellness. Then they have a special waiting area once you are checked in. The whole atmosphere is very relaxing and luxurious. When it came to my massage, the therapist was AMAZING! The whole massage was perfect. Best. Massage. Ever. Definitely recommend! This was the best spa experience I’ve ever had.

This is definitely a high end day spa worth visiting for some self pampering. The spa atmosphere is definitely upscale and way better than your typical massage chains or massage franchises.

Mack did an EXCELLENT job on my deep tissue CBD Massage. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who hasn’t had a massage in a while. He gets the knots out.

I always enjoy the facials and the atmosphere is perfect. My only complaint is staff turnover seems very high. Ive never had the same esthetician twice, and it is exhausting to explain my skincare needs and regimen every time. I wish theyd at least have a filing system for that information.

The masseuse(Lisa Joan) was amazing, carefully and thoroughly addressing stress areas, to the point that i was so relaxed that i caught myself dozing off.I plan on making a few scheduled visits a month as part of my routine now.

I tried a Microdermabrasion Facial for the first time at West Cobb Natural Body and it was amazing! Jordan did a very thorough job in just 30 minutes while informing me of the process and the products she used. I was given free samples of the facial products.I intend to have the Microdermabrasion Facial again with Jordan.

This was my first time visiting Natural Body Spa. I had the most amazing massage with Betty! I usually find it very hard to relax during massages, but she was so fantastic that I fell asleep during my massage. She initially asked me questions about my comfort level with pressure and though I said firm pressure, she was able to accurately gauge when the pressure was too firm in my neck. I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after my massage! Thank you Betty!!

Customer Kathleen Gentile/Grizzle:called to get in a last minute foot massage. I’m 34 w pregnant and was in need of some relief. Kristin “the manager” was super friendly on the phone. I got there and everything went down hull. My massage therapist shared with me they didn’t even tell her I was pregnant. She found out when i stood up and went to the room. There she wanted me to lay flat on my back to get a foot rub. First, pregnant women can’t lay flat on their back, it cuts of oxygen from the baby and mom. They offered pillows- but it wouldn’t be enough to sit me up the way i would be comfortable. I explained that and it is also difficult for me to breath while i lay on my back too. We walked to the front to talk to Kristen. They explained i wouldn’t get my full time anymore since time was wasted, or i can wait and sit in this awful chair and get the massage. I declined. Kristin’s excuse... “I’ve never been pregnant so i don’t know what you can’t do.” Excuse me? Do you work in a licensed massage salon? Yes. So do they not train their therapist and people on what to do?Then she proceeded to say “usually we only book a full hr prenatal. It takes more time.” So why did you allow me to book this appt. she didn’t respond and i walked out.She wasn’t rude just kind of unpleasant

Barbarette is the lady to go to for facials and Chasity just gave me the best massage of my life. Go see these ladies.
