I had a facial with Gracie who is a consummate professional and knows everything there is to know about skin - all products used during the facial are custom tailored to your skin type/tone and the goals you are looking to achieve. If given the option for spa treatment I typically always go for the massage but my sister recommended Taylor for a facial and now Im hooked! I literally go every 4 to 6 weeks it is the best money Ive spent on myself! Booked a massage appointment with Claire using a gift certificate my friends gave me and I’m SO glad they introduced me to Refinery 21. Claire was truly amazing, I can’t wait to go back. The space is clean and welcoming, tasteful decor, extra touches all around like chocolates on the tables and beauty products in the restroom. All the staff I came in contact with were very nice. Wish I had the same experience as everyone else has had. Thats why I chose to try here. I desperately needed some pampering and had called to book my first appointment bc I had tried for an hour to book online. When I called, the girl was so sweet and apologetic and talked me through everything and made my appointment. I wanted the 2:30 appt but she clearly asked me if I could come earlier bc otherwise that left Brittany with a large gap in her day and she would sit around and have to wait for me. I told her I could make it work but would be coming sweaty from something. We teased about it. Well I had a close friend in icu and was running 10 min behind and courtesy called and thinking I was her last appointment still and Elizabeth and Eliana could not have been ruder!! I have never been treated like this. So now they are charging me for a no show and when I went to reschedule they wanted a new deposit for the next appt. Will never come here and def not recommending to friends... they could have made this experience to a new client much much better...

This is the best skincare place in all of Marietta. I started going in August 2023 with out of control acne due to personal problems. Taylor took her time to evaluate the best treatments to start working on my skin. First she recommended LED light treatments and after a while I started to see changes. Later she began adding facials and products. I have followed all of her recommendations and the change has been drastic. My skin is radiant, my acne is controlled. I highly recommend Refinery21, the place is beautiful, super clean, a wide range of excellent quality products. Taylor, Eliana and the other girls are excellent professionals. I loved my experience at Refinery21.

If a fountain of youth exists, I just found it at Refinery 21Studio located in Marietta, Georgia. While haphazardly scrolling through Facebook, an ad surfaced on my page concerning holiday specials for facials. I don’t know about you, but I rarely click on ads because it’s challenging to know what is real and what is fake when it comes to social media. Feeling adventurous and honestly a bit ho hum from the bustle of the season, I decided to explore. I filled out the questionnaire and was promptly contacted by Eliana who answered all my questions and found an appointment which would work for my schedule. Upon arrival for my spa extravaganza, I was met warmly by my specialist Taylor and introduced to other staff members. The spa has a luxurious yet inviting environment without being austere. Beautifully and intentionally decorated without being overdone. I was escorted back for a detailed Q and A about my skin. After completing a client interview/assessment to understand my skincare needs, Taylor introduced me to my client room which was to serve as my oasis boudoir for my skincare services. I was literally swooning at the relaxation that ensued. From the softly playing cafe jazz which whisked me away to Paris in my mind as Taylor performed expert and precision focused techniques as she cleansed my skin …to the gentle micro blading which allowed my serums to penetrate deeper into my skin…I knew I had found my skincare home.I was so relaxed during my services, I’m certain I heard myself release gentle snoring sounds…gasp. Clearly that must have been someone in the next room. All jokes aside, when Taylor handed me the mirror at the conclusion of my facial, tears welled up in my eyes. My skin looked flawless…not an easy feat to accomplish for a perimenopausal middle-aged woman. My skin was literally radiant and brighter, baby soft to the touch and magazine ad worthy. I don’t remember the last time I felt so pleased with my skin. If you are on the fence about self care…as I was…choose yourself and give yourself the gift of a spa experience at Refinery 21. As the name implies, you will leave radiantly refined. Kudos to you Taylor and the entire staff on a job well done.

Madison is wonderful, she listened and recommended a course that has my skin looking better than it has in years. There was no upscale or push to buy products, in fact the opposite, I was told to use what I had and when I was out to call and they’d help me choose better products for my skin. I went to Refinery 21 in April 2021 for my first facial since I was 13. I was hesitant, to say the least, but a dear coworker couldn’t stop singing their praises. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed. I feel fancy even being there!! Every single person I encountered was more than lovely. They are accommodating, welcoming, flat out friendly, and happy to see you. I had a deluxe facial with Madison and I left with another appointment on the books— SOLD. Madison is stellar at her job, taking the time to really listen to you and look at YOUR skin and what YOUR skin needs. We have become fast friends. I left again today after my second facial with yet another upcoming one scheduled :) I just can’t get enough. Don’t waste any more time and take it from a *recovering* skeptic— GO!

This is my new favorite place! It’s a hidden gem in the heart of Marietta. I saw Melissa for a therapeutic massage for some specific pain I was having from too much tennis. She was fantastic! She took time to talk to me beforehand to find out exactly what my problems were and she quickly identified the issues and got to work. The facility itself it beautiful, clean and decorated like a posh Paris spa. I hated leaving, LOL. I plan to come back and try several of their skin care treatments. I can’t say enough great things about this place! You should definitely check them out!

I had a chemical peel here. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I experienced top-notch customer service. I was offered many different kinds of drinks. Before my procedure, I drank green tea. After my procedure, I had Cuban coffee. In between, Madison was very pleasant to talk to and very informative about the procedure. The results have been great!
