Went by Elations only to find they are now out of business, so I gave this place a try. The guy working (owner?) is incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the price on the product I purchased was below internet pricing. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Awesome store and staff ! Greatest prices around, always friendly and willing to help or take the time to find whatever it is that you need. Large selection of different options and brands and If they don’t have it they will try to direct you in the best way possible to find it. Always gives me the best deal. Will always shop here as long as they are around for any smoking/vaping or tattoo needs!

Would recommend checking any products purchased here BEFORE you leave the store as they will not give a refund for products appearing to be tampered with.The owner was nice enough to give a credit for future purchases however his tone & attitude was less than welcoming when I declined to exchange the product for something else. I understand having a product returned, for any reason, may be frustrating but as a business owner please speak to people with respect.Will be returning to use my credit & that’s it, unfortunately.

Ive know the pipeline since 2012 and love working with them. As they expand to new store that has a great variety of stuff You just have to go see in person. I waiting to hear about a grand opening party and try some more samples of some new products coming out!!

Called today and got amazing information and service! Guy really wanted to help me find the perfect Kratom. Great experience. The young lady really knew her stuff. I purchased my first hookah and everything I needed to know was explained to me. I appreciated that she didnt try and up sell me on everything but instead she came with the product knowledge and let me make the right purchase for me. Great store.

Absolutely the best smoke and vape shop this side of the perimeter (and for that matter this is my favorite in all of Atlanta.) This is a family operation which gives it a much more personalized experience than those corporate conglomerate stores that have been popping up. They have a great selection of hand blown glass and a wide variety of vapes and accessories. If you are looking for kratom then you have found the place. They carry everything from fine extracts to kilogram packages of the finest Maeng da and at the competitive price that you would only expect to find on the internet. The owner of this shop has special ordered different blends for me that I couldnt find elsewhere and they came in quick. Open late, I think around 11 pm most nights and very knowledgeable and helpful employees. I highly recommend.

I found this place by searching online for places that carry kratom and vape juice. Im glad I did. They have a good selection of products and there prices cant be beat. The stafg is also very friendly and helpful. If youre looking for a vape shop around the Marietta/ metro Atlanta area, this is the place to go.

It’s a cool place very chilled but I recently purchased a bong xxl they were 2 for 16.25 but one didn’t work when I got ready to use it so I called the store thinking it would be a easy exchange then boom the clerk hit with I gotta wait for manger to do a exchange but I didn’t have to wait for manger when y’all swipe my card 🙄 never going here again will go to vape shop with no issues when resolving my issue when something like this happen easy fix don’t gotta wait for approval when I just purchased the damm product

I did not like the fact that the kratom is over priced almost double. Specifically the 8gram bag of opms runs at most gas stations 12.99,and at cloud 9 15 bucks. These guys told me it was 25. And dont give me it was the 14g bag because it was definitely the 8g bag. Then I contacted the manager by text and he/she said it was a problem with the vendor. Well that was about 4. Months ago and the prices are still outrageous. Dishonesty is a very bad motto for buisiness. If its not dishonesty its pure laziness and either are bad for the brand. Thumbs down for pipelines. Reccomend cloud 9 or xhale city or classic smoke. All of these shops are in the area and I believe you will be shocked at the difference in prices for the same exact products. Come on 12.99 verses 25.00 for the exact same product....shady biz. Asmof since I tried to address this in a very light mannered fashion before and it continues to go on I will contact the bbb. Lol you probably dont care, the buisiness portrays that.

The pipeline was my go to tabbacco/ kratom place. I will no longer do business at the pipeline. Today, the clerk attending was extremely rude. As soon as I walked in ,questions me about what I needed, my replied was give me a moment, please. Couldnt even finish placing my glasses in my face when the clerk attended to harshly ask again what I needed, at that moment as hes rushing me with hes question. I decide to walk away. And utter Horrible business sir

Its a small business with relatively good inventory. Im sure you can find what you need but they do lack the selection some of the bigger stores offer.

Best prices on Kratom they have buy one get one free and buy one get one half off every time I have gone in.

The prices are outrageous. This store charges $7-8 for 50grams of hookah Shisha. I can find shisha elsewhere for about $6 for 200 grams. I drove out of my to see this place and it was a big disappointment.
