The loaded fries were perfectly seasoned & paired well with the pico and other savory flavors, the falafel was generous, plenty of flavor, crisp on the outside and soft center, paired with traditional tahini sauce, the Mediterranean salad was disappointing it looked like a 5 yrs old could have thrown it together better. The tomatoes were not prepared properly, nor the lettuce, plenty of feta and the olives had pits but that didn’t bother me. The appearance of the salad was scary.Everything else was great. I give honest reviews and it is what it is.

I ordered the Adana Kebab and I’ve never been more disappointed with food in my life. The place wasn’t busy, one guy smoking hookah as a matter of fact. No flavor and damn near raw.

Attended for a private birthday party. I had a chicken Shawarma, but I did not take a photo of yet again, lol. it was Juicy, the meat was tender, and it was fresh and delicious. The quality of service was amazing, the hookah was great. Would definitely return.

Trash service then they’ll hit you with a service fee for 18% even though you have to literally hunt down your server. I’ll be back charging the check from my credit card.Slow drinks refills, you had to walk up to the bar for any service.Not to mention, we ordered apps and they never arrived. Instead of reminding him we asked for checks.Update: We couldn’t even get our server to pick up our cards from the table, we had to have our cards ran by the bar.I come from the service industry, so no matter what you say will make your service seem acceptable. 🗑️🗑️🗑️The big tall guys service is great, small little boy not so much.

Awesome ambiance and vibes! The food is good and the best part is that it’s BYOB! The music is on point and the owner Ahmad is very friendly and personable. I’ve seen people show up with laptops doing work while smoking hookah and chilling. It’s my new neighborhood bar. Just call me Norm because I am now one of the regulars along with every other “Norm” that visits. I’ve even made friends with many of them!

HORRIBLE!I ordered on DoorDash and received the wrong dish. I called to find what kind of meat it is and the manger was too busy harassing the customers by repeatedly saying “you know you’re really attractive” even though we are in mid conversation about my order. She argues with me saying it is chicken and once she finally starts to understand that I know what chicken and shrimp looks like, she admits that she was the person who bagged the order yet has no clue what it was.It’s Thursday night and I hope a real professional manger speaks to me instead of the drunk one that answered the phone tonight.

Celebrated my birthday on a Saturday. There was an amazing DJ & Belly Dancer! My group of friends & family enjoyed ourselves immensely. The service & accommodations were great! Plenty of seating for everyone. I strongly recommend for others to check it out!

We went for dinner while out during the week. I guess 6-6:30. The place is beautiful inside. but they play music that is more workers choice than restaurant. it did not match the place. At all. When I have a nice dinner in a beautiful place, I would like to be able to enjoy the conversation. Just the wrong part of the week and wrong time for it. leave it for party time.We tried to sit outside but it is July in GA. We ended up leaving after paying for our canned cokes. I have a feeling this is why the place was not doing much business.

Came here to catch up with a coworker and Im glad I did. Very chill and laid back environment, great bartender, good drinks and music. Didnt try the hookah but next time I will. The food was, well, lets just say my doberman didnt even touch my leftovers. Aside from that I would definitely recommend this spot!

Sooo we came here for my husband’s birthday, and we had a wonderful time! This lounge is not something that we would typically go to but we wanted to try something different. It was about 8 of us and we were accommodated NICELY!! Our server (which I cannot remember his name) but he was AWESOME!! Got our orders right, was on point with the drinks and the hookah! And the belly dancing was just the icing on the cake. We had the best time! We will be visiting again for sure!

The atmosphere was amazing 🤩 we came during the early evening and they were playing neosoul/r&b. We had the chicken kabob which was delicious and the falafel pita. Our server was really sweet and attentive. Definitely recommend for a date night!

Nice and cozy, the place is very large and you always like you are alone. You can bring your computer to get some work done while enjoying the hookah, drink and nice music.

All around bad service. Which is very unfortunate since I was really looking forward to giving my girlfriend a good first hookah experience. We felt as if we were being watched the entire meal. It almost felt as if we had to do the servers job for him. (Amer was the server) He hawked over us while paying for the meal. All the server cared about was the tip we were leaving. A bit of advice; when someone pays, give them a while to review the check and decide on a fair tip, DO NOT stand over them waiting for them to sign the check. We felt very uncomfortable during the paying process. My girlfriend didn’t enjoy the flavor we had, so she asked if we could maybe try a different flavor, but was denied because we had “been smoking it for an hour” but in reality, we didn’t smoke any of it because it tasted like dirty water. Maybe the hookah hadn’t been cleaned? I don’t know. What I do know, is that we were very excited for the chance to eat and hang out at this establishment but instead felt rushed out. Compliments to the cook tho. That food was really good and I wish my tip could have gone to him/her!!! Find a hookah bar that will adhere to your needs instead of acting as if the customer is an inconvenience…

Some of the best hookahs in atl, Apple on top bowl with km hookahs also bowls are not over packed A++ I also got a mixed grill and it was phenomenal. Highly recommend-DrSidewayZ

I very very rarely write reviews, so you know this one really got to me if I’m leaving a review right now. Me, my boyfriend, and our friend came in to have a nice meal and experience rotana for the first time since it’s so close by. This was my first time smoking hookah so I was very excited! We grabbed a table outside and had to flag down a server after a while of waiting. Our friend wanted mango flavor hookah (it was his birthday) so we agreed even though we weren’t fond of the flavor. The server (Amer) brought the hookah and left without taking our drink order or anything. I had some coke cans in my purse so I offered them around the table since our sever did not offer any drinks to us and we could not find him for a while after bringing the hookah. Amer (the server) came back and charged us for the coke cans I had taken out of my purse. While he was there, I asked him for a different flavor of hookah because it tasted like dirty water. Me, my boyfriend, and our friend were all very dissatisfied and disgusted with the “mango” flavor that was very much NOT mango. Amer refused to bring us a different flavor, stating we had been smoking it for too long, yet we hadn’t even ordered our food yet. We had to track him down to even order our food next. Once we received our food, he proceeded to bring us our check very abruptly and stand directly over us while we were uncomfortably trying to figure out how we were splitting our check. One he came back, he awkwardly stood over us again while we decided on what to tip. We all felt the service was very bad and we had to flag down our server to even take our order and then were charged extra for drinks when we could have ordered them with the server if he had actually taken our drink order. Very awkward and uncomfortable experience. We will not be returning. I had very high expectations for this place, especially being my first hookah experience… super disappointed and felt very undervalued as a customer.

This place was awesome. We were looking for a place to chill and found this. This was my first time going to a hookah lounge in the states and I really enjoyed it. It wasnt too busy when we first got there and the service was great. The atmosphere, furniture, artwork, and live belly dancer was dope. The baklava was great too. Im definitely going back for sure.

This is such a great place. The food is amazing. The service is top tier, it’s a vibe here and have a selective music choice. Hookahs are great and smoke amazing, the drinks are strong and delicious with great prices as well.

I held my daughters birthday party at this place. We had an amazing experience. These guys are so cool and flexible. They worked with us with everything that we needed. We had a great time. The music was our taste. We danced all night. There was even a belly dancer who was friendly and dance with my daughter for a bit. And they served the food in a timely manner. Great experience.

We really liked this place. The food is very good - moist and tasty kebabs. Hummus had garlic though which is not supposed to have and wasn’t good.Hookah is very good and inexpensive. Comfortable couches available in one part of the restaurant. Service wasn’t great but just fine.

I love this place! I’ve being going for years and they treat me like family. The lamb chops are the best I’ve ever had and I’m a huge foodie! They the most authentic hookah too with plenty of SKILLED workers who actually know how to make it. They also have belly dancers on the weekends. I highly recommend them!

Came here on a Friday night. I wanted to do something low key and fun and local to where I live. I had a wonderful time here. The food tasted authentic and delicious. The dolmas was a great light appetizer. They have large hookahs here that sit on the ground. The customer service was also wonderful. They played a variety of music which was nice. I would for sure go back here and recommend checking this spot out for a good time.

I’ve visited this place multiple times with coworkers and friends. My boss has thrown private parties and we have celebrated our Christmas work party at this location. I typically enjoy my time here. However, last night was the most horrid experience. My friend and I came to enjoy hookah and music. The manager came to our table and said that we had to go because we were being rude to the waitress and slammed the check on our table. There was no probing prior to him slamming the check on to the table. We had very limited conversation with the waitresses prior to the manager coming to our table. I asked could he bring the waitress so we can resolve the issue. I then asked how were we being rude. The waitress responded because we didn’t say please and thank you to order our waters and the other waitress expressed we demanded her to get playing cards. Not only were these incidents not justified, the manager was very unprofessional, and extremely aggressive which escalated the situation that could have been resolved with a simple conversation. I will make sure to stop bringing our business here.

Decided to come here based on the reviews. There is a reason why it is rated so high. The service was absolutely excellent - any time I needed a new coal, they were always checking on everyone to ensure that your hookah coals were hot and glowing. Heather came around and asked how I liked the flavor of my hookah and wanted to ensure that my girlfriend and I were 100% satisfied. I recommend going here to have a good and/or relaxing time.

Have been here twice so far, once for a date and another time with a group of friends, and had a good experience both times...it wasnt crowded both times I went in the evening, so the service was good. The Mediterranean food you can order is pretty good as well. Plenty of hookah flavors to choose from. Definitely give this place a try if you are looking for a hookah lounge in the Marietta area.

Finally re-opened! The renovations look beautiful. There’s a DJ booth, premium hookahs as usual. Wonderful atmosphere. Great to relax during the week and more of a party on the weekend. Perfect spot to start or end your night. Always 5 stars. Another great point to mention is the excellent service and delicious food options. The hummus and lamb chops are a must have!

Place is good but how you gonna charge $30 for hookah when hookah bars charge $15-18 for hookah. It literally cost them less then a dollar to make. The biggest reason why no one goes often is their hookah prices. Check rozana or sultana hookah lounges. Until they fix that I’ll avoid this place

We walked in on a random birthday (Tuesday), the service was immediate and accommodating. We took the hookah recommendation offered the “love 66” is phenomenal.I can’t wait for the belly dancing weekend. We.will.be.back.

This maybe new #1 place to go with my wife for a quick bite to eat and a hookah. The service is great, and the hookahs are good. The last one we had was orange mint with strawberry, and for some reason the smoke was pink. They have plenty of FREE parking. The only downfall is they dont serve liquor, but you can bring your own for a $10 fee. Also bring a coat it was cold when we went, and they didnt seem to have the heat on.

My first time attending and it was a cool laid back environment. Our waiter muhammad was awesome! Which he got a generous tip for it. very nice and friendly guy. The food was absolutely delicious and I love the set up of the place very comfty. the hookah was just ok. It didnt taste like cherries and pineapples at all and didnt give me a buzz I normally get at my usual place. Far as the music that was just ok too lol. When the DJ did play some good music he let it play for a very short time and kept changing songs as if he changed his mind on what song he wanted to hear. That started to piss me off like dang bro either be a dj and mix or let the song play. If I do go back it will be for the food and great customer service I received.

The food is good. But, get there before tis hey start the Live Dj unless you want to feel like youre at a middle school dance. Oh get this their star guess is a kid they must of found on Instagram. Cause all he did was karaoke. Only good things are the food and hookahs. They also included a 18 % service charge. Which the service is not that great.

I liked this place because its hookah was pretty great and decently priced. But I had a problem with a couple things: 1. They charged us for extra coals... which I ordinarily wouldnt have a problem with, except they changed it without even asking us, or telling us that there was a surcharge. 2. They charged me $5 for some cut up cucumbers with hummus and called it a side salad. And the waitress made it seem like it just came with the hummus. Theyre not upfront about their additional charges and I think that people would appreciate the honesty. I know I would.With that being said, I would go back, and Id recommend it, but I would also caution my friends and family about the pricing and hidden fees.

Wow this place is awesome! Finally we found good lounge in Atlanta. The cheapest price for hookah and food in town. The hookah is great. The food is great. Chicken was soo soft. We got one plate with my girlfriend for $16, and were so full. Nice athmosphere and design is so unique. The owner is friendly. Its kind of far for us, but still we will definitely be back!!

Great place to smoke hookah and chillBeen there several times

So I have been to this place a couple of times and I didn’t have an issue. The 3rd time I went with my friend and the waitresses accused us of being rude and having an attitude with no incident. My friend and I entered the establishment and sat down in the back. We tipped the belly dancer and ordered 2 waters and a hookah. When 2 more of our friends arrived we asked for 2 more waters. We later asked for uno cards and they stated they didn’t have any. They had playing cards but someone else were using them. They then suggested checkers and we agreed. While we were playing checkers the “manager” came to us and slapped the check on the table stating that we needed to leave because the waitress said we were being rude. He did not investigate to see if there was a issue or misunderstanding. He did not attempt to de-escalate the situation. We were in such shock because there was not any intentional rudeness on our side, we thought he was joking and we asked for the waitress so they could tell us where this came from. The waitress stated we didn’t say please and thank you for the water then another one said we were rude about the cards. The entire time there was never any type of negative energy between us and the waitress. They even complimented one of us on our purse. In the future, it’s best to investigate and de-escalate rather than accusing and amplifying the issue. I feel violated.

We came to Rotana for my niece’s first hookah experience. Although we came early in the evening, our waiter and waitress was on top of everything from the moment we walked in. I hate that we didn’t get their names but they made the experience memorable with their humble attentive attitudes. Everything was clean and the food was DELICIOUS and fresh! We will most definitely return soon.

Ordered off uber eats at 130a. App said the restaurant canceled my order by my request which is not true. I WAS STILL CHARGED IN FULL. Why would yall lie? Just say the order cannot be fulfilled instead of lying and stealing from someone!!

The air conditioning was not working great here. It worked on one side of the bar and not the other. The drinks are mediocre and the area is just not a comfortable place to go to.

I had a great hookah session at this establishment. I was brought a Khalil Mamoun Hookah with a silicone hose. They used quality coals, they changed them quickly.The food they served was hot and the tomatoes and cucumbers I received were fresh. I would highly recommend Rotana for a good hookah session with friends.

The food here is always very good and the service is also friendly. I also like how late theyre open. Though Ive only ordered takeout, the inside looks like a nice place for a date or party.

This is a great place for hookah wether your having a date night or you just want to chill out with a group of friends. I took my wife here for her birthday and it was our first time visiting. It has that real Mediterranean middle eastern feel with comfortable couch like seats low to the floor and pillows and you can also sit outside on the patio. We chose the couch seats which were relaxing and perfect. Not sure how it is on weekends, but the music was perfect for the vibe. The food was DELICIOUS and FRESH. The hookah was amazing also. We had kiwi. $15 for 1 flavor, $17 for mixed flavors, and $1 for extra coal which is not bad at all compared to the crappy lounges in Atlanta who charge $25 just because its Atlanta. The inside is very spacious so you dont have to worry about trying to find somewhere to sit. Our waiter was patient, consistent, and very polite and respectful. When we asked for a cheesecake he made sure to include my wifes birthday by drizzling H.B.D. and a smiley face on it which was delicious btw (no exaggerating). He also added a candle on it to blow out. It was a GREAT experience and we enjoyed ourselves, the waiter, hookah, music, food, and chill vibe. The people who complain about this place and the prices obviously dont read. We will most DEFINITELY be visiting again.

Ordered on DoorDash for delivery. Site says they take the last order at 1:30AM. I placed mine at 1:15AM. They call to tell me they can’t make my order because they closed early due to it being a slow day. That’s not my problem. You honor what your site says or better yet, TURN OFF THE TABLET OR SET IT TO NOT TAKE ANYMORE INCOMING ORDERS WHEN YOU DECIDE TO CLOSE EARLY!!! It’s a thing and I’m aware of it! All of the delivery services and restaurants have this option. Not only did you not just cancel the order through the app, you called to tell me this BS. Whatever person that called me and the MOD that was on duty on 6.3.21 @ 1:22AM is trash.

Laid back seating great for groups or just a couple. Diverse Mediterranean menu with fair prices. No alcohol available, so if that is your idea of a lounge consider another location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of Hookah to go around.

One of the most relaxed atmospheres in Atlanta to smoke hookah. No alcohol, but BYOB is welcome with a $10 fee. Great place to bring a large group to smoke hookah and drink your own personal beverages. Heather was more than happy to keep the place open as I and friend came in at 12am on a Wednesday. She was even welcoming enough to esure our shisha maintained lasting flavor by exchanging the coal periodically. Heather even taught us some Arabic words to show gratitude...AWESOME.

I ordered through UberEats and this place has terrible food. I ordered a gyro and dolmas. The gyro had meat that was very dry and very salty, as well as very little vegetables that were not in the best condition. I also didnt get the extra onions I asked for. The dolma were quite dry(as of they were sitting out for a long time), with very little flavor and were set atop a bed of wilted and slightly browned iceberg lettuce. Just horrible and way over priced. Ive gotten gyros for $4.99 that tasted better and were a much higher quality. Do not waste your money here. I wish I ordered in person so I couldve gotten a refund.

So cool, first time yesterday night and it was awesome. They check on you every 5mins and make sure your coal still burning and they got a nice and big place. Marietta is far but whenever Im arround Ill definitely spend some time in there. The hookah was top btw

I have been to this place hundreds of times. The hookah here is great. Also their wings and coffee are delicious.But sadly few months back they had a fire or something and it’s closed now.

Rotana is now reopened as of yesterday! They closed to remodel and the inside is completely different, but looks great and has the same vibes as before. It is as great as before! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a hookah lounge to go too.

Bad service I find cacatoach in my food

$12 a drink for watered down alcohol. Im a light weight and after 2 drinks and 2 shots Im sober. Nobody talks to people they didnt come with so dont expect to be social.

Literally the fish taste like the frozen fish you get at Walmart in the bag red bag. To be technical it taste like fish sticks they’re really cheap kind. But it’s my fault for being lazy and not cooking today.

I was appauled. My spouse was VERY upset. It ruined the vibe for our date night, schmuck thinks its ok to charge people just because.....???One more thing. A couple sitting next to use complained about their hookah not tasting right. They treated them the same as they did us. I noticed they stopped using the hookah, they obviously were dissatisfied with the taste too. Ours literally tasted as though we were inhaling smoke from a fire.A couple to the left of us. The lady asked for TWO GLASSES of water. The OWNER brought them two glasses of ICE, he then told them they dont give out water in glasses. They would have to purchase two bottles of water.Thank you Rotana for wasting my time and money. You will most likey fail. Look around. You aren’t the one and only Hookah Lounge.Wish I could give you ZER0 stars. Pathetic that I was a committed customer.Don’t waste your time here. They will most likey ruin your night. The whole point is to relax....right?????????

Just went here with my husband while visiting Marietta. The hostess was amazing and the shisha was perfect. Welcoming and friendly environment. I will definitely be coming back next time Im in town.

Not recommended they double the hookah price and you have to pay for charcoal. The hookah is not good like before.Also the tea I dont know where or what tea flavor they use.

Awesome place and good vibe when walking in. Plenty of flavors to choose from and the food was well worth the price. Definitely reccomend to any looking for a place to call your own or to just try it out.

Went there to DJ as I arrived they asked me where the people was I let them know I was hired as a DJ for $250 they ended up scaming me and only paying me $100 I will never return I cant work with crooks like that.

Lovely place with good food, shisha and music. This place gets better and better towards the end of the night. The waiter is so welcoming and friendly.

I just gave this 5 star so it could be on the top review but if I could give it no stars. I would. My friends and I saw this place on google and decided to go. It said you all were open. When we got there around 9. NOBODY WAS THERE.

Water inside hookah is not clean and need clean it hookah good before to given to other people and charge 0.99 cent over hookah prices for coles that not fair and a lot alcohol inside that not good for families need city send someone check cleanse and kichen
