The team at Evene hosted me and a few girlfriends for a pre-baby spa day. They went out of their way to accommodate every need to make the day special, including making my 4yo feel included and celebrated.The services were great - I did a prenatal massage, but several others enjoyed facials and regular massages.Loved supporting a local business, and appreciate the care they put into making it a relaxing day!

We love Sadaat! My daughter had her eyebrows waxed and has had multiple compliments. She is an eyebrow expert! I have also had one of the best facials by Sadaat. Highly recommend her salon.

Update: I still have dark marks on my skin from the experience over a month ago. Again, please do not visit this place.The owners also stated it was a pimple and again never apologized for the damage and pain they caused me.Please avoid this place. I used the Groupon to receive a facial and the chemicals used burned my face. In less than 24 hours, I contacted the spa and spoke to the owner who requested I come back to speak to her in person. I took the time out of my own personal time to do so.When I showed her the damage she stated that the lady didnt use any chemicals on my face just enzymes.The response from her made it seem that she didnt believe me. Basic customer service states that one should immediately apologize and be sympathetic that my face looked awful. I felt she was dismissing me and perhaps even thought I was lying.She took pictures and wanted me to lie down and take a look at it. I stated no thank you because I wasnt going to have the same place that injured me touch me.Luckily, I was able to use Vitamin E and avoid permanent damage but I wasnt the experience I was looking for.Run down walk away from Evene Spa.

Just left from a couples massage with my boyfriend. Very relaxing environment and the staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Definitely worth the Groupon, but would probably come back even without it!

I have been looking for a massage environment that wasnt noisy or super sketchy/questionable. This is one of the more professional, relaxing environments I have been in, in a long time. Prices are worth the service, and scheduling on the website is easy. The reminders and confirmation emails and texts kept me on point and not annoying. I will be back more often.

I have been going to Evene Day Spa for several years which began at their first location in Smyrna. I started going to Sadat in 2009 for Brazilian waxes. She is phenomenal at her craft. The new location off the Marietta Square has a wonderful quaint boutique vibe. Sadat and Sandy are extremely professional and welcoming. I highly recommend their waxes, facials and massages! Make sure you ask for Sadat!

This was hands down the best spa day ever. I booked the Spa Serenity service for 4 hours. Saadat and Sandi (sp) were both amazing. My massage with the hot stones was amazing. The scrub was extremely pleasant and the hot shower was a nice touch. Saadat made sure I had everything I needed and more. She even made sure my car didn’t get ticketed or towed. She’s so kind and thoughtful. Sandi was amazing w my facial and esp the reflexology. Finally, the lunch was Taco Tsunami in the square. You can’t beat this experience for the price! I will be back…

Birthday Gift No GoI was surprised with the Serenity Spa Package as a birthday gift from my husband. The package had been prepaid weeks in advance and there were several confirmations.I did not receive the complimentary lunch or hot stone massage that was listed with my spa package. Upon my exit I asked for clarification regarding the package purchased and was told I was not gifted the Serenity Spa package. My husband followed up to speak with the staff directly and was told that there had been a mix up with my services and that of another customer.It was a very unfortunate mixup and definitely did not make this first time customer want to return. I understand mistakes but not of this magnitude when this appointment was scheduled and on the books way in advance. I will not be returning.

I have been coming to Evene Day spa for a couple of months. I think the staff is incredibly friendly and professional. They explain to you the type of treatments you get. They tell you how this will it improve your skin. I have seen the results after my facials and have been very impressed. Its a cozy environment where you can enjoy and relax in. Sadaat is professional, careful, kind, and takes her time. I have only had good experiences at Evene. I am hesitant about where to get my eyebrows waxed but I have no hesitation in returning to Evene. The service is personal and done well, and its a very welcoming environment. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I will take my money elsewhere where I know it will be valued! No one wants to book an appointment with a Day Spa just to be stressed out and disrespected by a rude front desk attendant. When I spoke to the manager, she didnt even address the rude and poor service from her employee. Its as if she was condoning her rude behavior! If booking with the Spa is this difficult, I wonder how difficult receiving my actual treatment will be! After reading the other reviews on here, I see that I wasnt the only one with a poor experience with the front desk! Shame on the hiring manager for allowing this employee to be hired!

I have been going to Saadat for waxing for ten years even before she opened Evene Day Spa, and I have always been satisfied client. Evene has a peaceful, relaxing environment and the staff is always courteous, friendly, and professional. I moved to Athens, GA a few years ago, but still choose to come to Evene for waxing appointments rather than finding a place that is closer because I am always happy with the service Evene provides. I would recommend the services at Evene Day Spa without any hesitation.

The facility needs some TLC!!I visited Evene Day spa for a half day pampering session(4 services). All services with the exception of the Reflexology treatment were excellent and the staff was pleasant. I arrived early in the morning & I believe that I was the first client of the day.At first glance when I arrived the facility seemed fine. But then I went to use the restroom and noticed the toilet was not thoroughly clean. The restroom was carpeted and the carpet was very dirty and stained. After my body scrub, I was escorted to the shower room, which was a separate room from the restroom. There was a stack of bath towels of different light colored shades(not all white), none were fluffy & some were stained. Like the restroom, the carpet appeared dirty. The white ceiling tiles had brown stains on them. The shower curtain was soiled and torn.In the facial room, there was a stool(leather or vinyl) that was very pealed; a total eye sore.Unlike some reviewers, I didnt have a groupon. The price I paid was comparable to market prices for similar services. The observations aforementioned are not that costly to maintain, therefore I find it unacceptable for the owner of this establishment to overlook or ignore these things that can negatively impact the experience that clients have. A day spa is an establishment were you want to feel relaxed & like royalty. Those things need to be fixed!

I love Evene Day Spa! I have been using Saadat for over ten years for my facials even before she had her own spa. She provides excellent quality services and ensures a relaxing visit. After many years of discussion, I finally agreed to let her apply permanent makeup and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Saadat and her team do a wonderful job and I know you will be pleased.

This was my first massage ever. I picked the 60 minute swedish massage. I felt relaxed as soon as I came inside, it smelled really good and clean. Chelsea gave me the massage and she did fantastic. I was so relaxed and it was just what I needed. I recieved a $10 off coupon and I will be back for other services. ☺️

I WILL NEVER BOOK WITH EVEN DAY SPA! Please retrain your front desk your receptionist to have better customer service for potential clients. It was extremely hard to book an appointment at this spa because I was placed on so many long and abrupt holds. When I requested the name of the receptionist she hung on me. I simply wanted to know who I was booking with and at an established spa like Evene Day Spa, that shouldnt be so much to ask.To the owner: Please start recording your phone calls because you need to be aware of the horrible service your receptionist are providing to your customers!

This is my first spa experience in Atlanta. I think I chose the right one. The ladies are very friendly, the place is very clean. I was helped by Constance. She is absolutely fantastic. I purchased a gift certificate for my mom right away. Will go back again and I recommend it to everybody!

It is always a joy to see Saddat at Evene Day Spa. She works miracles on my face. She gives the best microdermabrasion facials and does an incredible job on my eyebrows. I already leave feeling so relaxed and my skin feels amazing after a facial with her. Sandy is wonderful too. She has given me great service when Saddat is unavailable. I highly recommend the services at Evene Day Spa!

I had purchased a Groupon for a ONE hour Massage AND ONE hour Facial recently. I specifically told the Front Desk I wanted a FEMALE therapist for massage. I got confirmation via email that I would have a female therapist and they also gave me her name ( cannot recall right now, sorry) when I replied and reiterated that I am having a female therapist I was told ONLY male therapists available at this time. That is NOT what I asked for. I was sort of forced into either having the male therapist OR having a different service. I opted for a different service, it was not the same ONE hour I signed up for and to add insult to injury when I got to my Facial, WITHOUT ASKING ME or having given my permission the Owner, Saadat proceeded to wax my eyebrows etc...I was never told the price and when I checked out at Front Desk I was told it is $25.00 for what I had done. Had I been told before the service was rendered I could have made a better decision. This was unprofessional of Evene Day Spa to not have a female massage therapist available and also charge me for something I did NOT ask for. I have been a client in the past a few times, but after the unprofessionalism of how I was handled, I will not be returning to this Spa.

I’ve had had a few different services at this location and everything has been wonderful! I’ve had the European Facial, eyebrow waxing, and massage. It always smells glorious and is always spotless clean. I love all the service providers I have met and experienced! Definitely worth every penny!

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience here. I purchased a groupon for a 60 minute couples massage. During my husbands and my session, my husband politely asked his therapist, Bella, for more pressure. She ignored him first and then replied that this was a light pressure massage. I understand that sometimes you get what you pay for, however there is still a level of customer service I expect. I spoke up and said that the voucher simply states a 60 minute couples massage. She replied that she would show me the brochure afterwards and I said that would be fine. Afterwards, I showed her my voucher, which again said nothing regarding the type of massage or it being light pressure. The proper response would have been Im so sorry. We are looking at two different things. Let me get a manager for you. And all would have been fine. Bella rudely said you dont know what you are talking about. I have never in my life had someone in customer service be so rude. Things got a little heated from there and I admit that I was upset however, I am absolutely appalled by how poorly Bella responded and handled the situation. Sadat, the manager, immediately stepped in. Sadat was wonderful and completely understood why I was upset. I am sure that 9 of 10 people have a wonderful experience here, especially if they have Sadat or Nicole, however Bella was so rude that I wont be back.

Well Id like to start by saying this is the first review I have ever written. Its never been my thing to go on the internet and bash a business or waste time out of my day to do so. But this was probably the most fraudulent place I have ever been to. I bought a Groupon for 75$ to get a couples massage for me and my boyfriend. When we arrived I wanted to show them that I had the promotion and one of the receptionist informed me that the Groupon was only good during the weekdays not on the weekend. So I inquired about the actual cost of the massage since it really was my fault for not reading the fine print. She said well We have a deal for first timers it will be 50$ a person. Well that was okay for me..That wasnt much of a cost difference and it was his birthday. After the massages I was ready to check out and the receptionist quoted that will be 50$ for one and 65$ for the other. I asked what happened to the two 50$ massages. She said because he got a deep tissue is was going to be a little more. Well because I have gotten massages in the past I understood they could be a little more and my boyfriend used to play football so he really needed it. Perhaps she just mis-quoted earlier? As I stood there a bright idea came to mind, I thought what if they could redeem my Groupon for 75$ today and I just pay the difference so I wont be out of double the funds (past the return period for Groupon). The receptionist got the manager and she said Im sorry but we cannot do this. I said okay??? The receptionist quoted me again that will be 50$ for one and 65$ for the other. This time the manager was standing there and she said no its 50$ and 85$ So at this point I have lost patience for the whole establishment. She started to explain all these reasons why and pulled out the brochure etc. I wasnt even trying to hear what was being said because I was two seconds from calling the police and reporting this place. I proceeded to pay what she asked quietly. I even left 20% tip to both of the girls since it wasnt their fault their boss was up-selling me. Long story short, I cannot get a refund for the 75$ Groupon and I cashed out with Evene. Since we had the money we supported the little mom and pop business but I wouldnt go back to that place if they gave me lifetime of massages. God Bless the owner and your business in the future. I will never sell myself short with a deal I prefer spending my cash at the big box businesses like Massage Envy from now on......

Patricia was intrusive and offensive. Discussing my husbands politics during a massage is completely unprofessional. Could not get comfortable the entire time. She kept pressing for me to answer personal questions and it felt extremely uncomfortable.

I really enjoyed my experience at Evene Day Spa, a little hard to find at first but the massage was well worth it. Really nice staff and very knowledgeable. Id highly recommend and cant wait to book another appointment!

Saadat has been taking excellent care of my aesthetic needs for over 15 years, but in the event shes booked, Sandy is amazing too! Dont sleep on this day spa!

If you purchase the Groupon, make sure you READ the fine print. They do not take appointments for Saturdays. I called and had an appointment made for a Saturday only to have someone who works there (I believe her first name starts with a T) cancel my appointment less than 24 hours out. It was highly disappointing.Be aware.

This spa is the only one I trust when it comes to my skin care. The staff is knowledgable and uses products that work best for your skin type. I myself have combination skin and the extraction done with the European facial works wonders for unclogging pores! They also offer great specials that make gift buying simple!

Sadaat got me in as her last client of the day! (Without telling me she was staying late) My treatment was relaxing and she spoke of each step before she did it! Best spa I have ever been to because of the owner and the service. Its intimate, private and you can actually book the owner who gives the most amazing facial and waxing!! I will never go anywhere else! I even sent my husband, friends and entire family.

This Spa is a complete and utter joke! I purchased a massage on GROUPON! Called in to book my appointment and they needed my credit card information, although everything was already paid for through GROUPON! and they also needed my voucher number in which they told me they couldnt find! I contacted GROUPON! Got my money back and WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE! It was a waist of time, highly inconvenient, and there is zero customer service! I asked for the Manager and was told the owner SADOT would only tell me the same thing and wasnt available!YOU ALL NEED TRAINING! THE OWNER NEEDS TO SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN OR LEARN THE IMPORTANCE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

EVENE DAY SPA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The snobby receptionist here made it so difficult to book with the Spa. I was placed on long extended holds and the woman I spoke to must have been having a bad day because she was RUDE!!! The owner should be ashamed to have hired such rude, poorly trained customer service representatives. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED since they are causing you to lose customers!!

I called this business for three days and left a voice message, but no one returned my call. I booked elsewhere. If you want business, hire a receptionist who answers the phone or returns calls.

The staff, especially the office manager, is completely unprofessional. They shouldnt be on groupon. They are rude. The office manager will call you with blatant disrespect. I watched them not answer the phone after trying to get through to them all day.
