With a group of friends from Ararat and we had a fantastic night. Staff were friendly all round and there were no issues or negative experiences to share. Go there if you like dancing and burning off energy. The reggae beats were especially good upstairs, thanks to the DJ.

The Dungeon/Club Retro was my favorite club, but not anymore as theyre hosting bands that use N3o-N@zi imagery on their album covers, logos, and body.The owner has been making light of the situation, and defending these bands; This isnt surprising as her boyfriend is also a fan of said imagery.I wouldnt support this establishment if youre against racism in the RGV. Lets keep our community safe.

The music was great on goth night but the music is way too loud. My ears are still ringing the day after. 🫤 They need to work on balancing out the sound system and transition between songs.

The nerve to delete comments critiquing your place of business :/ Aside from hosting literal N@z|s in their venue, they also fail to provide a safe environment for club goers, have poor management, and seem to not care about the community. Have the guts to keep this review up to show the RGV what you’re REALLY about.

After the Yacht club closed, my wife and I were looking for a place that plays 70s and 80s. We found this club, and were very happy with the music selection and atmosphere. It was mostly 30-50 age group. No gross dancing either. The only complaint is that the drinks didnt seem to have much alcohol in them. Ill probably just go with beer next time.

My husband and I went here for his birthday this past week. I had never been to a disco style bar/club before so it was a new experience for me. They play retro music...duh. A lot of 90s/80s music. Their drinks were much more reasonably priced here. We went to a few different bars while we were there and this is one of the couple I would go back to. A jack and coke was about $5 and I think a beer was $3 if I remember correctly. The place was relatively small and there were two other clubs before it. So it was a bit cramped and a bit hard to find, but my husband said it was the best birthday yet and I adored dancing to all the older hits!

Please hire a better dj for goth night the remixes are so bad. If you see people arent dancing to a song change it dont let it play until it ends 🤦🏽‍♂️ Not to mention multiple groups of people complaining about how loud the music was. Im only writing this cause my ears are still hurting.

They need to get somebody that knows how to equalize their amazing sound system ASAP because it is clear that who is doing it have an idea about this. Sound was not homogeneous and extremly, upsetingly loud. At the end there were people outside complaining over the same. It never happened to me after taking off from a club and have my ears hurting. I dont know why the DJ keeps playing a song until it ends when people is not dancing on the dancefloor; thats not how DJing works...Hopefully it gets better because its a really nice venue.

Its been awhile that me and my wife have gone out cause of covid and we recently went to Club Retro... but never again. We would normaly go to Cigar Bar to start the night and bounce back and forth between Delerons and Club Retro. Now visiting it recently I was pretty upset and let down. There is now a cover and my tab was overcharged. For some reason my tab came up to $45.. for a bucket of domestic beer. Music was tasteless and there isnt anything RETRO about it. 80s music didnt exist anymore. I RARELY post negative reviews.. but this was a huge disappointment that I had to say something. My advice, stay away if your looking for a great time.

Went there just to dance. Nice atmosphere and good music. Neat choice to be across another retro place Deloreans, feels like a cool retro plaza. No cover charge makes it the cream on top. Love this place. 👍

Awesome place! They play 70s and 80s music. Friendly staff, crowd varies from mid 20 year olds to 60 year olds! Lots of fun, lots of dancing!!!

This place has gone down. Drinks taste nasty. Waitress keeps your money. The music mixes are way off.Disappointing.

I had a blast here on Wednesday its LGBT night. Great entertainers, great prices and amazing drinks.

Everyone is so nice here. Im like 24 but this place is pretty awesome.I would highly recommend it. They give you popcorn.
