I’m a usual customer came in bought a whip charger it didn’t work took it back said it was damaged I didn’t mind getting another one of different kind that one broke still in parking lot and was refused to get exchange or refund never had a interaction like that before spent almost 20$ on things that broke, I am going to start buying my kratom and other products through Amazon instead of dealing with that customer service

Stopped by to buy a vape before my flight and lady that was working there looked at me like I was trying to steal or something not sure why she kept staring at me but it definitely made me feel kind of uncomfortable . She then asked for my id before I even decided to buy anything, I wasn’t even done looking around and I had to go outside just to grab my id to show it to her. After i showed my id I continued to look around and see if there was anything that I’d want to buy cause obviously I wasn’t done looking around.I decided to go with one of the the Mike Tyson vapes since I never seen it where I’m from. I tried to use my Apple Pay and for some reason it wasn’t working on their end. I asked the young lady to please ring it up again since that’s what they do at other stores when their Apple Pay is acting up.She then said that she would not ring me up again cause it’s my phone that’s acting up not the scanner itself . I had just used my Apple Pay at the gas station down the street so I know it couldn’t be my phone that was the problem. I didn’t have any cards on me so I asked her again to please try to ring it up cause my phone was fine and that I had just used my Apple Pay down the street. She really said no.She did not want to help at all and before that she was already looking at me funny like I was up to something. I walked out and decided to not buy anything since it was “ probably the phone” like she did. I have been here before and always use Apple Pay. For some reason this girl thinks she can treat customers however she’d like and honestly ruined my mood going into the airport.Will come back in the future hoping she’s not there anymore. If she is I will continue to take my money elsewhere. At this point I’ll take any raggedy vape from a 7/11.
