Had a great first visit at Zivel today! I did the IR Sauna, and absolutely loved it! I use the sauna at my gym all the time, but I love the addition that Zivel has in the IR Sauna. The atmosphere is calming, and soothing, I think exactly what you’d expect at an establishment such as this. Very sleek and clean. The staff are SO friendly, and I appreciated the explanation of services and what to expect. I already booked my next visit to try the float pods!! CAN NOT wait! Thank you ladies at Zivel, can’t wait to be back!

I had an amazing experience this past weekend at Zivel. I was greeted by Destiney and Sage who were incredible with educating us on each service. They speak with enthusiasm when discussing the benefits of each service offered and answered all of our questions.My daughter tried float therapy for her anxiety and stress related to her daily challenges with being autistic. She really enjoyed the peace of floating in silence and felt completely relaxed while in the pod. (Something that is very rare for her.)I tried the infrared sauna and cryotherapy. The sauna was my favorite and surprisingly at 150 degrees, I did not sweat. Cryotherapy was also quite enjoyable, and I can see how it would really benefit a specific muscle target if I were experiencing any pain or fatigue. I will say I did sleep extremely well after using these services.Owners, Heidi and Curtis are dedicated to helping the community reach personal fitness and lifestyle goals. Brevard county is very lucky to have this family owned business aimed at keeping everyone from the average joe to the competitive athlete in top shape/performance.Thank you, Zivel. My first visit I did the intro package with Sage which was cryotoning and cryofacial. To my surprise, I have seen great results already. I chose the tummy area and down 1.6 inches when finished. The annoying wrinkles on my face were minimized. Seeing this result already has encouraged me to watch my sugar/carb intake and see about more sessions for other problem areas to tone. Sage was very welcoming and helpful.

This was my first time trying cryotherapy. I was a little nervous but the staff was super friendly , answered any questions I had, and made sure I felt comfortable. I will definitely be coming to this place again.

One of the owners Heidi is awesome and knowledgeable!She is also a nurse and her husband is into some kind of sports therapy. All of the staff is also very knowledgeable and kind! The cryotherapy, Infrared sauna,float tanks, compression and oxygen are state of the art! Its affordable because they have package deals that you can share! They also have an app where you can make an appointment way ahead of time!

Sophia was amazing!! She is super super nice and so helpful! She explained all of the various services they provide and helped make recommendations. I ended up trying the oxygen for my first visit and it was great! So many options to choose from and a very relaxing area. Can’t wait for my next visit! Thank you for a great experience Sophia!!

First, I have to start by saying I love the space, the services offered, Haley was very knowledgeable and kind. I felt great after leaving and would give 5 stars. However, here is the kicker….my husband got me the bronze package for Christmas and paid for it on Dec 22. It is now Jan 5. They started the package the day it was purchased, was closed over the holidays, they were booked for any available time I could attend this week with the exception of 1 appt. For having unlimited access, it feels very limited as they are not open for the “normal working class”. 10-5 or 6 is ridiculous hours and I don’t foresee it lasting long as I can’t sustain $150 a month on something that isn’t available. Not to mention the app hours and google hours don’t match and when you call, you are given an entirely different set of hours. It appears unless you are unemployed or work the night shift, good luck getting any services. Except for the weekend, if they are actually open….good luck scheduling!

Expert and knowledge ! If you have recently had an injury, you WANT to go here. I popped my shoulder out and came here the next day for a Cryotherapy session. -220 for 3 minutes. It was amazing. I could instantly feel the difference. The owners experience as nurse/PT was so helpful.

Great spot. My husband and I both tried out the cryotherapy and the floating. I have chronic hip pain and noticed a difference after one cryo session. Would love to do the infrared sauna next time we are there! Fantastic staff and owners and they took the time to speak with us about each service and the benefits. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

We came down for vacation, needing to recharge our batteries! I can say that our visit to Zivel has added the perfect ingredients for our bodies, minds and spirit! Highly recommend this place!
