Elements Massage

Elements Massage helped me book a surprise massage for my wife, and they made it happen. They maintained constant communication with me to ensure everything went smoothly. Their prompt responsiveness, which I consider crucial in a service, was impressive. The only area for improvement might be that my wife didnt find the massage entirely to her liking, but its somewhat her fault for not voicing her preferences. Shes shy, and I understand that this is something that can be easily addressed. Overall, its a great massage spa place!

Amazing place! The membership plan is great and you can even share with a spouse. Can tip via card or cash. The extra add on options are great. Sarah is my favorite and has fixed my back pain. Her trigger point massages are AMAZING. Place is always clean and inviting and staff is always friendly. Can’t go wrong to treat yourself or add to your wellness plan with Elements Massage!

John was phenomenal! I consistently have deep knots in my upper shoulders from work, and he helps every time! I’ve lived in many states and been to many massage studios and this is my favorite.Everyone I’ve had at Elements was excellent, and the prices and membership keep the customer first. I had the best hour of my life in recent memory. Therapist Anna is wonderful, was she able to relieve all my tension and pain in my joints, I loved the treatment with CBD oil which made me feel very relaxed. I signed up today to subscribe to become I’m keep coming here, its great place.

This was my first time at elements massage and it was amazing. Not only do first time customers get a really good discount but I also had the best therapist ever. Max was very kind and made sure I was okay the entire time. He had perfect pressure deep but not painful. I left feeling loose and relaxed. I already made my next appointment again with Max can’t wait!

Among the many things I like about Elements is that I like that the massage therapists are very well trained, professional and amiable. They care that their clients are happy with the services they provide, striving to give the best service and always asking if there is anything else they can do to improve. I very much appreciate that the facilities are impeccable, and I feel very comfortable that everything is clean and sanitized. I find the decor and fragrance very pleasant and calming and makes it easy for me to relax.

I happen to find this place last minute on google and got in the very next morning with a great massage therapist. The room was chill and relaxing and the massage was the best massage I have had in a very long time. I can’t wait for my next appt.

The staff here are very friendly and kind! I scheduled a massage with Jaime yesterday after sleeping on my neck wrong and having to use pain pills for the past several days. Today the pain is gone! This was my first time at any Elements Massage. I had just moved to the area, and my whole body was sore from unpacking. I think the thing I appreciate the most about the online scheduling process was the descriptions of each therapist massage style. It helped me find the perfect therapist for me on that particular day!

I liked the experience a lot. I wasn’t a believer in massages before but now I opened my membership. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The place is so clean and smells so good. Nicole was the therapist and she was the best part of the experience of course. She took away the work related stress and neck pain.

I felt so much lighter coming out of my massage. Cat did the best head/scalp massage I have ever had. Completely and totally professional. I like the way they tuck the cover over the body that only expose the bits they are working on.

First time here, my bf gifted me a massage session gift card. i loved my massage so much, best one ive had in a long time. Donnie was very professional and played really nice music. the loby and the room is super clean, smells good and is organized. i didnt realize how much pain i was carrying in my shoulders and neck until after the massage, i left feeling like a weight was lifted off my shoulders 😊 i will definitely be back and look into their membership.

100% highly recommend if you’re looking for a great massage. I have been a member since they’ve opened and Karrie, the manager, is absolutely amazing and so accommodating. Had a massage with Jamie about a week ago and it was amazing. It was my first time there and she did a fantastic job. Had some knots in my back and shoulder area and she gave me a deep tissue massage and to this day the back pain hasn’t come back. I will be going back to her soon

I was referred to Donnie at Elements Massage by my boss due to my spinal issues and being told I was not a candidate for surgery because of my muscle tightness and I would need to work on that. Well, I saw Donnie for the first time 12/28/2023 and well, I will DEFINITELY be back. I was wary because of price and the economy but, it is well worth it. Granted, I am sore today with the massage being my first, however, he worked out sooo much of the tension I had built up that I am grateful for this sore as opposed to my normal pain! Thanks Donnie! I will be back for sure!!

Made the switch from MassageEnvy to Elements and couldn’t be happier. Everyone I interacted with was beyond kind/helpful and the studio was spotless. My first session was with John and he was great about checking in throughout the session and making sure the pressure was right. Thank you Elements Massage!

So i have called them a total of 11 times over the last 4 weeks and left 2 voicemails and sent an email. I have not received a call back, a response by email or anything. I was trying to set up an appointment as I have already paid and still had massages to use. When you try to do it on the site, they have you enter card information to charge you and then state it will be adjusted once you come in for your massage. So, if you want this review removed then refund me the money as apparently you cant be contacted to set up an appointment once youve been charged and close my membership. If this review is still up, then it means they have not refunded my money or closed my account. Probably going to have to mark them as fraud on my card and then go in when Im back in town.

I have never gotten a massage before in my life and I saw Elements had amazing reviews and they live up to them! I am blown away by how amazing I feel Ryneisha is amazing and Im so grateful my first experience was with Elements 🙏🏼 HIGHLY recommended!

I’ve been coming to elements massage for the past 7 months consistently and i had my first massage with Yaya the other day, she was absolutely amazing! i felt so much better by the time my hour long massage was over. i highly recommend not only her but coming to this establishment in general! the other massage therapists i’ve had the joy of booking with have never let me down either, and everyone is super friendly. 10/10

Over the last 12 months I have been getting massages at various Spas in the area. Its been hard to find a reliable therapist that meets my needs. The Elements manager,Kari asked me one day to try Tina as she thought her technique would be a good fit. 90 minutes later it was a Wow! Tina was truly amazing. It was obvious that Tina had many years experience and was able to tailor the massage to my comfort. We were able to have great conversation as well. Overall, it was a great experience and am I counting down the days until my next massage.

I had a massage with Donnie this morning and already so much of my back pain is gone. I have ridiculous knots in my back and shoulders and apparently even my hands. He was able to work out the knots without putting me in pain, which is impressive because usually working a knot hurts pretty good. I had a great experience and the entire team was super friendly and welcoming.

My husband and I have been going for couples massages with Nicki and Holli. These two ladies are amazing. Best massage I have ever had and Ive had my fair share. My husband has only been to this establishment and had his very first massage ever here at age 59. He had us sign up for membership the same day! He loves it as much as I do. The staff is friendly and professional. The Spa is very clean and has a very nice atmosphere. Very reasonably priced for such a high end experience. Cant wait for our next appointment!

Having had some lack luster experiences with other massage therapy chains I SWORE I would never visit one again...let alone sign up for a membership. Fast forward to today. I found myself with a rare free morning and WAY overdue for a massage. I knew I couldnt get in with my regular therapist; so on a whim, I decided to give elements a try. I was blown away by my entire experience. Not only is Donnie knowledgeable and excellent at his job, he exudes light and positive energy! If you, like me, are walking bag of knots and tension I highly recommend a deep tissue massage with him. You wont regret it! The staff was very friendly. The membership doesnt lock you in for an eternity. The facility is very clean and welcoming. Certainly worthy of 5 stars!

Gifted a 90 min massage for my birthday from my son. Upon arrival, receptionist was very welcoming. The spa is very clean & had opened a year ago per staff. The ambiance inside is very relaxing & quiet. Massages done within closed doors. Had a wonderful therapist “ Melissa T” who administered a total body ( including scalp) massage with heated Himalayan Salts ( upgraded for $30) that are used in conjunction with her hands for a remarkable all body relaxation ( I requested medium intensity which she applied perfectly). I especially loved having the warmed salts applied to my neck region where she stroked the stones in a comfortable fashion to ease away tension. The warmed steamed towel used on my back after my back area was completed made me realize that Melissa T elevated my massage experience to another level! Highly recommend this establishment & Melissa T. I’m definitely returning to future massages! Thank you! Debi

I am a member at another massage brand and have had great service, however, within the past year there has been a lot of turnover. I happened to stumble into Elements and decided to check it out. Met with Karrie, the manager and she was very knowledgeable and explained showed me around. I decided to try a 2 hour massage the next day with Holli. She was fantastic! She was able to work her magic and provided one of the best massages I have ever had. If you want a great massage, excellent service all at a reasonable price, go to Elements; you wont be disappointed.

My therapist was Melissa T, and she went over the entire process with me and checked in to make sure the level of pressure was good. I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Dwayne at this location. As an athlete, it is priority for me to have a provider with strong hands & experience, this masseuse definitely has both. In all honesty, one of the best massages I’ve ever had in my life and I have had massages all over the world. Still sore days later but worth it and exactly what I was looking for. Deep tissue and precise on my injuries. If I am ever in the area again, I will definitely be booking the same person. Highly recommend.

Went with my wife today for a couples massage (60 minutes). We were greeted promptly and professionally at the front desk. Our masseuses were David and Heather and both were very friendly and courteous, they led us to our room asking if there were any special needs which we expressed. Both paid very close attention and noted our concerns. The room itself was beautiful and very calming. My masseuse, Heather was very attentive and the massage was excellent, the best I’ve ever had and I’ve been to many places over the past several years. At the end of the massage I was wishing greatly that it would continue because it was more than perfect! My wife also expressed her satisfaction with David. As we departed we signed up as members and fully intend to return. I would recommend Elements to everyone,,,Great Job!!!!

I had one of the best massages of my life with Ryneisha! She took the time to find out the kind of pressure I wanted and she was extremely thorough and attentive. While I was only in the area to visit friends, whenever I am back in town I will be sure to book a massage with Ryneisha again!

As a woman, Im normally a little leery about going to a guy therapist. But Dwayne eased my concerns immediately with his professional and youre just another person to me attitude (you women get what I mean). We moved back into the area after a year away and my guy and I fought over who got the first appointment with Dwayne. Everyone at Elements is great. That said, I like the work Dwayne does and the results I feel better than anyone else there.

I found that their attention to detail, to find a massage and routine custom made for you makes your visit feel more personal. Finding a good massage therapist has always been priority on my list since I consistently have a lot of upper back tightness and knots that reoccur. I had set up an appointment on my day off to get a deep tissue massage since the pain in my neck and upper back had become unbearable.I worked with Melissa (an amazing human) who asked the right questions and worked very confidently in getting a lot of those tight knots out of my back and neck. The knowledge she had of not only massage techniques but the body anatomy itself made me leave feeling such a relief in the tension I had been having. The add on packages make your experience custom made for you, I added on the lavender aromatherapy for a more calming setting and it did just that. But they do have other scents depending on what you are looking for.To top off the most amazing experience, Melissa gave me a little write up to take with me. It included what we worked on during my visit, what I can do from home for some relief and what I can do in future visits to help with that tight tension. I will recommend Elements Massage to anyone and everyone. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

This place is by far the best place to get a massage in Melbourne. You feel instantly this is the place to go once you walk into the lobby. It along with the massage rooms are so nice and clean. When I went there I had a massage done by Donnie and he was so professional and helpful in getting knots out of my muscles. He is also a very interesting guy to talk to, especially if you like talking football. The staff at Elements Massage is also really nice and friendly. I recommend this place to all my friends when they tell me they are having muscle pains.

I had one of the BEST massages ever by Yaya today! I am a fitness professional who also has some chronic overuse injuries that I deal with. I need VERY deep tissue and pressure to get out all my muscle kinks and tightness. Yaya was PHENOMENAL! Super deep pressure plus deep assisted stretching as well. Ive been many places that dont listen when I say I need DEEP pressure, but she did exactly what my muscles needed! I have been to Melissa T before at this location too and she is also really great.

I became a member and my first therapist Donnie was great! Second one Aura didn’t show up and the manager gave me a free massage as a courtesy. Good customer service with management. Receptionist can use a bit more training.

Melissa is absolutely fantastic! I booked a little last-minute, hoping to find relief from some upper body aches and pains and Melissa worked them out perfectly. My body felt completely refreshed after my massage. Her touch was the perfect amount of firmness that my body needed and she communicated to ensure I was comfortable. I also added the lavender aromatherapy and it was wonderful. The room was relaxing, peaceful, and cozy, with nice music (you can adjust the volume), dim lighting (you can adjust the lighting color and dimness), and a heated bed (also adjustable). The waiting room feels fresh, clean, and inviting. Erica, Manager and Masseuse, creates the perfect initial presence as you walk in. She’s friendly, professional, and makes you feel very comfortable. I was so impressed with Melissa’s work and the overall atmosphere at Elements that I immediately signed up for a membership before I left. Looking forward to my next massage!

For the past several months I have been in search for a good massage therapist. Finally, today I found Elements Massage and Tina. Tina listened to my needs, and was able to make me feel relaxed. I have severe osteoarthritis and she knew where the troubled areas are. The facility is lovely and everyone was very nice.

I saw David for my first massage in two years and I added Himalayan salt stones to my massage for the first time. He listened to my concerns about my knots in my back and focused on those. He made sure the pressure he applied was comfortable and he would lightly tap the stones together before placing them on my back so it wasn’t a surprise. And he made sure to ask if the temperature of the stones was alright before continuing. That was very thoughtful and professional. Overall he made me comfortable to be back in a massage place after two years. The atmosphere of elements massage is relaxing, comfortable, professional, and clean. I am now a member here and very happy with my decision.

Check in staff were all friendly & informative. Facility is very clean & bright. I had Yaya for 90mins doing a Himalayan Salt Hot Stone massage & she was amazing! Very professional & she worked all the areas I had the deepest tension in. She used the cupping technique on me & it was my 1st time trying it but oh boy did it feel so good. She put me to sleep! After the massage Yaya gave me some stretching techniques I could do at home to help with the leftover tension on my upper body & I appreciated that! Enjoyed my experience so much, I joined the membership & will be coming back to see Yaya monthly. I felt like a new Woman this whole week! I’ve already bragged about Elements & Yaya to all my Brevard friends & family. Thanks again Yaya!

So far I have had 3 wonderful 90 minute hot stone massages at this location and plan to have more. The therapists are well trained and knowledgeable. I do recommend Ryneisha, who gave me a wonderful massage this week and I plan to use her again in the future.

Yaya is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve had…anywhere! With her knowledge and experience, you leave feeling euphoric! But it’s not just your ordinary, relaxing experience. Your areas of concern are worked on throughly and effectively. In the past, I’d leave a session with the same pains I came in with. If you want to get what you pay for, the whole package, feeling completely rejuvenated…she is who to go see!!

Me and my husband got a couples massage today and we were very pleased and would highly recommend. My massage therapist was Dave, he listened to me in what I wanted and delivered. Elements is great. Each therapist has skills depending on your need. Ahna is my favorite therapist and Carrie always makes me laugh!

My son had an appointment for a 1 hour massage. I had to bring my 2 little guys with me to the appointment. They accommodated all of us and made us feel so comfortable while my son got his massage. Erica did a great job and was very professional. The first thing I noticed is how clean the establishment is. The aroma was amazing and the lighting was perfect. I highly recommend them!

I have been getting massages for 35 years. I am extremely happy to find this massage location. I was a Massage Envy and Hand & Stone customer. I always had a problem getting any appointments and if they had one it was a week away. Their places are not very clean. I gave up both memberships to change to Elements Massage. I am very satisfied with their massage therapists and they are able to do a deep tissue massage that I prefer. Their pricing is lower, but most importantly their staff is great and the place is spotlessly clean. Try it out !!!

***Update***I saw Aura yesterday and was very pleased. Dont let the small frame fool you! If you need neck and shoulder work she does a fantastic job!********This place is super nice! Everything is brand new and the rooms have a really cool vibe to them.My therapist was fantastic. She listened to my concerns and worked exactly on those and she was super nice. I felt sooo much better after seeing her.I would highly recommend Elements!Have heard very good things about all the therapists. Marivic was fantastic and Ive seen Donnie before and fantastic as well!

The whole team was very professional and accommodating from the minute I walked in the door. Gal was very professional, attentive, informative and very helpful with my questions. I would like a few more areas covered during my next massage as I am used to getting a full body massage (no decollete) area, nor full gluts were done) but the firm pressure was great and his professionalism was top notch! I definitely would go again. Very clean and calming wait room as well!

Holly is absolutely superb! I am very familiar with having all kinds of massages, and her technique, softness of hands, and perfect pressure for the particular part being applied, makes the experience quite effective and pleasurable. She verified the pressure was good at the beginning of the massage and adjusted accordingly. Definitely one of the best massages I’ve had since moving to Viera. My girlfriend and I were lucky enough to stumble upon Elements Massage after we both had lower back problems from the gym. Booking online was easy and the check in process was seamless. This was actually my first massage ever and I had Mijah as my therapist. She was nice and made me feel comfortable. Felt great afterwards and actually signed up for the membership as it didn’t have any fine print or lock in dates. You’re basically just prepaying for your monthly massage and get to lock in the $69 rate.

I have been an Elements Member in Melbourne, FL almost a year, their masseuses always send me home throughly relaxed and happy. Sarah has amazing hands for finding all the knots. The key to a good massage is listening to your muscles and she definitely listens well. Couldn’t be happier!

This place is amazing. I work in the hospital and had a lot of tight muscles. Marianna was skillful that she found the spot, then used a combination of hot towels and a deep tissue massage to release all my tension. I can stop telling people about how wonderful I feel after m 60 minute massage. They have so many different options of massages I can’t wait to go back and try them all.

I got a prenatal massage from Amber Moye and I feel so much better! This is my first pregnancy and I have been so uncomfortable. Not only did she help relieve some of the tension in my upper back and calves, she recommended a few home care options to reduce prenatal discomforts. Heather is a sensitive therapist and communicates well during session. She has a light touch and not a deep tissue therapist so that my body responds better to getting muscles relaxed rather than tense. The entire staff is wellness based. The establishment is spa like and I feel safe.
