Adam did an amazing job. First time in months I’ve been able to stand up straight. Super easy to talk to and get comfortable with. He understands sports medicine so he knows how to do more than just the simple massage. Would recommend to anyone who holds their stress in their backs
Always a great experience at Massage Envy. I used to always go to the Viera location but once I found out how much better the West Melbourne location was I’m sticking to them. More staff available especially for the deep tissue massage. Robert B actually gave me the best and most helpful massage. My knees were swollen and stiff. After the deep tissue massage and some stretching my pain was gone for a few days. Both of my knees are bone on bone so I felt my best in a long time.
Just canceled my membership after nearly 5 years across 2 states and 4 different locations. Finally got tired of them charging me full price for a cancelation even if Im sick or have a work emergency. Even doctors, whose time is worth far more per hour, dont charge full price for a missed appointment. Theyre basically saying their time is more valuable than mine. I get zero compensation for any time they cancel or reschedule me with no notice. Thievery. Ill deal with someone who doesnt rob me at will.
My massage therapist was great, however the building was so freezing I couldnt get to fully enjoy the massage and was tense from being so cold, therefore didnt get the results I needed. It was FREEZING, and they had to put extra blankets. Ridiculous. Had to come back 2 days later bc the knots got moved up but not broken down and it was painful causing migraines.
Sem was an excellent therapist who I would absolutely come back to get a massage from again. I was very grateful that he did not try to make small talk and he allowed me to relax in silence. He checked on comfort with pressure levels about 3-4 times throughout my 90 minute massage which was just enough (nothing worse than a therapist constantly asking you every few minutes if theyre pressure is okay). I appreciated his professionalism, and his understanding of what a client wants when they come in. He definitely paid attention to what I told him my problem areas were, he had nice firm pressure, and I left feeling much better.The front desk staff on the other hand is the reason I could not give this place five stars. The young girl who checked me in was very kind and excited and friendly. However while trying to fill out my intake papers she would not stop talking and made it very difficult for me to read and respond. Its also a very heavy sales pitch type of situation as soon as you come out of your nice relaxing massage, and it kind of unpleasantly jolt you out of your happy space. When I cut her off to tell her I wasnt buying a membership The response was well youre going to have to pay full price next time cuz youre not going to get this introduction price again. (Which I already knew but it felt was very rude and unnecessary to say)I did like that they have a small space to relax while waiting for your massage, however that space and the massage rooms have essentially no decorations, no color, no design. Even the furniture seems very old. Lots of sales pamphlets everywhere. Its really not a typical luxury relaxing spa environment. Very cold and sterile more like a doctors office.To sum it up, the therapist was definitely good enough for me to come back and put up with the heavy sales pitch, and overlook the poor decorating skills. But seriously as a franchise they need to step it up and spend some money bringing their location up to the aesthetic standards of all of the other many wonderful local spas.
Had a good time for my first visit then they charged me full price for my next appointment even though they couldnt reach me at all to remind me. I do not see any calls or voice mails from them but they were sure quick to send me an email notifying me I was charged full price! Thanks!
Update: Changing review to 1 star after my 4th massage in a row (3 different therapists) was cancelled.I have been a massage envy member for years. Ive always loved it. Ive always had great massages, and I have enjoyed the massages that I received at this location. However, Ive had a poor experience at this location. I had three massages in a row canceled on me at the last minute. Im pretty understanding, so I just rescheduled after the first two cancellations occurred. But canceling my appointments three times in a row without offering anything more than to reschedule it for a fourth time is an awful business practice and an awful way to treat a loyal and repeat customer. I pay monthly for a massage that I cant even get in for.
I had a bad experience first time I went. The therapist I had didnt listen to me, when trying to say what to focus on, she seemed very closer minded, wasnt really friendly, bad communication. I dont think Ill go back unless different therapist has a better attitude thanks
Had a really wonderful experience with Micaela! She took the time and focused on smaller muscle groups that often get overlooked by most massage therapists, especially in the next and shoulders. She was awesome, will be using her again!
Tammie was great! Very good deep tissue massage therapist.5 stars for her. Lost one bc of front desk. Receptionist very ditzy and did not even recognize me when massage was over and I approached the counter to check out. She greeted me and questioned me what service was I there for.
Always welcoming and positive. Reception is warm and greets everyone with a smile. Diana, Becky etc al are professional and personable. I am not a massage person but my son and daughter in law are members and are always pleased with the experience. They have different needs, deep muscle or--- I can attest to other service.If you want to treat your skin, turn it over to Laurel! She is amazing. I look forward to my visits with her and I feel like a new person when I leave.Thank you, all..
I have been a member for several years. Lately I have been in and out of the hospital. They knew this. They knew I took a hard hit financially. Twice they took out $200 without any notice. The manager I dealt with wasnt much help. I was told I would get a refund hopefully soon. In addition to this they never had time for me when I wanted to make a appointment. I had to schedule months in advance. They actually canceled the day of my Birthday. The appointment was made several months beforehand. Other than that a beautiful facility. Friendly educated staff. Its unfortunate it has to end this way.
So I’ve been to massage envy a few times before, wasn’t anything to rant and rave about. This last Christmas I was given a $200 voucher to get a few more massages. I called on a Friday and wanted to book an appointment for the weekend, I was able to get one the same day which was nice surprise.Upon arrival I was met with the two receptionist. Both were very informative in product and knowledge about what would be best for me. For my massage I was booked with Susan. She states she’s been there for only a short period but she was AMAZING. She states she has 20+ years of experience and let me tell you, her work speaks for itself. She really took the time to work in my problem areas. If you need to book at this location - ask for Susan!
I had a wonderful massage by Tammy, and a fantastic facial by Liz. I felt that the quality of everything from walking in the door to leaving was great. I will be back :-)
Avoid this place. It sounds like a great idea and if you can ever get a appointment the therapists are alright. Nothing special. Anyone with any talent leaves in a few months. It’s almost impossible to get an appointment though and it’s 50/50 chance it will get cancelled. Also good luck trying to cancel. They took their cancellation policy out of the 1990s health club playbook. I’ve been trying to cancel for months.
Zero stars if i could. Highly considering canceling my membership. Appointments are constantly canceled. When you try to reschedule they dont have openings for months out, yet I am charged monthly. Obviously not enough staff. Been on hold for 10 minutes to reschedule canceled apps. Never can get the managers name. Time to cancel and go to a competitor.
I have been a member at this location for over 2 years now, and have been impressed by the friendliness of the staff and quality of the massages. So much so, that I purchased a membership for my daughter at another location. I recently had an issue at that other location, and wasnt getting any response from them. Becca, the Member Concierge at my home location here in Hammock Landing stepped in and resolved it for me instead, going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction as a member.I highly recommend this location, as they offer amazing massages, demonstrate professionalism, and move mountains for their customers!

WHAT A JOKE. definitely would give -0 stars if i could. my mom and i came to get a massage. and when we were filling out the survey I marked that I was a minor because I’m 14 turning 15 in FIVE DAYS. when my mom called to make the appointment she made sure to tell them my age and they said it was not a concern. now I’m unable to get my massage because apparently I have to be in the room with my mom. horrible communication on their part. and a worker there tried to have us have only a 60 minute back to back massages when our appointment was 90 minutes. And it made no sense at all because my mom would just have to sit there for 60 minutes well I got a massage because she has to be in the room. absolute horrible service. will NOT be coming back again. And my mom tried to get her money back from her gift card and they wouldn’t give it back to her. i cant even think of a worst way to describe my anger. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
Let me first say..not my favorite massage envy. I’ve had a couple uncomfortable conversations with the front desk and managers on how I’ve been spoken to. It seems those employees with the bad attitudes are no longer working there. I will say though, Laurel the esthetician is the saving grace of this place. She’s so nice and informative. I wish I had gotten the front desk lady’s name today. She’s always so kind. I really hope the owner of this franchise knows what wonderful employees she has in these two.
Do not join the membership. They have canceled my last 5 massage appointments that I book a month in advanced for. They will not refund me my membership fees even though they cancelled all 5 appointments. It has been over 5 months since I have been able to get in for a massage. Extremely dissapointed.
Purchased a gift card for $100.00 and when the person went to use it, they were told there was nothing on the gift card. They wouldnt do anything to help or get me in touch with a supervisor. Now, I am out $100.00 and had to pay additional money for the services done today. I have the transaction in my bank account showing the $100.00 was taken out and we have never used the gift card! I know the exact date and time frame I went in store and purchased the gift card and they refuse to do any research.
Astounding, a level of service to be proud of. The management staff make you feel welcome the moment you walk through the door. My therapist whom I only just met today, went above and beyond to not just perform a therapeutic massage, but explained in detail what I was feeling and why, in terms I could clearly understand. I have a long road ahead of me to get to regain my health. and I honestly consider these wonderful people an intricate part of that healing process. Thank you so much.
The staff is friendly but the time frame gets cheated. Usually you pay for an hour but they take 10 minutes away to get undress and dress afterwards so that makes sense. But my past 2 times I got less than 50 minute service and I am always on time actually am always early. Today my appointment was at 10. I was taken back at 10:01 and they gave me the 5 minutes to get ready and started my service at 10:05. She stop my facial at 10:44 and gave me 5 minutes to get dress and walk me out. I was out the door exactly at 10:50. I try telling this to the front desk but apparently no one there can do math right. I got a 40 minute facial not a 50 minute facial. And same thing has happen with massages. The actual service is good but your time does get cheated so beware of that. Also I use my own time on my phone to keep track of my time since all their clocks in the rooms are not accurate. Anyways we purchased a 3 month membership as a trial because we consider doing the annual membership but this place is not the right fit for me. So keep track of your time when getting services and you will see.
Best experience!! I had my first massage here and it was incredible. Clean and calming facility, super nice and professional people. Jennifer was awesome! Made me feel super comfortable and gave me an amazing massage! Will definitely be coming back.
I absolutely do NOT want the Melbourne location of Massage Envy to contact me, their management is absolutely rude and I am very upset. You should pull your calls and listen to how Becca spoke to me back in October!My husband and I have been members of Massage Envy for over 10 years! My husband recently joined the United States Marine Corps and I reached out to our home location- Massage Envy Lake Nona in September of 2021 to cancel my husbands membership due to military service and him leaving the state!My husband had his last massage with Massage Envy of Melbourne in September which we used the membership to cover. He explained to me that at the end of his massage, he went to the front desk and tipped his masseuse, then was approached by the receptionist to book another appointment. He explained to me that he refused to book another appointment and expressed to the receptionist that his wife makes all the decisions and that he would not be able to book without speaking with me first. She said she understood. She then told him that we can hold a time and give you a call to remind you, that way if she does say yes, you can come in for a massage. He said he would ONLY do that IF it was not committing him to any massage whatsoever because AGAIN, the massages come from MY bank account and he could not make any decision without me. She said there was no commitment and there would be no issues, he does not have to show up and it is only a courtesy.I contacted the Massage Envy on the 26th of October after noticing a $110 charge from the Melbourne location. I spoke to a woman at this location who was EXTREMELY helpful and kind. She seemed just as upset as I was and was very understanding (SHE DESERVES A PROMOTION, WHOEVER SHE IS). She let me know that the lady in September IN FACT did book him TWO... TWO appointments and that the lady who booked them SPECIFICALLY WROTE A NOTE THAT IF I CALLED FOR ANY REASON NOT TO ISSUE A REFUND! (OBVIOUSLY INTENTIONAL!) She let me know she would have management reach out regarding a refund because the practices were simply shady and manipulative.Two days later, Becca reaches out to me... EXTREMELY RUDE. She basically called my husband a liar and I KNOW that he would NEVER book anything like this knowing that it comes from my account. And secondly, why would we cancel his membership to then get charged double the price?! Becca said shed call me in 1-2 business days to see what she can do. Here we are, November 9th, and her and I spoke October 27th... she NEVER called me. No voicemail, no missed call, nothing.Today, November 9th, I called and spoke to her. She said yup, that was me. Yup, we are not issuing a refund because your husband booked those appointments and we left a voicemail to confirm the day before. I let her know NO ONE left a voicemail on either mine or my husbands phone on October 24th or 25th whatsoever. We checked our voicemails back to July, there is literally NO voicemail. This was intentional, this was shady and manipulative. I am demanding a refund and will be contacting the BBB and corporate to let them know about these horrible business practices.I had absolutely ZERO voicemail. I asked her to pull the call to show me where someone actually left a voicemail. Crickets.Please help.
Ive had a membership here for almost a year. I love getting my monthly massage and when you book in advance you build up upgrade credits for extra time, rapid tension relief or hot stones. Everyone is professional and the place feels clean, fresh and relaxing. Ive had David and Crystal, both are great!
Great experience, I went in with severe pain, Brian was great! He had professional knowledge of what was causing the pain quickly into the session, and the best way to ease the pain. Feel better than I have in weeks. Looking for to another session next week! Highly recommend. Front desk was also great!

It was my first time going to get a massage ever in life. I was so anxious weeks before the date to go. I got there and the front lady was super nice but when she mentioned a guys name I freaked but omg as soon as I saw Robert and he spoke all the jitters went away. He was amazing and hit the spot the whole time. I walked in that place with stress on my shoulders and walked out of there with the weight of a feather. This is something I will definitely be doing again. Thank you Robert !

Rip off. No 90 minute or 60 minute massages, they shave minutes off, start late, end early. They sell hype. Better off elsewhere.Dear owners response. I had brought it to their attention. I brought up several issues to their attention before posting on here which I did warn them I would do after they brushed me off. They did not care. Also so much turnover at that location, must be some internal issues that should be addressed.
My wife had a massage last week with massage therapist Farah. Although the front desk was busy, her appointment was on time. She was greeted by Farah who listened to all her concerns. As the massage progress, Farah addressed all her areas of discomfort and periodically asked if the pressure was appropriated. Thank you Farah for being an excellent massage therapist.
Used to drive all the way to Viera to visit Massage Envy, thank goodness they opened one closer to me!! Newly opened and very clean and professional environment. Had one of the best massages ever! And so close to home!!! Cant wait for my next treatment...sometimes you just have to take care of YOU!!
This Massage Envy is well run and has a really great staff. The front desk team is efficient. I have received massages from Robert for the last several months. He cares about your well being and ensures you experience the type of massage you really want.
So I had an appointment today and the girls that were working in the front office were terrible, talking about having an attitude if it wasnt because I had an appointment and my massage lady is amazing I would have walked out. Extremely rude and terrible customer service.
Very disappointing and a waste of money. Went in for a Deep chemical peel, to have the lady keep saying she’s only going to do the gentle chemical peel. When that’s not what I wanted but she guaranteed I would see results. It’s been a couple days I still see no results I even told her I didn’t see results in the beginning but she kept saying you see how much better your skin looks I see a lot of results. I told her no. Then she wants me to keep making appointments with her, I don’t think so I will definitely go somewhere else to get the services that I want to get and that I intended to get. I see no difference in my skin
I was a member for 12 months a never could schedule appointments. Always booked full. Waited weeks for appointments. Staff is very rude..except for the poor young people behind the desk. Manager is rude and unwilling to be helpful. Today was the most horrible experience I have ever had with anyone in retail!!
It was my first time getting a massage here/ever. It was an experience. Heather, my therapist was very nice and walked me through what to expect when getting a message. It was very tickleish for me but had a very relaxing experience.
I waited for 40 mins past my appointment time when the receptionist pulled me aside and told me that the therapist wasnt there. I understand that things happen, but why not call? Why have me wait 40 minutes for no reason? It was a complete disrespect to my time and an unacceptable way to do business.
