Xavier was AMAZING! He was literally my angel and hero today. I dropped my mod off my bathroom sink while getting ready for work, payday is 3 days away and I LOVED my mod. One particular guy doesnt know anything about vapes. Was waiting to check out and a customer wanted to know some info about it and he couldnt tell them anything. Even if he doesnt vape, all workers should have knowledge of the products to help customers. Its like he just runs customers off because he has no knowledge of products.

Great place. And most of the people that work here are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them and have sent MANY people here. Only issue that I have that is really inconvenient is they seem to open and close whenever they want and dont go by the posted business hours. I have personally been in the parking lot when they were supposed to be open but they were not and watched them lose several customers. Have even had people tell me they are not coming back and that I should go to xyz because they go by posted hours.

Came in on Sunday. Door’s said open but was locked waited 20 mins and no one opened up sat. There and waisted my time when they were supposed to be open. If you don’t open at 8 change it on your website. Waist of my time

Came in to check the place out and was pleasantly surprised to have found a place that exceeded my expectations in a big way! They have a great variety of products and amazing customer service. You could tell that the new owners have lack of communication with the employees. If you are a regular here the prices have JUMPED UP in price by a good amount. The front counter person was great though she felt the need to apologize for the inconvenience even though it wasnt her fault... a confident 34 dollar price range for a cart jumped to almost 40 dollars..

Trenton was very knowledgeable about new and previous vapes, as well as the coil products in disposable vapes (lost Mary, new release lost Mary, Cali, etc). Also verbally asked to see my state D.L. to make sure I was of proper age, obviously knowing Im older than 30 appearance wise , he still followed state guidelines and put the integrity of the store, state, and business first. Do not buy the Mozone brand disposable electronic vapes manufactured by this store. 1 in every 5 don’t work, and the store rudely says they will not replace them or help troubleshoot after purchase. Other stores in the area are friendlier and more reliable.Poor customer service, poor experience, and a poor product.
