Unfortunately won’t be a returning customer after today. I’ve been coming here almost monthly and get the same thing and know exactly how much my total should be. The cashier overcharged me nearly $50 even though I insisted he had the pricing incorrect and knew how much my total should be. The response was “I don’t know what to tell you”. Due to poor customer service I won’t be coming back. Have all my receipts and can show what the store advertises on their banners

This is my favorite place to go and get my disposable vapes. Between having a really great variety of flavors and products, and the employees, I will always hit up Wild Bills for my smoking needs❤️

This has been the only place Ive gone for my vape or smoke products for over 2 years now. I come in at least once a week, but tonight 11/25/23 was real off putting. I came in an hour before closing and the short girl working was vacuuming and when I walk in she catches attitude and says I just started ... like okay its an hour before close... and then another customer came in behind me while I was still there and asked her how she was doing and she said Ill be better when I can close and like I understand wanting to go home just as much as the next guy but this girl was very rude. I have never felt unwelcome there before tonight. Definitely think she needs some training on customer service... an otherwise lovely place to visit and lovely employees.

Wild Bills has everything under the sun! I continue going there for two reasons. The product and the people. Rico, the store manager really knows what he’s talking about and he continues to update product with the latest and greatest. I’ve been to every smoke shop in Menominee and since I walked into Wild Bills over a year ago, it has been my one stop shop. I highly recommend their product and services above all other smoke shops in the area. 🤙🏻

Amazing store and Rico was super helpful and kind ,I wasnt sure what type of vape or new wraps would be best.But with his help I must say I am pleased with my purchase. Great prices too.

Very clean and extremely bright. Sadly the lights gave me an instant headache. Staff was nice and helpful but sadly she acted like we were going to steal sumthing and wouldnt let us browse. I wont go here again. 12-16-22 was the day we shopped at this place and is the last day also.

Tried to bring up a defect on a product that could potentially hurt someone and was told by their store manager Rico that I was being picky. Ill never step in that store again. 4-1-23 is when this happened and I am still very upset with how I was treated. And I fully intend on telling everybody I know about this

This is the only place I go for supplies. It is so clean and well organized.. it doesnt look like some of the other dives in town. The employees are great and the manager Rico is so knowledgeable and kind

Can only speak to the cigar side of the business. Good selection of cigars. The BOGO was a good deal. Might go back and get some more if they still have that deal going

Ricco is not a friendly employee at all. He was very rude to my mother who is 70 years old. His customer service skills are around a 2nd graders. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. There are better smoke shops than this one.

The customer service is amazing here. Their more than willing to help with all questions. They young grayish haired dude is very knowledgeable.

Something has changed within the last six months with wild bills. The staff used to intentionally keep a carton of Winston red shorts every week for my Mother, the last couple of times Ive come in there they dont even have her smokes on the shelf.They also stopped carrying my brand of coils for my tank, forcing me to go online.Theres really no reason for me to go to wild bills now when we have plenty of gas stations and other smoke shops in town.Huge disappointment because of how close they were.

I went to just try delta 8. The store clerk Rico was so knowledgeable and frendly that I ended trusting and beleiving that I wouldnt be wasting my $ so I ended up spending almost $100 instead of the $20-$30 I was prepared to pay. No hard selling, just answered my many questions.

My favorite store for tabacco & 420 needs. Great prices and friendly staff. Rico is in my opinion, the best manager they have had yet. I dont even go anywhere else
