Wonderful facial by Laural. She was very welcoming, professional and did a very good job. My skin feels soft, brighter, and is glowing. The woman who checked me in and out was also very friendly and professional. I will be back. Highly recommend.

This was my third time visiting in a few years, and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, and I always love the pre-massage rituals like the steam shower, foot soak, and delicious tea. The Aveda products smell amazing too! Sofia, my massage therapist, was fantastic - very skilled and friendly. I left feeling completely rejuvenated!

This was my first and last time visiting the salon. My stylist was Brandy. I got a cut and color. The color resulted in hot roots where the root color was significantly lighter than the ends. I only noticed when I came home and looked in the mirror and was shocked by the results. But even worse than the color was the haircut. She spent probably 15 minutes at most cutting my hair. I asked for a very simple trim, yet got 2 inches of my hair cut off. I also asked for the ends to get thinned down and she proceeded to use the thinning scissors to do so. I’ve never encountered that before, all other stylists always use regular scissors and proper technique, it’s like I went to Great Clips to get my hair done. It’s probably the worst experience I had in a salon, had to go to a different stylist to get another color and cut and even after that the damage done to my hair will take much longer to fix because they will need to cut off all the ends she “thinned down” with the scissors. Never again. I am perplexed that a salon with reputation as prices as Neroli will hire someone who has no idea how to do hair. Today was a cold, wet, blustery day and when I arrived the hot towel I was offered was a welcome amenity and the start to an amazing manicure and pedicure. I am going to let you in on the best kept secret at Neroli Meqoun. Isabella! I have had hundreds of pedicures and manicures over numerous decades. Isabella is simply the best. Thanks, Isabella for another amazing manicure and pedicure!

Hannah was absolutely amazing! I haven’t been happy with my hair color in YEARS and I almost cried when she revealed my new color!!! She helped me start the process I’ve wanted to for a long time and was so supportive through it. She was professional, friendly and polite. I finally found my go to hair stylist :)

Faith is absolutely amazing! Professional and friendly, thoughtful and attentive. Signature 110min massage was perfect from start to finish. Neroli spa itself is clean and relaxing, excellent reception and guest staff. Immediately booked another appointment.

Had gotten a few prenatal massages here and they were wonderful and so relaxing. Great facility overall. Kind, patient staff that takes great care of you. Would highly recommend getting a prenatal (or any!) massage! Would be a great baby shower gift to mama to be too.

Its a nice place, but be prepared to overpay. I had a good massage, but was not very personalized, and I paid over $300 for a service I could have gotten for $80-90 at many other places. I paid extra for an add-on that was supposed to spend extra time on a foot massage, but then this area was emphasized about as much as everything else. Definitely wasnt worth paying an extra $45 for. Now that Ive checked it out, Ill go back to places where I may not get a bathrobe and fancy waiting area, but I will get the same service for 1/3 of the price.

Booked an appointment 2 hours before. Came in and was greeted and offered something to drink. Analiz was my stylist. She did a phenomenal job. She walked me through every step she did, and made sure everything was the way I wanted. Super nice and professional. I will definitely be going back to her. My hair has never looked so good!

Got my Mother’s Day gift here last year, plan on doing it again. The staffs great, and the products are equally as great. Would definitely recommend!

I visited Neroli Mequon for extensions. I would highly recommend scheduling with Irina! She is so skilled at color matching I was blown away that she was able to completely match my color! She asks questions to understand how you wear your hair and takes her time to apply so that they come out seamless. My extensions turned out amazing and I’m so happy!!!

For the first time I showed a stylist an image of the color I wanted and she gave me just that. I am so happy with my hair and feel amazing! It was a late appointment but there was zero rushing or complaints from all at the salon. It was a truly wonderful experience.

Laural is derail oriented, and she made sure to keep all my needs into account and made tweaks as needed. She met me where I was, which I absolutely appreciate. The end result was absolutely beautiful

My 21 year old daughter Grace had an absolutely terrible experience here on Wed. 3/8. From the person at the reception desk, to the person who did her facial. She knicked her face and made her bleed! The staff was incredibly rude, never showed her the spa area to relax, she was not shown where to get her robe nor was she instructed to put one on. The Aesthetician was surprised to find her clothed in her street clothes still. My daughter was told to come early and enjoy the amenities, only to be asked why are you here so early? when she arrived 30 min. prior to the appointment. She was looking forward to the spa area to relax prior. The facial itself started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early! She paid $115 (even left her a tip!) for a 25 minute facial. The appointment was to be 1 hour long. So disappointing, she was really looking forward to this relaxing facial/experience. Never again.....

Sophie S. did a great job on my 9-year old daughters hair! She loved the experience of getting a shampoo and blow-out!

I absolutely love going to Crystal! I have followed her for years and years and she not only cuts and colors my hair, but my entire family - my husband’s (who is particular) and my son and daughters hair. She is extremely receptive and thorough and truly wants everyone to feel comfortable and happy with their look! She is a gem and true professional. She is engaging and makes you feel so at ease while in her chair. I highly recommend her to you and your family for a haircut or color - you won’t regret it!

This location is conveniently located in a beautiful space with lots of natural light. Staff is wonderful with warm towel and delicious Aveda tea upon arrival.After many years of bouncing around with different stylists, I booked with Irina and have been seeing her ever since. I was quite nervous about getting a guys haircut at an upscale place like this. Thankfully, Irina made me feel right at home RIGHT away. She is easy to talk to and super personable. Not to mention the services she provides are top of the line. I thought my service would take at least an hour but she makes sure to get me out of there quickly every time. As a guy I appreciate that because my hair is not the biggest concern to me. The best part is getting a message when she washes your hair and you get a hot towel afterwards. Irina does the most amazing job I’ve ever had done to my hair. I’ve been seeing her for 5 years now and do not trust anyone else to touch my hair! I have very fine hair and need special gentle treatment to my hair, and she knows best how to color it safely, style it beautifully and add extensions without damaging my hair. Amazing service! One of the best salons Ive been to and thats saying something as I drive from Chicago to get my hair done by Irina. She is very professional and knowledgeable. Irina is always waiting for me with a smile on her face, ready for our appointment when I walk in the door. The best part is, I can go a few months and still get compliments on my hair! Irina did an amazing job with my cut and color and I always appreciate when a stylist provides suggestions which she did right out of the gate! I have been seeing Irina for a couple of years, and she KILLS IT every single time! I have never once left feeling disappointed in anything she has done. Every time it turns out amazing, and more than half the time I let her do her own thing because I trust it will turn out beautifully! I recently had my hair done and was extremely happy with the results! I have very thick wavy hair and have had past stylists not listen to exactly what I wanted and just did what they felt would look right. When I was at Neroli Mequon my stylist was amazing, she had a lot of knowledge about all hair types and took the time to listen and understand what I was looking for. The end results were better than I could have expected! I would highly recommend visiting the Mequon location and have your hair done by the sweet woman named Irina!!

I’ve been going to Neroli Salon in Mequon for years and even though I’ve now moved about an hour away I continue to go there in spite of the drive. Irina is the best! Hannah Kummer cuts and colors my hair. I have a lot of hair and it took me forever to find someone who could nail the exact cut I wanted until I found Hannah. She does beautiful work and takes her time to discuss every step with you. She also educates on how to properly style your hair and what products to use! I won’t be going to anyone else!

Debbie E is my favorite esthetician! I have had facials and waxing done by Debbie. She made me feel very comfortable and welcome. She is very upbeat and positive, I never felt embarrassed of my skin care regimen. The room was always clean, organized and welcoming. Her technique and conversation are very relaxing yet professional. I highly recommend Debbie E!

I received a $50 gift certificate to Neroli. I was excited to try a new place, so I scheduled the essential pedicure with callus removal which is very basic. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. The person who did my nails spoke negatively the entire time so it was not a relaxing experience. She did an okay job with cleaning up my nails but not like other places that I have been to. The pedicure and foot rub seemed rushed and she made me know how busy she was and it showed. When I went to pay, the total came to $70. The price was not worth the experience. When I got home and looked at the receipt, I was charged $55 versus $45 for the essential pedicure and the callus removal was $15 which far exceeds what I pay at CQ Nails in Germantown. I, unfortunately, will not be returning.

Horrible! I will never come to the Mequon location again. I went to get my hair colored. Explained that I wanted to keep my hair very cool, platinum and ashy. I even showed several pictures of what I wanted. The stylist said she knew what I wanted and got started. Final result—complete opposite of what I asked for! My hair was gold with a bit of an orange-ish tint! Omg not even close she messed up. I hated it! So much that I called to complain and I was told I could come back to correct the mistake. They scheduled me an appointment for a correction but couldn’t get me in for a whole 3-4 weeks later which was disappointing because I needed it fixed asap. FOUR days before my appointment I received a call from someone at the Mequon Neroli saying that my initial appointment was too long ago and that I would be charged for my services on the upcoming appointment. Are you serious!!! I now have to pay twice because YOU messed up?! Absolutely ridiculous. Not only did I completely waste $150, but they ruined my hair! I am disgusted with this place. Horrible customer service!

Sydney just recently did my hair color and style, she was so thorough in her consultation making sure she really understood what I was asking for and she did a fantastic job! Havent colored my hair in 2 years it was exactly what I was looking for.

I I throughly enjoyed my experience today! Like everyone else, I havent had my hair done since February. But everything, from being greeted by the respectionist, to my eyebrow wax, haircut & color, it was an inviting, relaxing & wonderful experience. It was exactly what I needed. Hannah was amazing! She fixed a terrible hair color that I had and made my blonde hair look awesome and natural! :) The salon was clean and very spaced out from other customers.

PLEASE DO NOT GET THESE EXTENSIONS IF YOU HAVE THIN, FINE HAIR!!! I got hair extensions from Sydney and I was extremely disappointed. I had a consult with her about the extensions and I had asked her if I could get extensions with my thin fine hair. She said that most of her clients with hair extensions have thin fine hair and they look great. I asked if the wefts would be covered up even though my hair is thin and again she said they would be. She asked if I wanted length or volume and I said both.So, the same day I had the consult I ordered the hair extensions. I was made aware that I had to put 50% down that would be non-refundable. But, I trusted that Sydney knew what she was doing and that they would look great. Last week I got the extensions put in my hair and after they were in I looked at my hair and there was no volume on the sides. After paying all that money I broke down into tears when I was paying my bill. Between the extensions and the application cost it was almost my whole paycheck. I was told by Sydney that there was nothing she could do to give me more volume except a hair piece. The lady at the register asked if I wanted her to call guest services and she told me the manager was in a meeting, so he would call me back, which never happened. Then I was at work a few days later and was told by one of my friends that she could see my wefts in my hair. What a nightmare!!! Now I am soo self conscious of the wefts showing that I have to wear a hat to cover them.

Had an ultimate Spa and Salon day only to have a horrible haircut and color outcome. The moment while there it was all glitz and glam until your home and realize how overly priced their “talent” was. Scheduled a full head of highlights and was never told I was charged the same price for a half set until at home and had to call for being overcharged.. said that their was “toner” that had to be used. That’s their job and the price was set before even touched my hair so how would they know that would be the reason why? ... Fake. Not to mention it was never negotiated that I would be given a half vs. a full head of highlights. & the cut was the exact same when I came in. — UPDATE— The guest services had reached out to myself and said “Nothing we can do.”—Great to see Neroli is responding to every customer comment, and even more incredible to see they would not respond to this one. Not good for business.

Mother of my child was treated to a salon and spa experience only to have the most created stress I have ever seen her go through. The highlight and cut was over charged at nearly 200 dollars for hair that looked the same prior to her visit. She left her review as well and the manager stated they would call with a resolution and after failing to do so after a week, she had called to follow up. Only to be told by Richard the head of guest services that there was nothing that could be done. Well as my fiance said they are FAKE. DO NOT USE NEROLI. Would not recommend any one to use their services.

I have very fine hair and when I was introduced to easi hair extensions by Sydney it absolutely changed my life. I feel more confident about myself and the best thing about easi hair extensions is you can’t see them and they come in many beautiful colors so you can switch it up anytime. Sydney does an amazing job on my hair she is a wonderful stylist.

I have been getting my hair done at Neroli Mequon by Irina for years now. Shes the only person I trust with my hair! She is very professional, has a kind demeanor, and always listens to what I want. I moved south of Milwaukee, and I still drive up to Mequon to have Irina do my hair.

I had a gift card to this place. I went for a gel mani/pedi. Their color selection was so limited that I ended up having to choose colors that I didnt really want. (I wanted bright colors, and they didnt have ANY!) Then my husband and I went here for a spray tan. (Between the spray tans and tip, it cost us almost $100). The woman who sprayed us was very nice and professional, but the spray tan didnt work! Very light tan in color, and even after waiting overnight to shower, most of it came off. (Ive been to a place where a machine sprays me and it was so much better than this!). Therefore, I found Neroli to be disappointing and overpriced.

Irina is the best! I have been going to her for a couple years, and she gives a consistently good cut and style. I have curly hair, which can be challenging, and she does a beautiful job.

Irina in the mequon neroli installed my hand tied extensions. I can’t imagine ever going anywhere for extensions ever again. She is always professional, clean, fast and does an amazing job. I’m even able to wait longer in between move ups because she is so precise in how she places my rows. She’s the best an hand tied extensions!

I recently received a Spa Manicure at Neroli Salon & Spa in Mequon. This spa is absolutely beautiful. Karly was the name of my nail designer. She was thorough, friendly, and her voice was very comforting. I was able to customize my manicure with my choice of aroma and hand masque. My nails looked fabulous just in time for my holiday party. I am very impressed with my overall experience. I recommend this spa to everybody!

Got a mani pedicure with Nicole today... It was not good. French manicure terrible with uneven lines on nails and both finger and toe nails lots of unpainted areas and poor clean up of paint on skin. She should not be doing nails and am strongly considering causing upcoming facial next week because shows this spa isnt interested in consistent or good service.

I booked an appointment to have a trial run for an updo for my grandsons wedding next month. The stylist was very nervous and obviously did not know how to do an updo. I brought pictures of styles I like, but told her to do what she wanted. The only request I had was that I wanted fullness in the crown. She never did put it up. She put a few bobby pins in and then curled it into long ringlets. I never did get an updo. They wanted to charge me full price for this. They said that the stylist said my hair was too layered for an updo. My hair is over 12 inches long and all one length. The short hair at the nape could have been covered or blended.On to round two: A dry run of makeup. I told the woman that I normally wear a lot of makeup so she could go for it. She did airbrushing. Which was amazing. Unfortunately, she didnt do any contouring. I asked her to do it and she said it was too late. I thought that I was getting full makeup, but, she said I have to ask for contouring. How did I know that? Shouldnt she have asked what I wanted first? Then, her excuse was that normally people want natural makeup for a wedding. I am not the bride! She then became nervous and started picking up the wrong brushes. I now had a red streak across my lower jaw because she was trying to contour, but she said she picked up the wrong brush.I spent the rest of the day crying.

This salon is really wonderful. From the minute you walk in the door, you are greeted by a pleasant young Aveda advisor. The atmosphere is lovely and the staff are all very professional. Overpriced poor quality hair care. If you want a very expensive bleach out this is your place. Everyone is double booked so your stylist is working on two other people at the same time. Cuts are horrible, and the highlights are just a bad dye job. Thankfully I found someone who could help save my hair after this horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Great salon. The space is beautiful, love the Aveda smell as you walk in. After you get checked in, they give you something to drink, water, coffee or tea. They take your coat to hang it up for you if you have one. There is a wonderful snack mix to nibble on. The bathroom is always clean. I see Amelia and she does a great job with my hair. Shes very sweet. They have music going all the time. Of course you can buy Aveda products. They aslo do facials, waxing, etc. Would highly recommend.

Had an elemental massage here for 50 mins. I walked out feeling like I was barely touched. I discussed my area of focus beforehand but the masseuse did not focus on that area at all. The place is clean and the staff is nice but for the amount of money I paid I would’ve preferred a better massage. There were parts of my body that didn’t even get massaged but was included in my package that I paid for.

I’ve always had trouble finding a good hairstylist. I’m glad I found Hannah. She’s very attentive to what I want done with my hair and I always walk out loving my it!

Cant say enough good things about Neroli Mequon -- because its one of Nerolis smaller locations, you really do feel like you have the whole place to yourself when you receive a spa service. Ive had amazing massages and facials there (I typically go to Gregory for massages and Miranda for facials), and refuse to go to any spa besides Neroli because of how taken care of I feel there! :)

Their answering system is a joke get a live person to answer the phones and not some generalized phone number. At the prices you charge I think you can afford it. If you have four locations then have four separate phone numbers people dont have all day to wait to talk someone. Other than that haircuts are awesome.
