The night I came in was such a wonderful experience. I had a 7:15-9 PM appointment and I was worried because of that the staff may be tired, annoyed, ready to go home! I was greeted by the two ladies at the front desk in a very friendly manner. It was Paige and one other person that I unfortunately don’t remember her name. When I was done at 9 they were equally as friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I was so surprised to hear they both had been there less than a year. They knew their stuff like they had been there for a few years! They also said it was their first time working together but it seemed like they were a great team already. Keep up the great work girls!

Always accommodatingMy daughter happens to jive with one masseuse so we book her out for months. Very busy place but in a serene setting. You feel like you leave your cares as soon as you walk in the door. Definitely buy a membership! You get billed once a month and get the best rates whether youre coming for 30, 60 or 90 minute massage sessions. Everyone there strives to make the experience the best for you. If not the best, then one of the best massage places in Ozaukee County. Book an appointment. You wont be disappointed. See the picture of Kelly, the owner. Maldease was very personable, and thorough. She paid attention to my concerns and provided an excellent massage. My pain was eliminated and has not returned in the two weeks since my massage. I will definitely book with Maldease again and have told others! This was one of the best massage I have had!

Everything was perfect. I broke my L2 in my spine many years ago ...and I had my massage last Friday and ever since then my back doesnt hurt..its Tuesday. The last time I was pain free was before I fell.

Chet used just the perfect level of pressure and totally relaxed my tense neck & shoulder muscles. One of the best massages I’ve ever enjoyed so highly recommend Elements Massage!

I personally didnt like my massage. I had asked for deep tissue and it was more of a light rubbing. The therapist seemed annoyed with me when I wasnt following her abrupt instructions. It was my first time coming to this place and I was treated like i was bothering her being there. She put so much oil/jelly on my body without giving me a cloth to remove it. I had to shower as soon as I got home. I was really excited for this massage, but it was honestly the worst one I have gotten. Not worth $160.

Unfortunately did not have a positive experience. On the intake forms I said I didn’t want scalp or face massage. I waited 10 mins into my appt time until I was taken back to a room. Before the appointment the therapist confirmed verbally I did not want scalp or face massage. It was done anyway and left with oil in my very expensive hair extensions which I’m not happy about, not to mention I don’t like to be touched there and expressed that twice. The room was also very cold with a fan blowing on me the whole time. The massage felt rushed and my head was actually being pushed into the table by the therapist each time she was lean over me. The entirety of the time she was working on my back, she was sitting at my head leaning her body over me to reach my back and having her body weight on my head into the table. She finished the massage before the hour after already taking me late essentially turning a 60 min session into 40 mins at most Was not relaxing or well done and felt like I wasted money on something I was looking forward to all week.

Terrible customer service from the front and the manager. This is the 2nd time they messed up on appointments that we had to switch our schedules around. They made excuses! Even though it was the fault of the salon they seemed very unapologetic and not genuine, and lied about being about to complete compensation because they messed up twice, which I found out after. They do not stand behind their Elements promise. They are the front and the face we see first. So disappointing!

They steal your money! They were so nice and understood our circumstances when we had to cancel our membership. To my surprise, they charged me more than they were approved for. When I gave them a tip, they took more than they were supposed to take. They also charged us for another session 30 days later, which we were told was going to be cancelled. I called and complained and the woman was so rude and unprofessional on the phone. They will steal your money without your consent.

Received a massage for Mothers Day. The front desk staff were very friendly. Anna was awesome with a Big smile. The front sitting area was inviting and comfy.. Katherine did an excellent job on my problem areas. I will return soon. Great job!😀

Its addictive!!I have been coming to Elements Massage for months . The first time, I came was with a coupon for $30 off so I figured I had little to loose. My first massage therapist was wonderful. She carefully listened to what I needed and made sure to not only focus on those areas but explained how I could help repair the problem at home.When paying for my visit, I was asked if I wanted to join and have a regular monthly massage which would keep the price at $59 versus $89. I easily agreed and asked if I could try a few different therapists. The ladies behind the front desk were easy to talk to and very helpful and agreed that I should try a few different therapists before settling on any one person.Next visit was even better than the first. This massage therapist was exceptional and when I was done, I signed up for a 90 minute massage!Just because the price is lower than some other spas, dont think youre getting lower price care - youre NOT! Relaxing environment, the rooms are serene and quiet.

I had an amazing experience at Elements Mequon. My therapist Susan was awesome. She was so patient and listened to where I was having pain and made me feel so relaxed. Everyone is extremely professional and talented even the owner Ami, she is always so friendly and warm. Would highly recommend this place to everyone. Lovely ambiance and very relaxing environment. Love this place.

Its a very clean and welcoming clinic! The rooms are very cozy, it doesnt feel too doctors office in there. My therapist was amazing and gave me the best massage Ive ever had, including helping fix my tmj. Im very pleased with everything here!

I have been with Elements both in Whitefish Bay and in Mequon for many years. I have always had terrific therapists and have stayed with them for years. My most recent therapist is Don who is extraordinary in his use of many healing modalities. I have had many massages in my life but I always find Elements to have the very best ones. I like the simplicity of it, the check in, the easy payment method, all of it. Thank you Elements!

OMG. First off I was able to get a last minute appointment which I have never come ever, ever been able to do in Whitefish Bay. My therapist knew I had tweaked my neck earlier in the day and then she quickly discovered that I also have a back full of knots because I need to go to the chiropractor desperately and get my hips properly aligned, improve my posture, and take care of my back better. Thats what happens when youre 65 and the world is built for you to slouch which I despise. Anyway this was by far and away the best massage Ive ever gotten from any elements in any City in any state it was a Saturday evening at approximately 5:00 p.m.. I originally asked for an extra 30 minutes to an hour massage however I was told by the front desk that the therapist was unavailable as I was her last client of the day however after seeing and feeling how bad my back was she stay at the extra 30 minutes and completed a fantastic massage. Im really trying to get better at breathing through the pain of working some of these nuts out because in really tight areas its just absolutely kills but I know thats the only really effective way to get the knots out of my muscles and muscle fibers. I dont know if anyone has any ideas or would like to share some information please feel free to do so I will take it and consider anything...

One of the worst massages of my life. The therapist sat in the rolling chair the entire time, used one hand half the time, and barely gave any pressure. I asked for more halfway through and the pressure didnt change, it was the lightest rub. She also didnt focus on the areas/injuries we talked about. The person at the front desk gave me a discount after I said it was awful, but still, $90 for a 50 minute mediocre light rub is insane, and Im coming from east coat prices.

I didnt think I was a massage person, but my friend recommended Ranesha so I decided to book an hour session. I debated writing this review because I dont want her to get booked up because Ranesha is literally amazing. I felt comfortable from start to finish, was asked often how I was doing and even how she tucked in the sheets when moving them around was amazing. It reminded me of how my Gramma used to do it.By the end of the hour, I decided I was singing up for the monthly membership. I cannot say enough good things about Ranesha. Highly recommended but please, leave some openings for me!

I was very happy with my first massage at the Mequon location. The receptionist was very welcoming and my massage therapist was extremely focused on what I pointed out as my problem areas. She also assessed my tight areas and gave me some tips for working on them on my own at home. I plan to see her again next week and have signed up for the monthly massage program.

Relaxing!!!Had a great experience again and nothing less than what I expected. I felt relaxed the moment I walked in. Warm and welcoming reception area and friendly staff. I tried one of the green teas they had before my session. I loved the deep tissue message with aromatherapy. My therapist was Charles and I highly recommend him. He also showed me couple of stretches I can do at home for my upper back pain. Couple of more months, and I shall be going for an hour and a half session.

Not the greatest first impression. Due to a mix-up between my wife and I and I thought my appointment started 15 minutes later than was in their appointment book. I did not receive any reminders or appointment confirmation for the appointment my wife booked for me, but I can accept the fact that is probably on us. However, for the massage to end 7 minutes early was very strange and really did not make me feel very valued as a customer. In the last dozen massages I had before this all of them went long not short, so definitely not encourage. My wife wanted me to try Elements since it was closer to home, but not a very good start. The massage therapist was technically good, but every other massage I have had they let me know what problem areas I have, what I can do to relieve tension in those areas on my own, and what to remind them to focus on next time. None of that was done here. My wife got me two gift certificates so if I get up the courage to use the other certificate I will revisit this review, but right now this just seems to be an unfortunate learning experience...

DO NOT GO HERE!!! If there was a zero or lower, thats how I would have rated this miserable place. EXTREMELY disappointed in their customer service if you can call it that. Bought a gift certificate for a friend and then was told my $200 gift card I was given was invalid. They accused me of using it even though I had never set foot in the establishment. They did nothing to rectify the situation or make me feel even remotely satisfied. The rude staff completely blew me off other than insisting I had been there. [There was a nice, young counter girl that was polite.] Truly sorry I gifted my friend a massage there. It will never happen again. I sent a message to corporate. Of course I did not get a reply.

I had such a great experience at Elements Massage! It was such a relaxing and friendly environment and I was completely satisfied from the minute I walked through the door. The people at the front desk were very nice and had a lot of knowledge as to the Wellness Program that they offer. They did a terrific job matching me with a therapist that best fits my needs. I received the best massage Ive ever had and I felt like a new person afterwards. My knots in my back are gone and my headache that I had actually went away! I would definitely recommend Elements Massage - Mequon to others. They definitely have customer satisfaction!!!!!

Good massage, last minute booking, Im grateful to have gotten in for a last minute appointment, and I liked my experience. But I really, really wish that all staff were masking, due to current covid cases and to follow CDC recommendations. The receptionist had a mask, but my therapist did not. Im vaccinated, but per CDC recommendations, I wore a mask. Saw several staff that were not masked. Its such a simple way to keep people safe and feeling more secure, I dont know why a business wouldnt require it. Gonna stay in Milwaukee for massages in the near future, maybe will head back there again when cases start to go down.

Thom was fabulous! He had a phenomenal style that addressed my pain and stiffness, while relaxing me. He is truly the best-kept secret. I will definitely be back.

Tranquil atmosphere and attentive staff. It was nice they reminded me of my appointment via text the day before. My massage therapist was Don and he did an exceptional job. He was receptive to the pressure and areas I wanted focus on. Afterwards he even taught me some stretches I can do at work to help with neck and shoulder stiffness. A+

So disappointed. Arrived for much needed message only to be told that it was canceled. I did not cancel my appointment. I confirmed my appointment by email. I was told they sent me a text but I never received it. My monthly membership has been so messed up.

Complained about massage duration and improper usage of essential oils. They rescheduled me, but then moved me to wait list day before my makeup massage. Next level rude since I was looking forward to it. I will not be returning until they get better management.

Lovely first experience at Elements Massage. Welcomed wholeheartedly from the first phone call to stepping into the serene environment. Staff members are very attentive to your every need, and are genuinely concerned with your well-being. The massage was exactly what I was looking for, and a very appealing wellness program offered. Definitely recommended for a rejuvenating experience.

I did not have a pleasant experience at Elements Massage with the therapist Susan. My fiancé and I signed up for a couple’s massage on Sunday at the Mequon location. The entrance and front desk person was nice, but the actual massage left something to be desired. Susan did not communicate during the massage, she told me to let her know if the pressure was too much or too little but never inquired during the massage. She applied the oil/lotion cold and when she coughed I felt spit on the back of my arm. She seemed to rush through the massage and even though I requested a full body massage, she focused most of her attention on rubbing my head. While my partners therapist was Henry and did a phenomenal job. I could hear him communicating with my partner letting him know what he was doing and what he was noticing as he was going, per my partner everything went well.

Allowed to book an appointment online, when I got there in the morning I was informed tht it was a request and not a guaranteed service. I attempted to call and confirm prior to driving in, but no one answered so I left a message. Appointment was at 9am and I arrived early around 845 to find the receptionist there. She had stated she had heard my message, but because they dont technically open until 9, she was waiting to call back (even though she was sitting the there and my apartment was at 9) to tell me that they didnt have anyone there for me and that my booked appointment was not going to be available. The receptionist was rude and unprofessional and did not try to reschedule or make other arrangements. I walked out and have not returned since. For the next few months I have been getting junk email from them and they keep asking me to review them on Google. Cant recommend them at all based on my experience. I ended up going to Hand and Stone massage and has a great experience.

Unimpressed. Went for my first prenatal massage. Guess I have just been spoiled by a prior place I would go to in the past. Got there early to fill out paperwork. Massage therapist took me back a few minutes late as my time must have been right after her prior and still ended at my hour time. When I commented on this after, it was then said that it’s 50 minutes hands on and time for changing. Also, at my prior place as well, your “problem areas” you note are the focus. I had noted a shoulder issue and back, and there was minimal time spent focusing on these areas. I get it’s prenatal and there can’t be deep tissue massage, but still feel it could have been better focused on those areas, not my scalp, face, arms and legs. Lastly, can tell it’s a “chain” but individually owned-when I declined the membership and rescheduling, the receptionist assumed a problem. Yes I was unimpressed but that rubbed me the wrong way even more. I’ll be looking elsewhere to get prenatal massages and others going forward at this time.

I had scheduled with the Mequon, WI location.Ask for Danny. He was very informative, listened & attended to my needs. I had a 2hr massage & it was worth every penny. 2020 has been stressful in every aspect & even more after just having a baby during this pandemic. This was time for me to relax & have all the tension & stress melt away. I will definitely be going back.

I recently got my girlfriend a couples massage and it turned out to be yearly expense on massages. They first try and talk you into a monthly plan, which I accepted to. If you don’t use them and want to cancel your subscription, you cannot use any of your paid for massages unless they put your account on hold. If you want to cancel they will not give you a refund for massages already paid for but not used.

Wonderful location and staff! Ive been to many of the massage therapists, and they are all great. I personally love Jill as she provides exactly what I am looking for in a massage. They are very easy to work with and very professional here.

5 star treatment from the minute I walked in for my appointment until leaving. my massage was amazing - only an hour long but left feeling renewed and relaxed! the owner was there and was super nice, informative and inviting! hoping to get back soon :)

Great massage and very relaxing. My only complaint is that it is very expensive and while they offer a discount with their rewards program, I cannot go every month either. I had planned on using some spafinder gift cards towards the monthly membership however I was not allowed to do that either and if I wanted to use those I had to pay the full price. Wish they offered other discounts every once in awhile.

I heard so many good things about this place. Apparently I got someone that others havent liked as well. Not only was she 10 min late, she didnt even know who she was seeing and called the girl that had just gone back. I was told Id get my full hour but I only got 50 min. She didnt communicate well. She slathered on cold oil. I felt so gross by the time she was done. The only good part was my head. Which she tried taking me into an hour of that instead of a full body. She used her full arm and elbows more than her hands. The one and only part of my body that I said to stay away from and was written in my paperwork was the one part she put all her force into. She also seemed to have trouble breathing. Parts were uncomfortable. They should consider having candles in the room or use scented oils. I left wishing I had never gone.

My first visit with Henry was really great and I got a worthy deep tissue massage. He loosened up my back and it felt great. The second visit was with Debbie and while relaxing it wasnt the deep tissue workout I asked for. The therapist makes the difference.

My massage was fabulous - I carry a lot of tightness in my neck and shoulders from stress, working at a desk all day, workouts, etc - Sonny was able to loosen everything up! Ive received many massages, but this time was the best!

I love Elements Massage! Their massages are among the best Ive every experienced, and Ive had many massages through the years. The staff is great - friendly, competent and welcoming. The space is comfortable and beautiful. Im glad to be a member of Elements Massage.

Don’t book an appointment here. I’ve had an appointment booked after a car accident for a week and a half showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early waited over a half an hour until they told me my massage therapist wasn’t coming in today. I took off work this morning for this appointment and am so upset. So much for wanting to heal and help people. If I could give them a score of zero I would. Conveniently their Facebook page doesn’t let you write reviews on it. Just horrible....

Took my mother here as a Mothers Day gift, both of us got 60 minute massages. I had Henry he was very helpful with his recommendations and I left feeling very relaxed! Would recommend this location and I will definitely be back!

I signed up for the membership right away! The locations are convenient to both my work and my home and the price is right! The front office staff is very nice and helpful and Kayla is a great therapist. Keep it up, Elements!

Its ok for a quick must have but its not relaxing, and if you want music or essential oils you have to pay extra. The lady I had 2x just will not shut up...she talks about her life the entire time. Im going to cancel my membership.

WORTH THE COST, ESPECIALLY IF PHYSICAL TOUCH IS YOUR LOVE LANGUAGE. Originally, I thought a massage would be too expensive. Afterward, I realized that it was worth the cost! My massage therapist was Jakini, from the Mequon location. I will recommend your services to others, so they too will give massage a chance.

I have never had such an all around relaxing experience. From the moment I stepped into Elements til the moment I stepped out, I felt very welcome, calm, and happy. I signed up for their membership and cant wait for my next massage :)

I do not know if it is this location or all locations. My appointments were at 7 pm my first time and 10 am my 2nd time visiting this location. Both times, I was still sitting in the lobby 5-10 mins into my hour massage. We head back into the back room and receive the consultation and then the massage. Both times the massage was concluded somewhat quick because this past time I checked my watch and it was only 1050 am. I would think, I would at least receive 45-50 mins of a massage with time for consultation and to get dressed and undressed. Both times at this location, I can say that my massages last about 30 minutes - 35 mins being generous.If this is normal practices then I will stand corrected. I would love to have some feedback on this.Thank you

The Elements staff were very welcoming and helpful. The massage was very relaxing as was the setting. My only concern was not the fault of Elements but it was not easy to get into the small parking lot coming from the west.

Elements Massage in Mequon is first class. I was running late and they accommodated me nicely. Charles was my therapist and he applied the perfect amount of pressure. He asked the right questions and knew exactly what I needed. Thank you.

Purchased gifts cards for my son and his wife to enjoy a couples massage. The gal I spoke with on the phone was very friendly and eager to help. Very pleasant experience. Will touch base again after they receive their massages.

I went in for a maternity massage for terrible headaches. I had 2 sessions and will not be going back. The first lady I had didnt wear shoes and her feet smelt atrocious, which made it very hard to relax. My second massage was with Thom, and was so painful I never did relax. Came home wondering how soon the bruises would show up and they were already there! My entire neck is bruised. His massage technique of jabbing and squeezing so hard was unnecessary. Not only do I still have a headache, but my neck is completely bruised.

I would highly recommend Elements Massage! The facility was neat and clean. Very pleasant staff and my massage was amazing!
