Elaine was awesome! It was my first time having the Oxygenation facial & I loved it! She explained the process step by step. My face felt so refreshed & hydrated when she finished! I left there GLOWING!

For my bday I wanted to try a chemical peel to refresh my face I was skeptical. I called and spoke to someone to book the appt. Over the phone the communication about the chemical pricing was all over the place. Itv was member fee non member fee .. I arrived and I was going to settle for a basic facial. Katelyn who did my facial made me feel real comfortable in choosing the chemical peel while offering the member pricing. I love the results and Katelyn did a great job overall

I recommend Steven to anyone who asks me who to go to for a great massage. He is very experienced and I always have a great service with him. Be smart and pre-book your appointments or you will never get in.

I had the worst massage ever. I had very low expectations - only went because I had a gift card from an employer. Not only was my massage therapist rough and aggressive, but when I wasnt protecting my body against the twisting and abrupt movements, I was trying not to laugh. Just because I requested deep tissue, doesnt mean fast and jerky, twisting my joints all over the bed and causing the sheets to shift constantly. I understand if you want to work on some knots and if so, I might not have the most relaxing massage because you are working knots out, but that was not this. Anytime he got close to finding a tight muscle he would move on - didnt follow through on the muscles, didnt work on any knots... breezed over everything without focus on anything. Like he didnt know his anatomy! I told him SI joints and facets and could tell he had no clue where to find them! It was as if the person had NEVER been trained. My ankles were both strained from the twisting of my lower leg during the massage - my middle back is completely contracted needing dry needling to unlock the spasms I suffered - I thought my thumbs were going to dislocate and are now sore today. NOTHING is better, there was NO relaxation of any kind, I am worse off having gone there. Next time I will toss the GC in the garbage because no one should endure such a reckless attack on their body. I recommend each therapist massage each other and regularly get reviewed and critiqued internally and should have to go to regular continuing ed on massage techniques. If people think this is what massages should be like, try somewhere else. I promise it wont be any worse! There are people much more clinically skilled!!

My massage therapist was great but the room was cold. The therapist doesnt have any control to turn the heat up. Been going here for many years but never has it been cold in the room like this.

My massage was good, but not great. Started 5 minutes late and ended 5 minutes early (80 mins vs 90). Despite telling my massage therapist the focus areas, I felt like he just did his “regular full body thing” and didn’t put extra time into my trouble spots. Specifically I requested left shoulder, lower back and butt area, he didn’t do anything different in those areas. Finally, when he was working on my feet I told him to use more pressure, barely noticed it, and he completely avoided my arches and toes! It was so strange.

Kaitlyn is friendly, before each session she explains/ reviews with you what she will be doing, she also makes sure you are comfortable during the session .

Well first I was scheduled for 11:00 they called me and said it was 10.00, when I set up another appointment the gal at the counter got it screwed up again I gave her the time I wanted and she put in another time, I double checked and she had it wrong, maybe they need to listen better, Hattie was off yesterday, she is usually a lot better and nicer

You know the massage is amazing when you drift into a nice sleep! Thank you Hattie for a phenomenal experience!

Steven is amazing! He finds all the tight muscles, knots and just rubs them away!! I have never stuck with one Massage Therapist before meeting Steven. It has been over a year now!!!

I liked my massage but it was definitely gentler than I requested and very quick. Started at 4:35ish ended at 5:20 and I paid for a 1 hour massage. It felt like the masseuse just wanted to get it over with. Also I selected the specific areas I wanted to focus on in the intake form but the masseuse definitely did not use that and instead decided to do a full body massage. I guess I should have spoken up but I really felt like she had no patience for what wanted and just wanted to get out of there.

I booked a massage in early Dec for this Thursday and received an email notification 2 days prior that my massage had been cancelled. I did not receive a phone call or a reason why, just the email. I called and left a message asking for confirmation and a reason and never got a call back. Very disappointing experience.

Clean, professional, incredible masseuse, everyone was extremely kind. 10/10 recommend!

This was my first time at the Mequon location and the entire experience was delightful.Anthony B. is the first therapist I’ve had in ages who truly listened to my requests, focusing extra attention on my problem areas. Straight away he ensured I felt comfortable giving feedback about his pressure level, but I didn’t actually need any adjustments. He he used firm enough pressure to do productive fascial work while instinctively backing off more tender areas.The front desk personnel was also extremely friendly and accommodating. I’m seriously considering making the switch and changing Mequon to my primary membership location.

Sharon was the best! She has a warm and friendly demeanor that put me right at ease. She’s highly educated on a specific kind of therapy I was seeking (cranial/sacral). She had a HUGE impact on my health and I’m so grateful to have gotten in to see her.

Kailah was absolutely FABULOUS! Ive only had one other therapist as amazing as her. Because of her I will definitely be back to Massage Envy. Ive already scheduled 2x month visits. She provided one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time. I plan to see her on a regular basis. Only far the best experiences Ive had at Massage envy in a long while.

Kyle was THE BEST. I had a 1 hour massage but wished I would have booked a 90. He really helped loosen up my neck and got rid of my headache I had been having for a few weeks. He had really helpful tips and a gentle approach for giving them. He had a ton of experience and I could feel my tension melting away.

First time going to Hattie, she was great. Very good techniques. I have booked her for future appointments!

I always get a great Spa experience at massage envy Mequon . Kyle takes time to listen to his clients & tailor the massage to meet their specific needs. Kyle is a great massage therapist.

Troy is a great massage therapist. He listens carefully to your needs. I always leave feeling like i added 10 more years to my life.

My massage therapist, Steven, was awesome! He did such a great job I booked another appointment with him.One thing that I never understood with my appointments is that I pay for an hour, but by the time Im called in the room, chat for a few, and get ready for the massage, that 15 minutes is counted in my hour massage. I pay for an hour, so I am disappointed that I only really get 45 minutes. massages are pricey so Id like the full hour.

My massage therapist Cymande was awesome. I loved the fact she asked me what were my problem areas and really worked on those areas. The environment from the moment I walked in was warm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning for more services. Thank you again Cymande!

Kali is an excellent therapist! She always listens to me and uses great care. Unfortunately, it is so difficult to get monthly appointments and the membership fees increased. Not sure what benefit there is to a membership if I cant get in with the therapist Ive had for years. Telling a long-time member to have a back up therapist is not good customer service.

So I purchased a one year membership to this Massage Envy, which was closest to my house. Trying to book a massage was virtually impossible. They were booked all the time. Every time I would inquire about a massage they would tell me that they didn’t have enough massage therapists. Not my problem. I had three credits remaining on my account and they won’t allow me to redeem those credits because they said I had ample time to use them. How can I use them when every single day that I wanted a massage was booked.Two months out completely booked. This is a scam if you’re thinking about getting a one-year membership don’t because it’s impossible to try to get a massage.

The best massage I’ve ever had…I absolutely love this place❤️. I would highly recommend Kyle, I came in for a 90 minute massage on my birthday weekend and I was BEYOND amazed. Very professional and attentive! I was 100% comfortable and satisfied! I will definitely be back!

I was gifted a massage session. My first visit was with Hattie, who provided an excellent massage! After my massage, I signed up for my first year of membership, where Nora and Lindsey were so informative and welcoming!

Kyle took time to educate me on how my body holds stress, how to breathe during the massage to help my muscles release tension, and tips for aftercare. He also was very respectful and wanted to make sure I was getting what I needed out of the session.

I received 2 gift cards in May for 60-minute massage/facial/stretch sessions. When I was finished with my facial appointment, I was told the service I received would be an extra $55 after running my gift card. This is something I should have been told beforehand, as I would have passed on the facial. A few weeks later, I have a massage. The massage was wonderful, therapist extremely friendly. I am done and again am told it’s $14 after they questioned my (4 month old) gift card. The manager said they’d “cover the cost” because their prices increased. Do not sell gift cards for a certain service if they do not accommodate or grandfather in price increases!! Most definitely will not be coming back, they charged my card $65 during my appointment without my consent or signature (still refuting the charge). Extremely frustrating considering the front desk staff is less than friendly. I was also called by a staff member the day before my appointment asking if I was “definitely coming because the wait list is extremely long and people are waiting to get in”. Make your clients feel important, especially new/first time clients.

I received a gift card for a free massage from my daughter. Sharon was my masseuse that day. After my massage l went straight to the desk and signed up for a membership. Ive been coming to her for 8 years. She is the best. She has GREAT hands.

I live over an hour away so typically schedule two services the same time. I was called the day of my appointments to let me know that my massage therapist was canceling all appointments, so in turn, I needed to cancel my facial appointment and was deducted a whole visit credit. I know this is probably policy, but I would think there would be some understanding with the circumstances.

Sharon provided a great service to help with Sciatica pain I was experiencing!Its a great option to add an enhance enhanced muscle therapy to include warming & cooling therapies to the session to sooth and ease tension in those overworked muscles! Her skill and pressure technique It helped so much!Im moving so much better today!

I’ve been coming here for years for both massages and facials. Elaine is absolutely wonderful on addressing any skins concerns and always makes me feel amazing afterwards. You cannot go wrong with her for your facial. I most recently have been seeing Kali for prenatal massages. She is amazing and always helps me feel my best afterwards and always makes sure I am comfortable throughout our session. I look forward to booking a session with her after the baby comes as well!

I’ve been a member of Massage Envy Mequon since Sept of 2009. They have great communication, always accommodating and kind. It’s hard to call out just one therapist that does an amazing job because they are all so good. I’ll call out my two most recent therapist. I had a massage with Sharon yesterday and Kali a month ago. Both of them addressed major issues I’m having with knots in my neck, shoulders and back and deployed advanced massage techniques to reduce my pain. Incredible. It can be hard to get an appointment because of a therapist shortage due to Covid but the front desk does a great job if you ask to be put on a waiting list. Thanks Massage Envy Mequon.

Kailah always gives a great massage. She is conscientious of your needs and asks what is bothering you. I appreciate the Massage Envy experience. There are many different therapists and they all have different techniques.

Troy is a wonderful therapist! I see him every month and he always checks in on my needs for the day and pressure. I prefer deep pressure and not a lot of chit chat, which he always adheres to! My favorite Massage Envy therapist at the Mequon location!

Didn’t know the microdermabrasion infusion treatment appointment lasts totalOf 30 minutes, from first discussion of desired treatment to completion, 30 minutes! And it costs $120. Helps to know that going in to treatment.

I DEFINITELY LUCKED OUT COMING IN HERE!Massage Envy Mequon is great in every aspect. The facilities are always clean and comfortable, staff is always helpful and knowledgeable, and everyone I’ve met there has a wonderful balance of friendly yet professional.I first came in for an issue with a severe cramp, I couldn’t even move my head. I was hoping to just get a quick session with a theragun, and ended up meeting the best massage therapist on the world. She suggested I come in for a session of traditional massage, so she could work out some of the tension in the more delicate neck areas by hand.At first I was extremely skeptical, and certainly didn’t want to spend the money, but I came in late that week anyway…and I’m SO glad I did. I ended up leaving the session with a membership and a plan to come back once a month to see her for anything and everything that was bothering me.I’m hesitant to mention her name, because she’s already so popular and books up so fast, but Kali is absolute MAGIC. She has extensive knowledge of kinesiology and knows exactly what areas affect what muscles. She’s always working to broaden her skills and share with/learn from her co-workers. She’s so friendly and never lets you leave without feeling secure that whatever issue you came in with is better, and even gives you some advice for maintenance and stretches/practices to use at home/work.And, on the rare occasion that I can’t manage to snag a spot with Kali for the month, I’ve always been matched with another wonderful therapist with their own unique and helpful massage technique.

Steven is great at his job! He gave the kind of massage you always hope for. Very professional, easy to communicate with and just an all around excellent and effective massage.

My daughter surprised me with massage here for my birthday. My therapist was Anthony, who started my session with a massage gun then continued on with deep pressure. As someone who carries a lot of their stress in their body, I am always appreciative of someone who can deliver a good deep tissue massage, and Anthony did just that.

Ive used quite a few different therapists here, and never had a bad massage. They have a quiet waiting area to relax in before your massage, and sometimes cookies and chocolate. The front desk top is always accommodating

My husband and I are members at the Brookfield location. We recently moved to the north shore and switched to Mequon. The massage therapists are wonderful, however the front desk staff needs a lesson in kindness and hospitality. I got to my appointment earlier than expected. They checked me and told me to have a seat in the front. As I waited, many others walked in after me and were checked in as well. Might I add, every other customer after me was white. They were shown to the tranquility room while I sat in the lobby. I pay for a membership, and at the Brookfield location, they are always very friendly and accommodating; they would always seat me in the tranquility room there. I am not sure why I was not shown there at this location, but regardless, I’m not pleased with the staff at all. Also, the same thing happened to my husband when he started going to the Mequon location. He felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome by the front desk staff. I will be filing a formal complaint with the company. Again, the massage therapists were wonderful, the front desk staff was the problem here.

I felt comfortable with Steven, he and the other staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. I will be back.

Had a massage with Samantha. She is absolutely wonderful! Very relaxing and comfortable atmosphere. Great experience!

Received a massage from Angie. I was told at the time of making the appointment, at the time I checked in, and from Angie herself before the massage started that she could do a firm massage - 8 out of 10. At best, I got 2-3 out of 10. I asked her to use more pressure, and she ignored the request.Before the massage, she asked what areas needed work, so I told her I had knots on my shoulders and neck. I asked her to focus on that area which she acknowledged. She never touched my shoulds or neck. I asked her if she felt the giant knot on my shoulder, and she couldnt even locate it. I had to show her myself, and then she was shocked at how large it was and had no idea how to work out a knot....so she ignored it. There was not one knot that was worked on by her during the hour massage. The massage was terrible. Once I was dressed again, she told me to move my neck around at home later to work on the knot. It was so infuriating. It was hands down one of the worst massages Ive had.

I have always had a good experience at Massage Envy with Steven. He is very professional and always communicates with me clearly. And his massages bring me a lot of relief from pain and tension.

Everyone is friendly and helpful. Sharon consistently gives a wonderful and therapeutic massage- Finds and takes care of all the knots and tight areas.

DO NOT BUY A MEMBERSHIP HERE. I was wrongly charged while on vacation. I am unable to get a refund until i return, go into their store, and sign forms. The mistake was not mine and now I am being inconvenienced to get my money returned to me. I spoke with management, and was told that they cannot guarantee this wont happen again because they will continue to hire new staff while referring to me as Sweetie in a condescending tone. I have worked in customer service for over 15 years and was shocked by her response. There are issues at all levels here and I cannot wait to sign the cancelation forms.

Do not get a massage here. Ive been going here for years, then they started hiring fresh out of massage school people-one girl rubbed my forearm so hard, I got a bruise! I told her it hurt when she was massaging it, and she said thats how its supposed to be. Complained to the staff and I received a do-over but that should have never happened in the first place! Seems like they hire fresh out-of-school girls and charge big time $$$ for a not-so-professional massage. Buyer Beware!

Was told by Mequon Massage Envy manager Becky (sp?) that the owner Teri (sp?) does not take customer feedback in any way. So Beckys lack of customer service will never be held accountable. Sad.

I definitely recommend this location and specifically Kali or Cymande. They are both great about making sure the pressure is ok and that you’re comfortable throughout.

I cancel my membership because I wasnt satisfied with the service. I had two service left after my cancel membership, I found out later that my account was charged a full service amount!.. now I have to go through hoops to get my money back!😩
