Reasonable prices on cartons. Fair amount of cold beer and soft drinks. Interesting smoking accessories too.Bags of assorted tobaccos and a humador with a decent inventory of cigars.Great customer service too!

Didnt even make it into the place! The grumpy lady was bickering at some poor woman in a minivan. I felt really bad for her. The TC employee was yelling how nobody but TC customers can park there. No sign anywhere. Very rude.

Employee with a real grumpy pants attitude came out and gave us an earful for parking in front of their store to grab a quick bite next door. The only spot directly in front of the bagel shop was a handicapped spot!

So far we have had good experiences here. Friendly and helpful folks. Good trivia questions.

Unbelievably rude. They made me pay cash. debit down. i went out of my way for a refillable lighter that didnt work no receipt of course cause who the hell keep a lighter receipt. No store credit no return without receipt. Unbelievably rude customer service.

Awesome service and great deals. Employees are very helpful and I never have to wait long.

Went in to get a pack of smokes, opened it when I got back to my truck and they were dry as a desert. Went right back in to ask if they could exchange it for a fresh pack to which they rudely replied no, so all in all not coming back here again

If I could give no stars I would, customer service is abysmal with the closing staff being the rudest personnel I have ever experienced. I love Tobacco Connection but this location has a serious attitude problem!
