I have been a smoker for 40 years and had been looking for a vape that I wouldnt choke on and one that wasnt so strong! I came in to the store after my doctor suggested that I vape instead of smoking cigarettes. 🚬 I went into Vape Flow not knowing anything at all about vapes and they were super helpful and sold me one that was perfect. It has been a week and I have not picked up a cigarette AND its not like I am vaping that much!! Great place to visit.

Probably one of the best Vape stores Ive ever been to. Theyre usually willing to match prices and are reasonable when they cant. Often they are able to get things they dont have in stock relatively quickly. I also really like that they have a rewards/loyalty program that encourages you to buy from them. Theyve had or were able to get just about anything Ive ever needed.

Today I found a vape store that is clearly above the rest. From the moment I walked in, the store was immaculately clean and organized. The owners immediately greeted me and were extremely pleasant and helpful in all different ways. Both gentlemen assisted in my buying process and explained each and every item that I was interested in. The store has great products, a great atmosphere and a wonderful hanging area for vapors to enjoy from all over. I wouldn’t hesitate to check this store out and see all the wonderful things they have for sale, the welcoming environment and all the products they have for the people around the Merrick/ South Shore area. Great friendly service. Im not a regular smoker, but needed some hookah supplies and e-juice. I admittedly dont know much about what I was looking for and it can be intimidating walking into some places. But at this place they were super friendly and took the time to explain and educate. A hidden gem in Merrick. All staff is knowledgeable on every product from vapes to hookah’s. An excellent array of products from CBD to Kratom. I came to long Island from Ohio forthe Freeport High class of 2022 graduation . I ran low on nicotine juice and they was the only store that had liquid nicotine .( I CALLED AND CHECKED AROUND) trustI went in for one thang and came out with a bag full. I just brought a hemp For pain relief on my knees and let me tell you, it’s is remarkable. The sales associate broke it down for me and he was not In a rush to explain how significant this hemp rub is. So powerful. On my hip it gives ma and honest three hours of relief. I am dealing with arthritis in the hip area, but trust me it works. Thanks a lot, definitely coming back for more.

This place is nice inside. And the men that work here are nice but BEWARE they know nothing about vape and juices. So if you are new to vaping and looking to get informations on juices and devices this is not the place. You literally have to know exactly what you want and how to use what your buying because they know nothing sadly. Hopefully they hire someone that has knowledge to be me more helpful to customers

I originally went in for a puff bar but instead I invested in a SMOK NOVO X POD which is more convenient instead of wasting $20 on a puff bar Every time. Sha was very helpful in making me choose. He explained to me the difference between a pod & the coils from an original vape. I got the liquid flavored to go with it non nicotine.
