The Gas Station Bar

Loved the bar and it was right beside our hotel which made to safe to party hard and not have to worry about having designated driver or getting an Uber. Only reason Im not giving 5 stars is because they ran out of crown and smoking was allowed in the bar and and smoke was thick and heavy.

Open 24 hrs, it’s always a good time at The Gas Station. Weather it’s Ladies night where ladies drink free, weekly dart tournaments and poker games,or you just don’t want to go home. It’s never boring

This is a hot little spot especially since its been taken over by the new Young owners, I perform their weekly and let me tell you, myself an the owners have invested a lot of money in sound and state-of-the-art equipment with live video disc jockeys every weekend

This was the first time I have been here and I had a great time. If you want to dance and have a great time go here. The DJ Richie plays great music to make everyone come on the floor and dance. The bartenders are exceptional. The know how to make fantastic drinks.

I had not heard of this bar before and had never been there either. My friend suggested that we go to this bar because the other places we checked out were extremely loud.The bar was nice and the bartender was very friendly.It looks like your neighborhood bar where you can hang out, have a couple cocktails, relax and listen to some music. When we arrived, the jukebox was a little loud but not that loud. We could still have a conversation and hear each other.

This place is random and out of the way af, but it is FUN. Visited with a bachelorette party 2 weeks ago and had just a BLAST! They do ladies night on Saturdays (old-school ladies night - free drinks-style!), and the DJ is awesome! The regulars are really friendly and fun and welcoming, and the place has a great (dedicated) darts setup, as well. Also, the toilets are so fun and cool. Id tell you why, but you should just go see it for yourself and fully enjoy the random-Metairie bar ambiance!

The Gas Station Bar is one of the few bars that has an atmosphere that caters to 20 somethings as well as 40 somethings. Women drink free from 9-11pm and theres always a DJ on Fridays and Saturdays playing music from 1980 to today. Its so clean and their bartenders are professional and great fun. We have a blast!

Great Place!! I was there when Tiffany (The BEST BAR TENDED EVER!!!) was celebrating her birthday from behind the bar and we had a BLAST!!! Will definitely be coming back. And to top it off its a 24/7 BAR??? WHAT??? EPIC!! #YOLOBRO

Kaitlin was the best! Great time at this little hole in the wall. Truly a must visit when in Metairie! Great beer, great prices. Will definitely go again if Im ever in the area.

We always have our quarterly meetings at the hotel across the street and look forward to having drinks at your bar! Today unfortunately you were closed!! Usually its perfect timing to get out of our meeting at 5:00 and go right over!! Very disappointed today!!

The fact that they have a ladies night (2hrs) is cool, however the 90s dance music was pretty lame. I wont be going back, rather pay regular price for drinks.

Very fun place. Owners are great. The DJ was great. Very clean for a bar. Bathrooms are clean. Staff very friendly. Very positive experience.

Great bartenders and atmosphere. Food during the day, ladies night Friday and Saturday and good prices on drinks considering the location. Also have dart boards.

Solid Metairie bar. Unfortunately the cigarette smoke was very heavy and didnt seem to go anywhere. No air circulation meant my jacket needs to be dry cleaned

Fri nights hardly anybody there. Sat night is the better night, usually gets a decent crowd.

2 a.m. and closing. Disappointed... though the bar staff did offer suggestions.... AMD were VERY nice!
