If you need to add more ZEN to your life…..the RA SHOP is the place for a wide variety of incense, essential oils and more! There is always fun music, friendly banter and helpful expertise w the Staff.There are several locations throughout the city and they also offer a wonderful Rewards program!My only suggestion is to Add a lil sitting area inside, especially on Oak St, to enjoy a Crescent 9 in a joyful atmosphere for guests.

This store does not stand behind there products when faulty. For the second time I bought a couple vapes and drove down the street to meet my girlfriend for dinner. I opened the vape and it would not hit at all. It just sounded like air when I tried to take a puff. I immediately called the store and spoke to the guy that just sold the vapes to me and he specifically remembered me just leaving. I told him the situation and agreed to let me come back and exchange the one that didn’t work. A couple minutes later another person called me back and told me they won’t exchange it for me even though the employee remembered me just leaving. That is the type of name they want for themselves going around town. Over probably a couple dollar vape they would rather deny good customer service and not stand faithfully behind there faulty products. That’s just wild to me that they would choose to do business that way. So fair warning to those going to buy from this place. If you buy anything faulty from this store, you are just out of your money and they do not care. There is a smoke shop on Cleary called Cloud 9 that has always been great and this experience teaches me a lesson about stopping at places you don’t know about.

Great service every time I go. They have a rewarding points program. And they always have everything I need in the shop.

Awesome shop. Tons of stuff to choose from. Very chill and helpful staff. They are totally okay with walking you around the shop and showing you all the things you might be interested. Rewards program is nice. They also carry lots of other things related to the lifestyle. Great place to shop.

I love this place. This is my spot for incense, CBD products, kratom, awesome selection of papers and so on.... The staff here are super friendly, very patient, informative and personable. Also, I got my favorite hoodie here!

My boyfriend and I love this place so much. The ladies here are all fun and amazing. The place is super cool. They have so many dope pipes. Not too pricey either. I got me some things here and the quality is just amazing. My boyfriend and I love coming here and we wont go anywhere else. We love this place.

Gotta love the RA Shop... Remember though all the pretty glass is for Tobacco use only.... Riiiiiiight.They really have some nice blown glass pieces though. But with any shop like this your pocket is going to feel it the nicer the piece is. Some pieces can get kinda pricey.

Staff is amazing, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, everything you want in a local shop.5 years later - have yet to have a bad experience at this location. Super knowledgeable staff, convenient location, plus you can bring your dog inside... whats better than that??!!

After many years of Ra Metairie being my go-to for all my smoking accessories, I have to say the current staff has poor customer service skills, luckily its not there only location. 20 minutes ride to the uptown store and I received the service normally found in Metairie, and without the attitude. Thanks Ra of uptown!!!

The manager here was amazing. I broke my friends water apparatus, that they no longer carried. She helped me figure out which one it was and special ordered it for me at such a low price! It was amazing! Nothing but love for this store!

Service has always been awesome. They typically remember what my wife and I usually order or purchase. They even remember the first 3 digits to my phone number, so the transaction process has always been quick and efficient.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Incompetent people who care less about customer service or recovery. They were not willing at all to try to work with me. Will never go there again. Katie especially is clearly unintelligent and seemed very uninterested in the problem their store caused me and CLEARLY doesn’t care A LICK about customers experience and what they take away when they leave the store.

They were very nice and help me out looking at everything if you look at something they will hand it to you so you can look at it and if you dont like it they will put it back and they keep helping but they were very good people and very nice one heck of a place to go to get your product

First time in any Ra Shop and was immediately greeted by Jade who was bubbly, sweet and incredibly helpful. Clean store, great music playing I will definitely be back to check out more of what they offer!

This shop has anything and everything you need. I spent a lot more time than I planned to but I got several really cool items. The salesman behind the counter was so patient and knowledgeable and made it a great experience.

I really enjoy shopping at this location. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They maintain a very clean environment that feels warm and inviting. They also carry lots of products that I cant find elsewhere. I highly recommend stopping in!

Kane (or cane, sorry if I spelled it wrong) is so freaking awesome! He is very knowledgeable and super Friendly. They didnt have the kratom I was looking for but he helped me pick out some stuff that I ended up liking better and even though they have another location closer to me, Ill be going to this one from now on just because of the customer service! This is one of the nicest and most sublime smoke shops I have ever been to !! Their selection is incredible, and everybody is always so welcoming and helpful — customers and employees. I am so glad that I found this shop !

Charged my card twice then refused to refund me, telling me i have to go to my bank. Took 3 weeks and 4 phone calls from me to even give me that answer. I will never be back. If you choose to spend money there, only use cash. I tried to support local business as Metairie is sadly lacking anything remotely hippie or cool but I cant support such horrific customer service.

$$ a bit pricey, however, more unique selections. Dont go for the tobacco in bags, it wasnt there. Probably to make room for all the one of a kind items I avent seen anywhere else. Worth a visit if only to peruse over the colorful and intricate smokables and accessories.

I love everything about this place. They are always clean, well stocked and everyone there is super friendly. The space is as well increadibly LGBTQ friendly so it is a safe place. They increadibly knowledgable as well on everything they carry and there isnt a second I dont see them offering help to each person walking in. I love the variety they carry even for a small space. Worth the visit every time.

A long while ago a blond female employee was vary rude to me simply because I was looking for someone that worked there so I walked to the back where i still saw no one so I started looking around for something specific i was looking for...suddenly this angry looking female emerged through another door and she seemed to be tweaking on some kind of speed and as soon as she saw me she totally started yelling at me for coming back there unescorted by a employee when I explained to her there was no one else in the front she was rudely sighed smacked her gums and asked me in a ugly tone (because how dare I want her to work at her effing job she was getting paid to do... i think i interrupted her getting high so she was pissed) what I wanted I told her what I was looking for she started pulling things out of the case slamming them on the counter even breaking a couple of things I asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager I said bye it was awhile ago because when I went in there the other day everything that was behind a closed door in the back was everywhere no closed door or back room so maybe its changed hopefully the rude little angry meth head manager was fired.

Great selection of glassware, signup for rewards, earn $5 off from purchases Ive even seen folks have multiple deals off, big selection of papers, incense/burners, very knowledgeable folks, very nice krewe, always helpful, every year 420 20%/off sale, Ive even seen baja jackets and Ive bought shirts there, multiple locations, Vets, Uptown, Oak St I think now new Decatur location, youll get emails of deals/sales

Just left this shop. Small over priced selection run by incompetent manager. Charged me for a lighter even though I never received one. Asked for a refund ($1.25), and wouldnt do it - insisting that they could not have made a mistake and forgot to put a lighter on my bag.

They are nice and cool but watch you like a damn hawk, I cant even feel comfortable in the shop when I have no intentions other than buying what I need.

This Ra Shop location has the best employees with excellent product knowledge. We use a lot of the all natural energy supplements like Kratom and RDX. Both of these products help us stay on our game with improved concentration, overall good feeling and remaining goal oriented throughout the whole day! Friendly staff BUT still not worth the trip. Overpriced is understament; $15 Ra item same quality down street for $3. NO RETURNS even on defective items. I was instructed to call manufacture in CHINA!

Go some place else. Glass is over priced, poor quality, if not all ready broken. Ra Shops new Location is 3 times the size, with 5 times the disappointment. Walking into the empty store you will be asked for your I.D. typical, but then you will be asked every time you try looking at an object cause the sales man has already forgotten he check your ID. all employees know limited knowledge about any of the products, and where equivalent to talking to a fish. most likely to stoned to function. you would have better customer service buying light bulbs in an old folks home.

Walked in, and to start was never asked for my id. Secondly after previously buying a water pipe from them they dont sell any thicker bowls then the one that came with it that breaks with a single tap. The products they sell are cheap and overpriced.

Overpriced!! I found out the cleanse they sold me for $79 was $15.99 to $30 online. More than double the price. What a ripoff, never buying from these people again. Do your research before buying from these people, I wish I did.

The girl was rude. Ill go to a local vape shop before Ill go back there. The girl wouldnt stop to try to understand what I was trying to explain. And to top it off she acted like I was stupid.
