I just want to say I highly recommend this place! They were very knowledgeable & patient with helping us because we are new to vaping, took their time helping us with all the products. My friend and I had already been to four other vape shops in the Metairie/ Kenner area & I just want to say it was the all in one stop shop!! It had a excellent selection of vape mod/pens/ tanks. The ejuice was made right on the spot to your liking and they were awesome!! Found a choco vape that actual taste like Choco!! Very Impressed!

The employees are nice and helpful, but they dont back the products they sell. I bought a Smok Mag Baby from Vaporé last week and the tank has not stop leaking. I brought it back twice hoping they would identify and replace the faulty part, but they werent having it. They suggested I try a different coil and purchase a new coil if that was the problem. They did offered to give me a discount on replaced juice that I lost since last week, but at this point, its not about the money but the principal. Where would I be if something more expensive was faulty out of the box? Im not happy with my experience at Vaporé.Hopefully my experience isnt the norm. Im sure most of their products dont have problems. That being said, I wont be making any more 80 dollar or more purchases from Vaporé again.***Update: the new coil I had to purchase did not fix the problem. Also, leaking = I went to bed with half a tank and woke up with an empty tank and a small puddle of vape juice on the table.

The juice I bought was watermelon candy in a 3 nic and at first when I got the juice the flavor was not present at all. So I proceeded to go back in the store and tell the workers my issue, which got the flavor a little present (still not how it should be) , but now the juice is vaping like a 6 nic, kind of harsh , instead of vaping like a 3. The workers asked me if it was better , I said yes because I realized they could not fix my problem because at that point I realized they did not know what they were doing, through no fault of there own. I just moved to the area and need to find a reliable vape shop and would love to hear from management or owner.

I have been smoking juul for a long time. I have wanted to get a device for a while but the whole vaping world is so overwhelming that I have put it off until now, when flavored juul pods are nearly impossible to find. Leave it to me to wait until a pandemic hits to try and accomplish things. When I called (twice) I spoke with Miss Justice. She was so friendly and helpful and clearly knew exactly what she was talking about. In a world where good, knowledgeable customer service is few and far between, Miss Justice was like a breath of fresh air. (no pun intended) Prices are reasonable and the staff is clearly spectacular if they are anything like her. I hope her bosses know what a gem this girl is. Thank you so much for your help Miss Justice!

First vape shop I went to try to oversell me the most expensive one they had. Was not comfortable until I went to this vape shop. They took there time and showed me the cheapest one to the most expensive one but did not try to push it on me. Showed me every step for a beginner v apor. Recommended that you come here for great experience 😆

Pleasantly surprised! I’ve only smoked what I considered premium liquids in the past year since I started vaping. Sorta pricey but their liquid is the best I’ve ever had. Hands down🙌🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Great service and juice but totally overpriced for mods and other accessories. Ive bought two different kits there and they were already opened and had things missing

Clean, comfortable atmosphere. Location easy to find. Customer satisfaction seems to be there main focus aside from the obvious products that exceed expectations!
