Wonderful experience! I had the head to toe package and it was perfect! Employees are very attentive and will take care of you. Beautiful spa. I left feeling like melted butter. All stress was erased. Treat yourself or a loved one!!

My 2nd time at woodhouse Metairie and loved it once again! This time I had Jaleela for my 80 min body balance massage. She was very professional and thorough, highly recommend choosing her as your massage therapist! Very clean and relaxing atmosphere, smells amazing! Can’t wait to book again!

My gift for Mother’s Day for my mom made the appointment to this place and as we walk in the place is just beautiful well put together very high end and very welcoming. I have gone to Woodhouse spa on many occasions. It is a beautiful relaxing place and well worth it. They have many services they offer. My favorite is the deep tissue massage and mykinti facial. While you wait for your service, they offer complimentary beverages, such as teas, champagne, etc to enjoy. All the staff are wonderful. If you want a luxury style experience and a place to unwind, this is it!

I went for a gel manicure and Millie was absolutely wonderful. She is so kind and takes her time. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to go back.

Had a wonderful experience with Millie, getting a wonderful foot massage and Luxury Foot Retreat pedicure! It was a wonderful, relaxing atmosphere and she did an excellent job! The pedicure was exactly what I needed at the end of the day.

She was professional, experienced, knowledgeable and very helpful! I was totally relaxed and stress free after my head to toe massage! The staff was also very nice and friendly. I almost let the strip mall location sway my opinion. Don’t judge a book by its cover. This place is outstanding. Any service you get here will be amazing and will have you wanting to return. Parking is a bit annoying but it is in a shopping center. Once you walk through the doors you’ll feel like you’re on a different planet. The customer service goes above and beyond for the client.

This was my second time visiting the spa and just like the first time it was nothing short of excellent. The entire staff made me feel right at home and beyond comfortable. My services this time consisted of a swedish massage at a great price that was easily comparable if not better than downtown spas where I would have to pay double. My masseuse, Tia, was incredibly attentive and I found took great care to give each muscle group specific care rather than a blanketed pressure. I left truly relaxed feeling way better than I have after other massages. As stated before this was my second time, with my first being nothing short of this experience, and it will not be the last. I already have another appointment booked!

An updated review... Still 5 stars, but I wanted to share with anyone looking for a place during this crazy COVID time that will put safety and cleanliness first without sacrificing quality and comfort! This is your place. As much as I talk this place up, Im sure my friends and family think I get paid. To be clear, I dont. This place doesnt skimp. You may pay $10 more than another nail shop, but it wont be loud and noisy and smell like fumes. Youll relax. Youll be pampered. Youll come back for more! They are taking all the precautions required by the state and going beyond that. I was greeted at the door, did a quick temperature check, had my mask on, and was escorted to the nail room. Had my usual favorite tea in a cute little cup (they also have wine, champagne, mimosas). Sat back and relaxed with Amy while we chatted and life felt normal for a couple hours. Life is weird right now. Going places is weird. Go to the Woodhouse and escape the chaos for a bit and treat yourself.

Had an 80 minute deep tissue transformation with Ashley. This was one of, if not the best massages I have ever had (and I get them fairly often). Ashley was phenomenal! I was sad when the time was up, and will definitely be booking again. Her hands are truly gifted!

Mr. Vik was an amazing masseuse! I enjoyed my first visit and will be back very soon!

Lena gave the best swedish body balance massage! I get massages twice a year and this was by far the best! All of my tension is gone and I feel like I could just float away. We were celebrating our anniversary and had very delicious and sweet champagne (forgot the ask what brand it was, please let me know).There are also plenty of products and great smelling candles in the front to purchase.I cant wait to visit again.

The most luxurious and customer focused experience I’ve ever had. Starting with the welcoming front desk to ushering me to the robe and sandal changing area to the massage appointment itself. Everything was WONDERFUL! If I could give more stars I would. Cannot wait to be back. The massage therapist not only provided a relaxing massage experience, she provided tips on problem areas she noticed after that are actual issues I’ve noticed and need relief from and this was the very first time I had a massage with her. 100% will be back and looking forward to it.

Jordan was amazing!! My neck, shoulders and upper back had been so sore and tight. I got the 50 minute deep tissue and she absolutely crushed it. Normally when I get a massage the pressure isn’t hard enough, but I could feel her pressing every single muscle in my neck and back. The whole time I was thinking I should have gotten the 80 min one. If you want a great massage, then ask for Jordan. I will definitely be going back to see her!

Worth every penny and more!The staff is extremely professional and regimented. The venue is gorgeous, spacious, and perfectly laid out maximizing privacy and relaxing vibe. The experience is laid out and perfect for you to take the opportunity to clear your mind as well. Reshida was my massage therapist and was amazing with communication, even though I was drooling and mouth breathing at some point 😆 she found my problem areas quickly and efficiently worked them out.

Im torn today. I usually love this place but havent been in a while. Today I felt rushed and unimportant. Great massage, but when I got done they walked me to the changing room instead of the lounging area, which made me feel like, thanks for your service but youre done. Totally disappointing, especially since I like to chill a little bit after my massage.

Th front desk agents were rude and condescending. I stood at the desk for at least 5 minutes while they answered the phone. After finally being taken to the back to be seated, I was asked to move to a back room as there would be other people coming in. I felt it was definitely racially motivated. The nail tech that serviced me was very nice though. She was accommodating and kind. Although my tech was very good, I will not be returning to this location. Nor will I recommend this location to anyone I know.

I went for a pedicure on Saturday with Nicki. She talked me into CND polish and the very next day, the entire polished big toe had peeled off in one piece. Manager offered nothing satisfactory to me when I returned. I wont return.

I love this Spa but this time I was a little Dissapointed. Everyone is always nice and helpful. I had a 55 minute massage and 55 minute facial booked and both turned out to only be 40 minutes. I got in there at 11:05 and was out for 12:55 with a 10 minute wait in between services and that included getting dressed before and after. The massage was good just shortened. My facial was a .little different then ones I had at other Spas in the past. I will definitely go back with hopes for a better experience. The place is beautiful and very cozy compared to most so not gonna judge by one day. Also just saw that I was overcharged. 🙄

I’m late on the review, but this place is AWESOME. Polite, kind, professionals all throughout. The spa is clean, relaxing, and has the perfect lighting and sound volume. My massage was great, and the masseuse was amazing. I feel bad because I forgot her name...Julia? Juliet? I’ll need to give her an extra tip next time I come in, but I will definitely be requesting her at my next visit. My wife also went here for a prenatal massage and said she absolutely loved it. Highly recommend this place!

If I could give this spa 10 stars I would..Top notch customer service from right when I entered all the way to walking out the door…a beautiful spa, very clean and smelled amazing. Torrey gave me my massage and I can honestly say, it was the best massage I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot of massage’s In the past few years. I walked in with a lot of pain in my shoulders, back and neck. Torrey was very attentive and went OUT OF HIS WAY to make sure I was helped. I will be back and highly recommend this spa to anyone in the metro area or if you’re visiting.

I decided to take an impromptu trip to New Orleans and treat myself with a spa day. I landed on the package which allows you to have a massage, facial and pedicure. I want to start by saying I went to the Metiere location which is located in a strip mall. However, don’t let that put you off. Inside is absolutely stunning and the service was impeccable. I got in a few minutes early per the instructions and they showed me to a lovely women’s changing room and locker room. I had an assigned locker with my name on it and they had already selected my size robe and slippers which was amazing. Everything was so plush and delightful. In the waiting room they already had lounges assigned to me as well as Champagne, mimosas or water all throughout my stay. The facial was absolutely phenomenal. There was a slight gap in between my facial and my pedicure and massage so I just relaxed in the lounge area and the time flew by. The pedicure was good but probably my least favorite of the three services. My only recommendation would be that the pedicure ran a bit long and as a result my massage was rushed. My masseuse however was absolutely amazing, I just wish I had been able to get the entire time and full experience with her magical hands. All in all this is an exceptional spot and I would highly recommend

I got an 80 minute prenatal massage from Pia at Woodhouse Spa and oh my goodness it was delightful! From the time I walked through the door, to the time I left it was complete relaxation! Highly recommend, especially for mommas that need a little me time. It was the quietest 2 hours I have had in a long time LOL

I am so elated that Woodhouse Spa now has a location in Metairie. I have been a few times now and plan to continue any and all of my services here. From the minute I call for an appointment to the time my service is completed, I am treated with true professionalism and courtesy. The ambience in the waiting area makes you feel so relaxed and allows you to just be !! The staff and Gizelle are amazing. Yesterday, I had my first ever signiture seaweed pedi with Amy and what a great job she did! She took the time to explain everything and suggested I take the remaining seaweed used home. I didnt realize it could be used when taking a bath. This is definitely my new place when it comes to relaxation! Thanks for making my services a true pleasure. This was my first experience getting a full body massage. The minute you walk in the staff was very friendly. Once you got to the back the staff there was also friendly. They escorted you to the dressing room and ask what you would like to drink. I ordered a mimosa. While waiting to get my massage, you were able to relax and drink your mimosa. I was treated like a queen.

Wow. Just wow. They hire the right people. They pay attention to the little things. 10/10 atmosphere. Robe, slippers and beverage are offered. Music at the perfect level, not overwhelmed with fragrance, nobody was pushy at all. SO CLEAN omg. Meredith was so sweet and explained everything very well. Amy is GOOD, y’all. I love that she didn’t just show me nail polish colors and walk away. She’s a skilled professional and it shows. I honestly felt like I was catching up with a friend the whole time. Can’t wait to go back and try more services. Honestly. If you’re looking for the upscale spa vibe but don’t want to go all the way into the city, you can stop right there at Woodhouse and forget you’re in Metairie for an hour.

She made me feel at home an comfortable at a new Day Spa.The 80 minute massage performed by Tray was fantastic, she has amazing strength and read and understood my needs.I really enjoyed the relaxing shower and sitting room with weighted foot blankets to maintain the blissful experience as long as was humanly possible for me!

This review isn’t based on the spa services that I received. That part of my experience was amazing.However, I went to the spa yesterday to purchase a gift card and was treated not so nicely. As the woman pulled up my account, she became silent and avoided eye contact with me. She then called another employee over who also avoided eye contact. They then went and grabbed the general manager, Loren.Loren told me that the last time I had been there, which she claimed to be June of 2021, I used a fraudulent gift card. This caught me off guard, as the gift cards that I have were given to me by my family. She told me she would look into it and give me a call back today.As I was driving home I looked back at pictures from the ONE time I had spa services there and realized I went in January of 2021, not June like Loren had claimed. Also, when I went in January, I personally paid for the services. I have 2 gift cards to the spa but i have not used them yet. I called Loren to share this information with her. She assured me she would call me back today which she has not.I pulled up my credit card statement and I, in fact, paid $310 for the services that I received. I am very upset to have been accused of using a fraudulent gift card. That is highly offensive to me.Also, I thought it was odd that Loren made this accusation against me, however, she still allowed me to purchase a $120 gift card and didn’t even ID me. Just wow.

Sorry to disagree with everyone but I got a facial here and it was terrible. I arrived 30 min early as instructed and my facial started 20 min late and ended 10 min early. When I reported my disappointment to the manager I was offered 15% discount which she forgot to include when she rung me up. She remembered and had to redo the transaction. I felt it was way over priced and when I go other places I get the full hour I pay for. I also went specifically to get milia removed and they didn’t have the proper tools even though I confirmed extractions were included when I made the appointment. Spa Isbell on magazine street is much better. I will spend my money there next time. The facial itself was sub par as well.

Will be back and refer others to your facility.I wrote down on the information sheet and also told the therapist I wanted deep tissue as well as area of importance but was given a light massage and did not address the area. She ignored the perineal area totally which was stated on the form.. why fill this out if it is ignored?. Nice place but address the needs as indicated.. reflexology was not as described or expected on the website or booklet.. very disappointed for the price paid for this service.

If I had to sum it up in one word; Id say HEAVENLY My first time there was exceptional! everyone was so kind, professional & caring! from the time I walked through the front door to sign in until I left...the place is Absolutely Superb, from the smells the minute you walk in, to the music the decor & the lighting! the Ambience! Simply Heavenly! Not to mention the front desk that was very informative & helped me pick the right product for my dry exfoliation.

OH. EM. GEE. I’m in love! First of all, I love that the Woodhouse Metairie gives you a locker and your own robe and slippers - so few places in the Nola area do this anymore! The relaxation room is sooo wonderful and serene. I had a 50 minute massage with Trey and the second she touched my scalp, I knew it was going to be the BEST massage I’ve ever had!! If I could go back every week, I would!! Obsessed with Trey, obsessed with the Woodhouse and can’t wait to go back!!!!

Its tucked away between a UPS store and a local grocery store but dont let that fool you. Once I walked in I felt as if I was in any other well decorated, inviting, and clean spa! The staff is very friendly and helpful. My massage therapist, Erica did an amazing job with my head, shoulders, and back massage and an even more amazing job on my reflexology foot massage. I hope to be back soon!

A lovely place... I was walking by the spa and the beautiful displays caught my attention, so I decided to stop in. Katie helped me pick the most amazing smelling candle. She’s friendly and takes the time to help you. I bought a small VOLUSPA CRANE FLOWER Candle to see if I would like it. The throw and burn of this little candle is incredible. I wanted a candle that was not too strong, sweet or flowery, one that wouldn’t give my husband a headache. This candle is like a beautiful spring morning!!! I will be back to buy more!!! 😊

It was clear that she wanted to accommodate my request.Unfortunately, their location was booked for the days I had in mind. Darn. ☹️That’s my fault for underestimating the demand for self care during these stressful times.No biggie though. Da-da-da-da...In came Gisselle to save the day. Once her cape settled she was able to effortlessly schedule the services at the sister location in Metairie. Crisis averted!!Today I did not have to learn the perils of procrastination.
