Vape On should be everybodys go-to for everything for the vape world. Top of the line products with top of the line staff. I recommend anyone who vapes to visit. From beginners to experienced vapers.

Came here about a week ago and they refused to sell to me because I have an out of state ID

Awesome one stop shop!! It has anything and everything you need from vapes to hookahs. Store is alway well kept up and fully stocked. Their staff is super friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to vapes and hookahs. Jay and Zach are great and definitely deserves a raise :)

I used to be a loyal customer of vape on UNTIL... The nice guy who worked there left and then... I spent $300 on a new smock and battery charger (nothing new I love buying new smocks. Two weeks later the owner was in the Metairie store and I explained that the battery charger that I still had the receipt for was not working. He said no problem just bring it back in. A week later I did that and not only did the sales clerk call me a liar but outright refused to take back a battery charger I never used because two weeks was too late despite my having a receipt. This coupled with the fact that I payed $120 for a geekvape that that the store down the street sells for $69 is enough to warn ppl of my experience.

Clean place, plenty of selection.Staff friendly and knowledgeable.Didnt have the flavor I was looking for (hence the 4*), however they at least had different flavors of the same brand I was after.All-in-all I would definitely recommend, especially for their huge selection. They have more than almost any place Ive been to so far, with the exception of online stores.

I went in for a coil replacement and I ended up dropping my vape and breaking the glass. I wish I knew the gentlemans name that helped me...he was very professional, friendly, and was an overall pleasure to work with. I ended up with a new coil and thank goodness they had a spare glass that fit my rig. I highly recommend this place!!!

They Always have what I need and Always take there time with me to help me explore new flavors and products I never feel rushed or pressured into getting anything everyone that works here is always super friendly and outgoing plus they have a rewards program and I can earn a free bottle of juice!

I’ve visited both locations Kenner and Metairie, The owner was more than helpful addressing my situation. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Staff was understanding and respectful. If you need cheap salt or regular juice, this is the place to go. They also have an assortment of mods to choose from. I’m switching shops from now on I’m only going to Vape On from now on!

Came in looking for a specific product, and the employee laughed at me and told me it was “trash”. When I stated it was all I could use, he told me he had nothing for me and repeated that my vape was trash. I asked if he knew anywhere else I could purchase it since the store didn’t carry it and he said no one in New Orleans uses those because they’re trash. Absolutely worst way to handle this. Would give 0 stars if I could!

Love this place! The customer service is great! They make u feel at home. They also service my vape for free. Jack is very nice and very helpful with any questions I have. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I have purchased so many Hyde vapes over the past several months from a few shops. It’s hard to find these close to where I live. I have gotten a dud before, like this one that is currently still going off on my table and overheating without anyone taking any puffs off of it. Called the store, was offered 15% off the next one. Why wouldn’t you just offer an exchange when I just purchased the vape 2.5 hours ago? Obviously it isn’t the store’s fault that a vape in the box was bad, but it’s also not the customer’s. So, why not just encourage continued patronage by offering the customer a fair exchange? Hopefully things will go better for the next customer this happens to.

This a great place to go to for your vape needs. The people who work there are really friendly and helpful. They have always helped me into finding the right vape for me. I’ve always had a great experience every time I go there and will continue to go for all of my vape needs.

Very clean very comfortable atmosphere the gentleman working behind the counter did not have the replacement parts I needed for my vape e-cigarette so what are you do go back to smoking real cigarettes no buy one $40 new vape cigarette cheap one to last you until they get the part in no they didnt have one of the most popular brands replacement piece glass pieces couldnt understand that not only did not have that didnt have the coil for it so you tell me scam or no scam I have no idea i-Ready to 3-star cuz the guy gave you a discount on a temporary vape cigarette thanks have a great day

What day you go depends on the service you get. Sometimes customer service is great, sometimes its not so great. Excellent products though.

Decent selection of premium juices, only missing some local favorites. The hardware makes it seem like a glorified smok shop though. Would like to see more premium hardware. Decent shop in a pinch, but not much to offer for the more experienced vapers or collectors.I checked it out due to the 5 star ratings, but soon learned they were all accounts with 1 review. Best to check out big chief, vaping tiger, or 985 vapors, honestly, or any of the other hidden gems NOLA has to offer.Response Edit: Wax and herbs? What are you implying? I was more referring to your employees being unable to explain ohms law and not carrying decent mid range and high end devices, as stated in the review. Carrying multiple lines of juice that are notorious sugary coil killers in hopes that people will buy more coils too, Im sure. Apparently you didnt take the time to read the review... This shop has the largest selection of vape products in the city and one of the largest juice selections I have ever seen. This shops selection and its employees take care of me and i plan to be a loyal customer from here on out!!!!

One of your employees, took a picture of a man in a dread cap when he was in the store, and was asking why he was wearing a turban for fun. I find it extremely unprofessional that he thought to take a picture of a paying customer bully him online.

Jay helped me out today. He was very helpful and efficient and let me know about some products and the rewards program they have.

So I went Saturday night looking for a new mod. Read reviews and decided to go. I normally go to Vaping Tiger, now I know why!! All the guy can say apparently is UMM uumm ummm no not really. Did not answer or even asked me any questions of what Im looking for. Waste of time.
