I recently had an incredible facial treatment at this south of fifth location. During my visit, the owner Renee stood out as incredibly down-to-earth and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my skin concerns and explained the benefits of each product and step in the treatment process. Her passion for using clean, effective skincare products was evident and made the experience even more enjoyable. Renees approach is both professional and personal, making clients feel comfortable and well-cared for.She only uses DMK products, and I cant recommend them highly enough. DMK specializes in paramedical skincare that targets the skin’s natural processes. Their products are known for their high concentration of active ingredients and their holistic approach, which works with the skins structure rather than just treating the surface.One standout treatment was the DMK Enzyme Therapy, often referred to as the Game of Thrones facial due to its dramatic results. This therapy uses transfer messenger enzymes to enhance the skins natural enzymatic activity, promoting detoxification and encouraging cellular repair and rejuvenation. The treatment helps to remove dead protein cells and toxins, leaving the skin fresh, plump, and revitalized. Notably, the enzyme mask tightens on the skin, creating a pulsating effect that stimulates blood circulation and oxygenates the skin, often referred to as the plasmatic effect. I tried the DMK Enzyme Therapy AKA the ‘Game of Thrones’ Facial and my skin is noticeably more taut, my pours have shrunk, and I have less fine lines and wrinkles, even weeks later.The products used included the Beta Gel, which contains beta-glucan to boost the immune system and promote collagen synthesis, and the Direct Delivery Vitamin C Serum, which features multiple forms of vitamin C to combat aging and improve skin tone. I *highly* recommend Arrive, I was searching for a great nail place in Miami Beach since I moved here, and finally found one! This is a boutique, referral based salon - Focused on high touch customer focus, superior quality and excellent attention to detail.I also dont usually write reviews but felt the need to post this as I was shocked to read the clearly fraudulent/ misleading review from another post. If you are looking for a high quality superior manicure and pedicure, this is your spot! The flexibility that they give me when I need to re-schedule is also a huge plus. Renees experience and superior training is reflective in the quality of the services. Additionally, they are all warm and welcoming, helping me with MANY recommendations and connections as a new Miami Beach resident.I havent had a chance to try facials or hair yet, but looking forward to it.Thank you thank you thank you Renee and Julia for your warmth, support and love!

I usually don’t write google reviews but I would like to write this review for everyone who is planning to get eyelash lift at this place. AVOID at all cost. I decided to try this place because it’s right in my neighborhood. So for convenience purpose I gave it a try. This woman who did my lashes had no idea what she was doing. First of all, she wasn’t aware that you’re supposed to wait for 24 hours and keep your eyes dry post treatment. She also used WATER to wipe off the eyelash lift solution after we waited 10 mins to perm my lashes. As expected, my lashes looked NO difference before and after. My lashes were pointing at different directions and they had an awful chemical smell.This is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a beauty salon. Even though I got money back, now I have to wait for another 4 weeks before I can get them lifted again. She offered to fix it right away after noticing there was no result. Again, she had zero knowledge on how eyelash lift works.I feel like I was being scammed and cheated in a way. It’s a false advertising if a beauty salon does not have qualified people to conduct a basic service.

I don’t recommend wasting your time with this business.I booked an appt, rescheduled 4 days before the appointment because I was sick and unsure if I was contagious. I cancelled the appointment to respect my health and the well being of the Salon staff.The day I cancelled the appointment, I re-scheduled for 1 week later. The day before my appointment, Julia texted me and advised they did not have pedicure supplies to provide the Medi Pedi treatment I booked. They offered to re-schedule or provide a basic pedicure. I accepted the basic pedicure offer and requested to keep my appointment. Then, Julia asked if I could come 30 minutes earlier to accommodate another client.I didn’t appreciate that they couldn’t provide the service I booked and then attempted to reschedule me to prioritize someone else, so I requested to cancel the appointment. Julia replied via text with “OK”.Julia called me afterward and proceeded to argue with me. She unloaded her frustration about my initial appointment cancellation ( mind you, I provided 4 days of notice), and stated that I’m making a big mistake because this is the most unique, organic salon in all of Miami.After I replied with an exasperated response about the unprofessional attitude (she talked over me, and refused to listen), and my shock that a nail salon didn’t have enough product to provide their top of the line pedicure, especially when this appointment was re-booked a week in advance, Julia reiterated how special the salon was, and simply hung up the phone.Ladies, it’s 2023, and it’s Miami. A Miami Goddess does not tolerate elitism, unprofessional, and rude behavior. EVER.If I were you, I wouldn’t support this business. That type of behavior and service isn’t organic, even if they claim they are THE organic nail salon of Miami.Only in Dade, and perhaps SoFi is it a complete hassle to take a risk on a new nail salon and end up in a completely disappointing hassle.Julia should be let go before she runs this business into the ground with her attitude and lack of professionalism.

Arrive Beauty is a lovely salon in the wonderful South of Fifth neighborhood and just scored a big “free agent signing” with the addition of hair stylist, Julio, formerly of SoBe Salon! After owning a condo South of Fifth for over 20 years, in January 2021 my husband and I started spending 7 months a year here, so I needed to find a stylist. How lucky was I to find Julio just a few blocks from our condo. Julio is a self-described, “perfeccionsto” and ensures that his clients are satisfied! On my very first visit, he took time to understand what I wanted, looked at photos on my phone, etc. Ever since, he knows me and my hair! While I always look and feel great after a service with Julio, and especially in the beautiful, bright Arrive Beauty salon, to me the real validation of a great cut is the next day, when I’m drying or styling my hair. Julio’s cuts pass the test with flying colors! Enjoy Julio in his new location and the other spa (facials, massage, etc) offered at Arrive Beauty!

Rene was recommended to me by a girl that said “ I only let her touch my face, nobody else” and after having a conversation with this girl I was convinced that I should go as well. I saw results on spot and on my way home from Rene’s place, while walking on the streets, I felt the confidence coming back to me, I literally felt glooming, charming, and because she sent me at home with products and I used them for the following days after the treatment my “new face” stayed with me and never went away. I came back and yesterday was my second session with her. My problem is acne, pimples, zits, whatever you wanna call this mess we sometimes have and I used some famous products before and it didn’t do anything to me. I recommend you give Rene a try, to experience what I experienced and follow up with her to ensure you stay on track and protect the beautiful results you ll have.

This was my first facial in a very long time and it felt amazing. I had a gift card from my mother-in-law who has been going there for months now. Renée definetly knows what she is doing and I knew I was in very good hands. She even did more treatments to my face than the gift card included just because my face really needed it. Cant wait to go back for my next treatment :)

Her interest in the newest products and innovative procedures provides clients with state of the art service. Expect to leave happy, relaxed and ready for compliments on your glowing skin.

Arrive is my little zen oasis in the hood!! I receive the most amazing treatments; massages, facials, waxing and nails. Renée is a total pro at what she does, and is such a fun and caring person to talk to. I’m so fortunate I can come every week :)

Always the best mani & pedi here and they last so long as well. A very relaxing experience also 💅🏽
