The worst pool party I ever been ! On a Sunday that no one was in the club they didn’t allow us sit on any of the empty chairs! Atmosphere and music was the worst! We got hooka and they made us smoke it by the bar! The picture is litterly for Sunday 3 pm which suppose to be packed! Horrible customer service !

I love the fact there was not alot of light pollution as it felt intimate. Also just a hop skip and a jump away from the beach!

Had an epic time at Hyde Pool! Shoutout to Sandra Alcántara for delivering top-notch service. Went for a staycation with my wife, who was feeling a bit down for personal reasons. It happened to be her birthday, and shes not big on celebrating. Sandra turned it around completely, making it the best birthday ever. Had such a great time! Visited during my birthday, staff was friendly. Getting through the door was easy. The water was great, but got a little grimy towards the end. Still had an amazing time! Awesome pool party

Thank you all for a wonderful afternoon yesterday! My friend and I visited for spring break. Sure we weren’t able to sit down at a table/bed/cabana but the pool itself was a perfect place to sit and relax. Employee was incredibly helpful with helping my friend and I with lockers. Wish I knew his name so I could thank him for making our experience a wonderous adventure. I’ll be back for more if I ever fly back here

My friend suggested I come speak to a manager about a job here, I come in right as they open and asked to speak with a hiring manager.. a rude bartender in her early 40’s named Kelly came out and told me “if they wanted me here, I’d be here”. I had put an application in online and just wanted to meet the hiring managers so they could put a face to my resume/application. Clearly very insecure and intimidated by new, younger staff trying to come along.

The most unbelievable and incredible time - I would recommend it to everybody living, and or visiting Miami! it’s the best place where you would wanna have fun in the sun, drink by the pool with your friends, listen to unbelievable music, and sometimes be surprised by great legendary DJs this is the place to be. The staff is super polite, friendly, and professional and make sure everyone is enjoying themselves to the maximum. Heading again this weekend can’t wait!!

Great spot for a pool party. I did have all the cash stolen from my wallet but that happens in Miami at a pool party. You cant always have an eye on your things.

Pool was full of urine and the staff was horrendous. Kicked out my friend for simply walking around the pool with our bottle that we paid for. Absolutely atrocious staff that was looking for reasons to kick people out. There’s so many better day clubs just save your money and avoid this ghetto club.

Didnt try the food but had a great time at Kaskades Breakaway Beach. Great service and love the vibe. Arrive early to avoid the lines.

Just an absolutely beautiful beach thats not far from paid parking very convenient when I was there it was cool and the sun was out it felt great the beach was clean further down the beach someone was having a party and music was playing and it wasnt very crowded at all. Just lots of beach things going on on the sidewalks people were rollerblading and using all type of motorized recreation vehicles. It was just a great time in that area.

It was hot came to get some water stayed all day at the pool drinks was 24$ and beer was 12$. We didn’t have a reservation at the hotel.

The music was alright. I think its just a personal preference. The food was pretty good for being a day club. The mix drinks had decent amount of alcohol. Something about the ambiance wasnt the best.

Consistently smells like urine either outside on the block where the side entrance is, or on the block in front of it where there is parking.

You cant put your drink down to take pictures cause the people there, even if the glass in full, they will take it away

We stayed at the Hyde beach for 14 days it costs us a fortune we had issues every day with the elevators a building with over 40 floors no elevator service do I need to say more. We waited every day and night over 40 minutes for an elevator because they were always broken now come on it costs us over 10,000$ for our stay. We almost missed our flight coming back home it took one hour + to get down to get down to the lobby. Should you decide to book please inform yourself on the elevator situation apparently this has been going on for a very long time. I should’ve checked before booking and spending so much money. At that price I couldn’t gotten so much better.

Could have been great, but they ran out of food, had us spend the rest of minimum on alcohol (over $900) and closed right after they brought the alcohol! It was closing 2 hours before they were supposed to. Staff wasn’t helpful when trying to address this issue. Spent over $250 per person, (20 people) and it was not worth it at all!

Exquisite venue! Makes the Miami heat bearable with the champagne showers in the pool, definitely one of the coolest aspects of the place. The bottle staff are some of the nicest people and really made the whole experience the most enjoyable. Will definitely come back to enjoy pool parties and good vibes!

Friends and I went to this place with an inflatable doll since a friend couldn’t attend due to COVID and was denied the doll on entry. He was popular using his face cut outs and quite humorous.Cool place though.

I absolutely love returning to the Hyde beach because of how well coordinated the pool party events are. I appreciate the hospitality the security personnel always adhere to. I want to personally thank Dane and Dwaine for always keeping the crowds well controlled and keeping the party very fun! The hosts and servers understand the industry and are always very attentive. I return quarterly whenever I can.

Security personnel invade people’s private space such as the bathroom asking for money, lack of respect for privacy and professionalism.

Notice how so many of the 5 star reviews are from the same types of people and barely explain much of anything.Greatly depends on the event you go to but overall, service is terrible. Mislead you into paying for VIP for an event but there is no differentiation between VIP and General Admission. All dependent on the event you go there for. Overall, a venue representative of all the bad stereotypes associated with Miami Beach nightlife.Price gouge like crazy and largely poor service at most events.

We stumbled upon this place by chance and had an amazing time. This place has an outdoor pool and also foosball. The drinks are on the more expensive side. We ordered a pitcher of Mojito, Manhattan, and some fries. All of them were really good.

Had a great time this past weekend. Setup was smooth and easy and Stephanie and Zoe were amazing accommodating our large group. Would definitely recommend coming here!

Have to give recognition to the fantastic security staff. They deal with so much bull and still smiled and were kind. From outside, helping with parking, loading, they do so much. Escorting guests, like my little ones and I, making them feel like rock stars and keeping them out of the adult area. We just really had a wonderful experience.All of your staff was really tremendous. I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Miami is not an easy place to work, people have a lot of demands and personalities and languages, and everyone we interacted with was wonderful, genuinely. And the guests were very nice too, I was worried having little ones at a hotel known for partying. We didnt get crazy here, but had a great time. Ill save the fun for when Im not parenting. Cant wait to return with them and my friends! Thank you.And thank you to Naf the manager that went and hunted us down towels, we were in the pool and didnt see there was none left.Oh please be aware, they do run out of beach chairs, especially on a holiday weekend. Come early. If they run out, just grab a towel, the sand is amazing, get a free exfoliation. You can ask for an umbrella. They might have extra. Have a blast, be nice, tip well!

Went for the pool party on Sunday. The place is great and it has a very cool vibe, but the prices may vary depends on who you are taking and how packed the place is.

Food is mediocre and overpriced. $20 for a bottle of water, $500 for a chair to sit in on the poolside. Its a place fake rich people go to show off on other broke people to buy tasteless food just for instagram pic.

BEWARE!! Disgusted with this venue. Myself and two friends bought tickets to see a day show for $100 each! The event was from 12pm to 7pm. When we arrived, we were told that ticketed entry ended at 1pm. This was stated nowhere. Not on any event promotion, not on the site we bought tickets from, not on the ticket terms. When we pressed for answers and kept complaining we were told it was out of their hands and that they were at capacity. Literally at the exact same moment, someone else in a Hyde Beach shirt pointed out two attractive girls standing by the door and pulled them in. At capacity?! Preferring unpaying freeloaders over ticket holders? Seriously, is this the type of business you want to run? I will never be back, and I will warn everyone I can about this establishments dishonesty and disrespect.I have been to top tier clubs all around the country, and never been treated with this level of disregard like I was trash. Stay away if you have any dignity or self respect.

Really enjoyed the day with friends at Hyde Beach for one of their pool parties. However drinks are very expensive, and when trying to get in to the party we each paid $100 per ticket for, we were met with a huge line and told that they were accepting tables only. After waiting in line for a while, we complained that we paid so much and werent being let in - that got us in the door. Pool parties seem like a classic Miami event - very cool especially with the fog machines, but the pool was a little gross and the water looked milky. Bathrooms were also pretty bad.

Dude last time I was there I had a blast it was so cool that even girls started twerking by the pool... if yall want to find girls this is where is at. Overall the ambience is soo Miami you can beat this

This is supposed to be the premier party spot. The service is pretty good, but they overcharge for what you get. I attended a maxim party here and it was pretty boring. Three of us went swimming in the pool but after about 15 minutes we were told the pool is closed. Youre better off spending your money somewhere else like story or 11 or The clevelander.

Everyone was rude. Didn’t seem like anyone wanted our business. We wanted to sit by the pool. And drink. We were told by the bartender no problem, then the server told us 100 minimum. Then we say, we aren’t carrying cards because we came from the beach and didn’t want them to be snatched. We could give him card numbers to charge us or do Apple Pay. Not working with us. I understand if they can’t do it (kinda. You type card numbers in if you can’t get a card to swipe so why can’t you do it now?). But the way they treated us what what I didn’t get. We wanted to relax poolside and spend our money. They made us feel dumb and like a nuisances. Pretty disappointed.

September six 2021, 5:30pm I come to this place thinking it’s gonna be cool. We have a hotel right next-door to it. Our concierge told us is complementary if we go next-door to the Hyde Beach club. We get there and the doorman tells us it’s gonna be $20 each. We let them know that we’re from next-door and it should be complementary. He gives us the craziest look and laughs and says no it’s gonna be 20 each and we only except cash. So we go to the ATM take out $100 of cash plus a seven dollar fee. We go back to the doorman, I don’t see any cashier or any type of system in place to collect money. So we give him the $60 cash and then he puts it in his pocket. These people are scam artists and they’re scamming every single one of you. The pool was dirty the drinks were nasty, I got a double cranberry Tito’s and it tasted like water. Being a tourist, some places here in Miami leave you speechless, this place makes Miami look very bad. They need to have some work ethic. Cool you got my money but guess what, I’ll never go back. Maybe the owners need to step up and learn how to run a real business. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS.

This was a very elegant, chic, up to date hotel. Its modern artistic decorations were fascinating and captivating. The backyard area was inviting with nice warm lighting and a beautifully aqua colored lit pool. There were cabanas with people everywhere sipping on champagne and living it up.A very classy ambiance with an indoor bar and great music playing. I really enjoyed my visit. Check it out if youre in the area. Enjoy!!

6:00 to 8:00 great deal on drinks and oysters. service not so good, our dishes did not arrive at the same time. Food is mediocre. Waiter didnt check up on our table.Aside from the negatives the atmosphere is very cool, drinks are solid and the place is beautiful. I would definitely go back.

Awesome drinks (per my compatriots), fantastic desserts, superb ambience and decor. The food in Hyde Beach was just mediocre so eat somewhere else or at the other restaurants in the same facility. The servers are also good. The manager lady not so much - a bit stuck up.

One error after another, here. They charged us an additional $750.00 after the invoice was noted as an Expedia Pre-paid Reservation. Ive been on the phone for 45 minutes to resolve the refund. Not cool.At arrival, the lobby was full; wait time was super long, two elevators were down, chaos here and not worth the headache.

The party was fun, but the table service was terrible! Not only did she illegally add $200 to her tip after we left, the bottle girl (Tatiana) was impossible to find and refused to bring drinks that others were delivering to tables without problem. Management will not respond to requests to correct tip. This place is sketchy, and there are better scenes.

Bought a couple drinks yesterday at the bar by the pool in the back Ridiculously overpriced and weak drinks. Not only they added 20% gratuity They tried to hide that they added the 20% I had to ask for the breakdown Of the drinks. Watch out youve been warned!

Gorgeous venue indoor and out. Equally as fun for the pool parties as it is at night time. Pool is good from 1PM-5PM and the night is good from 10PM-12:30AM. The drink prices are outrageous but the place is top notch so you get what you pay for.

The worst experience here. I would never recommend Hyde. We were staying at SLS and chose this hotel because we wanted to hang at Hyde. Although we had a great experience at the hotel, Hyde was another story. DO NOT COME HERE. They treated us with so much disrespect to the point my wife was in tears. We have never encountered such rude staff. Obviously we chose not to spend any money here & instead went out our way to go to other lounges/rooftop bars in the area. Plenty other places that have great customer service and manners.The bouncers especially were extremely rude and arrogant. After speaking to management about our horrible experience (I’ll spare you the details but there were many issues) they were kind enough to escalate it to higher management yet I highly doubt anything will be done about it. Thanks to Ricardo for his help with it all, he is a great example of caring about a guests experience and trying to do everything he can to turn it around, which he did. We will stay at SLS again but won’t step foot near Hyde. Not worth it unless you want to be treated like garbage.

Came down for a bachelor party this past Saturday and had a blast! Music was amazing and I can’t wait to come back next time I am in miami.

I was here over the weekend and I did have a great time while I was there. I paid my tab (which already included a 20% gratuity) and took my copy of the receipt home with me. Today, the charge hit my credit card and it’s for $200 more than the tab I signed. The only explanation I can think of is that my server wrote in an additional $200 tip for herself. I’ve tried calling the venue and they just sent me to a voicemail box that is already full. I’m disgusted by the whole situation!

Greatest weekly pool party on South beach! Always get amazing table service from Ninna or Giselle, always prompt and attentive when I go visit or bring guest from out of town. Always a great high energy feel when im there.

Amazing experience. Went for a friends Bachelor party (stag do)... this capped off a wonderful weekend. Weather was great, pool was lovely & beats were awesome. Had a $1k minimum spend (so 1290 with taxes, service charge)... got 2x Bottle of Ciroc (and 12x Beers between 6 of us). Worked well. Danced, chatted to girls. If you are a group of guys- strongly recommend booking a table in advance. We had a lovely Rep, by the name of Tania, who sorted it out for us. Definitely recommend.

I spent the weekend in Miami and the best part of my vacation was this pool party, the music was crazy and the energy was out of this world, I cant wait to go back to party hard

Stephan, the door manager - I asked “what do I need to drop to enter” and he responded with “your dress”Would have been more than happy to put down the cash for a table, and was told to take my clothes off if I wanted to enter. With complete eye contact and seriousness.I’m blown away by the disrespect and disregard. I did complain to management, unclear of recourse.

DO NOT COME HERE! We were promised 2 shaded cabanas for 12 people for $3,800, but ended up getting ONE day bed. We were then told, “either take this one day bed or you can leave” after waiting 40 minutes to get in AFTER telling the bouncer we had reserved 2 cabanas for the day. The bouncer kept letting in groups of ALL men paying for tables that day.We waited AN HOUR for our food and never received what we ordered (they ended up giving us someone else’s order) because our server was partying with other tables and too drunk to do her job.If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Awful experience, the door man is the rudest person Ive met in years. Youll see people pass you by and enter for free, but theyll ask you 100 dollars if you dont dress up like you are going to Will Smith private party.

This place is what it would look like if south beach collided with wynwood. The ambiance, energy, and freedom this venue offers is complete bliss. You can enjoy loud sounds under the roof or enjoy social interactions under lighted trees outdoors. Be ready to break the bank for drinks are a pricey penny.

Attended a pool party which was free entry. Nicely decorated outdoor pool, with cabanas and sunbeds available to rent at a high rate. Drinks are Expensive though, so unless you are with a huge crowd then factor that in. The bathrooms are nice and functional when not at full capacity.

Definitely the best hotel party in the area right now. My friends and I bot a table and the staff was very helpful. They even moved our table when we wanted to be closer to a girls table. Terrific service. Would definitely come back.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TOURIST TRAP!! I live in Miami and I had already heard horror stories about this place which is squandering it’s former good name. It’s now a 2-bit joint competing with the Russian style B-joints and engaging it outright price gouging. After having bought two bottles of Perrier Jouet for $1,500 a pop which I had to bring to the table myself since there were no servers to be seen, I was then charged $53 for four bottle of Evian. You heard that right. That’s more than $13 a bottle for WATER. When we asked to see the manager, this punk with an attitude came over and when I complained about the price gouging called four security guards to eject me from this low class joint. I left peacefully but needless to say I will never go back and will instead let everyone know that this is not a place befitting an SLS hotel. Just horrendous in every way.

Beware of security staff, they will steal your belongings! I went out Saturday night and I left my phone in one of the cabanas, when I went to look for it one security guard told me he found it and gave me the description of my phone (color, brand and screen picture), then he came back to me and said never mind we dont have your phone So how he knew the description of my phone? He avoided all my questions. They opened an investigation and told me they never found my phone, it was somebody elses phone. When I told the manager I will go to the police and make a report he said we have a very good relationship with the police I dont know why he would say that unless he felt threatened. Security never took my phone to Lost & Found which I guess its supposed to be their policy, instead they stole it. Its not about the price of the phone, its about the valuable content. Dont trust security from Hyde!

We ordered a beer to the beach. It came half an hour later. And it was super warm. I didn’t enjoy the beer. I wanted them to change it. It took them another 45 minutes to send someone. And they said “ we are sorry, we can not change the beer” . Bad experience.

Always a good time here. Been doing this party for years, by far the best place on the beach.

I would like a refund. I paid in full for my ticket today only to be denied entry because they had let too many of their mates in before us? Guys in front had no ticket and paid there way in with the bouncer. How is that fair?

This is a review for the outdoor bar. The servers are good, the scene is nice. I recommend it. However, the drink prices are sky high. $20 for a top shelf vodka drink. That is a small fortune in my opinion.

Party, vibe everything was great. Tatiana, our server who people have complained out previous to this, gave herself an extra 600 dollar tip after I signed the bill. Awful. Im disputing it, and have emailed and called management with no answer.

Ive been to a lot of nice hotels and a lot of awesome clubs in Vegas, NYC, etc, and I have never experienced such horrible service and pompous attitudes such as the ones at this place. We were told several different things by serval workers here---one day the rate for a chair was $250 on the weekends. Okay-thats cool. Go the next day and all of a sudden its 1,000. Yeah, no.

Hyde Beach is a very fun location that I have always heard about from friends and I actually got to experience it for myself recently at a private night event I attended. Theres an outdoor pool section which I cant imagine how much fun it is to be there during WMC (Winter Music Conference) or summer parties. The outdoor section also features a lot of comfortable seating areas and a bar to order drinks. There is also an indoor section which has a nice set up with surprisingly a lot of seating and some space to make sure you can get down to the music playing (usually electronic). I also ran into a friend here who I havent seen in a decade who happens to work here and explained to me that Hyde Beach actually does a lot of private events for all kinds of groups, sizes, events, etc. Very fun Miami spot and as usual the drinks are pricey just like every Miami location.

This is a great option in miami. I can’t always remember how it ends, but the drinks are lit and the talent is fit

This is a great spot, when not completely overcrowded! the comfortable living room feel of the indoor bar is just as nice as the outdoor area under the twinkle lit trees. its nice being right on the beach and in walking distance of the restaurants at SLS.

Hyde Beach was really fun until we were overcharged by $200 (likely the server extra tipping herself). Now, no one there will speak to us regarding the situation and they just keep forwarding every call to a full voicemail box. Not what I would refer to as good customer service.

Poolside lounge between the SLS hotel and the ocean. Was there for a Bastille day party. Space was ample and comfortable and bar access was easy despite being near full capacity.

Place closes at 7pm and I arrived at 5pm the host at the door wouldnt let me in unless me and my friend paid $500 for a bottle of liquor. Meanwhile a storm was coming in and the place wasnt even packed, you would figure they would want people to come in but nope this guy wanted to hustle some tourists. Im from vegas, Ive worked in the service/ hospitality industry for 8 years and this guy was absolutely horrible. Dont go here unless you want to deal with a total douchbag and get scammed.

Located in the SLS hotel. We went on Friday night around 11pm. We entered through the hotel, however there is an Hyde entrance from the side street. They asked if we were on anyones list etc., we werent and they looked me and my man up and down and let us in, no problem (he has a collard shirt and sport jacket on, you know the grown and sexy look) We were pleasantly surprised as they were having an art show. Beautiful art set up in the cabanas and around the trees all lit up. There we sexy ladies is masquerade mask on stilts engaging with guest and go go dancing. There were an array of couches inside and outside for guest who wanted to indulge in bottle service. inside seating enjoyed the comforts on air conditioning and the sounds of the DJ who was positioned in the far corner over looking the small dance floor as he spun EDM music.After strolling through enjoying the beautiful artwork that was displayed, we made our way to the inside bar and i ordered my usual, Ciroc Peach Vodka & Sprite $19.25 (gratitude included in the bill).The crowd was a mix of late 20s to early 30s groups at a couple of the tables inside, one of the outside table hosted group of 3 to 4, 50+ year old men. It wasnt crowded as there wasnt too crowded as there was ample roomto browse comfortably.

Had a great time here for an event. I was a vendor. My only complaint is that security didnt let me in when I first got there and it was very hot and had to wait 30 minutes for other vendor to come get me. No parking.

Crazy pool party scene. Can be fun if you like house music & pool party madness. Can be difficult or pricey to get in but thats the norm on South Beach. Worth checking out but dont really expect to get in the pool.

Hyde beach is amazing. From the bartenders to the dj. By far the best pool events on Sobe. Food is on point. Definitely will return. The drummer was a cool touch.

Pretty pricey - but a really cool vibe by the pool area and inside bar area. If you see it and its not packed busy, definitely grab a drink and relax. If it is busy, youre going to wait a while for an expensive drink.

I am the pool right now. First of all let’s give props to Alexia, Paola, Andrew Dulag UIP Service and Dane Hinds Security Supervisor. They all went above and beyond, provided amazing customer service, so kind and helpful. Impeccable service, ultra clean pool area. Beautiful servers, great drinks. Amazing outdoor lounge at the newest hotel in SoBe. Crowd as very wealthy and good-looking. Drinks were typically absourdly expensive, but the going rate for this part of Miami. Will be back for sure! Doorman was great, lets in the REAL locals without a hassle.

Stayed one night. Paid regular rate for very small room that appeared to be an after thought in the overall construction of the hotel. Outside of my door there was a mobile storage rack for dirty room service trays that were being collected by staff. The rack stayed there for my entire stay. Also piles of dirty linens were added to the hallway next to the rack. I called the front desk to complain and they said that it would be removed immediately. The mess greeted me on my way out the next morning. Horrible service for a 5 star hotel. I imagine that you have to stay in one of the fancy villas to get the service expected. Also wifi was not included in price?! Even Super 8 hotels include wifi. Oh yeah, it took 45 minutes for the valet to retrieve my car the morning I left! Unbelievable. Will not stay there again.

If you like waiting 10+ minutes for the elevator, this place is for you! They have 4 elevators to serve 40 floors of residents and guests, don’t get me wrong, the accommodations and views are lovely, once you get to your room it’s boss and modern af, but it takes forever to get there, especially when 3 of the 4 elevators break down bc they’re saddled w too much weight bc ppl have been waiting for over 10 minutes and pile on in an unsafe manner, just in hopes they won’t have to walk up 20 flights of stairs. The pool is EXTREMELY kid friendly... like A LOT of kids, as far as the eye can see, if you like getting splashed by little brats, again this place is for you, looking for an adult vacay? Maybe not yo spot

This is a pretty fun pool party on the weekends. You don’t get a whole ton of locals that come through here. Most of them would go to the standard with the Mondrian instead. But the music is decent EDM in the crowd is friendly and the staff is friendly. It’s not as good as the pool parties in Vegas at like“ beach club but that’s what they’re going for. It’s a fun party had a good time on those sunny hot South Beach days. Check it out.

There was no people there. Not as advertised.

We had a great time at Hyde Beach but later discovered a $200 discrepancy that was not on the receipt we signed. The venue will not speak to us about this discrepancy. Be careful.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I booked a table at Hyde Beach a month prior to my visit. I came from Dallas to Miami so wanted to make sure I had a reservation. I booked a daybed for $1500. When I got to the pool party my name was no where on the list. After about 10 min a host comes to greet me and has me sign a receipt for $1000 spending. Then he walks me to a small table behind the daybeds. I told the host that there must be a mistake because I booked a daybed for $1500 and I showed him my reservation on my phone from the Tablelist app. He said oh you did have $1500, hold on and left. He returned 5 min later and said that I was given an incorrect price and the daybed was now $2500 if I wanted it. I argued with him for another 5 min but his argument was that I needed to take it up with the 3rd party app Tablelist and kept blaming Tablelist. I said I wasnt going to spend another $1K and I would just take the table given to me for the $1K I signed off on. The host then said Oh no that was a mistake its actually $1500. I again argued with the host but he didnt budge. I immediately contacted the concierge service on the tablelist app in which they responded on the messaging service and said they were going to contact the VIP Host and get back to me. I never heard back and felt completely screwed from both Hyde Beach Pool Party and Tablelist.

Exceptional pool party if you have a table. No mater what though, its hard to have a bad time here. The pool is small but it lends itself to a lot of great interactions with other revelers.

Gets pretty wild here sometime especially spring break. Prices are high as per usual for Miami South Beach. Best to come when the holiday crowd clears out. Fun spot. Lots of eye candy for all.

All around great, but no closed space/air conditioning. Wear light clothes if staying for a while.

This was my second time coming! Loved it the 1st time... Im thinking it couldve been great.. but the experience was killed immediately at the door with a racist bouncer. I was still let inside however damage was done.

Went for the masquerade event, had an issue with my flight into Miami so I couldn’t make it until later in the day, at first they didn’t want to let me in as they were “at full capacity” which makes no sense to me since I had purchased a ticket in advance on the official site, so they definitely oversell for events, had to argue my point for about 30 mins with security telling me “you should’ve come earlier”, I was never rude about it, but said if I couldn’t get in then I would like a refund immediately or to speak to the manager, they finally let me in but it was a very unpleasant situation.

Pretty neat place. The manager is eh but dudes not bad. I go on Sundays and chill when one of the djs I know is there. Pretty decent food choices.

The pool parties are easily the best in South Beach. It always has a great atmosphere, beautiful crowd, and tons of energy to go around. You cant go wrong here.

Good experience. Drinks are overpriced of course but overall it was okay. They end a little before 3 so that was a little lame. Service and security were good

This is my favorite place on the beach. I go every Friday night and its always a good time. Its a nice crowd, great music and the decor is unsurpassed for a warm Miami night.

Worth a visit even if youre not into the party/club scene for the people watching. All kinds of characters here. Get a drink and enjoy the entertainment.

We were overcharged on an already expensive tab. A server wrote in extra tip, now no one will respond. For the amount of money spent I would not recommend.

Spent 2 hours trying to check in … front desk didn’t speak any English charged my card twice when the room was already paid for … nobody was any help getting my money back . Thieves
