The front desk staff is incredibly patient, professional, and helpful. The facility is clean and welcoming. My massage therapist, Francisco, was superb! I certainly recommend his services, and will definitely return. Thank you all.

Shekhanyah gave me the best massage Ive ever had, and her bedside manner was great. She was professional and calm, without any amount of woo (which can be hard to find in a massage!). I got a membership for this location because I enjoyed the massage so much.

I was excited to squeeze in a 1.5 hour couples massage this weekend. Unfortunately, I received a light massage. I had asked for a therapist who had a medium to firm touch. I got a better massage from a massage chair when I got my pedicure done the other day. The therapist NEVER asked me to see if the pressure was ok. The therapist, who my husband had asked him 3 times through the duration of his massage. My therapist only massaged my right foot but forgot the other one. The final kicker was that we didnt receive water at the end of the massage. It wasnt like I would have needed water to flush out toxins in my body since it was the lightest massage I have ever received. I would recommend trying out other locations.

Haroldson was great. He knew how to identify where the knots were and worked unceasingly until they were loosened up. He is the therapist to book if a deep tissue massage is needed.

The whole team from the check-in and through make the experience so serene and effortless. It solidifies that joining here at this location in south beach was a good decision and will keep me coming back indefinitely.

It seems terrible to me that tipping is mandatory when you are already paying for another service. The massage therapist ended the session early also When my husband had given me this surprise, I didnt understand English very well, they called him to collect the tip.

My massage therapist was a very professional and kind person, however her massage was too gentle for me. I went in for a deep tissue massage and unfortunately wasn’t satisfied with the pressure of this massage and technique.

Very good massage, EXCEPT he only spent 1 min on the area I asked to mainly focus on. So really disappointed in that, since thats the main reason I went on my vacation. Otherwise everything else was great!

I recently visited Massage Envy with the expectation of receiving a one-hour massage session, only to find that the actual treatment duration was limited to 45 minutes. When inquired at the front desk about the discrepancy in the advertised one-hour therapy (priced at $150), I was informed that the time allocated for filling out the health history form and preparing for the therapy is included in the one-hour timeframe.Furthermore, upon requesting a receipt, I was assured that it would be sent to me via email, a promise that unfortunately remains unfulfilled. Regarding the treatment itself, my experience revealed more emphasis on padding than the actual massage. Despite the cleanliness and tranquil ambiance of the establishment, I am left deeply disappointed as the advertised service proved to be misleading.

All I have to say is OMG! Went here and Francisco did my massage and it was so divine. Will definitely be coming back and book him. You guys should too 🙌

I absolutely love Joseph. I’ve worked with a couple of different therapists here, and I like them all however, Joseph’s schedule and style always seem to fit mine. He’s super kind and knowledgeable and a happy person!

The front desk was so nice and accommodating. I read the reviews and booked Joseph as my masseuse. I am so happy I did! Joseph is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole thing. He loosened me up and got the tension out of my neck and back. This was one of the best massages I’ve gotten. Thank you Joseph. I’ve been a member at this location for a couple years now, and I always feel at home with Stephanie at the front desk. She’s been great at recommending therapists that match the style massage I’m looking for and most recently she recommended me to try Joseph, which is a spectacular therapist. Just a perfect amount of pressure stretching and touch. I feel this location being on South Beach has much better quality therapists compared to the other locations.

Mary is amazing estetician ,she knows exactly what my skin needs.She is very lovely and skilled person.Hightly recommending

Bf scheduled me a massage here but it’s a rainstorm happening so I couldn’t make it. So when I called to reschedule the guy working the front desk was completely rude (it’s not my fault you’re going through whatever it is you’re going through sir). It’s Wednesday April 12th 12 pm and apparently they are booked which is fine. But, the front desk guy didn’t have to be RUDE about it as I was completely polite the whole time. Seek some therapy and customer service skills GUY. You’re supposed to be an asset for the company not a liability . Anyways, won’t be scheduling anything at this location for the rest of my days.

The BEST massage I have EVER gotten by Bruno. He did a lymphatic drainage and holy smokes it was life changing. Bruno cares deeply about his clients and their well being, and doing everything he can to ensure their comfort during the session. Worth every penny. Truly this man is a national treasure and he must be protected at all costs.

DO NOT become a member of Massage Envy! This review is for Miami Beach location on 17th street.They are very unpleasant to deal with both in-person and on the phone. Customer service is not even close to what its suppose to be for a massage spa that people attend to relieve stress and unwind. I am not going to go into details explaining what Ive been through as a member. I changed several masseurs and found the one I absolutely adored - Joseph. But almost every time the front desk was giving me attitude. I only remember name Sandra who demanded my ID during my last visit and accused me for being 2 minutes late. I never had to bring ID which is not a problem I only needed for them to let me know via text or call. The manager Laura was very nice to offer me complimentary aromatherapy but I couldnt even lay down for massage as I started crying and had to leave the spa feeling absolutely humiliated. Last but not the least when I was making it to the exit I heard that Joseph was having a conversation with a female who advised him to massage my head, which seemed bizarre as I come for neck, back and shoulder massage mainly. I wonder if that person has a medical license to provide such advice. I still have two more months to go before my 12 mo commitment ends and will not be attending this place and highly suggest to stay away for anyone who values their health both physical and mental.

Emmett is INCREDIBLE! His technique is so next level. I walked out of my first session with him on cloud nine. His deep tissue is one for the books and I’ll definitely be working with him more often in the future. The front desk staff is also very attentive. Stephanie was warm and welcoming.

Hello, good afternoon. I have been visiting the place in Miami Beach for a long time. I have been a member of the company for many years. I congratulate you on the new place that you remodeled, but for some time now the 2 therapists who have given me massages in that place seem to have no experience as masseurs today Tuesday March 28th I went to a therapy and everything was very fast the therapist only focused on a single area and not on the body thank you very much I await an answer.

I had the best firm massage with Francisco! He spent so much time breaking up the knots in my shoulder. I can tell you that you won’t go wrong with a massage here!

If you want to pay $150 and not $105 as advertised for your first massage - go ahead. False advertising at its finest! I was told ahead of the massage that it was $150.. I’m just curious why you advertise a $105 intro rate if it’s actually $150??They say the $150 includes gratuity and “enhancement” (which you cannot opt out of!! So $150 take it or leave it) - the enhancement was the massage therapist rubbing essential oil in his hands and having you smell it.. is this a joke? Massage was very relaxing, can’t complain about that, but location needs remodeling - paper thin walls (you could hear everything! From people coming in, to the person getting a massage in the room next to you coughing), also unhygienic carpet flooring (please replace with laminate or tile) - even if carpet is new, it’s unhygienic for a massage parlor

We went here while visiting Miami for a holiday. The customer service was fantastic. We were able to book a couples massage same day. They were open about price and friendly. When we arrived, the place was quiet and clean. The staff made us feel welcome. We didnt have to wait long. The rooms are beautiful, smell great, and super clean. The gentlemen who massaged us were very warm, professional, and communicative. I had a really great massage and would definitely go back to this location when in Miami again.

Just went today. it was terrible. the massage was weak, and they automatically included a $20 tip. The massage therapist ended the session early also. very commercialized place. I like that i can book online but its worthless if the service is bad. I still feel very sore. .. waste of money.

Lisa is a fantastic masseuse! I feel great for days after she works on me. My neck and back gain more mobility and I feel overall more relaxed. The rest of the staff at massage envy are always helpful and kind as well.

I would stay away from this place. Booked massage and then they called to say price would be higher with a mandatory charges for aromatherapy and gratuities. With this unprofessional approach I reasonably assumed that services would be unprofessional as well.As to the response what Jeff says does not reflect the facts. The price quoted online for the massage was $110. The promoter that called me said that my credit card would be charged close to $150 with the mandatory extras

Ive received massages here over the past several years and I would definitely recommend it. Very professional and competent with affordable pricing. A friend of mine was the one who referred me she has the membership which is really cool. Recently heard the controversy on the news and I wanted to speak out because Ive never had a problem. I always had male massage therapist they were very skilled and very professional I was always very comfortable. The rooms are cute and well decorated. The front desk staff was always very polite.

Joseph, my massage therapist, was amazing! I told him I wanted deep tissue with pressure points and that’s exactly what I got! He listened to what areas I wanted and didn’t want! This location never lets me down. I can always get right in and I’m able to get a great massage therapist. Facials are great too…they do extractions. Parking is easy too…on the street or parking garage across the street.

I got a couples massage with my girlfriend. Abraham was was outstanding. He communicated enough, but not too much, so I could enjoy the full therapeutic massage. Abraham and the other massage therapist maintained very professional behavior, and really knew what they were doing. I feel so much more relaxed, fit, and aligned. 💯 recommend them!

I had incredibly poor experience with the manager, Laura, at this location. I was advised that my account was blocked because I had not left a suggested gratuity for my previous massage. The service I had received that time was extremely horrific and I thought I was in my right to tip accordingly. Now before booking my next massage, Laura is bartering with me. She instructed that I cannot receive and appt until I make a deal with her. I think this way of doing business is extremely unprofessional. Instead of demanding a tip, I would like to ask why I had such a bad experience last time to lead to me not leaving one.

I saw Richard when I came in for a couples massage, and it was easily one of the best massages I have ever had! He was professional and made me feel very comfortable. I was so relaxed after, I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. I’ll be booking the 90 minutes next time!

This was my first visit to this location while on holiday. Front desk staff were welcoming and courteous. Haroldson listened carefully to my concerns and gave a high-quality 90-minute massage that addressed them methodically using a variety of fascia, firm, and deep tissue techniques. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and professional — a level of quality you usually find at a luxury resort. Haroldson made sure I felt comfortable and safe throughout the session.

I’ve been coming to the South Beach location for years and everyone there has always been professional and welcoming - I see a few one star reviews and you have to wonder about the people doing that … perhaps they need to take ownership of their attitude… just saying

Amy and Stephanie were pleasant at the front desk. Massage was decent- first time with that therapist so that can be hit or miss but no real conplaints.

The stars were aligned from the get go. So it is difficult to only give a 5 star review for this South Beach Massage Envy Location! From the start of the appointment process, the staff made it peaceful and easy. We booked 4 massages for mamas in Miami weekend. Unfortunately, we had to cancel one appointment as our friend couldnt travel with us due to the dreaded virus. The location was very accommodating and waived the cancellation fee. The therapists were all awesome! They were very well matched with us mamas and gave us exactly what we needed! Me being athletic, I needed a deep tissue massage which included trigger therapy and Francisco definitely answered the calling. I felt amazing the remainder of my trip outside of the expected soreness from a fab sports massage. Another mama, felt Felixs easiness right away! The massage table was perfectly warm! She was cozy enough to speak about her husband vs. Sancho issues!!! The spiritual type connection with her therapist allowed her to purge mind/body toxins!!! His listening ears were just as good as his comforting hands!!! Finally, the last mama has only had a few massages in her 40 something years!!! Maybe it was the peace away from her family or the beach but she said the massage she got from Abraham was the best one she has ever had!!!! These Mamas from Chicago say Praise Jesus xoxoxo

Changing my review as I was not explained very well about the membership after my first session, their management team reached out to me and we came to an understanding.I also wish I could remember the name of the massage therapist I had when I was there. She was great and would recommend her to anyone. If I figure out who it is, Ill update.I had every intention of leaving Massage Envy once my initial term was up. But given that their staff went out of their way to reach out to me, in addition to the fact I have not had a bad experience since(some better than others honestly) I would recommend this place to anyone, especially if you find a specific therapist that you enjoy.

It’s all about the massage! Abraham is fabulous if you want truly deep tissue and great stretching. He eliminated tightness and pain I have been working on for months. I have been a Massage Envy user for 10+ years all over the country so have had a variety of experiences. Yes, the space overall is quite tight but the massage is the key! Front desk staff were very accommodating. AND........you cannot beat the price!

Bruno certainly has magic hands! He massaged parts of my body that have gone untreated in previous massages. I was amazed by his knowledge of the human body and techniques used to alleviate pain and tension. I highly recommend him and will see him again soon!

The best Massage Envy location. If booking a 60-90 minute massages, ask for VICKY! She was wonderful! She gave a great deep tissue massage, focusing on areas that I communicated were most in need of relief. She also has a calm, relaxed demeanor; she really took her time, respected my body and the need for a Zen environment. I will definitely return to this location because of her. After a couple of Bad Massages, I was ready to Cancel my Membership and find another place to go. But luckily I Found Adrian, he is an Amazing Massage Therapist. Ive been to many different spas, hotels, private massage therapists around the world. I always ask for the therapist known for best deep tissue/sports massage. Someone who can last 2 hours.I started going to the South Beach Massage Envy about 3 years ago and have tried several but hit gold when I met Jose. Hes exactly what anyone would want from a therapist. Hes extremely professional, can manage firm deep tissue pressure for 2 hours -easily! He listens to what my needs are specifically each session and adjusts accordingly. He doesnt speak unless the client wishes to talk and most importantly, his massages are always consistent (huge plus). You never have walk in wondering if youll get a top notch massage or ever leave dissatisfied. Jose is hands down the best Ive ever had.

Great deal if you find a good therapist. I live in MB. My first massage was terrible however. The manager comped my visit when i complained. He then recommended two other therapists to try on my next visits. I tried them both and they were both excellent. Although a hard decision i chose one specific therapist 2x a week and love it. I have recently developed issues in my muscles and this gives me tremendous relief 24 hours later. Better then any doctor for my problems for sure.

I returned to Massage Envy because my first visit was great. I arrived 10 minutes early, and my massage didn’t begin until ten minutes after my scheduled time and ended five minutes before.I didn’t complain because I didn’t want that to affect my massage I receive an email to do a survey and the manager/owner called only to inform me of how “massage envy’s 50 minutes hands on system works” , and that I didnt lose as much time as I thought I lost. Yeah thanks but no thanks.

Ive tried personal home massages never was someone who thought of going somewhere to get one and my beautiful friend bought me a massage for my birthday and I have to say I wish I remembered the girls name. Ive never been able to relax during s massage always feeling tense and uncomfortable and she made me feel like I was in my safe place. Hit every spot i needed hit without me even saying anything. I am definitely coming here weekly. To be a waitress and have someone to trust to relieve your pain is the best feeling

I was 100% dissatisfied with the misleading price of service first of all. Between the website and the representative on the phone stating the price was $55 for an hour session each for me and my wife. Once it was time to checkout Im told that the price is only if you become a member. Really?!?! Second they tried to give me a male masseuse. Why not ask my preference to begin with? Sorry I dont get down like that. So they sent a female in who clearly didnt know what she was doing. My 7 year old daughter walking on my back was way more satisfying then what I was given by a so call professional. Message Envy of Miami Beach FL was a total waste of time and money. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Been a member over 4 years , had amazing experience in the past. looks like if you are in a hurry and dont leave a tip your added to a black list. even though several times i left the tip cash never made it to the person who i used every single time. today i booked the same person showed up been told i was with some other therapist which made me uncomfortable but accepted it. room was cold, felt like i was being in a machine press instead of getting a toned massage. i stoppend the service in the first 10 min. once i walked out manager and the therapist i clearly requested told me that he didnt accept me because i didnt tip. wow really? then once i went on the details all i get the lame round about. this is the way this location turned into. as a beach resident this was highly convenient for me however i will be cancelling this membership and use or gift all my remaining sessions which i think around 20 of them and not recommending this to anyone yet alone i will ask my close family to cancel and move on immediately. Sobe location is not what it used to be seems from other reviews in the last 6 months they are on a downward spiral anyway. Terrible to see our local spots to lose quality and customer service

My therapist, Joseph, is amazing. His technique and listening to my needs is the reason for 5 Stars alone.I do see the facility as worn out and gives me a feeling it is dirty. Like an old worn out Motel, not that I’ve been to those but to give you the idea. My room’s “carpet” or lack thereof and the dingy hallways are not what I am used to at the numerous MEs I’ve been to accross the country. My floor felt like rubbery or filthy and then noticed because it’s missing floor covering in spots??? This location needs a serious facelift especially for our location. 2 stars for facility.Because my therapist is so amazing I will keep going back because he is there!

Many times when I tell the therapist what I want to focus on , they basically ignore what I’ve said and do what they planned. Not Joseph! I told him what I wanted to focus on and he dedicated the session to addressing that problem area. I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided!

Overall a nice place but the rooms are small & walls are thin, you can hear everything going on outside the room & even in the lobby. My therapist was very good but due to a language barrier I was unable to understand what she was asking & missed out on the essential oils I was supposed to receive during the massage. The staff was very friendly though, the place just needs a better location with more space.

Diego is phenomenal. I have been a massage envy member for years and Diego provides the best massage that I have had in my 6 years of membership! South Beach has now become my favorite location.

This was one of the worst massage experiences Ive had. Ronaldo was 45 minutes late because he was taking care of missing licensing for the City. He then sat down on a stool halfway into the work and when I asked him to stand up and do the massage correctly he said that he would not be working there much longer and that I would be happier with another therapist. He also asked at the beginning of the session what I would like worked on and then failed to address those body parts. The manager waved any charge for this session but could not make a recommendation on any of their therapists doing a good job at Deep Tissue work. Its pretty amazing that a manager does not know the quality of the work of her staff.

Its always a hit or miss. Never consistent. The place is a bit outdated and members lounge to be desired. I view Massage Envy as a place to get regular maintenance, once a week or every other week. Prices and quality started very good but I question their survival. Its expensive for what you get. I come from the spa industry and honestly, I will soon not continue with them. There are better spots with memberships now. Sorry Massage Envy, you need to up your game to stay competitive or better, thrive!

Massage was ok, not great but good enough. But the manager was VERY rude. First, she informed us that our massage was not going to be 60 minutes but 45 without any explanation as per why. Even when we got there 15 minutes before the requested time. And at the end she publicly complained that my 15% tip was not enough. I wonder, isnt tip optional? If I dont consider the massage was worth more than 15% tip but she does, then maybe she should pay for the tip instead of making me go through an uncomfortable and unnecessary situation.

I did not have the opportunity to experience a relaxing atmosphere at this establishment. The customer service provided by management was very poor, and the way they handle resolution is poor as well. As a customer you believe in management to take care of situations honestly. However, at this establishment honesty is not within their structure. I was within direct contact with Tyrone who completely lied to my face. I brought this situation to the attention of the General Manager (Jackie), yet she basically shrugged her shoulders giving the impression that she doesnt care that her employee is providing misinformation, when he should clearly know policy if hes a manager. By having this experience with Massage Envy it does not provide a good impression for future visits or recommendations. Quite frankly this establishment needs to be restructured with new staff that believes in exceptional customer service and possess honesty.

Today I had a 60 minute with Abraham, was told this was their head masseuse . This person is no higher standard than a trainee. Made me more stressed than I was walking in. None intuitive. Did not listen to the body, rushed, felt like a complete armature. Contorted my hip to far and now feeling injured. How the front desk said I was the first to ever complain, I would be incredible shocked. After reading other reviews I see this place is not looking at the best for people it’sLooking for cash. Hi, my experience at Massage Envy was terrible for several reasons:We were supposed to celebrate our wedding anniversary with a couples massage for 90 min. When we got there, the receptionist told us that since we are first time members, she can only take CASH ONLY. I thought this was weird because we were NEVER told to bring cash only, but I didn’t have cash on hand, so I had to walk the streets of dangerous Miami Beach in the dark at 8:30pm to search for an ATM. I finally found one, and returned with the cash. Initially, I was told that I would get a discount and pay the introductory offer of 83 dollars for 90 min. However, Bc I returned at 8:45 (and they close at 10), I wasn’t able to get the 90min and had to settle for 60min. This is when the receptionist proceeds to tell me that it will be 75 dollars! I read online that it was 55 dollars, not 75, for 60 min massages, but then she told me that the online info was incorrect and that it doesn’t account for couples massages.Now to the couples massage—-instead of one room where we are right next to each other, it was two rooms, and they just pulled back the separating barrier! What kind of BS is this?!? So I ended up being at least 10 feet away from my wife and couldn’t enjoy her company.Next, the actual massages sucked! My wife stated that her Maseuse just elbowed her on her back and arms for the majority of the time and she actually felt worse AFTER the massage. I had a little better massage, but we started at 9:05 and he finished at 9:55. THAT’s 50 minutes, not 60 min that I paid for! Plus, he focused on my shoulder joints, pressing down on the same tendon over and over, and spent only 5 min on my neck and head, which is what I specifically asked him to focus on.In the end, my experience at Massage Envy was terrible and dangerous. The location is in the middle of a sketchy area of Miami Beach, and that’s exactly how the receptionist treated us. I would never recommend this massage parlor to anyone and probably will never return.—Antonio

Francisco is a consummate professional and always communicates with me first to be able to target any pain or tightness I am feeling. He has a great technique and always seems to know the appropriate amount of pressure to apply. I always leave the session feeling refreshed and renewed.

Lisa is absolutely amazing at what she does. Do not underestimate her size. LOL. She has spent many years perfecting her craft. I have seen many professional therapists but she is by far, the best one.

If no Stars was an option that’s what I would give. They stole money from me....I had one massage and they charged me for my massage plus a seperate charge for a 3 pack of massages that was another clients. When I discovered this on my credit card statement and phoned them they were absolutely rude and refused to refund me the money! I was even told I “authorised this payment in person” which was a flat out lie. I’ll be taking this further. You cannot charge a person’s credit card for hundreds of dollars without permission.Never go to this scammy place!!!

This is the WORST ever. The service at the front is TERRIBLE. This is the 2nd week in a row - THEY called me - within 15 min of my appointment AND cancelled it. The first time they had the schedule messed up & couldnt re-book & just said sorry AND the 2nd time THEY called me while I was walking out the door to go there, to move the appointment up as I was doing it with someone else AND we were not happy but it was just another 30 min so we said fine. Then 30 min later they called the person I was going with to tell him he missed his appointment. We were SO upset, they wouldnt put the man on the phone, that called us in the first place 30 min prior, to let us know they needed to move it up, WELL, he moved mine up & not his - so AGAIN they cancelled it last second AND said as a courtesy they wouldnt charge me for mine - were they kidding??? They ruined our ENTIRE Saturday evening - TWO WEEKS in a row now. What was supposed to be a quiet & nice Sat with massages - turned into TERRIBLE & HORRIBLE SERVICE AGAIN from Massage Envy South Beach. I will immediately be cancelling my membership AND NOT renewing again & will make sure to let others know not to join there & do them a favor - as whenever I get a therapist in the past - only 1 out of 4 are good AND they never stay long enough for you to request them anyhow. Id give it 0 stars but that wasnt an option.

This is the spot. It is FANTASTIC. I have never had anything less than a superior experience both with massages and facials. I even book them back to back and it was mind blowing, relaxing, and therapeutic. When I was there last time, they were offering - if you book a second appointment within 48 hours and bring a friend, the friend gets a massage for free and you get an extra 1/2 hour credit. They work hard and couldnt be a nicer place. Forget the stuffy overpriced spas around town - unless you want more than ice water following your treatment!

SCAM ALERT! They have the most insane cancelation policy I’ve ever heard. 1. They want proof of new address! 2. That new address has to be further than 30 minutes from another massage envy location!!I met both criteria and they said they canceled it... except they kept charging my credit card for 5 months! After many calles to cancel again and again, they lie right to your face and won’t leave you alone if you cancel the card. Fraudulent enterprise with dishonorable practices and people that work there. They also scam you into doubling the masseuses paycheck with tips; They only pay the masseuses $15 an hour and pocket the other $90!!! Dirt bags.

Technician started massage late and still ended it an hour after the appointment was supposed to start so i was deprived of a solid 10 mins. I told the therapist my lower legs and feet were hurting as well as my back. She spent a solid 35 mins on my back another 10 on my butt and thighs and less than 5 mins on my lower legs and feet combined which was the main reason i was there. i dont have gross feet or anything so i cannot imagine why the technician blatantly ignored my request. it almost felt like a joke when she said she was done as i was thinking I get a better foot and calf rub with my pedicure at the nail salon! The therapist also kept scolding me about getting tense when she was rubbing hard on my sore spots i kept telling her i wasnt trying to, that it was a natural reaction but she was clearly annoyed and kept huffing and puffing and complaining which defeated the purpose of me trying to relax. Overall I would not recommend this particular technician (i forget her name but she had a short boyish haircut) however I cannot speak on the rest of the therapist there. I have had a hard time finding a good massage therapist on the beach other than at the spa at the Setai hotel which is very costly. There are many reviews similar to mine on yelp so I am thinking many of the positive reviews on google were written by employees.

WORSE MASSAGE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Ive been getting deep tissue massages for several years and never had this happen!! ZERO EXPERIENCE IN DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE!!! Left with HUGE HEMATOMAS AND SWELLING in my Middle and Lower back on my 2nd day of Vacation!!! Looked like a battered woman when I wore a bathing suit and couldnt lean on my back for the rest of my vacation!!! It was sore to the lightest touch! My back is still purple 6 days later!!! Owner and staff very smug and unsympathetic!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING THERE!!! 😠👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

USE THE MIDTOWN LOCATION!!! I Havent even went to the location yet and its already the worst massage envy location I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with, they canceled 4 appts I had set(2 for me 2 for my wife) called me 6/7 times asking for prepayment because of it being south beach and when I refused and stated policy I was hung up on and apps canceled. Im very disgusted at this locations behavior

I’ve been visiting massage envy once a month on Sundays since the churches have closed down during Covid.I go there to relieve the pain in my back and legs, as a senior citizens one must keep their synovial fluid moving through their joints and ligaments.Then I continue my relaxation at cinema to watch movie then I treat myself to dinner.

I treated my husband to a massage while on vacation to South Beach. Long story short, His week old Versace sunglasses were stolen. The owner offered us to come back for a free massage, but how could we return to an untrustworthy place. Should have given us a gift card to another location @ the very least.

The massage therapists are better than at many of the other Massage Envys, but they always start 10 minutes late and end 10 minutes early, so know that the hour-long massage will only ever be 2/3rds that length. I hope they fix this soon.

Mia is a warm hearted therapist who had great communication skills in addition to being a caring & expert massage therapist. The front reception staff is also upbeat & familiar with the services & making recommendations on an individual customer basis.

I have been member at massage by envy at miamk beach location since 2013. Some charge on my account for transfer fee, becaz i Was gonna give my one massage to my friend as xmas present. Unfortunately her situations with her membership with company, so she cant use it... Even though i called and said let me Checked with my friends if she still wanna get massage or not. And she dnt want it. I called back and let them know said forget about it my friend dnt want it and the lady that i spoke to her name Yoss Then 12/21/15 i saw my online account got charged, i called back let them know, and lady, her name Yoss , try to explain it s my fault!!! . And explain to me like i was a kid!!! Excuse me!!!! If you keep have a person speaking to your clients like this! Thats how massage by envy keep getting membership cancellation...So I decided to end my membership today 1/3/16 because of the way that your staff handle the situation on the phone poorly and with attitude...I definitely will make sure I Wont recommended anyone to this companyLast, all i want you(massage by envy) to know why you kept losing local and get only tourist (miami beach location). May be just have to train staff properly how to correct situation on the phone !!!! We dnt see you face on the phone but we can listen to your tone that you are using!!!!!And i will make sure i ll do the best i can to let everyone know about my experience today.... I had an account with them for almost a year and then closed it because the service it’s not good. After a year a half they tried to put a charge on my credit card of $900 that didn’t go through, and when I called and try to speak to the manager to explain me how is this possible she didn’t want to pick up the phone and made leave my information to call me back, that happened a week ago, still no response. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
