This is the best place to get a facial! I’ve been struggling with acne for so long and doing a facial at this place helped me so much!Yolimar was very gentle with my face and it was very relaxing. She also gave me so many tips to take care of my skin and she told me which products would be better for my type of skin.The place is clean, smells great and the staff are extremely welcoming.The service included access to the hotel amenities and it was so beautiful I decided to spend my day at the hotel! The pool is beautiful and the hotel has direct access to the beach.I will definitely be back to this spa!!

I recently visited Restart Spa at the Alexander Hotel in Miami Beach, and I was absolutely blown away by the experience. I had a couples massage and a facial, and both treatments were amazing. I would highly recommend Restart Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing spa experience in Miami Beach. The staff is top-notch, the treatments are amazing, and the location is perfect!

From the booking to the day of service, I have no complaints. Very friendly and and has peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely be using their services again. I did the massage and facial and enjoyed every minute of it. Nohemie made me feel right at home.

Miami girls trip wouldn’t be complete with out a day of pampering and this place has it all!! The environment is relaxing and they want you to completely relax and enjoy your time while in the spa. The services I received were a one hour massages , and red light facial with compression boots. I have had these services done back home and I have to say this was hands down best facial I have had. The massage was excellent pressure was perfect. I had a wonderful day and encourage anyone to give them a try PS….a perk you get full access to the pool which we spent the whole day hanging at. You won’t regret your decision!!

When we (my 2 friends & i) arrived we valet parked for $5 all day which was excellent & one of the reasons I will go back again. Upon arrival at spa, we were given delicious hot tea. Services started on time & welcome was very relaxing. We booked a massage & facial & was pleasantly surprised that I could stay to enjoy the pool the rest of the day. The services were excellent. Massage with Yoly was perfect. She used a bit of pressure for lymphatic drainage & distressing my body. The heated bed & the aromas of the massage oils were very nice. Then, we moved on to the facial which was thorough. My skin was smooth & moisturized. Thank you RESTART staff for an excellent Mothers day spa day w my friends! 💖

I enjoy receiving great customer service and the staff at Restart Spa provided just that. I was having difficulty booking through the website and I contacted them via the google chat option. They responded within 5 mins and sent me a link to pay for my spa treatment. When I got to the spa the staff were friendly and guided me through the services very well! They were friendly, patient and kind. I would recommend Restart to anyone wanting to relax in Miami. I enjoyed my massage and facial too!!

I had a very good (5 star) massage with Laura Diaz, but on another day I was not happy with a massage from Yolinar (2 )stars tho she was very sweet. I had actually booked with Laura again, but was told when I arrived she was not there that day, so they really need to change the system so a person gets their preferred massage therapist. There is also not a 90 minute option available on the booking page, which is an issue.I also had a massage from Pauli recently, and she was excellent 5 stars for sure!

Adorable spa, very tastefully decorated. Relaxing from the moment we walked in. Great customer service from Alex during reservation and at the spa. This was one of the best massages and facials I have received. Amenities were also very nice at the pool and beach. My sisters and I will definitely come back.

We had a great experience at our couple’s massage! Laura and Yolimar were very considerate of my wife’s pregnancy and tailored each part to meet her needs! The spa is on the 4th floor of the Alexander Hotel and can be a little difficult to find. Whenever we find ourselves back in Miami Beach, we look forward to returning to Restart Spa!

I had my first appointment today for a facial and it was perfect! the online booking process is super easy, the staff is very sweet, kind and super helpful providing great advices. It was so relaxing that I almost felt asleep. I definitely recommend and will come back !!

Amazing, amazing, amazing! It was me & my sisters first time ever getting facials & massages and we left OVER THE MOON! From booking, to being serviced, to leaving - I could not have asked for a better experience. We booked a couples massage & facial which came with a complimentary glass of champagne plus access to the hotels amenities (pool/beach. Unfortunately the weather was not in our favor, but we definitely plan on coming back when the sun is shining! Also, parking was only $5 which is a STEAL in this area. Each service we received was an hour long. The price I paid was honestly worth every penny for how pampered we were treated. Thank you for treating us so well, I cant wait to come back!

I came to this place for a much-needed massage and let me tell you it helped me so much… Laura has the most gentle hands and did wonders with the tension I had in my neck and jaw. Also, being able to go to the beach outside the hotel after my massage was a big plus! I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

Had Swedish massages here as part of a girls weekend. Laura and Yolimar were great. We actually went to the overpriced Lapis Spa at the Fountainbluae Hotel the day before and we were not impressed. We were so disappointed with Lapis Spa that we decided to try this spa since it was in the Alexander Hotel we were staying in. The ambience, service and actual massages at Restart Spa were much better at almost half the cost. We absolutely recommend Restart Spa if you are in Miami Beach.

I think it was the best experience I ever had in a spa in miami. The person in the front was really nice, that kind of person that her happiness was contagious. The massage was amazing, I told the therapist about my neck and lower back pain and she focused on those parts and I am more than happy. I will purchase a package for my mom and sister.PS: Ask about the beach and tiki bar service included in the packages, and thank me later!!!

My wife and I scheduled a last minute couple’s massage on our recent trip to Miami. The entire process was seamless and the team at RESTART was very responsive. The atmosphere was peaceful and very impressive. We will definitely use RESTART again on our next trip!

The booking process was great. The gentleman over the phone had excellent customer service and was very accommodating. My boyfriend and I got a couples massage and facial and we are blown away. I have a neurological disorder and felt so rigid yesterday that I decided to get a therapeutic massage. My masseuse was Pedro, who is also a PT by training. He was incredible! He massaged (deep tissue) all my trigger points, including ones that I didnt know I had! He was very knowledgeable about my condition and gave me lots of good advice! I walked out of there a new woman! If I lived here, Id see Pedro regularly! Thank you!, Pedro!

This small quaint spa provides all the services you need. We spent the day at the beach, had an incredible massage and the facial was also very good. Everyone was very accommodating and the personnel went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We will definitely return!!

A group of us got together for a spa day, & had found an offer on Groupon for a package for a facial with massage. Needless to say we bought them, however we didn’t know what to expect as it was our first visit. We ended up at the Alexander, & were met with the valet, super convenient as it was pouring. After a short convo with the front desk, we were given a wrist band to access the building from the rear coming from the beach access.We went up to the 4th floor passed a few other stuies/businesses, & found Restart. After a quick check in, we got offered coffee, tea, or champagne. Then were whisked off for our first treatment.My massage was incredibly relaxing, & relieved so much tension I had built up. Then it was time for my facial, which ended up being a peel in the end which at first made my face beet red. However the texture of my skin was incredibly much smoother afterwards.Our entire party wasnt finished yet, so two of us decide to go to the pool, which we had access to the property for booking with Restart. All in all it was a great day, & an amazing experience. I highly recommend visiting them for any treatment, I already re-booked my next visit. New favorite spot in Miami. Thanks Laura, & Alejandra you ladies were so friendly & accommodating. We loved it!

Had such lovely experience celebrating a birthday. Services provided included a facial and a massage. Excellent service. My facial was tailored to my needs. One thing that stood out, is my esthetician making sure to inform me of each step prior to conducting. Even with the slight language barrier, I fully understood, was very well informed, and the overall results were phenomenal. Thank you! 😊

This was not a great experience. The masseuse seemed inexperienced. It felt like 50 minutes of someone gently rubbing oil on me. The facial wasnt great either, the clinician basically said I had clean skin and put no effort into removing imperfections, as soon as I left I showed my boyfriend whiteheads visible without a magnifying glass that she could have easily corrected. He booked the experience for me and wasnt impressed....also they say drinks are available throughout but they wait until the very end to ask. Not worth the price to me.

I love this place. The staff are very professional and helpful. Always available to help and always smiling. The settings are so serene and relaxing and the multiple masseuses I have come across have all been well trained and very polite. Also, I Did the google check in. I had a great experience. This place is beautiful, clean & serene. I highly recommend you ask for Alejandra! She was so attentive to my needs & did not skimp out on her techniques. Overall, I recommend this spot.

Bought a Groupon for a couples massage and facials with all-day pool and beach access and was absolutely thrilled with every detail of the day. Felt like a mini-vacation, and what a perfect section of beach area! Aestheticians and massage therapists were top notch as well. Plan to go back!!

We loved, loved, loved our couples massage experience with Alejandra & Pedro, who were so professional, and really knew what they were doing. They had some tips for general wellbeing afterwards, and were highly knowledgeable. The spa was adorable, pleasant & super clean. It was a fantastic way to end our beach vacation before getting on a long flight.

Our couple massage and facial was exceptional! Pedro really took his with me during my prenatal massage, it was the perfect amount of pressure..my husband enjoyed his massage and feel asleep twice lol. Our facials was great also. We really left feeling relaxed. The surrrounding was clean and everyone including intake person was professional. Really GREAT experience. Would def return!

Alejandra helped me a lot with my skin, many scars and spots. With their cleanings and treatments, plus a few tips, my skin looks much better. Without leaving behind, Pedro has excellent therapies, he has helped me a lot with a shoulder injury, I am very excited to return.
