You MUST book with Sabrina! Sabrina is a perfectionist and the most consistent nail tech I have ever seen. My nails remain healthy and perfectly clean with her care. I’ve been seeing her for years when visiting miami before moving full time. This salon recently changed names to D’s Nails Lounge. My hands and toes feel so light and smooth after the spa. I cant stop admiring them when they’re fresh and done. I always get stopped for compliments.

The salon is always clean and staff is always professional. I get my nails done with Ashley is amazing. I always get acrylic overlay on my natural nails and anytime I show Ashley a design she’s able to deliver. 10/10 recommend Ashley!

I’ve been coming here for years since it was Mai Nail Lounge and it’s only gotten better with time. The new owners did a great job with the space; All the nail techs are wonderful, the staff is amazing with a family vibe and I am always thrilled with how my nails come out (dip powder on hands & regular pedi). Very clean & great massage pedi chairs. Would highly recommend!!

This salon should get 6 stars! It’s not just their great manicures and pedicures, which are done in a relaxed and comfortable environment. It’s the whole client experience: the receptionist who remembers your name, the staff member who offers you the beverage you like, being welcomed and treated so well. Sabrina is a perfectionist with my nails, so I a lot of compliments after every mani! She’s patient, professional and great at her job- which makes every visit an amazing experience

One price on their website and when you come they charge you double. Ended up paying as much as I would pay for top service in top salon. The technician was ok but the lady at the reception was super rude when I asked why they charge me different than from the website. Instead of normally explaining why the customer is paying more than double she was rude and annoyed which made me feel very uncomfortable of my question. And this kind of questions should be taken absolutely normal and price breakdown should be given. Non of that was given. Overall awful service experience and rude staff. Of course I left good tip by card, cause I don’t carry cash. So I just hope all the tip goes to my technician.

Highly Recommend doing your service with Ashley. I did my manicure and pedicure and it was a well job done. The salon ambiance was great and clean. Gisele the receptionist was also very nice and friendly highly satisfied. Thank you!!!!

The nails here were pretty good, but the customer service was not. The prices online are completely different than the ones in person. So, if you are thinking the prices are good on the website, they are not once you get there.My friend and I went to have our nails done there. She got gel x and I got gel polish with a regular pedicure. My friend has a tendency to bite her nails, but they are not impossible to do. The salon we usually go to does them with no problem. I’m not sure if they realized she understood Spanish until later on, but they ridiculed her short bitten nails, right in front of her.On top all of this they charged me $10 extra JUST to cut her cuticles, which should be included. They also tried charging me $20 for chrome which is ridiculous and is at most $10, I could buy a whole cup of chrome powder for $20. They also charged me an extra $10 to soak off my gel polish I previously had on. So, if you plan on going to this salon with gel polish on, make sure to soak it off prior to coming. When I tried to ask the lady at the front about the prices, she was extremely rude and passive aggressive.Overall, I did not have a good experience at this salon. I wouldn’t recommend and I definitely will not be returning.

My favorite place! Mai is great - she cares about her customers and especially about her employees! I live in Chicago and every time I am in Surfside, I go only to Mai’s spa! I am not going to say who is my favorite technician (for the obvious reasons) but tbh they all great! Cannot wait to be back!

Came at a short notice. Jenny did my nail and it was beautiful. A staff did my mother’s nail but was not so experience so Mai stepped in and finished the job. The place is clean and the staff is happy and meticulous. Highly reccomend this salon if you’re in the area.

I arrived 3 minutes before my appointment. Was told to wait for my lady who wasn’t even half way done with her customer. I waited 15 minutes before she even came up to me. When she finally started she game me an attitude. The time management of this nail tech was incredibly slow. It took over an hour for a basic pedicure. By the time I was done she didn’t assist me over the to the fans to air dry. She left for 15 minutes and came back to put the top coat on. It all took too long and I had to leave smudging my nails in the process. Not to mention the nail techs throwing middle fingers at each other while doing my toes. Completely unprofessional. Would not recommend this place. I think it’s an issue that I came at the time of my appointment and still had to wait 15 minutes.

Had a gel manicure and was told it would cost $75. When I went to pay, they charged $85. When I asked why the extra $10? The receptionist was rude and replied - “she cut and shaped your nails.” Isn’t that part of a $75 manicure??? The same manicure in Hallandale costs $50. If you want to charge $75 because you’re in Bal Harbour, that’s fine but don’t screw over your clients when they go to pay and charge extra for what should be included. BTW - this was no error—it’s the second time they did this. They also charged more than what was originally quoted on another visit telling me that the service took longer than usual—$10 extra!! Don’t believe the prices online or whatever they tell you before you make an appointment—be prepared to pay more than what you expect.See Owners Response: I am intrigued by the thought that if you have a great place in Hallandale that is way less expensive that you would come back to us and feel bad for a 2nd time.ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION-I lived in Hallandale, but moved to Bal Harbour and wanted a neighborhood salon. Google manicure online and see what it says A manicure is a beauty treatment of the hands. Your nails will be cut, filed, and shaped. You will then have your cuticles pushed back and tidied, and then enjoy a hand massage. The final step will be the painting of the nails with a color of your choice. SO I ASK - WHAT DO YOU DO FOR $75 when you call it a GEL MANICURE???? Either you dont know what a manicure is or you choose to charge more when its time to pay. You charge extra for cutting, filing, shaping and pushing back cuticles, so what exactly is the $75 for??? There are numerous reviews on DNails stating this is a common practice--charging more when its time to pay after being quoted a cheaper price. Hope this clears up your confusion as to why I returned only once more--very intriguing.

I’ve been coming to Mai Nail Salon for 2 years now!I got my nails done with a few of the nail technicians, but once I met Connie I knew I would never see anyone else!Connie is the best, and I love my nails so so much! I see her every 3 weeks to get my gel manicure and about once a month for a pedicure!She is not only the Best in what she does , but on top she is the sweetest person!My nails have never been long before, but once I started seeing her, she made it happen! I get so many compliments from people! She is so professional, clean and fast! Terrible time management. Ive been here many times and its been an issue but today was the worst. I left with half done nails and only a pedicure after 1.5 hours and I dont think Ill ever be back. Made an appointment. Wasnt in system when I arrived. Tried to give me tech I specifically said I didnt want. Told them I need to leave at an exact time (1.5 hours) and said it wouldnt be an issue (reasonable amount of time for pedi and dip mani). Asked if the person doing the mani will be ready when we finish pedi many times and the owner assured me yes. Meanwhile she kept telling people she could accommodate them when they were totally overbooked and understaffed. Time for mani and I have only 30 min and the lady they want to put me with is half way through her other appointment and the owner keeps telling me Ill be out in time and shell start me but meanwhile she is standing and scraping at my nails while telling another guy shell be with him in a min. Left extremely upset with half done nails so I could arrive to get my kids on time. Now have a broken nail while I try to find somewhere else to go. Infuriating. Only gave 2 instead of 1 because Ive had other decent experiences but never throughly impressed.

We had a pedicure and manicure with both Jessica and Sabrina who provided us with the most amazing service! They welcomed us from when we sat down, made sure we was comfy and the conversation was great! I’m visiting from the UK and the customer service over here is really lacking so this experience was a real breath of fresh air! I would 100% recommend this salon and these two!

Ive had plenty of manicures in the past (at other locations) but this was my first experience with a pedicure. It hurt a little and she made my toe bleed at one point but I like how they turned out in the end. I got the VIP Spa Pedicure. The hot paraffin treatment was interesting and the hot stone massage was nice. Wish I had a better picture. I am not very good at taking them for myself. 😅

I got a basic gel manicure from here, everyone was very nice and attentive. I give 2 stars due to the quality of the manicure. While getting the manicure my cuticle was buffed, pushed, and cut so far back that I began bleeding. I didn’t have an issue at the moment as this has happened previously at other nail salons. The next days that nail began to have a big scab, not just the cuticle was buffed, but 1/2 an inch below my nail. The gel nail polish was chipping about 3 days after and big chips were visible at 5 days. I would not recommend this business.

4 days after my gel manicure three of them completely popped off my nails. After 7 days, everything came off completely. Paid 40 for that and it couldn’t last more than 1 week! Do not recommend.

Henri is amazing! I have been coming to him for 3 years now and I have never been disappointed. I 100% recommend getting your nails done by Henri.

I went to DNails surfside to make a pedicure with Myriam, it was so great and very clean !! After the pedicure my feets felt like I could fly thanks to the oils they use (those are amazing) and the service was as good as the team of this nails spa, I recommend it :)

Barely recognized when I walked in and had me standing by the door. Thai Cut the sides and filed on my cuticles. As you can see I got the pink acrylic which is supposed to be $50 but I was charged $60. The lady that checked out before me had a discrepancy with her price. Won’t go back Typical Miami bait and switch!

Three nails broke, the next day. I’ve had gel polish over acrylic for decades and never had so many break. That manicurist wouldn’t be back for days and the salon didn’t care to do anything to resolve the problem. I do NOT recommend!

Nails still look great after 2 weeks !!Very modern design, all the ladies in here were very kind. I felt very relaxed, and I appreciate that they provided me endless coffee!

Fantastic experience. Mai gave me great advice and took her time to make sure everything was done to perfection. Great communication and a lovely salon. All staff seemed excellent and every client’s nails that I saw looked great.

Henri gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had. I’m an athletic 40 year old, and get at least a dozen massages a year. Henri is strong, and knows the body inside and out. He was explaining things to me, using medical terminology that reflects his extensive knowledge of his craft. He also offered me cupping, to bring more blood flow and circulation to my back. He went all out! It was incredible. I left the salon floating and my neck stiffness is quite relieved. The room was also relaxing, spa music and pretty lights imaged on the ceiling.

I love everything about this place. Always get my nails done with Coni and I’m always obsessed!

I was in town for just the day for a meeting & had extra time afterwards. I found this place nearby & am so happy I did! They’re fast, efficient & great a gel manicure & pedicure. Ali & Sabrina were my nail techs & I highly recommend them both. Good prices too!

MY NEW FAVORITE FACIAL & NAIL SPA!Mai, the owner was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I called to book an appointment. As I arrived I received a signature pedicure and basic manicure by Anne which was phenomenal!! I then had the best facial I’ve received in MY LIFE by Alba! This woman knows her stuff, started off with breathing techniques and set the intention for my treatment! I enjoyed every minute of it and she treated me like a queen! It was a much needed detox and I am happy to say they won me as a client for life! I loved the piano tunes and how attentive everyone was to my needs! THANK YOU TEAM! I am a happy client!

I love this place so much! Everyone is so kind, and they keep it very clean and sanitary. A very special shout out to Alba and Jimmy who are the absolute best. Alba really took the time to get rid of my ingrown toe nails which are so painful, but she was able to take the pain away. Then she topped it off with a perfect pedicure. Jimmys manicures are flawless and he truly knows what he is doing. My favorite is his small hand/arm massages at the end that is really just the cherry on top. Ive been coming here for almost 6 months now and I wont go anywhere else. I always get complimented on my nails and I am proud to tell people where I get them done. They are also so flexible when it comes to appointments and I really appreciate that. Thank you again and see you next time! :)

I have been going to Mai Nails Lounge since it opened, and even before when the team worked at other locations owned by Mai. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone is great, professional and friendly. I get my nails done with Valeria and they always come out perfect. Two thumbs up as far as I’m concerned. 💅🏼👌🏼

I wanted to find a nail salon closer to me and decided to give this place a try. When I called this morning to ask about pricing, the person I spoke with told me that the cost of a basic mani/pedi would be $50. I said the quote back to her in order to make sure It was correct. However once I was ready to pay the receptionist told me that the price for a regular mani pedi was $60. When i told her i was told a different price upon calling them, she completely dismissed me. I insisted and she acted as if I must have made a mistake saying that the cost of the mani was $25 and the pedi $35. Looking later now on the website, they list the regular mani at $20. It is really unfortunate that this happened as Ty my manicurist did a nice job as did Sabrina who did my threading. They would have had a new client had it not been for the dishonesty. I cannot support a business that misleads their clients and doesn’t honor their pricing.

I got acrylics for the very first time here. THEY LOOK AMAZING. The staff was professional, really friendly and funny and FAST (more like efficient). Perfect length, color and overall technical look. Got a phenomenal pedicure, so great I actually wanted to take a picture of my feet afterwards. I work out a lot and every callous, broken nail and rugged edge was smoother and polished. Would 100 percent recommend to a friend

Went for a pedicure, they did a good job but I immediately got an infection because it was not sanitary. Not worth it. Go somewhere they actually clean properly.

Hi,I made an appointment for a polish change , got there the owner vas very nice. The tech was standing next to her never said hello, she was extremely rude unfriendly and irritated, never said a word to me the entire time that I was sitting there. I also believe she is anti my particular group of people which is laughable given her race and ethnicity. I won’t be patronizing the salon moving forward. Why would I with so many other salons in the area? She also charged me more than I was quoted over the phone without an explanation. Perhaps she’ll do be better in a different part of town. Considering the current climate in the country; the owner might want to be more mindful of the people she hires. As she was charging me, I asked for name she said Mary.

Very good experience here with my teen daughter last month. Everyone was kind and accommodating. I called the day prior for appointments. The owner Mai made us both feel welcome and was flexible with changing services once we were there. It was a relaxing and fun.

Finally found a fast, clean nail place that always does a great job. Barbie, Jessica, and Mai have all done my nails and every time they come out amazing. And Mai is always very accommodating with appointment times.

Made an appointment same day for the afternoon for two people and was accommodated. They have enough staff so we didnt have to wait. The man that did my pedicure was nice, quick and effici. I was satisfied. The pedicure chairs were awesome.

I went to the salon. I asked for almond shape now. They give me chodes. And when I nicely asked him to file it they were very bossy and rude for no reason. And then I was talking to the manager to try and fix it or get a big discount but all she could do is 20%. Not to mention we made an appointment at three and they had us waiting until four to even get seated.

I did not have a very pleasant experience... my fingers are all cut up from the girl who did my nails. She was way too rough and careless. She cut my fingers in the corners by filing WAY to aggressively, after I told her many times she’d cut me. I would not recommend.

I went for a manicure and they neglected me for 2 hours. I sat for 2 hours waiting for my nails to be done and they charged me 100$ for a french manicure! I mean ridiculous! They did do a nice manicure though lol

I had an appointment. They made me wait 5 minutes till technicians came. Once they came they told me another 5 minutes. Than 2 pedicures walked in so they decided to take those other 2 people before me and I was waiting indefinitely until another technician decides to show up
