WORST MANICURE I’VE EVER HAD!!!NO PRICES POSTED. TOTAL RIP OFF.I stopped into this no frills salon for a quick and simple manicure with regular polish.The manicurist was nice but she didn’t have me wash hands or soak my nails, she just started drilling away at my dry dirty cuticles with a machine. After butchering my cuticles and making them bleed I had to cut my services short because I received an emergency call.I assumed a regular mani would be anywhere from $25 to $40 max…THEY CHARGED ME $50 for cuticles and a base coat. Even if the services had been fully rendered without the bleeding the manicure would not have been worth $50. Even in South Beach.The whole vibe was giving 2014 Winter Olympics. Incomplete and overpriced.

I recently traveled from Tampa to Doral specifically to visit Muse Nail Salon based on high recommendations. Unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. My manicure for my short nails was poorly done; the nails were not filed correctly and were left jagged.I returned to the salon within fifteen minutes of leaving to request a repair. I spoke to the nail technician who had tended to me, but she informed me that I would need to wait until she finished with her current customer. While I understand that she had a customer, I believe she should have prioritized my repair, which would have taken no more than five minutes, especially since it was to fix the poor job she did initially.Overall, this experience was very frustrating, and I expected better service given the salon’s reputation.

Been coming here for over a year and really had great experiences until a client cussed me out for on the phone. My nail tech apologized to me numerous times and let management know that she was the aggressor. I come here once a month for over a year and always tip well and I spoke to management about getting something taken care of and of course because the other girl was Russian, they told me that it was my fault and that I should’ve used headphones. I didn’t know that we were in a spa and that I wasn’t allowed to be on a phone call while I was in the nail salon. I’m also a person of color so I feel like that has something to do with it. Unless you wanna be disrespected by Russian people do not go to the salon. It was very clear because I did not look like the demographic that was going to be no support for me. Rude as hell.

Its always the best manicure that I get. It is a little extra in money, but you do get the moneys worth. With the exception of one time, usually my gel nails wont chip until im on week 3-4. They work with attention to detail and all of them are genuinely nice girls. Also I have a rewards card and mark every visit there. They offer you water, coffee, they make sure you feel good and comfortable and together with having perfect nails, its a winner.

With all my love and sentiment to Malika- there is a reason i stopped coming and today i received worst nail service in my entire life. I came inly for gel manicure removal. I have a surgery in a few days and need clear nails. The lady performing service didint know a single word in english and she kept using a machine and burning my nails!!! Over and over again. I asked to shorten my nails just a little she chopped them super short. I couldnt communicate whatsoevthe heart of Miami!!! Not Sunny isles this is unacceptable! And the cherry on top - another technican KEPT SMOKING HER VAPE inside while doig the nails right next to me. Ive seen a lot but lack of professionalism is the least to say. The studio is with very poor customer service, never coming back again.The GEL was not removed completely I was left with dome of it on rven tho I specifically asked for complete removal of gel polish

I’m very happy with the service I received today. I had a regular mani + pedi with Natalia. I have natural, somewhat fragile nails. She was very gentle with my cuticles and very precise applying the nail polish. My nails look and feel great!! The salon is clean and very quiet which I enjoyed, it felt very relaxing. The salon itself is adorable with girly pink accents, my nail tech Ingrid was so fun and detail oriented and an absolute joy to spend the afternoon with. She was patient with me while I took ages determining the color I wanted, gave me recommendations for things to do around town, Didn’t force the conversation when I had things to attend to on my phone, listened to my feedback on exactly how I wanted my nails shaped, and delivered the cleanest cuticles and most perfect paint job I’ve ever gotten. I am from London and familiar with Russian manicure technique. I preferred this salon as most of the nail technicians are from Russian countries and know the special Russian mani technique. The salon seemed decent and my technician seemed okay, however after 1 week my nails are breaking and my gel is coming off which should have lasted min 2 weeks. So my overall rating for this place is very poor and if you are not from the US or Miami, don’t bother at all. They wont give you the service you deserve unfortunately.

Woman I spoke to on the phone was extremely rude. She called me after I requested the 20% off new customer deal on their website and I told her that I could only come in tomorrow. She was very condescending. Then she called me back the next day asking to schedule my appointment and I told her that we had already spoke yesterday and that I was told there was no availability. She acted like she had no recollection of the conversation and was very rude again. I’d recommend hiring someone who has better customer service skills to run your phone because it really turned me off and I will not be a customer anymore.

I am very picky with my nails and have had russian manicures done for the past 5 years. This is the absolute best service I ever recieved. Gulya was my technician and she is a perfectionist and super kind. I now get to enjoy perfect nails on both hand and feet. Everyone is super nice, they are professional and fair. So many other places in miami try to rip you off with service charges and whatever they come up with. Muse beauty is truly an amazing place and I will be ONLY going here from now on!

Showed one blond color as a sample first, then left it for too long or maybe even mixed another color and my light blond brows turned into dark grey brows. After telling administrator that its too dark I got an answer that it is going wash out.Even though It wasnt nicely done I not only paid for service but also tipped that lady.Next day it got even worse and darker and colder tone, and nor manager or owner took any actions to apologize, make a refund, provide any kind of compensation to cover after their unprofessional specialist and make up for their mistake.Over a year ago I got same answer after their hair stylist put too much yellow into hair toning. He said it is going to wash out. At least he doesnt work there anymore.I would recommend this place for manicure but management strategy is not client oriented, so if something ever goes wrong with your service - no one ever going to care.

They were supposed to do my nails and toes at the same time but whoever booked it didn’t put it in the system so I had to go back later that day. My haircut I’m not happy with. We are great at collaborating designs and she is open to ideas. However again, I didn’t mind since I’m there but the service was so poor, she was obviously in a rush, didn’t even asked me what I want as a shape and did the my eyebrows in 5min, absolutely not even shape and form! So than I got back to my last service pedicure that was again finished very badly with an old nail polish that just looked horrible. But when I pointed it out that,I wasn’t offered anything , change of color or to have my toes redone since she was already late for the next appointment. I just can’t explain how poor of a service on general this was!!!

The best manicure I’ve ever had, besides my own manicurist. Not only they are clean and very accommodating: they do perfect manicures, precise and meticulous, for the lowest price ever! Incredibly honest - they deserve great tips :)

Truly amazing salon. I booked an appt last minute for a gel mani and spa pedi - I was blown away by how precise the staff was. As you can see, they paid a lot of attention to my cuticles and painting the Polish closely along them. People have been asking me nonstop about where I got my gel mani. Professional, clean, meticulous, overall incredible. This was the best mani I’ve ever gotten!
