Mansion Nightclub

$40 for guys and $30 for girls. 2 sides one house music and the other hip hop. Music was ok. They played a lot of older rap. The house music side was very live with foam, nude dancers with crazy lighting display. The whole feel of the place was live and well put together. But it was so crowded u could barely move around. Not to mention there was no order to the entrance line. That was horrible!!!

After talking to several people we had the idea that this club was similar to story but less expensive. We left story because we got tired of the house music. Went to mansion and let me tell you, I will never go back there again! They raise their cover charges when it gets busy too, we paid $90 for two people. There are only black people there and rap music. So packed you cannot walk! Only go here if you enjoy spending $90 for 3 mixed drinks.Not CLASSY if you like hanging with the brothers and sisters then this is your club.

$40 minimum for cards. $16 shot sized drinks. Worst music out of any club Ive ever been to! They didnt play more than 30 seconds of any given song. Dont bother going. There are plenty other better clubs around here!

The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the music was GREAT. Other than that this club is terrible if you want a VIP section. There are two sides to the club, the side where the girls dance from the ceiling was the best part, but only if you get placed over there. Paid for a section only to be sat on the not hot side where people are sitting on the back of your booth, dancing on you from the general population floor, and not to mention, you cant even get WATER with your section. They wanted an extra $100 for water which was completely unbelievable. We did not get treated as if we were in VIP, AT ALL. If youre going to go to this club you will be better off partying with the general population. Waste of money to purchase a section UNLESS youre on the other side, which we didnt even get the option to choose. They also let anyone in VIP, people didnt even have to buy a bottle and were still standing around, resting on your section, and taking up space.

Worst club Ive ever been to. To begin with, some promotion guy gave us a VIP wristband and told me it guaranteed free entrance and that we could skip the line. At the door they told us, it was only good for free entrance. So we waited 30 min to get in. At the cashier the girl took 25 $ per person, because the armband was just for skipping the line.Inside it was crowded, horrable hip hop music all night. We paid 16$ for a drink, wich was served in a PLASTIC cup.Not at all worth the money and time, Dont go there.

This place is a complete joke. Ive lived in Miami for almost a year, and Im still surprised people like this place. If I could give it zero stars I would, but I had to choose at least one. The staff is rude, the music is too loud, the DJ that was there on a Saturday night was completely lame, and there were supposed to be free drinks between 11 and midnight, but of course we stood in line forever, were let in about 2 minutes til, and then they wouldnt give us a free drink. Also, after waiting forever, there was hardly anyone in the place. I guess they just like making people wait outside so theyre more angry when they get in, thus more eager to throw down money for drinks. Gin and Tonic $12, but so are tequila shots, so I had one or two. Dont waste your time or money on these classless people.

Be careful when you buy drinks in the bars!! They tried to charge me more. I asked for two vodkas, and the waitress (Stephanie) added $ 30 for additional tips. When I asked about it, she said that it was because the minimum payment with credit card was $ 60. Of course, I refused to pay the check and she didnt want to cancel it at first. I insisted and at the end she cancelled it.Im also afraid that they could have cloned my card as she was also talking with a guy that was outside the bar, who said was his brother. In some moment she gave him the credit card, and they were talking between them in a suspicious way.

Want to people watch and pay $30+ entry, go here. Paying $40 entry sets expectations HIGH, eh, didnt do it for me. I think all the chicks shopped at the same online store too. Go to Purdy Lounge, free entry, better music, more authentic crowd.

New sound system is weak, speakers audibly suffer at high ranges. light system is decent but overused to the point of feeling like a modern day rave. club layout ( new ) doesnt utilize space well, buying a table is a waste as the world will walk past.. this club was great about 6 years ago... went downhill.

This club was just ok, understandably so that it was during the off season when my friends and I went but it wasnt what we were expecting. There were a lot of people in jeans and sandals and it didnt feel very club. The bartenders for the most part were friendly but my main issue was with the woman running the register in the front when first walking in. After paying admission she handed me a receipt and began to talk to another employee, when telling her I still needed $10 change she proceeded to tell me to stop talking and move away because she was busy. She was extremely rude to everyone around her not just me and my friends. When I go back to Miami I highly doubt I will be going back there.

I wanted to give it No Stars! The bouncers were picking who could come in! I thought wed be in soon and he walked past us and 20 other people and plucked two random people out of the line who had only been waiting for 3 MINUTES! It was disheartening! I had heard they choose people who fit their scene and keep people of color out but I thought it was not true just a random comment by some bitter folks, but NOPE! its true the waiting line was African-American and Hispanic women largely and large groups of men. We ended up going to Jazid...cough...wow

Best club we visited, paid worldwide crawl to go four bars and this was one of them on a Friday night. Just as one would expect a Miami club, beautiful people, great sound, dancers, a show, smoke, confetti, a great party. Love how theres a main room with electronic/fist pumping music and a second with booty shaking music. So once I got tired of one we went to the other. Extremely expensive, wow, def. Pre- drink paid $18 for a half an oz of Jaegermeister. Asked for tap water the rest of the time lol. My girlfriend went back Saturday night and said they asked her on the street to come, once she got there she said it was almost empty and not as fun as Friday night. What we conclude is that theres a day for every place just need to figure it out.

Mansion is the first nightclub I visited when I moved to South Florida because I heard so much about it when I lived in Atlanta. It didnt disappoint! They renovated the club and its even better, now. Ive seen Skrillex, Hardwell, Passion Pit, Slick Rick... several must see artists here. I love it.

People this is a club on south beach, of course it goes by looks. Jeans and a button up and you are fine. If you are in a group of girls then you may be picked to skip the line, why would anyone get mad about witnessing this? I waited about twenty minutes to get in on a Friday and it was worth the wait. Of course drinks are expensive, once again you are in south beach. Pay in cash, or you will fry because of the fifty dollar minimum. Nice sound system, nice lights, places to go to sit and relax, pretty people. If you dont like hip hop look up there events on their website and see whats going on. Its 2011 people, no reason to not do your research before you go out and have a bad night when it could have been avoided.

Worst Club in SobeNever have been so put down by the staff. They are extremely rude and the club is so pricey. All the people they say they have coming are fakes, the performances are in-posters! I would highly recommend you go to the much nicer clubs like LIV for a much better time.

We brought tix online in advance and still had to wait atlease and hour to get in and that was only after complaining.the artist whom we brought the tix to see never got on the mic let along sing anything. The drinks was over priced and to get a table i was told i had to spend atleast $3000.A bottle of grey goose was $450 and you had to stand up with your bottle no seats unless you were VIP which you had to know a promoter.This place does not cater to out of town tourist for have to know some one to get treat with any kind of respect.Ive been to the biggest club from Las Vegas to New York to California none of them was like this!!!!!Waste of timemoney and not to mention a good outfit!!!!!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE!! seeing a legend like DJ Shadow bood off the decks in 15 mins cause your crowd wants to hear TOP 40 jukebox type bs, plus your drink prices are outrageous! The worst, Mansion should be sued they promoted a concert (Plan B) and the artists never showed up. Their marketing is misleading and dubious. Dont go dont go. Take your money, women, and fun somewhere else.

No one replaces DJ Shadow with Paris Hilton no matter what VIP is there. If they dont like it, they are more than welcome to take their useless money to a shittier place with shittier music and a transient crowd.Your reputation is now garbage.

One of the most spectacular nightclub experiences in the US. One of kind light show and an amazing sound system. Best place to see the top DJs in the world. A must go to club when visiting Miami.

Sooo let me get this straight.... people dont like Mansion because its loud, expensive, only play house music and let females skip line based on looks. Its a club on South Beach for crying out loud. Does this surprise you guys? If you want to drink cheap either stay home or go to a local bar. Dont go to South Beach. Im gonna go ahead and assume most writing these reviews are either out of towners or people that arent really into the club scene. I would hate to go out with a bunch of debbie-downers like you guys. lol

Wasnt bad when I went a couple years ago. Girls were swinging half naked from the ceiling but the drinks were watered down. Im not really a drinker so I didnt mind.

Look... as far as Miami nightclubs go this place was down to earth, the bouncers made it very easy to navigate into the club and the music was decent. Overall had a good night.

I feel like this place is the webster hall (nyc) of sobe. i definitely had a good time -- lax vibe, drinks werent ridiculously overpriced, and that led ceiling! the signs (beauty is a sign of intelligence naughty girls enter here) were a great touch, and the dancers were pretty good at holding it down. not a good girl/guy ratio, or the best looking crowd, but definitely fun!

BEWARE!!! SECURITY IS IN ON PHONE STEALING SCAMM!!! WATCH YOUR PHONE!!My sister just came back from there this weekend and got her Iphone stolen. When she reported it to security multiple times they blew her off and can even be seen whispering to each other. When we went to the Apple store to replace it we were the 10th person in a week to come in with the same problem and the same story!!!!

This place is UBER expensive, and quite honestly it is highly overrated. Tables are super expensive and you wont get a place to sit unless you know a promoter and are with one... Talk about extreme.. plus drinks are expensive even if you are buying a bottle!!

THEY SHOULD HAVE REAL AERIALISTS! I love circus, and aerial art! Aerialist are pretty, and look professional, those look scared and they dont even have a split.

Had a great time this past Friday. My girlfriend and I flew down to spend a long weekend and wanted to make sure we stopped off at the #47 club in the world.

Wednesday night free for ladies, the lights were ahhhmazing, they had ladies do the silk, it was good just not that great.

It is the worst place ever. Shoulder to shoulder, smells like butt hole, fire hazard like no other, VIP lounge right in the middle is wasted space.

I was denied tap water. Never coming back. Bartender wanted to charge 8 dollars for a water bottle.

What a mad house to get in, but once you are this place is a blast. Be sure to bring some girls with you or you could be waiting at the door a very long time.
