The store is very well equipped and attended to. The problem is that some delivery people are at the door and are constantly yelling as if they were fighting. I have many friends who dont come in because of that.

Didnt even need to go into store. The girl who picks up the phone was very rude and hung up on me after inquiring about CBD for a clients pet. Very bad customer service. I tried contacting the owner but she continued to forward my calls. They wont get any more future recommendations from me. If you dont like your job or helping people you shouldnt be answering the phone.

Bought a Delta 8 cart from a brand I was familiar with and hadnt had issues from before and it didnt look right. It was cloudy and had distress marks like it had been taken apart and replaced or laced.It made me have violent shakes and start throwing up and hallucinations, Ive never felt that way from delta 8 before. I feel like I was poisoned. And my brain still doesnt feel okay. Im not sure whats in these, but its not thc... be very careful.Response: If I wouldve tried this in your store you would have most definitely called an ambulance. My lips were purple and i was puking Everywhere . Within 5 minutes. this product looks like and has been tampered with the box is not going to show that. it is not even the right color, I can bring it for you to see, and I think I deserve a refund... I damn near died with one hit, no exaggeration. This is not okay. And when i think back, all the products dont look right or authentic especially since I am familiar with extrax, the other carts were also not the right color . Counterfeit 100% . Not good for business to poison people

This smoke shop is the absolute best smoke shop in Miami! Have been to plenty and none of them compare to the service and product we got at Vape & Smoke Shop here in South Beach. Only other service that is comparable was in Denver, Colorado and that’s a 4 hour flight!Renee, who helped us out while we couldn’t decide on a few things, was patient, funny, knowledgeable, and incredibly kind. She made our experience that much better and deserves all the praise. So, if you’re stopping by as a local or tourist, please go visit and you won’t be disappointed.P.S. So I am a local - and used to come to this shop DAILY. However, recently when I went in to purchase a VAPE. There was a guy there with red hair. He was helping another customer. But, did not acknowledge me whatsoever. And not only did he look angry and hungover. When he finished with the client and the client LEFT he still didn’t look up at me or say anything. So I walked over to him and asked “do you have any of this left” and still not looking at me. He responds “I don’t know” - so I left and will not return. When I was leaving. He also proceeded to call me an “asshole” - so great job losing business for the store. I will also make sure not to recommend anymore - any of my clients to the location. Horrible attitude, terrible customer service. He is going to really mess up a lot of customer relationships - one for sure. ✌️

The service here was horrendous and the person at the register tried to change the price on his product after already giving me a quote. I will not return here and would not recommend this store. Some stores have better prices and allow for smoother purchases. I will not be returning here and would advise other customers to steer clear of here.

I live closest to this smoke shop than any other but from now on I rather go to blaze smoke shop where they treat me much better and also prices are a little cheaper. Not only I have experience bad treatment but I’ve previously seen how she speaks to other ppl as well. I didn’t pay much attention to that or didn’t care till it happened to me.

Very expensive prices , when you trying to buy a product that usually cost in all the smoke shops $10-12 and in this store it’s $20 the difference is 100% more , too much for small numbers .And thanks for your response but no one will make a copy of a disposable vape for $10 it’s fume vape not Louis Vuitton bag , I’m selling them wholesale .any way each store can decide about them prices and I respect that , and I can let people know about the price difference. Thank you .

They can’t seem to keep naked Hawaiian pog in 3mg on the shelf no matter how many times I ask. They tell me over and over that they will order but when I come in it’s never on the shelf . Owner please do something. You can order more than 2 bottles at a time, it’s a popular oil.

I was hoping to find a local place that has everything I need for vape supplies since I like to keep my business local but I will not be coming back here. After patiently waiting while the worker was with another customer two other groups of customers walked in. I got skipped over not once but twice. Horrible customer service for whatever reason. Too bad, they carry my favorite juice. Hope the couple dollar pack of papers was worth a lost customer.

I just start to use vape and first time I want to buy juice , I asked to help to choose one and they sold me one, than I learn it is almost expired juice and also they more expensive than another stores, newer gonna buy again....

Tourist trap. Prices here are insanely high. A blu e cig was about 14 dollars with tax. Across the street at 7/11 it was 8 dollars and some change. If you need something special try the shisha smoke shop on washington.
