One Broadway Hair Salon and Spa

Can’t say enough great things about this salon. I came across it by chance and I’m so glad I did! The service is wonderful, the staff and owners and very kind and welcoming, the salon is clean and serene, and the prices are competitive (worth the value you get). I highly recommend Carolina for manicures, she does a fantastic job - she’s a perfectionist in her work, which I greatly appreciate. After going to many salons in the area, this is the best gel manicure I’ve gotten in Miami!

I left the salon leaving so happy and pampered! The girls treated me like a princess and gave me amazing beauty advice. Cristina listened to what I wanted to do with my nails and did an amazing job! And they gave me a hair treatment that left my hair in a much better and healthier state! Am definitely coming back next time I come to Miami 🥰💕

Cynthia did my nails today, she was so nice. I have also never had someone who had such patience and such attention to detail. The salon is also really clean and relaxing and smells nice. Julie (Im not 100% sure that was her name) was also very nice and attentive.

I came across this salon by chance just browsing and saw that this spot had almost 5 stars so I came to check it out..I was immediately greeted by everyone with a smile and tended to almost instantly. My nail tech Cynthia was amazing and attentive. The manager Julia offered me coffee and made me feel at home. These women treat you like a queen as it should be at every salon. The vibe is peaceful,good music,buddha statues everywhere. The cherry on top was how my nails turned out. I would highly recommend!

This place is so unique. The staff are extremely nice, and the manager is the sweetest person youll meet. They really want to make sure youre satisfied with the service. I did keratin treatment, and they ask me to come back to make sure everything is good. The service is phenomenal! 10/10 for me. Oh, and ask for the green tea, its delicious!

I absolutely LOVE this Salon! Im new to Miami and everyone there was so welcoming and kind. I was very happy with my hair cut (EXACTLY what I wanted) and also a great experience with getting a manicure and pedicure on a different day. Both visits were superb with exceptional attention and prices are fantastic too! This is now my go-to salon for different services😁💗

I was staying at the Four Seasons on Brickell Avenue, needed to get my nails done before dinner one evening and didn’t want to pay the exorbitant prices in their hotel salon. I stopped into One Broadway as a walk-in (located right around the corner) and hoped they would be able to accomodate me. Julia, the owner was extremely nice, immediately offered me bottled water and made sure I was taken care of. My nail technician, Cynthia had a wonderful personality and did an fantastic job on my nails. The One Broadway Salon was quite relaxing and Ive never had my nails done in a plush chair before! PS: The entire staff was lovely!

After moving to Brickell I had real trouble finding a decent nail place. One Broadway is not just decent, its everything you ever wanted. The nail technician, Cynthia, is perfect at her job. She is extremely detail oriented and super sweet. The salon itself is nice and clean, and the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. I already made an appointment to come back. I highly recommend this local gem!

My husband and I moved to Miami 2 weeks ago and although there is a lot of everything around here finding a hair salon/spa that you can trust is an incredible hard task! Today I walked in to the salon looking super scared, lost and pretty beat up by the recent move. The owner and staff welcomed me and made me feel like I’ve been their client for years! They not only did and amazing job making me feel pretty again but they used amazing quality products! I highly recommend this salon to anyone!

This salon is wonderful! A hidden gem in the One Broadway Condominium. The staff is very knowledgeable and super friendly. They made an outstanding color correction in my hair which I loved! Will definitely come back for a cut and style soon!

Alex and Julia were both super helpful from the start! Im staying in the hotel for vacation and decided I wanted a change in my hair, so I asked them! Fast, Efficient, Professional, and Great Customer Service.I was looking for a last minute full-service hair salon and nail place near my home. From beginning to end, I was treated extremely professionally, I was not made to wait, and two wonderful professionals worked on me simultaneously. I am used to great service, and the place at One Broadway, is a jewel.

Amazing experience! The staff is BEYOND friendly and really make it a point to make you feel at home. Extremely professional atmosphere and quality treatment, I will most definitely be coming back.Just as a heads up, the spa is located on the 5th floor of the One Broadway building!

Coming to this place is MAGIC, Massimo -my 7 year old- joins me and he relaxes in the sofa while I get pampered and beautiful!!!! Julia is always taking care of all the details with big LOVE and available 24/7 for advice, and Yaya’s hands make me fall asleep! Very professional stylists, amazing place, unmatchable prices, by far THE BEST salon in Brickell! Love my experience

Awesome service!! Best place to get your hair, mani & pedi, eye lashes, eye brows as well as a great massage. The ladies are very caring and Julia is one of the best customer oriented person. She treats her customers as family, as she would want to be treated and explains the process step by step if the procedure your hair will be going through. Recommend as a top notch beauty place.

I took my hubby for a haircut and Nancy did an amazing job. Not to speak about the owner who was very welcoming to us and even our doggie 🐶. (We even left with a toy for him). I would definitely recommend this place. Professional and super kind staff

I am so glad I called One Broadway! I was in need of a gel manicure and decided to call and see if they could take me. Thankfully, they could. My nail tech did an amazing job and my nails look great!!

I went here to get my nails done as I was staying in the building so it was convenient. The lady was pleasent and did a good job. The command of the English language of all the staff was very weak hence it took a while to make them understand what I wanted.After the nails I booked an appointment for my lash extension refills the following day with the gentleman who deals with lashes. BIG mistake!! I should have known to walk out of the salon after he rocked up 30mins late for my appointment without any apology for his lack of punctuality for his client. I was told he was the best in the area for lashes!! What a laugh!! I dont think he did a very good job considering they charged me $100 for the infils then an insulting $20 for 20ml of shampoo for washing lashes.....most likely its just baby shampoo in a small disposable travel size bottle. I was stupid to pay it but I felt obliged. I had my lashes done a few days ago and followed his instructions and most are falling out and if you look closely he didnt actually do a good job applying the infils they look sparse and there are some odd looking lashes....i didnt notice at tge time but upon closer inspection you can see the infils have been applied poorly. Im rather dissapointed and personally wouldnt reccomend him considering the rave reviews the lady in the salon gave me about him!!! Beware!!!

Alex fixed a disaster groupon balayage experience for my fiance where chunks of hair fell out. A few days before her daughters wedding too. He left her hair beautiful and as if nothing had happened. Thank you Alex...you really turned a horrible experience into a very happy one. You have a lifetime client now.

Amazing experience today....accommodated 5 UK ladies for mani/pedi/gel treatments....even though we were late...sorry. All staff and owners were super friendly and professional at the same time. Completed all our treatments to brilliant standard before we caught our cruise. Great prices and even gave us a 10% discount. Lovely clean and serene environment. Totally disappointed. I asked for a new set and she gave me a fill. I asked for ombre color she said she wasnt sure it would work with gel polish and wouldnt do it. Gel began to peel after 2 days. I would have gone back to fix but I was on a cruise. Index finger nail had a divot in it. It just seemed she was in a hurry to go home. Than dont take an appointment at 4pm. Do not recommend.

This place is out of this world! This ladies are amazing, nice and care about your hair 100%. What they done to my hair was outstanding they brought it back from the dead! My hair is now healthier than before.

They treated me SPECTACULAR. The atmosphere is super clean, the music is so relaxing, the girls are super friendly and professional... the service is perfect. I went to get a manicure with gel paint. And I was fascinated. Super happy with the paint, the process and the recommendations of my nail technician. I highly recommend this place. It is located on the 5th or 6th floor of One Broadway in Brickell. They told me that they also offer hairdressing services and even massages! I have to go back... I definitely have to go back!

I love this place... I am always pleased with the hairdressers Harold and Dayana are spectacular, Carolina does my beautiful nails and Riangel does my eyelashes. Very good attention from the entire team, especially Julia, the salon manager. I recommend you spend a day and let yourself be beautified by these guys who are the best.
