I had my first experience at Pecans Day Spa today and I could not complement them more. Tass provided wonderful service and she was so kind and pleasant to talk to during my session. With over 20 years of experience, she truly takes care of her clients and provide high-quality service. Her husband, Don, was accommodating and welcoming as well. I highly recommend this day spa!

Tess was absolutely lovely! My facial was done expertly and left me feeling beautiful and relaxed. She not only took the time and attention to care for my skin but also to give me skincare tips and just create a much needed relaxing atmosphere for me!

Wow wow wow. Don is legit the best, I rarely write reviews but I had to on this one.The best message I get after 20 years of massages. I go every other Saturday.Be prepared to take a two hour nap after your first one lol.

The most professional massage, you feel like youve been to a physical therapist. For the facial skin care I recommend three you wont be disappointed. Complete satisfaction you cannot imagine the experience.

If you’re looking for the ultimate, most relaxing facial, this is your spot! Tass is the only one allowed to touch my face, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! She is knowledgeable, experienced, and has the hands of an angel. Facials are amazing, leaves my skin looking fresh and revived after each visit. The products used are exceptional. Not only is the facial great, but the ambiance is perfect. She gives the most incredible massage while relaxing with aromatherapy / face mask on. I love it!

Truthfully, I dont think any combination of words would do any justice - but Ill give it a shot .. Upon entering this very clean, beautifully warm and COVID conscious day spa, the lovely Natalie took my temperature and oxygen to ensure their staff and I were equipped to embark on a safe and relaxing spa experience. Where to start with Tass? Above all she is kind, gentle, and very professional. It was she who truly ensured my comfort throughout the entire experience and also was responsible for the most thorough massage I have experienced to date. I felt like a new woman after that massage and then came the facial. She used all Dermatologica products to exfoliate, and treat my skin. Needless to say, my face is glowing and feels very supple and moisturized. I will certainly recommend this place, and Tass to all my friends who are looking to receive top quality massages and facials in Miami. I am a professional musician and my shoulder and back were carrying a ton of tension. 50 minute massage with Tasse and viola! Full range of motion back and more knot-free than I’ve been in years. Posture much more open, too. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I got a gift certificate and went to get a Hydrating Facial with Tass. She was so educated on my skin type, and so sweet.Her extractions were seamless and she left my skin glowing.I cannot wait to go back!

This place gives the most incredible facials. You know why? Because it isn’t franchised with employees- the owner herself does them & that is why there is so much love & care behind it.So knowledgeable, so clean & she always leaves my face feeling sensational.Normally they will leave you in the room while you’re steaming but she will stay & give me a little massage- I absolutely love it.I am so so picky with my face & skin care but everyone I have recommended to her as well has had the same results & experience.Best facial in Miami!

This place came highly recommended by two very trustworthy sources, and with very good reason. I had been experiencing lots of tension in my neck, shoulders and back. After each of my massages I felt like a completely new person. I’ve since decided to sign up for their annual membership since I really believe in massage as a major contributor to good health. Also the atmosphere is very serene, clean and everything is handled professionally.

I booked a last min appointment because my back couldn’t take it any more. It was my first time at this location. The place was immaculate, and very inviting. Don was my therapist and he worked on all the knots I had and all the problem areas in my back, shoulders, neck legs, etc. That night was the first night that I slept without waking up in pain. Very professional service and one of the best massages I’ve ever had. The other one being at the same spa at the old location with Pecan. Thanks Don! Will be back.

This is probably my first time writing a review but Pecan and Don deserve it. They are unmatched.Pecan has the ability to assess skin type and provide a relaxing yet effective facial. My face hasnt felt this good in so long. They also have the best products available for purchase.Ive gotten plenty of massages from others and Don is without a doubt the best. He is SO knowledgeable regarding the human body and provides advice that I am so appreciative of and has dramatically improved my wellbeing.I would not go anywhere else in Miami and highly recommend this establishment.Thank you Don and Pecan and I look forward to coming back soon!

Ive been coming here for years for good reason: owners Tess and Don are experts at their craft. Whether Ive needed to relax or treat a sports injury, they always have the knowledge and technique to care of it. In my opinion, its the best massage in town, hands down. I received the best facial of my life with Tass at Pecan Day Spa. I literally could not shut up about how amazing the overall experience was and how incredible my skin looked after. When I tell you she got every last impurity out of my skin I mean she got ev-ery-thing. For someone who has struggled with lifelong acne only made worse by stress finding Tass has been a godsend. I also got a deep tissue massage and beforehand I couldnt even turn my head to the left and was considering getting physical therapy. My back and neck has never been better and my range of motion has largely been restored. Will be going back ASAP

A very clean and professional place. Don has been my massage therapist for over 7 years, all I have to do is describe where the pain or muscle tightness is and I always walk away feeling relieved and amazing. I highly recommend Pecans Day Spa.

Really enjoyed my deep tissue massage. I felt relief in places I didnt even know needed it. I was tight and sore when I came in and I left feeling refreshed and my body was feeling amazing after a couple of days. I have to also comment on the customer service which is superb! I needed serious therapy. My sore muscles and tension spots were really bad. I had been having acute back pain, not sleeping well and wackimg up tired and in pain. I had a massage yesterday with Don. I feel as if I had an overhaul! I slept deeply and restful and woke up light and peaceful. Amazing therapy, just amazing.

Wonderful massage and facial! The spa is cozy, clean and serene, and there is plenty of parking (meters) on Alhambra right in front. And you can take the spa tranquility home with you with one of their deliciously fragrant candles. Treat yourself, youll be happy!

I have purchased a 16 LPG sessions package from them in mid March for which I paid $1,280. I only had 6 sessions out of the package and politely asked for a refund for the other 10 sessions, since it was no longer possible to do them.First, I’ve been told nothing is refundable. I have explained them that because I am not able to enjoy the services I want the money back - obviously. They did not answer. I had to come back with another e-mail to which they finally answered in a very rude way telling me that their “final offer” is to give me $50 BACK.Let me do the math, I did not enjoy 10 of the sessions which amount to $800 and they offered me $50 as their final offer. I find this very insulting and outrageous. This is a clear proof of lack of professionalism.

Visited this cute cozy spa in Coral Gables and enjoyed a 50 minute massage by Pecan herself! It was absolutely perfect as she knew to focus on the most tense parts of my body and loosened up the stiffness in my neck and back! Her and her husband Don have been in the spa and massage industry for over 18 years, and you can feel the magic in her hands! I signed up to their mailing list to stay on top of all the updates (FYI! They will be moving locations by September 2021) and learn about their membership club. I will be sure going back again!!!! Thank you!
