Executive Tropic Garden Hotel

Horrible service experience. The young girl at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful, talking to the rest of the cleaning ladies who were outside the glass office and paying little attention to me, when I asked her for the room location gave me the wrong direction not being clear enough. I came back for condoms and I told her how rude she was I was going to put a complaint with management; she replied “ do what ever you want to and don’t threat me” and here I am. Plus she refused to provide her name when I came back to get my drivers license. That was today 1/16/2024 at around 5 ich.

Nice place to stay at for a few hours or days. There are parking garages, very narrow, some with garage doors. Parking in first level and bedrooms on second floor. Rooms are a little outdated. Bathrooms are big, and needs are comfy. Romantic atmosphere and does have an odor as if too much chemicals to get rid of smells.

I paid for 5 hours in the most expensive room and they came and kicked me out an hour early. I come here 2 - 4 times a month with my wife to escape from the real world and be adults I will not be coming back. I spoke to the front desk and they said I reached my limit but it was only 4 hours and I paid for 5. And knocked on my door like they were the police. Definitely lost a regular

Smells really bad but the set up of the room is nice. The carpet is horrible. Room looked clean but smelled like a dead body. The little piece of soap smells like roach spray ......please change the soap. The radio is just there in the suite but doesnt work. Just a nasty mess

Stayed here in Sep of 2018 for a week. Decent location, where we stayed on our last visit. Other than that, the room was clean and the staff was nice. Bonus: we arrived early on our first day to make the most of our trip, and or room was ready for us to drop off our luggage and rest for a minute before heading out into the city. That was priceless after a long flight and Uber ride.

STAY AWAY! Security personnel harassing customers: I had been a regular for 2 years; until now they have an a-hole who waits for customers to go check in to go to your car to try to intimidate your companion. July 20th around 10:00 pm . If this is new management it sucks!

Great place to relax for a few hours to see Marie and the decoration is spectacular. The rooms make you feel like you’re In your fantasy. The staff is nice and very helpful. I would recommend a friend to stay a night at this hotel. It is an experience

The jacuzzi was disgusting. I had to whip it down before using it because it didnt look like it was cleaned beforehand smh I even seen a strand of hair! For the amount of money you spend, at least make everything clean, is that too much to ask for? Then the bluetooth wasnt working

The room was nice and clean, the location is ideal, and service was decent. I just wish they wouldnt take so long to charge you for a room and get back your ID in case you dont pay for a deposit in cash.

Stayed there a few times but hard to recommend because only allow a maximum of 2 people per room. Everything was execellant. Had a rude attendant that thankfully no longer works there.

Lovers theme romantic hotel. Good place to take a lover or drunken hook up. Very fancy, and clean hotel. They rent rooms for 3 hours or more. They sell alcoholic bebrages, candy, condoms and lubricates on the lobby.

Security guards all up on you as soon as you get on the premise. Stating max 2 people per room only. So why call it Executive Fantasy Suites if you cant have a menage a troi or GB?

47$ for two hours, good parking... i find it like espensive, at $40 dollars i would be there probably twice a week

The customer service in the front desk was impeccable from beginning to the end, especially from a young lady that works there , and the rooms itself was clean and even bigger than what I hoped for.

Rooms are always clean. Fast check in and out process. The front desk staff speaks English clearly...always a plus.

I have put the best sticks of my life here. Mirror on the ceiling, behind the bed and on the walls to look at the girl as a good thing while you are giving her a tremendous amount of attention, truly spectacular. Everything very clean and hygienic.

Quiet place and clean rooms without bad smell

Personally, I had a great time with my husband, perfect to get out of the daily routine, I went on a Friday and the maximum number of hours they allowed me to rent was 8 hours, I would have liked a full night. Very private, everything with a garage, and everything smelled clean, the rooms were very spacious, with TV and porn channels, clean and relaxing Jacuzzi with bubbles, small refrigerator at the bar. The reason why I give it 3 stars is, 1st: the blonde-haired, Cuban receptionist is very unprofessional and rude, if she doesnt want to work I dont know what shes doing there. Secondly, the price is not that high, but I do think that they must already make arrangements to the rooms if they want to continue charging that amount, the hotel is already old and does not come with any decoration, not even a welcome postcard, or a bottle of $5 wine, zero decoration, pay $160 for 8h. 3rd, the housekeeping talking and gossiping and laughing in the hallway, which could be heard clearly, while you were sitting at the bar that leads to the room, that takes away from the quality and privacy of the hotel, they should be more careful!

Awful. They are involved in everything. No privacy. The lady who was checking was attentive to who entered the rooms. Thats not private. They should get your attention. Thats what a motel is for to get people to go there. Without fear.This happened. January 23. At 2.15 in the morning. To call my attention to the employee who was there that night. And to the security guard who behaved super badly. It is not the way to project yourself with clients.

I cant believe they have a person like that working there. Call today, Thursday, Nov. 9. At 8:42 and the lady told me she was busy and cut off my phone. A SHAME HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE. That woman never received an education in her life, she shouldnt be working in cutomer service. And the manager of the place should see who he hires. If they are busy, dont answer the phone, how are they going to hang up like this? I have never received this treatment calling a place. DEPRORABLE!!!!!!!

HORRIBLEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! They should decorate the rooms even if they charge for it, why put decorated photos if they dont decorate it? They treat customers poorly, they put their cell phone on loudly when they are being asked questions and they leave us on hold for more than 30 minutes.
