I would say this place is definitely a safe space. Everybody gives off positive vibes as soon as you walk in and are very loving and caring towards everybody, You forget that you are a client often because you feel just like friends. Very motherly women. They are so helpful and give great advice. Ebiam has been doing my massages and she is God sent. I was really scared to get my post op massages done but she walked me through it kindly and is so nice. I feel so comfortable getting my massages done by her, I often look forward to them instead of fearing them. I definitely Would recommend her she’s lovely and patient with you. 🥰🥰💜💜

The service was great! Staff were professional and very friendly.After one massage with Anisley, I could see a drastic change. I was no longer bent over in pain unable to move. She recharged my body. I believe she is God’s angel.If your looking for a manual massage, ask for Anisley. You won’t regret it!

If your looking for place to do your post op massages this is the place. I highly recommend. My massage therapist Evian, was wonderful she made me feel so comfortable every time and knows how to make sure you come out looking better than before. The whole booking process was very easy and they offer many times so your able to come in at the time that best works for you. The facility was very clean and modern and staff are very friendly always making sure your okay. With that said, I came from a recommendation and I don’t regret it. Evian was an amazing massage therapist, definitely recommend to anyone looking to do there post op massages A&E Med Spa is the place.

I’m so happy that I chose A&E Med Spa for my post-op massages. It has been such a great experience. The staff is so amazing and they treat you like if you’re part of the family. The place is beautiful and very clean. My massage therapist Elbiam was extraordinary. Since the first day, she made me feel so comfortable with such a welcoming environment. She worked with me day by day knowing the massages were so painful, but still did such a phenomenal job. I couldn’t have asked for a better massage therapist and I love my results. Very clean clinic Nurses in the back are very nice, as well as doctors. My complaint is the front desk girls Heidi and Rachel they don’t have any etiquette no customer service skills very short on giving information and sort of attitude. Other than that I love the treatment from all the other staff, massage ladies are amazing kudos for them… Ariana the owner is so sweet and very understanding and helpful God Bless her!!

I started my massages a week after my surgery. I had previous massages done with someone else and decided that I needed better care. I came to A&E because I got previous services before and I loved their work! So I booked 10 massages at a good price and thats when i met Ebian. I could not be more pleased! Not only does she give excellent massages, but she also made sure I was ok every step of the way. I had a BBL and Tummy tuck. I had a couple of issues coming out of surgery. I got so depressed at one point because I couldnt even get massages. My body felt so stiff and I was stressed out with the outcome of my incision. Evian made sure she paid close attention to my incision and sent me over to my surgeon everytime I needed to have my incision checked out. She made me feel so good emotionally and physically. Her massages are so impressive! I come in one way and her daily results are impeccable. She treats me like a family member and she always makes me feel secure at all times. One of the best in A&E!!! I totally recommend her for your post massages because she knows exactly what you need at all times!!!!

I get my massages done with Leya. She is so good to me! At the beginning of my massages she was a little easy going because I was in alot of pain, but then she became more aggressive when I began to heal. I love the way she does my massages. Every time I get a massage done, I feel so re-energized and no pain! She really is amazing! The business is really clean, very professional, they call you by your name, they work with you, and they answer all your questions and concerns and they check on you to make sure your satisfied with their services. I came here for post op massages and it was the best experience I could have received after surgery! Every single person that works there is so sweet and knowledgeable. They treat you so good and they want the best for each of their clients. Today was my last massage and I wish I could continue with them but I am from out of state. But I definitely recommend this place for any service they offer.

I had my plastic surgery about a week ago and a friend of mine had recommended me AE immediately I called and they were very warm and accommodating! My experience here has been great!! The office staff is professional, and friendly. The best part is my daily massage with Leyane. She has experience in the field, by the way she gives her massages and her advice for a speedy recovery.I have had massages in the past but nothing compares to her massage. I tell her she has hands of gold. I highly recommend this center especially Leyane.

The clinic has always been in excellent clean conditions, the therapists in general, especially Maypu who worked with me the most. The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because of the girls who work in front, the information and the treatment they provide is very unprofessional and inaccurate and the treatment they give to the therapists in front of the clients leaves a lot to be desired. Maypu always kind and sweet to me, a huge hug.

Anisley was my lymphatic massage specialist and she was absolutely AMAZING! She was very attentive and she talked to me every step of the way. She let me know what to expect. What I needed to continue you doing as far as drinking more water and pineapple juice. Her lymphatic massage was painless! She got out as much fluid as she could and made me very comfortable the entire time. If you go to A&E spa ask for ANISLEY youre going to absolutely love her as much as I did!!!!

I went to this spa for my lymphatic massages after a 360 liposuction and my experience was amazing. From scheduling with Yani, to my massage lady Ely. The place is very clean, exam rooms are spacious and the attention from all staff is wonderful. I highly recommend this place and if you get to chose, Ely is gentle, but firm in the places that need it, has great hygiene practices, and it’s friendly and attentive.

I had a great experience with Mayelin, she’s located in the coral way location. She was professional, knowledgeable, and hard working. Mayelin is a sweet heart and you can tell instantly she is dedicated to giving you the best service. Ely is the best I’m 3 days post OP Nd she drained me really really good. She helped me through all the pain and the next day my pain we 70%less than before. A&E is THE place anyone could ask for when it comes to Medical Spa. All the staff, from the front desk to the owner who shows genuine care in the end result are so kind, caring, and passionate about their job. I recently had a liposuction and breast augmentation performed by my surgeon, but these ladies are the bottom line sculpturers. I couldnt call them other than artists and molders. I was NEVER confident in bathing suits, tight dresses, or anything that showed my curves after the birth of my two kids. I am beyond pleased with my results and have a confidence in my body that I never had before. I cannot thank the girls enough for what they did for me! In my opinion, it is not fair that they charge 100% of the deposit, which is $500 dollars, just for not having the operation, first they tell you that the deposit is $250 and in the contract they put another amount, so if you plan to have procedures, try to be in excellent health conditions because if you dont do it they keep that, in my case they didnt perform the operation due to a family health problem and they kept 100% of the deposit, apart from that so they could return the money to me it took more than 9 weeks and still begging them to return it. They have a lack of ethics, a lack of coordination and my opinion did not give me confidence because they asked me for thousands of excuses to be able to return it. There should be a little more empathy. Since they are good at saying: send your $250 dollars to reserve without valuing you anything.

Recommended by my sister I got a great deal so I decided to try it!!! I was only visiting for 2 weeks so decided to squeeze in 3 sessions of the legacy laser !!! I had moderate but noticeable cellulite especially in the back of my thighs and my skin wasnt as firm anymore!!! What a difference my cellulite is practically gone and skin is much firmer!!! Totally worth it I wish I could have done more sessions!!! Thank you A&E team ❤️🙏🏽Recommended by my sister, I got a great deal so I decided to try it! My story: (read it after my review of Some things you should know before having surgery with A&E)My operation was ready for a Tummy with lipo and a breast augmentation with Dr. Morales, but they threw it out before my surgery and I had surgery by Dr. McDonald, who told me that he would only do Tummy and breast augmentations because by doing Lipo was a third operation and would generate a lot of trauma to my body. The doctor mentioned that it could only be a small lipo in my armpits (which was another area that I explained that I didnt like).When I asked for an adjustment in my total price because they were no longer going to do lipo. They told me no because I got “an offer” or a “package” that could not be separated, on the contrary they were going to charge me more because the doctor was going to do a lipo in my armpits and another lipo in my waist, and I said that??? “Hes not going to do any lipo on my waist...in my armpits, yes, that was something I mentioned at the end, but not my waist, the doctor said he wasnt going to do lipo in that area,” and Jenny, the coordinator tells me: “The doctor has it in his notes, a lipi on the waist, plus the tummy comes with lipo on the waist, Im not lying if you dont get lipo youre going to look square, I have 15 years of experience” (Experience lying and scamming thinking about retrospective)All this was a day before my operation, he caught me with fear (of looking square) he caught me in my 15 minutes of stupidity believing in his credibility, and I paid him extra. I didnt want to stress about money or how I was going to look the day before surgery. So sign and pay. The day of the operation arrives and I spoke with Dr. McDonald and I told him why now he can do lipo on my waist? And to make a long story short, he tells the assistant Barbara, “they have to give that girl back the money. I didnt say I was going to do lipo on her waist.” I was happy that they were going to refund my money and that they werent going to do more to me. surgery than he needed. I go to the surgery room and just before giving me the anesthesia, the manager comes (I forgot her name but she is a tall, blonde haired woman), and she tells me minutes before the anesthesia... Everything is the same now because we did a reduction in your armpit lipo, you will not get anything back..” “And I told him how unprofessional you are to come here to talk to me about money. “I need you to put it on the card that pays.” And he left saying “I dont want to stress.” In short, if you want to have surgery here because you have seen that the doctors are very good, I advise you to look for the doctor and see another clinic where they work (they are affiliated with other aesthetic clinics). ), the coordinators are very useful and think they are doctors who know everything. My mother, who accompanied me, had a consultation for a face lift. The doctor told her that she needed 2 areas of the face and when she came to the coordinator to set a price, the coordinator told her that you are going to need 3 areas (she added one more ) (because she knows more than the doctor) and I quoted her the surgery higher. I believe they earn by commission.It was very sad to deal with this unprofessional crowd, promoted because they dont have any education. I wanted to get Botox, laser hair removal and other things, but I left that place very disappointed by their saleswomen. I have no complaints with the nurses, the doctor, the anesthesiologist and the masseuses.

The best experience, from Dr Gerth to all the girls who in one way or another had to do with my surgery. At A&E you receive specialized treatment from all the very good and professional girls at the spa (Yani, Yeni Nathalie, all of them), especially Yamila who gave me most of my massages. The masseuses are excellent, especially Yuly, Anisley and Indrid, the 3 of them are the best for me… good and dedicated in what they do and they have hands that are rollers so if you want to drain quickly and get pretty, I recommend all 3 of them… the place It is super clean, organized and 5 stars really. The receptionists are super friendly and polite. Here you will not have the bad experience of rude people or people who treat you badly... I recommend this place 100%. I had my 16 messages with them and I was super happy with the results.
