The staff was wonderful!! So loving and caring!!The man who did my massage had magical hands!! He did an amazing job working on the areas I really needed focus and help!! Felt so relieved of the cramps and pain I have been feeling on my shoulders, neck and upper back.He worked my whole body, but he knew that these were the areas that I really needed attention and he really did an excellent job working them.

This was the most pleasurable, relaxing experiences I’ve encountered. This was my second professional full body massage and I was more than pleased. For starters the environment was so zen. The setting once you walk to the back was welcoming, and peaceful. All of the staff were professional, inviting, and super nice. Everything went so well that I signed up for monthly services. This is exactly what I needed and I’m glad I was able to do so. I would definitely recommend Massage Envy. Prices are unbelievably great all around the board and they offer multiple body treatments. In which it does wonders for your mental as well. Your stress level will definitely disappear. Thank you Massage Envy for a lovely experience. I’m already anxious to return.

I recently had my first facial with Alexis, and she was fantastic! She was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience so relaxing. My skin feels amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Some massage therapist are quite good. Unfortunately, terrible service. The place is run by staff with no concept of customer service. For instance, this front desk girl refused service, charged me for the session and that is because I did not present a physical ID ( instead had an ID on the phone). Not to mention, I have purchased membership and have had a number of sessions prior. They’ve just lost several clients.

Although the service with Hector was exceptional, I was not happy with having to pay for my free session. I called prior to scheduling my appointment and the receptionist confirmed that I could use the voucher from an active member. When I checked out from my session, I was told to pay for the session even though I signed up for the membership. The receptionist did try her best but the decision came from corporate or admin, and it put a sour taste of the experience. Not really happy with how they decided to change policies even after I signed up for the membership.

I really enjoyed my much needed massage, on yesterday. The staff were very friendly, and customer service oriented. My masseur, Yanko, did a wonderful job. I left very relaxed, and happy.

I have been a member of this location since 2009 and will be canceling not only my subscription but that of my mother and other family members. Collectively, we have fifty plus massages we have never used. I mention this to explain how we have been loyal customers for years, decades, and how this Massage Envy has made money off of my family.Not only are they rude at this location and have been for years, but they are inconsiderate. I gave my sister one of my free massages and my mother gave her another so she could do a facial—unfortunately my sister tested positive for COVID and did the responsible thing and canceled her massage appointment about three hours from the appointment time. She had made the appointment the day before when she was not presenting symptoms. Honestly, the way it was explained to me it would have been wiser to get everyone sick at this establishment, rather than cancel the appointment. The receptionist, Jennifer even mentioned (incorrectly) that COVID symptoms do not present from one day to the next…implying that my sister was lying.When I found out that they had essentially stolen the massages and refused to make a concession for my sick sister (about a week or so after the cancelation), I called to complain. I was told we needed to present a doctors note. Fortunately, my sister did do a teleconference with a doctor due to her COVID—but then we were told that a teleconference would not suffice. They of course back-pedaled afterwards on this statement.I suppose that what bothers me the most is that having literally 20 plus massage hours available, my mother having 30 plus, and they are making me jump through so many hoops to prove my sister had COVID—so she does not lose the two we gave her as a gift. It shouldn’t be this difficult. Not when someone has been paying you for fifteen years and you are making money off of them because they don’t even go to their monthly massages.The reality is, that after years of recommending them I am tired of being screwed over by the personnel at this establishment which rarely has a manager on duty. They have poor customer service skills. Additionally, their technicians only stay for a short amount of time because they have mentioned to me when doing massages that they are poorly treated by absentee management.They are a poorly managed franchise and I sincerely hope Karma gets them, since they have questionable business practices. I get that the era of “the customer is always right,” is dead but this is overkill.I will be submitting the teleconference information about my sister, and can’t wait to see what excuse they creatively come up with for not giving us back our stolen massage hours.I have little faith in this establishment. The massages are a toss up—sometimes good, often bad. The facials are a bit better.Avoid if possible.

Adriana was amazing! I did microdermabrasion with her and it was a great experience - she is knowledgeable and addressed all my skin concerns.

Alba the masseuse was amazing. Front desk were super friendly. Sky was kind and helpful. Overall i was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Id probably go back and request Alba again.

Adriana is a fantastic esthetician! She does great work and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable and pampered!

The fact that we always start the massage session 10 minutes late and end 10 minutes earlier makes the 1 hour session only 40 minutes. I am tired of the explanation for this and will stop my membership and go elsewhere

This place is horrible. I ask to cancel the same day and they refuse. I had to advise my bank. The front desk was very rude. I offer my Manger to come there and they advise him to come 3 hrs later. I ask for the same day cancel. I already sent this to this to the BBB

No professionalism for the Manager Liz.My son signed a membership after a sales person Melody told him that he had a month to cancel.After a week thinking about it, he went to cancel and he couldn’t do it. According to the contract he had only 3 days to cancel.The manager Liz was supporting her staff even though she had lied to my son’s face.

Had an amazing experience with Rodolfo. He focused on all spots requested. Definitely left a different person.

Horrible customer serviceManager is very rude, unfair and disrespectful, I totally not recommend this place. I came to my appt to relax and I finally left mad and frustrated! She wanted to charge me a cancellation fee because I didn’t want to get a massage by a man !! I never cancelled the appt because I came for it and if I didn’t understand that he will be a man who will do it, they should be more clear about it, otherwise I wouldn’t have come and waste my time!

Arnaldo is truly amazing! Best sciatica relief massage ever! I use to own a spa for years and have had many massages. Arnaldo is the real deal! He’s very strong and able to really give a good deep tissue therapeutic massage. He’s also a nice guy and makes you confortable. The only downfall is you will want him regularly and he stays busy and hard to book. Enjoy!

Very relaxing- I’m from out of town and prefer deep tissue but appointments for that were booked out to far- the firm massage was well worth it - Alba did a great job! Clean relaxing facility.

I went last week and to make an appointment they ask for your credit card otherwise they wont give you an appointment. When I tried to get her to explain to me what services they provided, the receptionist didnt answer me, meaning I had to know what she had to explain and she was so rude. . Since I couldnt make an appointment without a card, I returned another day and waited 30 to be able to make my appointment, I had to go again since I had a gift card otherwise I wouldnt have come back.Today I returned, I waited for 30 for my appointment and when he tells me where I should wait, everyone looks for me on time, they arrive 10 late and when they finish the massage session, there are 10 left until the time. So the 60 massages they provide are a lie. $125 for 40 is a scam.Instead of relaxing and having a good time, they really rip you off! Go anywhere else other than this one, it is not recommended at all.

LADIES BEWARE! The male massage therapist is inappropriate and will try to touch your privates. Also beware of other male therapist not letting you change in peace and hit on you. This place should be shutdown. Every massage therapist is awful. Go to All Asian on Miami Gardens Drive instead, they are more professional.

I enjoyed my visit there and so did the person i brought for a massage. Juan Carlos did an amazing job. Very nice massage, extremely professional, and made me feel welcome. The two young ladies at the front desk were AMAZING as well. They were very hospitable, knowledgeable and made checking in a breeze. They recommended upgrades (even though I didnt take one, I was tempted to) and answered every question I had with ease. I dont remember their names but I visited Monday, March 20th, 2023 at 6pm. Please thank them again for both of us.

This is a buyer beware service location. Went to get a massage provided to me by my girlfriend with a gift card she purchased a little over a year ago. The back of the card reads 1 massage. So, when I was leaving, the woman up front told me that I needed to pay the difference between the MSRP/$125 and the $60 gift card. So, I was basically paying for my gift. I contacted corporate (worthless), and they told me each franchise operates on their own. I contested the charge and did not have to pay the difference. Bottom line, sleazy operation.

Arnaldo is the best massage therapist! Best massage ever yesterday with him and first time having him. Great service and very thorough. I feel like a new person! Ashley upfront is also amazing, makes it so easy to stay relaxed at check in and out.

They tried, but as a regular person who experienced massage spas, I wouldnt recommend it. The energy doesnt flow, everything with a sense of urgency (timing), the hands of my massage therapist were so scratchy! I also add as enhancements, aromatherapy, and exfoliating foot treatment. They got the exfoliating wrong. They had to change it in the middle of the session, and to be honest, I dont feel anything in my feet or feel any difference. Paid $150 per 50 min massage (10 minutes to change your clothes) plus tip. Better options for half of the price, even in Groupon.

The massage was a shame! My first time in this place ( and obviously last).I got a gift card for my birthday and I was super excited! Thought about going for a membership! But… The therapist was absolutely not prepared, she had no knowledge at all.sometimes she was petting me, others changing sites of the massage ( like if she wasn’t sure what to do next). By the end, I let the reception know. Her answer: you should have stopped in the first 15min. Now that you stayed until the end, nothing to do! So maybe she should have told me before the session???

I have been a member with Massage Envy for12+ years. I travel frequently so the convenience of scheduling an appointment with my monthly membership is seamless. I as disappointed with my visit to this location. After checking in for my 90 minute massage and sitting in the lounge, I waited 22 minutes before I went to the front desk to ask what’s up. The massage therapist said the front desk did not check me in, so who knows where the missing link is! Maybe the associates at the desk are too distracted with the personal conversations they seem to have going. Next I booked a deep tissue massage. Hector is okay, but he gave me a Swedish not what I requested. When I layed face down for the massage, the face cradle cover smelled like mildew. I was nauseous laying there until I turned over. Not sure why the quality at the location has gone down, but hopefully things will get better soon. I was charged for an hour session and do not think the resolution for the mishap was properly handled. Also, the restroom had trash on the floor and those carpets are so dingy/dirty.

I went with neck pain, Rudolph did a great massage. Next day I felt much better. I highly recommend him. Great Service. Friendly staff. Nice facility.

Had an appointment today and not only did they cancel it but the worker “sky” is beyond rude and not a people’s person. This company needs a new staff asap! Horrible customer service!

Massage Envy located in Aventura is the worst facility one can go to. The manager Katelyn is very nasty and unprofessional. They have been charging my account more without notifying me. When I contacted them all she did was laugh told me I was notified and agreed but yet she doesn’t have the proof. They treat their client like they don’t need them. I have witness several times in person while waiting for my massage how they confront their clients instead of helping them. MY STAR IS ZERO BUT I HAD TO SELECT ONE IN ORDER TO WRITE A REVIEW. I will not advised anyone to have that location as their main location. If you are a member freeze your account there until you use all your hours and switch to another location. Management there is NOT THE SAME! I’ve been a member since 2014, AND SHE DIDNT EVEN KNOW THAT!!!!!!! I

My sessions are always great. There is good communication and I am heard. I dont have to remind my masseuse of my problem areas and she always applies the appropriate pressure and technique.March 5, 2022, Another great session, as expected. The CBD treatment is so good. Love my masseuse.April 2, 2022, another AMAZING massage. I so look forward to these days.July 9 session was fantastic. Absolutely Horrible store to belong to the Massage Envy name. Put you on hold forever and then tell you manager can’t help you she’s on break . Manager picks up next phone call and does not care about the issue and will not give me owners name which is listed online… duhhhh… also says it doesn’t matter if I call corporate all complaints come back to me… this is what happens when you have young uneducated people that are rude running your business. Trust me…. Go to north Miami Beach. At least the owner is looking into this about the Liz 15 year old running his space.

I Absolutely love this massage envy location. The front desk receptionist Vanessa is extremely friendly, professional, helpful and welcoming and vianka (masseuse) is one of the best therapist I’ve ever had at a massage envy franchise location. I highly recommend this location even if you have to drive out the way a little bit.

We need to boycott this location now! Massage Envy is a terrible company. There is a serious problem at this Aventura FL location. The staff mislead my daughter into signing a one year membership which costs $75 per month. She does not live anywhere near a massage envy. The manager Vanessa refuses to refund my payment and will not allow us to cancel our membership. Horrible experience overall. Unacceptable

What a shame. I was contacted by Massage Envy on the morning of my appointment so I called back and confirmed all the details of my appointment. When I arrived after taking a $30 Uber- they told me they were no longer able to give me the appointment. Essentially, one of the massage therapists couldn’t do anything to accommodate my wife and my anniversary. We booked a couples massage 3 1/2 weeks ago and when I called the day of the appointment they said everything was fine. When I asked the manager where the miscommunication could have happened they had no idea. No explanation, and they acted like not charging me for the appointment I wouldn’t even use was actually doing me a favor 😂. It was such a waste of time and ruined my whole day as they could only schedule it for an inconvenient time. I highly recommend another Massage Envy location, this one ain’t it! They can’t even take an appointment.

The massages are wonderful. I disagree with this location still offering Styrofoam cups, especially because most guests only use them one time and then throw them out. Styrofoam cups cannot be recycled, and are a complete harm to the environment. Ive addressed this numerous times with management and have been assured it would be brought up to discussion. Very very disappointed.

I was very relaxed after my massage therapy session!! Hector is a great massage therapist and specializes in deep tissue! I’m a member here and I enjoy every one of my sessions. Also the front desk staff are always friendly and very helpful.

Ever since I found Arnaldo I won’t book with anyone else. He’s extremely intuitive with your body’s needs and has really helped me during my recovery period from a total left hip replacement. The whole body suffers and compensates for the ailing parts. Arnaldo has been able to smooth out the kinks and pain from head to toes. Amazing and highly professional! I recommend making an appt in advance. He is usually booked 3-4 wks out.

Staff is very nice and friendly, I always get a nice greetings from the front desk people. Therapists are very nice, I wish they spoke English to understand clients needs more, would be more beneficial. But I can feel that they trying to do their best.The biggest complaint I have and the reason why I gave one star because of the manager. I had an issue about my appointment, and after several attempts by me and her staff leaving message never respond on any. I went through hell to manage to make in time for my appointment, and they told me I don’t have any even though I had clear messages from them.I would appreciate if the owner would handle the situation appropriately and take this Matter very seriously.I want to thank all other employees for doing the best they can!

Giving 5 stars only for my esthetician Alexis who is just amazing!! So kind, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable, it’s a great experience every time. She’s the reason I keep returning to Massage Envy. It’s not the locations because the girls on staff at the 2 different locations I’ve gone to are sweet, it’s the company’s “fine print” of policies, practices, procedures and dealing with management that I have experienced issues with. To be in a blissful state of relaxation and calm after a service and have that immediately change to frustration and aggravation when reconciling your bill defeats the purpose of what this company is supposed to offer and stand for. I suggest using caution when signing up for a membership, do your research and ask a lot of questions as the staff is only fully transparent after a problem arises. They are very lucky to have Alexis working there and I would highly recommend her to everyone!

I find that there is no consistency in the massages. They are totally different and it’s very hard to get an appointment with same therapist if good cause you’d have to book way in advance. Some of the massages are not good at all , the technique and training levels seem very different. Some of the therapist barely speak English. I am canceling my membership because I am not getting the kind of massage I expect lately. I come out disappointed and none of my trouble areas feel any better.

Rudolpho was excellent. I requested medium to firm pressure to work out the knots in my back and shoulders and he was on point. Just what I needed.

Hector gives a great massage. I’ve been looking for a strong therapist. I’m so happy with his service. Looking forward to my next massage with him.

This was my second facial and second massage. Alexis did my facial both times and I enjoyed every minute of it! She is highly recommended. I received my 2nd massage from Juan. I really would like to be selfish and keep him to myself but his service was so amazing that I have to recommend him. I am a highly satisfied client!

Liz the manager was rude and unprofessional.She have no customer service skills and no manners.Very disappointed happened@ Aventura location.Manager LIZ very rude and unprofessional in manner of talking.My wife made appointment for my son to come this Thursday.Liz called om Wednesday saying she going to charge my card bc my son missed his session. My wife told her probably it wasmisunderstand since my wife called the school and made aware a school regarding early release on Thursday.Liz was trying to make my wife wrong and was talking very rude and unprofessional for manager. LIZ was talking over my wife all the time and trying to proof us wrong that we forgot about appointment .My wife and my son visiting this place for almost a year and they never missed any appointment without letting them know in advance.They did not even tried to compensate for this visit.As well her crew@ receptionist area is very unprofessional, constantly they make mistakes with therapist. They book you with one therapist and when you come you see somebody else.I dont understand why they have camera in recording if they never review any issue and they never solve any issue.The only reason my wife and my son staying there bc they love Hector.He is amazing.

My massage was with Hector was soothing, firm and quiet. He covered every a achy part I pointed out. The women at the front desk were a pleasure for my husband and me to work with. This Aventura location is superior in every way to the location near my illinois home.

I had made an appointment on Wed and it wasnt what I expected. I specified I wanted to have my massage session with a woman because it made me feel more comfortable and they booked me with a guy. I came for my appointment and 30 mins later they got me into one of the rooms. Went to discuss with front desk about this issue and the response was I never get confused and We have everything recorded ALL THREE FRONT DESK LOOKING AT ME IN A BAD WAY AND COMMENTING BAD THINGS AS IF I WAS WRONG. Disgusting experience and please do not go here. Mistakes happen but the bad attitude they had it is what is making me write this review.

Ive been getting 90 minute massage every month for the past 5 months and each experiencing is an adventure of itself. I get there with pain all over my body but I leave pain free. Can anyone provide me with the corporate office information? Can’t seem to get anywhere with the manage at this location. I was gifted 2 90 min sessions…fist thing I asked when making the appointment was CAN I USE THE GIFT GARDS EVEN THOUGH I DONT HAVE THE PHYSICAL CARD? And I was told “NO PROBLEM”. I explained where the gift cards were purchased we were told all we needed was the phone numbers. After the session were finished every changed & all of a sudden the gift cards could not be used. When we complained to “the manager” she had the audacity and poor customer service of calling me “a liar” and said that never happened. We even asked to have her listen to the call when the appointment was made, and got hung up on. Our therapists were phenomenal but this business practice is lacking at best. Take your money somewhere else!! Wish I could give them less than 1 starTo Massage Envy;Furthermore I consider your response slanderous, I am not Krisitine & never uttered one curse worse. Not pleased at all. My husband had a great massage but mine was terrible.the manager Kaitlynn was very nice and so are the desk colleagues. But unfortunately my massage was just not good at all

My therapist Arnaldo customizes my massage for my needs on each visit. His hands are blessd and bring great relief to my tight muscles. This is why I have booked all my appointments with him for the rest of year and will make changes when necessary.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service of this location. My friends had given me a gift card a while back to use and I loved the experience so much, I decided to start a membership. I called, after not hearing back via email after some back and forth for over a week, and I was asked to provide my card information and told Id receive the paperwork to fill out via email since I was unable to go in person. I never received said paperwork so I followed up and was told it had been sent already despite me insisting that I had not received anything (I had already checked the spam folder). I suggested to them to check if the email was correct, turns out it was wrong despite having been corresponding with someone from there. I do not hear back for over 2 weeks and I was the one following up weekly trying to get a response because it was very disconcerting to me that I was asked for credit card info up front without me signing a single document. I eventually got a response basically saying sorry for not answering, heres the paperwork, get it signed within 2 days. I decided signing up with this location was not for me, so I did not fill out the paperwork and explicitly let them know that I was no longer interested, I received no response back whatsoever. Today, I was still charged for the membership. I called and the front desk person told me theyd have a manager call me tomorrow. Last time I was told that, no one called, so I asked the person when I can follow up tomorrow on the charge. They proceed to tell me the manager wont be in for TWO days after just having told me Id get a call tomorrow. This is some of the WORST customer service Ive ever experienced and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company. I do NOT recommend this location.

I wake up and needed massage, and this was the only scheduling system that helped me to find something asap. They have a membership program where you pay 40-50% less than usually. The massager was good, just wished it would be stronger. I had the same experience with this in NJ.

I’ve been in a extremely physically demanding career as a firefighter for over 30 years. I’ve had chronic back issues most of my career. Hector is AMAZING 👏🏻He was very attentive to the areas that need work and addressed them immediately… a TRUE ASSET to the organization!!! He’s so good I joined as a member!I’d definitely recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for a masseuse.

For me personally Marlene she’s the best! Strongly recommend.The place is getting worse day by day. I’m been using Massage Envy for almost ten years or more. Check the toilet paper is like newspaper very hard, sheets are old and you can see throughly, the rugs are dirty and the worse of everything is the vents of the air conditioner are full of dust like never been cleaned, is very sad.

I received a call on Friday night asking me if I want to have a facial next day , Saturday, the person who calls told me they have several spaces I choose the 11.00 AM but forgot that have another appointment when I called to see if they can move my facial for later that day the answer.was NOI paid for the service because have plenty credits on my account but definitely I don’t go to that franchise any more.

STAY AWAY!!! If I could leave less than 1 star I would. I rarely leave poor reviews on places but this place deserves exactly what they are getting. I had 2 separate bad experiences from this place.#1: Had a couples massage scheduled for 12 PM on a Sunday. 35 minutes before our massage they call that they have to cancel because our masseuse had a dire medical emergency. They couldnt accommodate because they were so booked so that I understand. They had the audacity to say well one of you could still come in and we can schedule the other one for another time.... Also, made it sound like a courtesy that they werent going to charge us a fee for a late cancellation. Already had every red flag but decided to reschedule the couples massage for a week later (today) at 11 AM.#2: After confirming the massage we show up at 10:45 for our app and they start checking the computer and say we only have one of you in the system... I already see where this is going and Im in total disbelief that they could possibly be this incompetent. We were speaking with the manager and she kept saying I am trying to figure out what happened... I know exactly what happened, it is a poorly managed office and is ran by people who clearly do not care. Ruined not one, but two of our days that we planned around our massages.STAY AWAY!!!!

Went the first time and massage was not good. It was well priced so not too upset. Went back and it was much better. Recommend you reserve a therapist that does deep tissue. It may take a few weeks to get the therapist you want, but well worth it. Just keep reserving the same therapist. If you call last minute you will get the therapist that doesn’t have a customer and you will be disappointed. The monthly monthly membership is a fair price. They do try really hard to sell you additional services.

As a customer at this location for many years, I have literally spent many THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS on massages at this location. Over the years poor mgt, high front desk turnover, etc... caused me to go elsewhere. Only reason I continue to attempt to go to this location is because of a particular masseuse I like. Today, I go in for a 90 minute scheduled massage. I tell the front desk person I want to renew my membership for a year, which I let expire, but always paid, a few months ago due to covid. I was told I would have to pay the full rate today even if I sign a new membership. I asked how that made any sense, that if I signed up today, before my massage, and committed to massage envy taking money out of my account every month, I would not be entitled to the discount rate today as a member. Did not get an answer except that thats our policy as an explanation. I even had the front desk contact the manager, and explained that I will walk out and take my business elsewhere since the policy did not make any sense, but the manager would not budge. So I left. Who won. In my opinion No-one. I didnt get my massage, the masseuse did not get to perform his service, and the establishment lost a customer.

I got a massage as a gift.What I liked: The massage session was great and relaxing. The lady was nice and respectful at all times. I might come back.Didn’t like that the front desk/sales girl (I know it’s her job) was too pushy on trying to get me to subscribe. I leave a massage session so relaxed and the least I want to do is to deal with someone trying to sale something to me.

Went for a massage today for the first time. I booked 90 minutes for 10 am. It took 15 minutes to set up. The massage started at 10.20 and ended at 11.17. In fact, they took money from me not for a 90-minute massage, but for filling it. The second thing I didn’t like was that I asked for a strong massage, the masseur did soft and medium.

I wouldve given it 5 stars. As a first-time comer, I was expecting more help. The message was the best I have ever encountered. After I was done I waited not knowing should I get dressed. They should be introduced themselves before service. The surrounding was calm. Everything was clean.

Had a great experience. The therapist accommodated me and addressed all the trouble areas. I used an enhancement for pain relief. Overall very happy with my session.

Room wasnt really inviting. No relaxing music/noise in the background.Ive been to multiple places in NY & NJ since Im a member and it was my first time in FL. Huuuuuuge difference.

We had a couples massage at 3:45pm and came in early at 3:30 to be safe since we hired a baby sitter to enjoy the rest of the night. We waited until 4:15 and had to leave due to having other reservations scheduled since they still have not had the room ready. Other people that had appointments after us have come in and went while we waited. Horrible service and waste of money to get a baby sitter. If you ever try to make plans do not rely on this establishment.

I gave my lady a gift to massage envy for her birthday. She was to get a massage and facial. During her facial she took of her jewelry and she had the last appointment, they are of very minimal help,, no one knows nothing, no one can call the lady who did my facial, no one can call a manager, its ridiculous, I wouldnt doubt they kept my jewelry. This is at the Aventura location and no one knows anything. I do not recommend. Stay away or go with no valuables, because the roaches have reached everywhere!!

Arrived for scheduled 90 minute massage which were actually scheduled for 60 minutes.Note that I ensured the day prior that it was for 90 minutes as I had a previous similar occurrence.I was attended 15 minutes after my start time (was told about room being cleaned) and was quickly ushered off the table and shorted my allotted time. Total time on/off was 45 minutes.i.e., room being cleaned = shorting your timeExtremely dissatisfied with quality of service.I would HIGHLY recommend going elsewhere.

Ladies be careful going to that place!Massage didnt seem very professional, it was more about just touching my body. In the inquiry I mentioned that I dont want my abdomen to be treated and I am expecting the therapist to focus on my legs and back. Male therapist started to touch my belly and I was wondering why, whats going on, until he got to intimate area and asked me would you mind?That was disgusting and I could not believe it was happening to me.

The staff here is extremely unprofessional, starting with the Manager Liz. I purchased a gift card for my parents over the phone at the coral gables location and was told they could use it anywhere. My parents called this location before going where they were ensured by the rep that they could use their gift card. After they got their services done, they were told they couldnt use it. I spoke with Liz requesting a refund and she told me no. Told me coral gables does not follow regulations. After speaking with Coral Gables they were unaware why my gift cards could not be used because they very obviously saw the credits on the accounts and insisted there was NOT any regulations about gift cards purchased over the phone without a physical card. Liz does not accept customer feedback and just claims we are being disrespectful when she clearly has not taken the time to listen to any concerns. She also hung up on me claiming I was rude voicing my opinions on how her store should be managed better. Still waiting for my refund btw!

Me and my mother went to have a relaxing message at this establishment. We were worked on by a massage therapist called Romney. My mother reported to me the next day that he touched her in unnappropriate places even though she specifically stated not to touch her there. This was told to me the next day because she was in shock and couldnt believe that occurred to her. I in the other hand barely received a deep tissue message as I had booked for. He just lightly pressed throughout all my body even though I specified that I wanted the neck and shoulder and lower back done. He was cut and dry and seemed that he was in a hurry and was 12 min late to receive me when I had arrived on time to my appointment yet I left right on the hour losing 12 min of my paid time. Such a horrible experience with this message therapist I definitely recommend staying away from that message therapist until he is fired!!!

Arnaldo is a true professional and has an incredible personality that made the experience even more enjoyable. I am now feeling more energy and getting the strength back in my lower body. Again, I would recommend him to anyone that truly wants an amazing massage.

I have been going to Envy in Aventura for 2 years. The massage therapists are excellent (especially Sandra). Today, I had a very bad experience with the manager who was rude and unwilling to help me scheduling an appointment because Sandra is on vacation. So I left Envy with no appointment. This is the third time I have an issue with this manager. I will give 5 stars to the massage therapists and 1 star to the manager.

My masseuse really knew what she was doing she went at my problematic areas with great pressure, taking her time on each one, my shoulders, my left foot, & my left hand, the best was my foot from my bunion that causes me a lot of pain, my foot hasnt felt this much relief in a long time, she also went in really good on my left hand which believe has arthritis, & left my hand feeling so much relief! Overall, our couples massage was amazing, her masseur was also amazing!

I tried mulitple therapists but Alba happened to be my favorite. She listens attentively to my concerns, is always on time and I feel great when I leave! Going on 2 years now with her and I dont know what I would do if she ever left!

Marco is an excellent. However, the front desk and manager are awful to deal with. Only sign up if you NEVER plan to cancel. I had to cancel 3 times before someone could confirm it was processed (and this was beyond the 10 day it takes to process). Also they tried to tell me I only have 30 days to use the massages I had accumulated. Taking a total loss on this one but glad to be done with these people!

Will not be returning... I received a few free massages as a gift and could care less to use the remaining ones. Massage was so bad. The room was cold even after I mentioned it after 3 times I was told thats just how the room is...my hour massage started almost 10 minutes late and was ended 7 minutes early. I didnt mind though because the massage was so bad. All she did was rub cheap smelling oil into my skin with zero pressure even after I stated I would like more pressure... the worst massage of my life.

Juan was amazing. But Masage Envy has a big problem. After COVID they have less masseuses so when you ask for an appointment they can give it one month later. I go to Massage Envy in Aventura. I have been a member for the last 7 years and I have in this moment 4 massages pending. 😟

Ive been a regular client at this location for over a year having weekly and bi-weekly massages. Spent well over $2,000 at this location. II WILL NOIT BE RETURNING. Normally I would attempt to voice any grievance directly with the owner. However; in this instance, it is apparent the manager has control over this operation. I have no issues with the massage therapists. The issues are with the front desk personal and the MANAGER. I really cant blame the front desk staff. They are mostly incompetent, not because they do not care, but very few people last long enough to learn the system. If you are a customer, dont expect to see the same person at the front desk the next time you return. Calling and leaving messages at this location is a waste of time since they almost never call you back. They have HUGE front desk turnover, which in my opinion, is more of a management issue. As a result, issues that should be handled at the front desk have to be dealt with by the manager, who is not very helpful.

Viaonka is always so wonderful! My only comment was that there were people talking in the hallway and it was very disruptive to my massage. The people that were talking I think for employees in the walls are so thin I could hear everything.

I see Ari and she is the best of the best. Facilities are clean and make me feel relaxed. I enjoy going to Massage Envy.

Customer service was horrible. Came to Fort myers for vacation to visit family. My husband wanted to book a couples massage for us. He made the mistake of booking at this location instead of the Fort Myers location. The appointment was for 12:45pm. At 11:30 he realized that it was at this wrong location. He called to cancel & this is when they told him he will be charged for the FULL amount. This was the first time they told him about this policy. He explained that its a 2 hr drive & that even if we could drive that we wouldn’t make it there on time. Also that we wanted to make the appointment at the Fort Myers location. But they still wouldn’t allow us to cancel. They insist on charging us the full amount. Its sad because now there is a “bad taste” for this company.

Andrea I just got off the phone with the manager onsite.... She doesnt let you talk, she said to me that she was done with me and the pretended like she couldnt hear me and hung up. When I called back she became very sarcastic with me. All i did was inquire about a refund for a service I never used and she reacted as if i was personally attacking her. I guess she receives commission for it. I will be going to the office today since Andrea likes to hang up on clients.

What was supposed to be a nice mothers day gift turned into a DISASTER.Waited 15 mins after my appointment time, but fine didnt make a big deal.The therapist was very rough and didnt speak English. I advised that i did not want too much pressure as I did not want a deep tissue massage. Ive had massages in the past and have never had any issues.The same evening I started to experience excruciating pain. My shoulders and back hurt tremendously. My entire back is SWOLLEN. I could not sleep and had issues getting dressed the following morning. 4 days in and Im still in pain.That was the worse massage Ive ever had and I will never use Massage Envy again. Ive had to take pain meds to ease.up the back and shoulder pain.Ive called every day since, the receptionist always says theres no manager there. :Jennifer waa supposed to call me back. Ive called and emailed management, no response! Never AGAIN.

I was given a massage by Carlos that ended in what I could only describe as rug burn on my shoulders. He didnt use enough lotion or oil and although my skin burned at the time I certainly didnt expect to see literal purple bruising on my shoulders the next day. Now Im in more pain than I was before the massage. I sent an email to corporate asking for a refund.

The worst massage I ever Got!! 50 min she just rubbed my skin also after I explained that I want and need deep tissue massage she didn’t work on my back trigger points, It’s the first time in my life I wanted massage to end already ,and I guess the therapist felt the same because she couldn’t care less! Truly the worst massage of my life. Therapist was completely indifferent, did not listen at all, even when asking her to work specifically on one area of my back DURING the massage. She says hold on, hold on, this is bio freeze therapy. Then spends not one second on the area that I am specifically telling her that I came for. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Unfortunately a Forgettable experience. As soon as I walked in, the facility had a foul smell to it. I proceeded to check-in since I came with three other friends who were excited for their massage. The girl at the front desk asked if I had ever been to massage envy I said yes a long time ago. She then told me that I was not in the system so I needed to register as a new guest.I then went for my massage and I was not impressed. The room had old carpet smell to it. The therapist knocked over something during massage that made a loud noise not relaxing. The massage itself was nothing to brag about. During checkout my friends got charged $55 for same massage I had, however the girl at the front tells me that my massage will be $95. When I asked why she said bc I had a massage done several years ago. I was confused bc when I checked-in she told me I wasnt in the system. Regardless this is something that should of been mentioned before I had my massage done. $95 massage is a ridiculous price for a shopping plaza Spa. Not happy will never return or recommend to anyone.

Never write any reviews but Sonya deserves it !!!Ive been a member for ME more than two years, and I highly recommend Sonya, she is hands down the best therapist that does deep tissue in Aventura location. I moved from Aventura area and Ive been trying another locations and Im not happy with the deep tissue therapists from Pembroke Pines location, now Im gonna try Cooper city, hope I find someone as good as Sonya before I cancel my subscription.

Besides my better judgement based on the poor reviews of this location I decided to give the Massage Envy Aventura location a chance. I received a chemical peel by Romania that resulted in second degree burns to my face. I’ve been receiving chemical peels all over the United States in various strengths since I was 21 and never had an issue. I sent pictures before and after of my face and was told by Romania that she “ didn’t see anything wrong with my face”. In my attempt to resolve this issue I requested a refund and cancellation of my contract. While speaking to the manager Jessica, I was told “ if you can be cooperative we can solve this issue”. To an highly educated Black woman being told this is very offensive and this demonstrates poor management skills. Because of her unprofessionalism I requested to speak with her manager and was told “ she doesn’t have a time or idea of when she can contact me “. I didn’t receive an apology from Romania or from the manager, I also was not provided a refund when I arrived in person in my attempt to resolve this issue. I now have permanent burns on my face and have to invest extra money into correcting this issue. I tried resolving this issue via email, phone and in person with no avail. I also had a chemical peel performed at the North Miami location that was very successful but was unfortunately fully booked. Proof and pictures of this is located on my yelp review!

Her vibe was horrible and tense she looked like she didnt want to be there I paid for a 60 min SWEDISH MASSAGE and i got 45 MIN of rub my body in a fast pace so i can get the whole body done before time is up. Her routine sucked , she did NO EFFLEURAGE / PETRISSAGE OR TAPOTEMENT and thats what the Swedish Massage consists of She lost touch with me about 20 times and she rushed EVERYTHING and it was just a horrible EXPERIENCE overall if you can go somewhere else DO IT DONT GO THERE !

We were rushed, I could hear my partners masseuse rustle around the whole time and we literally LEFT WITH MORE PAIN THAN WHEN WE ARRIVED. The young women at the front did nothing to compensate for this awful experience. I also gave feedback online and havent heard anything. Do yourself a favor and DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
